Thursday September 28/23- We both Showered 🧼 Today! This morning I fell off bus step falling onto my Right Shoulder scraping it and a bloody hole at the end of my Elbow! The top of my shoulder really got banged! The arm Very hard to move it around Peter put a bandage with salve on the end where it was 🩸 ! Sore as heck and could not lift my right arm without help from my left hand !

Peter and the gurls up around 5:00 a.m. and me 6:30 awake but not up yet! The weather is dark, grey and a light Rain ☔️! We took the Lougheed which was very busy! Peter said there was an accident on the highway so that’s why the Lou head !we arrived atGranville. Island and parked at the CommunityCentre and Peter started his hour run at 9:33 a.m. took another T in the Car 🚘 as we drove to Granville Island! Peter got back to the Car 🚗 at 10:45 a.m.we went to the Superstore in North Van and then home for 11:55 a.m and took 2x T’s at around Noon ! I don’t think we have any plans for the afternoon! TO SORE! I laid down for 45 minutes! No plans for afternoon! We are all done with our showers 🧼 and stuff and now some. TV 📺 AT 2:48 p.m. Relax for the rest of the day now!

ART CLUB I've recently joined a lovely bunch of people at my local community centre. They meet once a week on Fridays at 10:30am - 12:30pm. A way to get out of the house and meet new people. I didn't know what to expect on my 1st day so all i took was my sketchbook & pencils.....so i ended up doing a sketch of one of the long standing members Paul. 🎨 Contact Crispin Community Centre if you'd like to join. we hosted an event at the local community centre which was supposed to mark the very long awaited closing of a chapter for my partner. unfortunately, things didn’t pan out (biggest understatement of life, but choosing not to go into it here), so instead we hosted a “community resilience” celebration and potlucked, mingled, and played with the best of ‘em.

My local #community centre has a pay as you feel market. Lovely. Part of the joy of living in the friendliest estate in the country. I should be there more. Today I was there to chat with a woman who will be running a theatre course there soon. One of Clare's next "impossible" projects contrary to the stories she always told herself about how rubbish she is. The stories weren't true.
