So starting from the bottom, the D tier, we obviously have Solid, only started respecting his younger sister after it turned out she's much stronger than him and saved their whole family, bullied her before and was a bitch. He may have a neutral/decent relationship with his other siblings but that's because they were also bitches to Noelle

Langris is in the D tier too for obvious reasons, like sorry, but that's true. Maybe bro changed later, maybe he even held hands with his brother and fought by his side later, but that's only because Finral was a good brother to him, so fuck Langris

In the C tier we have Nozel. AND DON'T TRY TO CHANGE MY MIND. I get that he couldn't tell anyone about the curse, but what's that gotta do with letting his younger siblings THAT HE HAS POWER OVER bully Noelle??? AND JOINING THEM?????? Scott Mctaggart (His Full name is 'Scott Leith D. Mctaggart') is a Scottish male (hehehe)

Scott-ler is basically the shipname or just the tag I use for Scott x Onceler or Scott and Onceler ^^

Scott's personality overall is that hes basically a really sweet and thoughtful guy, he's a bit of a pushover and is quite shy, an ambivert for sure because he's not used to talking to others that's not Onceler (that's gay Scott 🙄), he can be chaotic and goes over the top when doing tasks, putting alot of effort into things.

The tasks may depend but especially on chores, when he does things he upholds it to a standard, you tell him that to make sure everything is clean, he will maybe clean the entire house if you leave him alone for like 3 hours (or less).

He hates bugs (certain kinds of course) and likes everything clean and organized.

His favorite animals is Horses and Bears, but he LOVES BEARS, he has a collection of teddy bears he's collected over the years.

Loves the color blue for personal reasons (hehehe your not beating the allegations Scott) but he likes to dip into red or green.

During his teen years he's gained the title of 'Spice King' because of his unnaturally high spice tolerance (totally not inspired by me, except I just have high tolerance not unnaturally high, yet.) And especially since not a single person beat him when eating spicy foods (or just eating straight from the hot sauce bottles)

Probably has undiagnosed Anxiety, He's got attachment issues (this extends to him being quite motherly to people younger than him, and animals too).

Morbid fact. I uh kinda like to make scott suffer because artist tendencies (so if you explore through the #scott mctaggart tag you might see him bloodied up or dead—)

His whole backstory basically revolves around his family having been murdered during a stormy night (aa classic OC story) after which he was then taken and thus is an orphan throughout his whole life.

He meets Onceler when they are both 7 years old in a summer camp, Scott was still a recluse cuz well your family is murdered, so it's understandable, thus he has a fear of having close connections with people.

That summer was the most life changing thing for Scott as well Onceler and Scott ended up being absolute best of friends, besties, bros, pals.

Luckily Scott ended up coincidentally moving orphanages that happened to be close to where ever Oncelers family is. ^^

As as you see, with Scott's backstory, he basically is SUPER attached to Onceler like not in a way that is clingy but more like he's a legit ride or die for Onceler same goes otherwise around (at least later in the events of the movie where that part is challenged), like this poor guy can't imagine his life without Onceler in it that he basically sabotages his chances of being adopted so he can stay close to Onceler.

Thus this friendship continued on as they grew older (making them 25 when they got out to travel, so by this point 25 - 7 = 18 years of friendship), so Scott's out of the orphanage by 18 and continues on with working, saving money cuz the absolute king he is 👑✨️

the two work enough to gain enough money so they can travel and set out for the world to find that material Once needs for the thneed. ( 7 years it took to make sure they got enough money, mainly scott was in charge of the savings because he doesnt trust Onceler's family, especially his mom)

You might be asking, what is Scott's dreams? Well he would love to be a doctor for humans and Animals, but he'd rather stay close to Onceler (sounds gay but alright man) to pursuing on opening the business.

Just a gentle reminder that scott has NO ONE besides Onceler, and 18 years of friendship that it draws the blur on Romantic or Platonic (yeah that line where they're just comfortable with one another), besides Once he's friends with the animals and acquaintances with the lorax.

Though in this case he managed to make 2 thneeds, the first thneed he gave to Scott (which is the iconic clothing piece that I draw him in pre-greed era and current greed era) and the other to show and try to get customers to buy.

So things happen movie stuff happen, what's his role when Once's bed was stolen? He slept through it till one of the barbaloots got to wake him up, he mainly arrived around when the Lorax was giving Onceler CPR.

So movie events go on, when Scott notices Onceler making a call, this is when there's a first crack in their friendship, he doesn't confront Onceler till later who later reassures that he will grow a back bone against his mom. (Lies)

So when Onceler's Family arrives, Scott's just in distaste but he continues to give Onceler the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, big mistake over there. scott.

He keeps letting Once get away with what's been happening, he tries to be firm but otherwise he keeps being blocked off or ignored especially by his family, knowing Isabella is behind all that.

So as the company continues biggering, Onceler still gives certain credit to Scott, being that Scott is co–founder of the company though it doesn't mean anything to him, because he just wants things to be back the way they are, he tries to give options that would at least let the environment be stabilised but to no avail, continously having his authority played for jokes by Isabella and the rest of the family, and choices and decisions he makes being sabotaged time and time again.

Just to establish, for the current greed era of Scott there's 2 personalities I play into in my drawings, Hard Shell Scott who basically doesn't give a damn and actually fights for his decisions and is more strict and mean (for the family, he's mainly closed off towards the audience), hes the one that has a very strained relationship with Onceler and often talks back, this either leads to fights between the two or just has Onceler trying to find the younger scott, and there's Soft Shell Scott, the one who keeps being a pushover and trampled on, leading him to a state of vulnerability and self consciousness, his relationship just keeps being distant and distant leading him to be an afterthought.

(This is stems from his trauma about his family, either closing off close relationships or too afraid to lose it and thus just plays the meek card)

I'm just gonna say, I uh kinda made it that Scott canonically dies young because of Onceler's actions and dies pretty much young in every universe except for one universe.

So what about if he were in the official Lorax Movie? (Man that's a dream.)

Audrey would mention about an uncle who loved plants and would send her plants and flowers ever now and then.

Well it would just portray to their friendship throughout, but maybe in a sequence that Ted asked about Scott to Oldler, Oldler will probably be sad and say that Scott had left him before he even realised them before he could say goodbye.

But this part would reveal that Scott is actually related to Audrey, and was the uncle she was talking about, he came to visit her and then got roped into that motorcycle chase scene wow ekdjekd.

But then as he gets ahold of the situation and find the gates, he kinda leaves that scene.

The last scene of him meeting up with Oldler after Onceler had his moment with the Lorax.

Suddenly he's not nearly as pissed as he was. He'll either have a second seat by his desk for you or say "fuck it" and pat his lap.

And he's clearly pouty and leans back and crosses his arms and throws another fit.

And when you show up and lean against the back of his chair and massage his shoulders he blushes just a little bit but calms down and Trey is just giggling to himself and probably kicking his feet under the table.

Everyone coos and Matt glared at Trey for a solid 20 seconds but then you kiss his forehead and he just leans back and sighs.

Also he can carry you, if you're comfortable with it.

Like bro has zero problem just picking you up in whatever way he wants to mess with you.

Timmy has talked about auditioning for Spidey, so he was not seeking just tortured artist roles. He had his breakthrough with Luca in CMBYN and he became an indie darling but his first important role was in the popular series Homeland. For actors when a door closes, sometimes another opens that sets a very different path for them. Whomever has seen his high school Timmy Tim performances knows that he can do really fun stuff. I'm glad that he did the heartwarming Wonka and practiced those fun musical theater muscles. Before Spidey, Tom had done more serious indie roles than Timmy. Anyone who has seen Tom speaking Gaelic in Pilgrimage knows that he was not seeking just fun and dumb action roles. Spidey brought Tom a lot of fame and fortune, but also established these preconceptions in terms of what he could do in the minds of many that just met him through Peter Parker. I'm looking forward to what project Tom will pick next outside of Spidey and Uncharted because I know he has a lot of untapped abilities

If option 1 was your sole objective, I’d say it works only as an insult. The tone of your ask is all over the place and it doesn’t really match its content. The way I understand yours, is that you subject yourself to fandom takes that you find low quality or wrong because that’s the right thing to do. That according to you we should all strive to find something positive in all sides of an issue. 

It reminds me of the centrist political “both-sidedism” almost turned into an art form. And centrism irks me because I’m a nasty lefty, a social justice warrior. I’m very far from the so-called “centre”, which in real politics is usually just non extremist right wing ideology. I will use “leftism” as an umbrella term here for various ideas, both economic and social, including feminism. It's a very reductive approach but in this case I don’t think a distinction is needed. 

Social media platforms can have a heavy political slant, and fandom Tumblr on average slants left.

The problem is that in many cases it’s image building and not true understanding of the issues that comprise the political leaning. It’s using, but more often misusing buzzwords and appropriating language, sometimes in active attempts to render words or terms meaningless. All in the pursuit of maintaining the image of being “for the good things and against the bad things”. It’s a performance.

Performance that is self perpetuating because the people, who indulge in it, will pressure one another to express “correct opinions” on whatever is the hot topic of the hour. To always be available for outside scrutiny. Those people feel obliged to have public opinions, and have them fast.

Fandom and social media are a funny territory where petty arguments about characters or plot choices get mired in real world political topics and ideologies. While it is true that art is always political, political criticism usually can’t be nailed down in one catch phrase. And it definitely can’t be done without honestly engaging with the text and the context it exists in. 

In the JJK Tumblr tags you will find a shit ton of posts, no longer than a paragraph, usually no longer than a single sentence, that call Gege a misogynist, that say that “Gege hates women”. And they will usually use one argument for that, namely that female characters die in JJK. Or more recently, that they are irrelevant to the plot. Both these takes stem from bastardisation of academic discourse surrounding female characters in fiction. They are in bad faith, they show that the person reflexively regurgitating them has no desire to engage with the text seriously and probably doesn’t know where such considerations came from, or understand how they functioned in their original context. But sometimes you will see more dedicated clout-chasers, who try to write meta posts on the misogyny in JJK without having a basic understanding of feminism, just trying to string together popular hot takes. Just to show that they don’t “mindlessly” consume media, that they are not afraid to criticise it and its author, an all out a woman hater. Show it in the most vapid and thoughtless way possible. 

That’s why they are a performance. And this performance is to build the image of the op as a feminist, a "Tumblr good person". That’s why they use the trappings of feminist critique. That’s why I call it “performative feminism”. 

An important thing to understand about me is that I don’t treat leftism as a zero sum game. I believe that political movements, organisations, people and works of art, can be doing some leftist things right and some wrong. That perfection on this is impossible. But there are also non negotiable issues, issues that you can’t really do a bit right, because human dignity, safety and livelihood is at stake. For example I’m not interested in listening to people who will condone genocide, I don’t think I should try to find value in their arguments. But I also don’t find value in reactions to genocide that dehumanise and use genocidal language towards a different group, even if a subset of that group is committing genocide. For me genocide is a non negotiable issue. I don’t respect people who try to perform support for genocide victims by justifying genocide others. People who instead of donating to relief support, or promoting relief support and direct pressure on government, chase clout by shouting out their vile opinions under the guise of supporting the victims, regardless whether they understand their own bias or not. 

But you may say that I’m exaggerating, using a real life issue to illustrate my disagreement with your values, when maybe you were just limiting your philosophy to fiction. But my character flaw is that I’m very principled. Especially when it comes to my grander principles trickling down to more trivial stuff. 

I don’t think I should respect people who appropriate and misuse feminist language to chase social media clout. I don’t find any value in their behaviour. I find it actually harmful. It reinforces this trend in first world leftism that activism can be done by yelling the right buzzwords on social media. Especially the right buzzwords about popular media. That activism and social critique doesn’t require engaging with the ideas, interrogating their own preconceived notions. That it makes them a “good person” when they misuse academic language to shit on a work just because it’s popular, just because they want the clout of an intellectual who can see through the mainstream. While it’s painfully obvious that they have no idea what feminist critique academic or casual is, or what the words they abuse mean, or what modern feminism even entails. 

Can you see how funny it is? This idea that they can position themselves as above the mainstream, as the betters of those who enjoy mainstream, by reflexively regurgitating the most popular hot takes. And this lazy behaviour is purely voluntary because no one has to have an opinion on everything. It’s actually impossible to have an in-depth and well researched opinion on everything. So if you don’t have the time to do research, or to even properly familiarise yourself with the work you have the very valid choice not to. Have the choice not to parrot a hot take for the sole purpose of performing activism. You have the choice to just divert your attention elsewhere, towards things that you will engage with in good faith. 

Because this kind of bad faith approach can lead to darker things. Because you can actually make yourself believe that your behaviour isn’t just a vapid social media act, you can convince yourself that you’re on some moral high ground, that you’re actually fighting against evil.

If Gege is a misogynist, if they hate women, it means that they are actually vile, a bad person and it’s ok to use violent ideation while writing about them. This is normalising dehumanisation for clout points. Priming yourself for viewing people and situations like this.

Gege is kind of an abstract entity for these people, it feels harmless because, come on, they will never meet Gege. And obviously this is all hyperbole and they wouldn’t really get violent. 

I witnessed it in real time when a group of people in fandom decided that my friend was a bad person. Over trivial fandom shit. They dehumanised my friend amongst themselves and proceeded to attack my friend for months, until they left Tumblr. Attack them in racist, misogynist and queerphobic ways, while claiming it’s okay because my friend is an actual evil person, they are actually dangerous for existing in the fandom. And also their attacks are okay because they are PoC/queers/women and as members of these groups their behaviour can't be racist, queerphobic or misogynist by deafault…

You also misunderstand my actions towards those people. I’m not engaging in “discourse” with them. This is not academia, I’m not an academic. I’m pushing back against their behaviour. I’m expressing my distaste towards the groupthink. I’m not pretending to be respectable because I don’t think their behaviour deserves respect.

SaL anon here my friend after a very, very long week. This is actually my 3rd attempt at sending you an ask. First, I finally had time and was excited to type up something for the latest episode and then the Buck LI stuff came out and the mood for that was killed. Next I had mostly typed up my salty thoughts only to have my internet go down (yes, I whined at home "what i was going to read??!!" and pointedly ignored my very much filled bookcase because my ships aren't in them). So here let's see if this one works out.

So how is it KR and the promo dept always manage to kill any joy we have when we get fed any kind of Buddie content (the follow-up to the Eddie getting shot, and the 5b and premier come to mind here)?? Seriously Buck and Eddie more or less went on a date and had family night together and almost immediately they came back with "look Buck and Eddie are going to go on dates!!". Its exhausting cause it seems like any time they put out a story that might even be slightly suggestive of them being more than platonic bros they insist on following it up with stories to "prove" they are, no matter how recycled those plots are.

And okay let's take a second here to ask WTF is KR doing with these characters? In 6b alone we've had Buck dying, a coma dream, PTSD, super powers, and now he's getting a crush, and we STILL haven't finished the accursed sperm donor storyline??!! Bobby and Athena investigated had the death of a beloved friend 🙄 plot, HenRen had the nonsensical Denny secretly seeing his Dad which was never an issue before plot, and Madney and Eddie are just kinda there?? The other characters have had at best one storyline where the audience has to either invent or rewrite the backstory for. But for Buck he's had like 50 plotlines, none of which have really gone anywhere? I love Buck but I'd rather have him have 1 good arc and resolution than whatever this bullshit is. I'd easily take that screentime and give it to any of the other characters if it meant we got 1 well thought out and executed storyline. Instead we're just recycling and redressing old plots for everyone else while KR uses a magnetic poetry set to plan what Buck's doing from episode to episode. We have 5 episodes left in the season, 4-5 guest characters that are going to be incorporated (including 2 much beloathed ones 🙄🙄🙄), and nothing really setup for our mains to do (even Eddie dating isn't setup, it literally hasn't come up after Ana and you'd think they could have in 6a while he was watching his son mature).

Anyway, I'll stop the rant here though there's definitely more I could say. I'll close off saying I hope you're feeling better today since this week looks like its been rough on you. Sending you virtual tea, soup, and hugs!!

Long week is RIGHT my friend! I'm so sorry you were foiled in your previous attempts! I am right there with you on the Buck LI stuff just...sucking a lot of the joy out of things for me. Because of course we're doing this again 🙄🙄🙄 I was even writing up notes on a possible fic and you KNOW I haven't written anything since Malex and even that was before s4 started. But alas. That sucks about the power going out! I hate when that happens especially if I was in the middle of something! (Also I am SO with you. I keep buying books and then just...not reading them because my brain says "it's not our blorbos so no.)

I am just...so tired at this point. Like yes these people *may* not stick around, but even so, I don't want to loose out on Buddie scenes and Buckley-Diaz family scenes! I don't want Buck to have 90% of his time and discussions with some new character I do not know or care about instead of Eddie and the firefam! They already tried to do that with BT and it was the woooooorst! I want Eddie to have screentime and arcs but again, I don't want the little time we DO get to be wasted on some random side character! And lets be honest, there is no person they can introduce at this point that can compare with the relationship Buck and Eddie have already built and the ways in which they are the perfect partners for what each other needs. So the options are to a) cut down on seeing that relationship so their new het ones don't look so shitty and lame in comparison, b) have these women be mostly just Blurry Girlfriends in the background with no personality or depth just to have the boys paired off so they don't have to do Buddie while still centering their relationship so people can't call them out for not committing to Buddie because their "friendship" looks basically the same, or c) give them LIs that are basically the other's personalities transplanted into a female body in order to have the relationship be anything close to what Buck and Eddie need in a life partner. These are all terrible options, and I hate them, more than I hate the idea of them ending up single even though it undercuts their own narrative set up for the characters but that's a cop-out too.

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 to everything about Buck's 700 shitty arcs this season while everyone else is mostly twiddling their thumbs. KR is literally the worst at pacing and planning, and constructing a season with any kind of flow. On the bright side, Ravi is coming back and Chim is going to get to do something! I'm so excited! I was really hoping for more of him and Bobby teaming up last week because the little crumbs we got were GOLD.

I did have a very emotionally rollercoaster-y week and the show being Like This absolutely Did Not Help, but I am making it work. Mostly with loooots of fic. Someone pointed out that Mew is starting to dress like Ray used to before Sand starting healing him and that Ray is dressing more in the style that Sand told looked good on him - I swear this is for telling something and my theory is that Ray ends up realizing that dating Mew was not what he had in mind and that being with Sand was actually what he wanted this whole time, but let me actually start the episode now 😅

Cheum being worried about Mew is justified BUT I think she’s worried for the wrong reasons; she thinks Ray is encouraging his bad behavior while I think Mew is just forcing himself to be the same as Ray in order to get the love he desperately wants and that he believes Ray will give him - we all know this is going to be a hot mess, you can’t force a square block into a round hole after all.

Ray hasn’t even officially stated that he’s dating Mew now but he’s already trying to convince himself that there was never anything between him and Ray and that he was always just a friend with benefits. And Americans are so triggered while having never been to college, not reading a single book for years on end, denigrating and dismissing formal college education (“you don’t need a college degree to be smart,” claiming they have “street smarts” vs “book smarts” and pretending that makes them better than academics, complaining about schools being liberal and woke and discouraging each other to pursue it all while boosting up manual labor jobs that anyone with an able body can do without any real skill or knowledge, etc), and having literally voted for trump because understanding the nuances of political philosophy and policy was too hard for them.

Americans are aggressively mediocre and cheer on each other’s mediocrity. Why do you think red pillers complain about gold digging women even though the average man makes $40-80k; not even close to 6 figures or millions where maybe you can have that concern then? Why do you think they complain about women going to college more than them and therefore getting jobs where they can support themselves, making them not needed? And instead of becoming better men that women would WANT to be around (being nicer, keeping up good hygiene and style, developing interests and a personality outside of sports and/or video games and anime, becoming emotionally mature and being willing to help clean and cook and manage the household alongside a woman, etc), they instead spread tips and tricks on how to neg and gaslight women into being with them as their mediocre selves. Losers like umar telling women to give a man $700 dollars a month to make his dream come true instead of going to the bank to get a business loan like any other entrepreneur should (cuz his credit won’t allow for it). These men would rather fight tooth and nail to force women to accept their mediocrity than rise to the slightly higher expectations women have for them than previous generations had (literally it’s like a 15% higher expectation and they’re crying about it 🙄).

How can you see that and tell me modern/the average American isn’t lazy? When men would rather work a stupid and tedious dead end job for $60k then come home and play video games until it’s time to eat the food his woman makes and then watch tv as she puts the kids to bed. At what point is he doing anything to improve himself? Expand his mind? Anything? And then you’re surprised when tech bro billionaires are like “yeah you know Americans don’t get enough stem degrees so we gotta outsource that too.”

Americas biggest problem is its refusal to invest in its own people. Instead of paying Americans a living wage doing manual jobs, they’d rather outsource to immigrants who will work for much less. Instead of investing in American factories, we outsource the majority of our factory jobs in the global south for pennies. All so the wealthy can stay wealthy. Elon is right: you will be at a net loss for a while as you invest in homegrown workers. But what is the answer? To just outsource all labor overseas? What are Americans supposed to do then if we keep refusing a universal base income? That’s sort of where we are now.

But the mediocre voted for the man who has ZERO interest in investing in getting Americans up to speed. The very systems needed to allow for more American tech works are about to be dismantled. Elon and Vivek are right that American culture does celebrate and reward mediocrity. He’s right we celebrate prom queens more than we celebrate the smart nerd looking to go to an Ivy League. For the past 15 years anyone who went to college was mocked for “wasting time and money,” and more kids would rather be influencers than anything that would require them to get a degree.

But their solution isn’t to invest time and money into building up Americans. And the Americans who voted for them don’t even value education to demand otherwise. This is what happens when anti intellectualism runs rampant in a country where the average joe doesn’t have access to education nor the ability to build a decent life for himself without it. Or hell when the only ppl with college degrees able to get a decent life are the stem bros anyway. No one sees the value in learning multiple languages, learning how to read and write well, studying philosophy and the sort. All of this is needed to understand the stem shit too but we don’t understand that because it’s not immediately profitable. Our for profit society is killing us and Americans keep voting in the party that wants to make breathing a for profit activity we have to pay for. And yall still don’t fucking learn!

This is the problem. MAGA wasn’t to say they want to be great but Americans are too lazy to do the real work to improve. Reading and humbling themselves to actually LEARN from people with more knowledge than them instead of being intimidated by them. Making schools better for k-12, and giving more affordable and free college and secondary education options for the rest of us. A universal base income so people hand the freedom to pursue academic careers and degrees that will make us better. The problem is these mediocre idiots want to go back to a time where mediocrity got you a mortgage and four kids and a dog. Now mediocrity gets you shit and their reaction is well make it hard for those ACTUALLY doing the work to improve themselves intellectually instead of making it easy for THEM to improve. Because that would require them to learn actual policy. And that’s just too much work for the average American.

I do it and I think it’s normal IF you’ve actually made changes… Yet you do need to forgive yourself for past mistakes you’ve made. (Also you may have set backs and fall back into bad habits at time cuz you’re human) Give yourself some credit for the growth you’ve made!!

If you are beating yourself up, possibly you realize things that you’ve done wrong and want to do better. You have learned some valuable lessons and understand you can’t go back to change or undo the past. Obviously the past has shaped you to where you are now AND where you are now, is only shaping you for the next phase in your life.

Everyone is different but for me, I grew up being labeled and made to feel stupid at school but at home, my parents treat me as if nothing is wrong with me and they dismiss the label. By 15 years old, I’m now dropped out of school to do “homeschooling” however, I also became the family caretaker and didn’t do much school. I mostly took care of family members AND I found porn…. I always was curious about my body and sex even when I was 5 years old. So at 15 when I discover porn and realize I can “masturbate”, I did it daily. I started finding ways to pleasure myself and watched porn 24/7, it programmed my brain to believe that sex was love.

At 18 I got my first bf who was homeless prior and also dropped out of school. He moved in with me and we both got our GED together. I wanted so badly to test out every fantasy I’ve kept locked in my mind but I’m scared to get pregnant because I was already helping to raise my bro’s kids plus that bf wouldn’t hold a job down so I stayed strong, fighting the temptation and refused to have sex with him but we came close so many times in heated moments. 😩I mean so many times was like “okay let’s just do it” then we start to get naked and he puts it in, then I chicken out like “nooo wait I can’t. He would not move out after we broke up and stayed for 6 months but I made him sleep downstairs on the couch and I kept throwing his clothes out of my closet 😝 he kept hanging his clothes back up in my closet till he gave up and hung them up in the closet downstairs.

That first bf had no boundaries … he’s mad that I dumped him and want him to move out. So he just acted like a child the whole time. He would barge into my bedroom without knocking and I would be getting dressed and he’s also in a towel saying he needs to get dressed but dude… I keep moving your clothes out of my room, how do they keep showing back up in here??? (He had his ways) eventually after MONTHS of fighting with him, my dad threatened him to get a job or move out!!! FINALLY that boyfriend packed up his stuff in garbage bags and LEFT! Stormed out all “mad at me”. Slammed the front door, slammed his beat up car door and drove out of my life 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 wooooooooooooooo!!!!!

okay but I knew nothing about toxic relationships 🙄 just figured that guy was lazy and didn’t really feel sad about breaking up with him. I learned little from that relationship and continued to be so ever nice and supportive of every guy I love next. Every guy I met after that bf till now, has been toxic. They don’t see me as a person with feelings, they see an easy girl who is very open and willing to put up with their behavior. I sent them nudes often and talked dirty with them. Yet, they’re abusing my feelings and emotions. Especially in my last relationship, wow I was completely out of my mind obsessed with him becuase 1: I think he’s attractive…. 2: he’s bread crumbing me and 3: he has me on eggs shells.

Those men make me blame myself for the way they discarded me. I felt worthless, stupid, ugly and inadequate. My last relationship made me hate myself in ways no one should but I was suicidal and he “talked me through a suicide attack.” Not until years later did I ever learn what emotional abuse is or what a toxic person can be like. Sadly, I trusted all these men and put my heart and soul into them. My last relationship, I was planning our baby’s name and ready to give him everything he wants but his actions was not matching his words and the more I confronted his behavior, the more he was pushing me away and acting irritated with me. Treating me like I’m such a burden to talk to yet he WONT BREAK UP WITH ME 🥴 Was so frustrating, hurtful and confusing. I blamed myself for all of it and that’s what a lot of people do in toxic / one-sided relationships …

I did not understand back then what I know now. I’ve totally changed and now I’m married but I treat him waaaaaay way different, it’s not perfect I still struggle to totally share my feelings and don’t fully trust yet but that will come. I’m not giving up and doing all I can to keep faith and keep strong ❤️‍🩹🌹 Healing does unfortunately take time and I’ve been healing from many toxic relationships…. Men I truly thought I was falling in love with but I never knew what love was. Porn lied to me about “love.” I thought to be in love is to have a lot of sex and 😝🥴🙄😳 I was so wrong! As you step into your house, you swiftly rush upstairs to avoid your brother's usual talks every time you come back from school. But as you run down the corridor towards your room, you bump into him. -"Oh, there, why are you in a rush?" he chuckles before noticing the bruise above your cheek, causing his expression to tense up.

He looks you up and down, seeing your coat filled with dirt, he brings his hand under your chin taking a closer look at your bruise -"s'nothing, I just fell while running" you lie, yanking his hand from your face, and before you walk past him, he graps your arm, -"not so fast, I'm going to wash your coat, give it to me"
