this week, on clint watch:

in black widow: venomous #1, natasha used a memory concoction of clint to help train her symbiote:

i'm assuming since it's a memory/illusion!clint, the costume choice has no bearing on the continued use of his thunderbolts blue and purple costume. otherwise i too will emit debilitating psychic rays that coalesce into beating someone up

Someone tells Clint that Hawkeye sucks and is the worst avenger and Clint tells them to “shut up shut up shut up shut up now!” And they are smug and preening because the insult got to him but he was trying to warn them because a second later Tony Stark arrives, glasses gleaming, the Iron Legion behind him and a rose gold iphone in his hand, his notes app opened with already a hundred different sue angles typed up, a knife is suddenly poking into their side from behind, Captain America is glaring righteously at them, the sky is darkening with a storm and that man in the purple shirt is slowly turning green. Clint shakes his head sadly and the person squeaks out an “im sorry!” and a bit of pee and flees
