私も35歳を過ぎて肉体的な変化を感じ始めました。
数年前に坂道ダッシュをして「ああ、もうベストタイムは出ないんだ」と悟りました。
しかし、体についてお伝えする立場上、最低限の肉体は維持しようとコツコツと筋トレを開始しました。
少しずつ少しずつ負荷を上げ、現在の私の最高難易度を撮影しました(実は撮影は2月頃です)。
全身を満遍なく鍛えられると思いますので、できるところからやってみてください。
そして、いざという時に動ける体を維持しておきましょう。

LIFE UPDATE:
After weeks of quarantine I’m starting to get bored with my own workouts and feel like they aren’t pushing me as much as they were a little over a month ago. And because of that, recently I’ve been skipping out on my workouts because they haven’t been as exciting and motivating as they were before. And this is totally normal! FITNSSS JOURNEYS ARE NEVER PERFECTLY LINEAR. It is completely normal to have highs and lows:)
So, to switch it up and hopefully get back on track, I’m taking a break from coming up with every single day of my workout split. I’m going to try incorporating some of the workouts of my fave fitness youtubers. I’m hoping this will spark some inspo and creativity to better mix up my own routines in the future.
That being said I have come up with some really good workouts over the past couple weeks. I’m still gonna share them with you all so you guys can give them a try and possibly mix up your quarantine fitness routines too!
ALSO, please support #BLM, police brutality is UNACCEPTABLE and needs to END. Peoples lives are being taken and it is NOT okay. We need change and we all need to work together to make that change happen no matter the color of your skin. This is a human problem and as humans we need to speak up and take action. An alternating lateral tuck on a freeFORM Board and a Power Plate and a running / sprinting drill on a docked and unlocked freeFORM Board.
Core strength which engages the obliques as lateral flexors and rotators (through the transition from side to side) and the docked exercise is an intense metabolic cardio workout.
