BENEFITS OF DRINKING WATER . . Not only does water make up 70% of the human body, but it is considered the second most critical factor in sustaining life. Oxygen is first and we all make sure to get plenty of that a day! Water is involved in thousands of processes every day. For example, your body relies on water to help with: -Brain Function -Metabolizing Fat -Regulating Body Temperature -Digestion -Proper Joint Function -Nutrient Delivery and the list goes on … . . Another point worth making is the fact that if you are not properly hydrated, you are not only missing out on the benefits but you will be living with the negative side effects of dehydration. When you are dehydrated your performance suffers you will get fatigued more quickly and feel weaker than you should. . . Plus, you will not be as mentally sharp during the day or your workouts. So if you are someone who feels like you’re in a fog… drained … or thinking your pre-workout isn’t doing enough for you… one simple thing to check before you worry about changing aspects of your plan is to make sure you are well hydrated throughout the day. . . What is sad is that many people have been living in a dehydrated state for so long that they don’t know they’re experiencing negative side effects. Demi Lovato's fans quickly started a Twitter storm on Thursday trying to figure out who Demi was trying to diss in a seemingly shady tweet that read, "Good luck on your blog."

Turns out, the remark wasn't directed at us (although if it was, thanks, bb -- good luck to you, too), but instead life coach/CEO of CAST Centers, Mike Bayer.

In case you didn't know, the 25-year-old singer appeared on Dr. Phil earlier this year with Bayer, and he has also been on tour with the celeb. He played a role in helping her get sober after her stint in rehab in 2011.

On Thursday before Demi's tweet, Bayer released a coaching video on his Instagram where he said:

"I worked in entertainment for many years being a life coach for a lot of different pop stars and actors, and my biggest pet peeve is when they use excuses because they call themselves "artists". I'm here today to explain to you that being an artist and being talented are two different things. To me, being an artist is living your authentic life. I think if somebody uses it as an excuse to be late, or insincere, or rude, or unapologetic, that's not being an artist, that's being a jerk. And you shouldn't stand for that."

Regardless of who this is about, we have a thought. Take it or leave it. We get Demi's fans are living for the drama (no, we really get it), but let's not ignore the privilege and entitlement of the "shade" itself. Who is Demi to say that her career is any better than anyone else's? Or that "blogging" is less than. Everyone deserves an outlet to be creative.

With that said, if you want to start your own blog or vlog or podcast or whatever other career the Internet provides, go for it, we highly recommend! No judgement here. Good luck on your blog -- seriously! *hair flip*
