Just watched Ella Brennan Commanding the Table on Netflix. I’ve been looking up all things New Orleans before my trip and wanted to learn more about this restaurant. This movie is great if you have any interest in food or the restaurant business. Interesting fact, after Katrina Ella helped other local restaurants like Dooky Chases get back on their feet when she was still rebuilding Commanders Palace.
