The way I remember it, Angels of Passion was a short lived erotic romcom manga about a depressed young man being accosted by three flirtatious angels, who are trying to cheer him up.

In 1986, it was adapted into an OVA featuring the song “Ulterior Motives” by Christopher Saint Booth.
