The hypocrisy of calling oneself a "good Christian" lies in the disconnect between professed faith and actions. It arises when individuals claim to follow Christian teachings but fail to embody the core values of compassion, love, and forgiveness in their daily lives.
Examples of this hypocrisy can manifest in various ways:
Judging and condemning others:Christians are often called to be merciful and forgiving, yet some may judge and condemn others based on their beliefs, lifestyle, or social status.
Discrimination and prejudice:Some Christians may discriminate against marginalized groups, such as LGBTQ+ individuals or people of different races or religions, despite the teachings of love and inclusivity.
Hypocrisy in political and social stances:Christians may advocate for policies that contradict the teachings of compassion and social justice, such as opposing healthcare or welfare programs for the poor or denying asylum to refugees.
Lack of action and commitment:Some may claim to be Christian but fail to actively participate in community service, show generosity to those in need, or stand up for social justice.
The core issue is the disconnect between faith and actions. While claiming to be a good Christian, individuals may engage in behaviors that contradict the teachings of Jesus Christ and the core values of Christianity.
The hypocrisy lies in the discrepancy between what individuals profess to believe and how they actually live their lives. It is important to remember that true Christianity is not just about claiming a label or attending church services; it is about living out the teachings of Jesus Christ in all aspects of life.

Christian Hypocrites, Do Not Be A Christian Hypocrite.
Proud Hypocrites call Themselves Christians. Yes! I see Numerous “Christian” Hypocrites Daily.  I have been in the Christian Ministry for 40 years. As an Evangelist, A Teacher, A Pastor, An Assistant Pastor etc… I speak from decades of Personal Knowledge. After Many Years as an Assistant Pastor in a KJV Only, IFB (Independent Fundamentalist Baptist) Church I stepped down as the Assistant Pastor,…

Me, occasionally, when the Judgement Beast gets ahold of me: "I can't believe there are actually members of the FLDS/Strangite/CoC, that's heretical. You can't just decide to add/change existing scriptures, that's not how it works. They claim to be a part of the Church but they don't actually follow any of the rules."

Either one is cruel, intolerant and inhumane!. Imagine combining them together?
Dominionist pastor Ché Ahn appeared at an event in Oklahoma last night that was organized by the Christian nationalist program “FlashPoint,” where he bragged that several members of his congregation are on the ballot for the November elections in California.
Ahn, a leader in the New Apostolic Reformation and head of Harvest International Ministries based in Pasadena, California, was active in the right-wing effort to keep former President Donald Trump in office after he lost the 2020 election, appearing at a rally on Jan. 5, 2021—one day before the Capitol insurrection—where he proclaimed that Trump would stay in power and that they would “rule and reign through President Trump and under the lordship of Jesus Christ.”
While Trump did not remain in office, Ahn is still intent on seeing his fellow right-wing Christians “rule and reign” over this nation.
“It is time for the church to rise,” Ahn told the FlashPoint audience. “We have the answers. We are the ones and we can’t just wait for the government—you are his ekklesia, you are his legislative body of the Kingdom of God and you need to be involved.”
“We’re encouraging people to run for office,” he continued. “For the first time in my network of churches … we have had seven people run in the March 5 primaries. They all ran because we gave them money to win and now they’re facing the election in November. They all won (their primaries). Not one lost.”

I know you guys don't wanna talk about this, but you're against religious extremism, unless said religious extremism is based on a religion that is based on inherently christian values.
you're against killing innocent people unless those innocent people belong to a religion that isn't based on inherently christian values.
you're against human rights being taken away, unless it's happening to people who: don't look like you, or adhere to a religion that is not based on inherently christian values, or is not your gender.
you guys don't want to talk about this.
but the thing is, there's a very common denominator on all of these things.
you don't want to talk about it.
but that's what it is.
that's what it is.

“womanhood is under attack” baby girl the dignity of every human life from conception to natural death is under attack. which includes womanhood but also manhood and childhood and personhood. can we handle the rampant dehumanization of our siblings in Christ in prisons and the labor force and our communities before discussing if STEM initiatives for women are inherently oppressive?
