I’ve always seen you. I know who you are, and I’ve dreamed about the things you’ve been through—because I was there.” “I’m here,” he doesn’t say. “I’ve always seen you.”

I think one of the funniest things that ever came from Teen Wolf was the fact that Deaton was enthusiastically helping Scott and friends for the first half (because he's Scott's dad, ofc), but after a while, when Scott's pups started going to him for counsel, he had this constant "I did not sign up for this" face every.
