If you’re thinking of selling your house, the best way to make sure you’re in the know is to work with a trusted housing market expert. Here's why.
>>1. A Real Estate Advisor Is an Expert on Market Trends
An expert real estate advisor has the latest information about national trends and your local area too. More importantly, they’ll know what all of this means for you so they’ll be able to help you make a decision based on trustworthy, data-bound information.
>>2. A Local Professional Knows How To Set the Right Price
If you sell your house on your own, you may be more likely to overshoot your asking price because you’re not as aware of where prices are today. Real estate professionals provide an unbiased eye when they help you price your house.
>>3. A Real Estate Advisor Helps Maximize Your Pool of Buyers Real estate professionals have a large variety of tools at their disposal, such as social media followers...

Seems I've completely forgotten to post about the current project I've been working on for the past couple years!
Gatedelvers is a goofy dungeon crawler roguelike co-op in Early Access and even currently on sale!
Play alone or with up to 3 friends, take a dive into a variety of worlds, infuse gear into other gear to make super gear and toss your friends or foes around!

Work Together and Succeed with Space for Sale
Tumblr media
Space for Sale co-op colony simulation game is due to receive Proton support for Linux and Steam Deck via Windows PC. From the insights provided by Mirage Game Studios, the developer behind this exciting project. Coming to both Steam and Humble Store. Space for Sale is an exciting adventure where you and a friend can become the best space real estate team in the universe. Due to be a thrilling journey that lets you explore unknown planets, work together, and build amazing things. Stepping into a vast space where you have the freedom to create, explore, and make your mark on different planets. That's what this experience offers. On top of that, Mirage Game Studios emailed confirming Proton support:
...we did have good experience using Proton for our previous project, Little Big Workshop. We aim to do the same with Space for Sale, including support for Steam Deck.
The game is created using Unity, the same engine used for Little Big Workshop. This suggests that Space for Sale should run quite well on Proton, likely achieving near-Platinum level compatibility. While this isn't the same as having a dedicated Linux version, it's a common approach for developers to sidestep the additional effort needed for native support. Firstly, you have a big decision to make in Space for Sale: will you stick together with your friend while exploring? Or will you split up to cover more ground? There are three different planets waiting for you, each with its own mysteries and opportunities. This is where your strategy plays a key role. You need to figure out the best way to work. Remember, working smart is just as important as working hard. You'll have gear and tools that you can sync up with your friend’s. Due to make sure you complement each other's strengths and weaknesses.

youtube
One of the best parts about Space for Sale is its two-player mode. It allows you and a friend to join forces in a way that's smooth and easy. You can jump in and out of the adventure together. But keep in mind, only the player who starts the session (the host) will keep the progress you both make. This means if you start a new adventure, you'll be starting from scratch. When you play together, your chances of success double. You can share resources, build bases, and work together to make your clients happy. Imagine building a base on a distant planet with a friend as true space pioneers. The planets in Space for Sale aren't just empty spaces. They're also full of challenges and secrets waiting to be discovered. So you’ll need to use all your survival skills to go beyond the surface and uncover hidden treasures.
Create Tools and Gadgets:
As a space realtor, your tools and gadgets are your best friends. To survive and thrive on these planets, you'll need to find and create various gadgets. These tools will help you adapt to the different settings and challenges you'll face. But there's more to the co-op colony simulation than just surviving. You'll have to be smart and creative. Research the local wildlife to improve your tools and base. Learn how to live in even the toughest conditions. Your goal is to turn harsh, alien settings into the most desirable piece of real estate out there. Space for Sale co-op colony simulation is an adventure where teamwork, strategy, and creativity are key. It's about exploring, surviving, and building in a vast, mysterious universe. Whether you play alone or with a friend, it's an experience that challenges you to be the best space realtor you can be. Due to receiving Steam Play support for Linux and Steam Deck via Windows PC. Wishlist on both Steam and Humble Store. Priced at $29.99 USD / £24.99 / 29.99€.

Negotiate Like a Child [Minus the Tantrums, of Course]
Remember the show, “Are you smarter than a 5th grader” or the book, “All I really need to know I learned in Kindergarten.”? Well, add Negotiation Skill and Prowess to the list of things we can learn from our children.  There are several key factors that make children such formidable negotiators, and why “growing up” tends to diminish the tools needed to get the best possible negotiation…
