I just like colors#it’s funny how when people ask me what kind of art I like I say ‘color field’ but do I ever do any colorfield art? no#idk what would even make for a good color field piece#and all my colored pencil drawings are kind of small. not much of a field#but idk I should try#I just like big flat areas of color and non-representational art#rgb + cym + orange and purple#color tests#these are my on-the-go pencils#colored pencils#my art#I like the contrast of a ‘complex’ or subdued color with a bright pure color#but I think everyone likes this contrast#colored pencils are so nice for layering colors
