HAVING A SECRET ADMIRER
when the snw crew has a secret admirer, and how they handle it
CW: gn!reader
CREW: chris pike, una chin-riley, spock, la'an, erica ortegas, nyota uhura, christine chapel
CHRIS - first and foremost, chris would be absolutely flattered. he thinks the little gifts or poems left behind for him are really adorable and they always brighten up his day. he wouldn’t try to go out of his way to find out who his secret admirer is - he likes the mystery, as well as wanting to spare his admirer any embarrassment of being discovered. chris would also not really try to hide it. he’ll put the flowers in a vase on his desk, or share the delicious chocolate with friends who come to dinner. when others lightly tease him about it, chris would be a very good sport. or if someone like erica wants to help him find the identity of his admirer (because she’s so nosy), chris would forbid it. though, as all things do on a starship, you’re eventually caught and the mystery is over. still, chris would try his absolute hardest to try and prevent you from being humiliated in some way. he’ll thank you for all of the little gifts, ensure that he won’t say a thing to the crew, and finally asks if you’d want to have dinner with him - just the two of you. he’s still got some more of those chocolates you left for him, and chris is eager to share.
UNA - she knows you’re her admirer almost immediately, but continues to play dumb to prevent you from feeling embarrassed or foolish. she’ll let the rumors circulate, finding it amusing what the rest of the crew thinks of her secret admirer. una will resist any plans of trying to sniff out the mystery person, as she enjoys the days some new gift arrives for her and the rest of the senior staff are super eager as if it’s another clue to the mystery. in the meantime, una does treat you just a little differently. not enough to be too noticeable, but the knowledge of you being her admirer softens her. there are times when una thinks about just coming clean and telling you she knows everything. when the cat is eventually out of the bag, una keeps it all lowkey. she tries not to make a big deal out of it, making small jokes or smart comments to ease your embarrassment. but when she gets more serious - so warm in how she thanks you for the gifts, it makes you wonder why you ever tried to keep it a secret. then una suggests you two take some time together the next time the enterprise is in port somewhere, and she doesn’t miss when you ask the captain the next day when he thinks they’ll come across a starbase.
SPOCK - doesn’t really understand the concept of a secret admirer at first. he has a loose understanding, but only through the wire of human culture and spock doesn’t even really pay much attention to that. at first, he may just ignore it, thinking it’s simply a passing infatuation and will fade, as human emotions are prone to do. but the gifts left for him don’t cease, and it isn’t until a rather passionate poem comes along does spock finally decide to do some investigating. he’s a scientist, he doesn’t like a mystery to be unsolved if he can help it - plus, he stresses with nurse chapel, his secret admirer must be slacking in their duties on the ship. it really doesn’t take spock very long to discover the culprit, and once he’s face-to-face with you…well, he doesn’t know what to say. he’s never had a secret admirer before. you start apologizing, hoping you hadn’t embarrassed spock because you knew how private and introverted he is and you didn’t wanna scare him off with any grand gestures and- he cuts you off there. tells you that vulcans are incapable of embarrassment and it was actually very thoughtful that you wanted to spare his (nonexistent) feelings. plus, the poem was a very beautiful one, where did you learn it from? do you know of others that are similar? it kinda evolves into you spending time with spock via showing him your favorite poet and made you thankful you went the route of a secret admirer - it seems to suite spock a lot better.
LA’AN - she’s usually pretty good at letting her icy exterior discourage any hijinks, and this includes secret admirers. most of the crew wouldn’t even think about doing something so brazen and wholesome to la’an - to be honest, she intimidates a lot of her crewmates. so when news starts spreading of somebody secretly crushing on the security chief, la’an had no idea how to respond. for a time, she thought it was simply just a sick joke. maybe some of the junior officers were making her the butt of a prank, which la’an has absolutely 0 tolerance for. the captain and a few others tried to explain that it was harmless, and la’an eventually came to terms with it. no prank can so worth it as to intently learn all of her favorite desserts, color, flower… okay, once la’an was sure there was no funny business happening, she absolutely wanted to find her secret admirer. why? she didn’t have a solid answer - it changed from person to person. it took no time at all to find your identity, and once she came to confront you… she was barely able to speak. it was a little humiliating for la’an - she just had no experience with this sort of thing and it blindsided her like nothing else. she let you ramble on, eyes averting whenever you talked about your feelings. but when you started apologizing, that’s when she cut back in with her usual blunt words, insisting you did nothing worth apologizing for. in fact, she really liked those flowers, and she wants to know how you got a hold of them - you know, for future reference.
ERICA - honestly, erica would probably get a little cocky about having a secret admirer. it’s one thing to have someone crushing on you like school kids, but it’s different when erica keeps finding gifts and letters left for her, only her, and she can flaunt them around. of course, she’d be super curious about her admirer. i imagine she might bring it up to those she works closely with, hoping they saw or heard something that might lend a clue. once the newness wears off, erica’s curiosity would get the better of her, and she would actively try to investigate. though, she isn’t exactly subtle - discovering the identity of her admirer came as a complete accident. quite literally catching you in the act, and when you try to deflect, erica knows she’s caught her admirer. though, her victory is cut short when she sees just how embarrassed she’s made you - it didn’t really occur to erica that you wanted to be secret for a reason. so she softens up, thanks you for all the little gifts you left her, and she genuinely wants to discuss it. erica isn’t opposed to taking things further, but only on one condition - you gotta keep supplying the sweets you’ve been leaving for her. they’re really good, and they taste better when they’re gifted.
NYOTA - is immediately very shy about the whole thing, even when others are excited and curious and lowkey pushing nyota for as many details as she can give. and she does tell the stories of each time she discovered a new trinket or treat or letter, much to the pleasure of her nosy friends. but there’s something she keeps hidden from them, knowledge that nyota wants to keep to herself - she recognizes the words on the letters. she’s got an ear for language, as well as an eye for words. at first, she definitely tried to ignore what her gut was telling her. trying to spare you and herself the embarrassment, even though the knowledge was kept to herself. but it was the knowledge that slowly warmed her up to the idea of perhaps returning your affections - it’s quite hard to read such passionate words and not begin to feel something for the person you know is writing them. though, nyota isn’t quite as skilled in being subtle, and it’s easy to tell when she started acting different. that’s when your letters ceased, nyota got anxious, and she just had to say something. assure you that she wasn’t upset or uncomfortable - just the opposite, in fact. she very much enjoyed everything you’ve given her, and she knows they’ll stop now that she confronted you, but she wanted to clear the air. and of course, you care about her, so you ask her if she wanted you to keep writing letters. just because she seemed to enjoy them so much. nyota didn’t even realize she had nodded her head until you smiled and walked away.
CHRISTINE - equal parts flattered and shy. flings are one thing - no strings attached, no warm sentiments, and absolutely no rumors. christine was actually the last to know about her first gift, which was foolishly left by her corner of sick bay and discovered by everyone else. she was immediately bombarded with questions and theories and christine wasn’t even able to fully enjoy and inspect the gift until she brought it to her quarters. for a time, she attempted to ignore it. but small gifts grew into more personal objects that only someone who knew her would know. and those eventually evolved into letters and poems and christine was a little fed up at this point - not that these gestures weren’t unwanted. they always put her in a little better of a mood. but christine doesn’t like being purposefully excluded, and she’s definitely not used to more intimate gestures of affection. it was only a matter of time before the identity of her admirer was revealed - the ship wasn’t big enough to keep such a secret. she’s the one who confronted you, and admittedly, came off kinda strong at first. you apologized, promised it would stop, and that’s not what she wanted. instead of sneaking around, how about grabbing lunch, she offered. or maybe dinner, since your shifts don’t exactly line up. and when you agreed, christine couldn’t tell if she was relieved or even more on edge.

So in the menagerie
The Talosians were really like: look, Captain, we brought you two women: one is hot and of close enough rank that you could legit chalk it up to "aliens made us do it" without issues but she is a lesbian so we provided a backup Pike fangirl.

@galaeus asked: hc + 🎵 for a music-themed headcanon (pike!)
Thematic Headcanons. | Accepting
Chris prefers country music over the stuff kids today call music. He's into the older stuff of country music. He's tried to listen to other music but couldn't ever get into it. He won't make fun of others' music and will proudly listen to his music when around others.

Star Trek TOS/SNW Prompt List
Okay, for now this is what I got, and I'm thinking maybe Ill try to make a list like this every month (???maybe?) to get my brain working. Might do another Garashir one tomorrow or after tomorrow. 🤔
Spirk are beamed down to a planet of giants
Spirk fixing a console problem from outside the Enterprise
Spirk feels their T'hy'la bond across the galaxy from each other. (Conceptualization of the T'hy'la)
Spock murders the giant Omni (The Price of Phoenix) in defense of an injured Jim.
The moment Spock mind melds with Jim (as Janice Lester) and the memories that pass between them.
Professor James T. Kirk, a stack of books with legs, teaching a class with Mitchell and Carol in attendance and Janice Lester as co-professor.
Jim takes a moment to mourn his brother, Sam, and his sister-in-law, Aurelian with his nephew Peter.
Jim fights the Gorn (SNW style)
Jim watches the Enterprise as it pierces through Tarsus IV's clouds. The crowds that are left stand in shock as well.
Trelane comes back, older (as teen personality vs TOS's young boy personality), a menace as ever. How will Spock and Kirk deal with him this time?
M'Benga in the middle of the Klingon War.
Doctor M'Benga and Doctor Chapel marry, post tmp. The Enterprise (TOS/SNW) are in attendance.
La'an mourns her Jim as the timeline switches back into place.
Omni (The Price of Phoenix) abducts Jim, on Vulcan as Spock prepares for Kolinahr hears Jim's distress. (pre-tmp) (yes, I am obsessed with this villain and the books)
Jim with his Tholian child, Bright Eyes, find themselves in Sulu's botanic lab.
Mirror Verse!Spirk meet over Pike's dead body, Uhura and Spock are aligned, and impressed with their new Captain.
The SNW crew ARE turned into bunnies, Jim, Spock, and Uhura have to care for them while they fix the problem
The Enterprise and Farragut crews team up to deal with a situation on a Greek themed planet. (SNW)
Harry Mudd and his double? is once again found doing something criminal and ridiculous.
McSpirk finds themselves in the Mirror Verse's past, an earth where Khan wins, and successfully conquers the Earth (my headcanon on why the Mirror Verse exists).
Young Jim copes (or doesn't) with his first kills on Tarsus IV, while holding young Kevin Riley.
Uhura is planning a musical, sadly many of the bridge crew decline participation, surprisingly Spock does not! He plays the music. Their show becomes a yearly tradition.
Admiral Kirk sits alone in his home on Earth, and drinks. He thinks about Spock and the Enterprise and wonders how it all went wrong.
Yeoman Rand brings new Earth trends to the Enterprise, Uhura, Chapel, La'an, and Una all try something new.
Yeoman Rand and Captain Kirk fight a group of hostile aliens, their movements are in sync. (Yeoman Rand is Captain Kirk's protégée in this prompt)
Rand, Uhura, and Sulu attempt to talk to the local parliament comprised by what looks like sentient flowers.
Future!Spirk get time displaced and find themselves on the SNW Enterprise, not knowing whether they've stopped at an alternate universe, or the past, they keep quiet on the state of future affairs. Between a living Sam Kirk, and an uninjured Pike, both Jim and Spock are stressed.
Jim hesitates to fire at the dikironium cloud creature, and loses consciousness as the creature sets upon the Farragut.
Jim and Spock, and begrudgingly Droxine, catch the view from Stratos.
The enterprise picks up a child from a dying ship. The child with prophetic powers opens a popup storybook that involves the future of the enterprise, the art style depicts a style like the tos series, and two indistinct figures of a captain and his first officer. Chris Pike watches in trepidation as the story unfolds.

If "Subspace Rhapsody" took place in S1 I have some headcanons
A- I feel like it would have been funny to do just covers of songs instead of just making up new ones- cuz then the crew would be scrambling to decipher wtf Una and Chris meant by singing a duet to 'Whenever Wherever' by Shakira (Like are they friends? Should we call Batel??)
I feel like La'an would have sung in something other than English, because god damn it if she's going to sing her feelings- she's going to at least sing in a language no one understands! (Aka Chinese opera or Bollywood lol )
M'Bena and Pike should have had a buddy duet to something stupid
Hemmer would have had a cute duet with Uhura to something sweet, maybe a sad/dramatic solo alone
Chapel would be singing 'What the hell' by Avril Lavigne
Erica needs to do 'my way' by Queen Key, she/they don't have a choice
Spock should have 2 songs or more, each in a different language (one of which is Vulcan) and one of them has to be some horrific pop song that he will deny that he has ever listened to
every time the song comes on, the crew has no idea who's singing and why, so they just look around frantically until someone breaks out singing-
Oh, and they should have control of their facial expressions. If Una's going to put on a show, she's going to be rolling her eyes and smirking the whole time.

Can I please hear about the La'An and Chris' mom lore for Youthful Exuberance?
~ enterprise-come-in 💠🖖🏻
Oooh yes, and thank you for asking, @enterprise-come-in! ❤️
Folks who haven’t read the story to the end, this isn’t the post for you. Spoilers incoming.
Seriously.
Last warning….
Okay, so we know La’an and Willa (Chris’ mom’s name taken from beta canon) meet at Chris and Una’s wedding when La’an is in prep school. Not long after that, La’an starts at Starfleet Academy. Willa, at this point, is established in Montana, has come to love Una (sort of), and enjoys having houseguests more than she admits to her son who waited a year to truly start his career so he could be close to Willa. And, of course, we all know from watching the show what La’an suffered before Una found her.
(You might be wondering about Willa’s Earth-typical mistrust of Augments and genetic engineering. But why, according to Willa, would La’an be considered an Augment when the young woman is in fact a descendant of an Augment — and therefore someone with a tough road that could be smoothed by some extra love?*)
*I find the canon status of La’an in terms of “benefitting” from genetic engineering to be confusing at best (as of two seasons in). That’s a dozen headcanons at least, but Willa sees La’an in Willa’s way.
So we have two people, both in need of family, both part of the same family through Chris and Una, both on the same side of the same continent on the same planet.
Which means that La’an stays over at Willa’s house sometimes, the first invitation extended for Federation Day dinner when La’an had nowhere to go and Willa had no one to feed. The invitations continue, gratefully accepted. Willa learns La’an’s favorite foods (because that’s how Pikes show love) and La’an volunteers to help with household tasks that Willa finds difficult (because beating back her own shyness in service of a task is how La’an shows love). Which means La’an upgrades Willa’s security system. Twice. Sometimes they read in separate chairs in front of the fireplace and La’an could swear she could reach out and feel the love in the air, tangible.
Chris and Una get separate letters from La’an and Willa, each pleased and worried she’s taking up too much of the other’s time, then both accepting reassurance that it’s good, it’s really good, that La’an has someone to fuss over her and Willa has someone to fuss over. Especially because Chris and Una try to be there for the important things, but are gone for sometimes years at a time.
La’an invites Willa to see First Contact Day fireworks and Willa’s laugh is full-bellied because Willa was going to invite La’an to the same fireworks display.
Remember the story’s scene in which La’an finally gets to see Una in the holding cell? I reworked that scene so many times because I kept trying to (and ultimately couldn’t) fit in dialogue of La’an saying to Willa in that quiet, under-her-breath way La’an can have: “I admire how you got into the holding cell.” And Willa replying in her usual encouraging, self-assured way: “With age comes wisdom, dear.”
And I know the story makes clear that La’an has separate close relationships with Una, Kat Cornwell, and Neera. In my mind, Willa is there, too — particularly for Family Weekend at Starfleet Academy and someone asks La’an who that feisty old lady is and La’an isn’t sure whether to say my grandmother-in-law or my great aunt-in-law or some variation on my older, nebulously related cousin. But categorizing is for security sweeps, not people, so La’an simply says: “Her name is Willa and she’s my family.”
#i love asks#youthful exuberance#family#found family#family by choice#family for la’an#everyone should have a loving doting grandmother either by blood or by choice#thank you again for asking#enterprise-come-in

Pike's Injuries | Headcanon
Let's talk about this because I think it needs to be addressed. This is how I'm going to approach Pike's future moving forward, and may tweak it as the show progresses and such. Shout out to @conflictaverse for letting me kind of word-vomit things to them while I'm working this out in my head.
I really dislike the fact that Strange New Worlds equates being disabled to being dead. Pike isn't dead, he's disabled. Granted yes, I could see someone like Pike seeing his injuries as a death sentence but overall the comparison just doesn't sit right with me, and moving forward I'm going to avoid talking about it like that or have Pike at least work at trying to see it differently himself.
I have to revisit The Cage, but the book Burning Dreams, which is a great Pike book if you ever read it, it goes into detail about the accident and what happens to Pike. Beyond the obvious radiation burns, he's fitted with an artificial heart and has extensive nerve damage. The radiation also gives does arguably irreparable damage to his brain which in the canon is why he's fitted with the blinking light because the speech area of his brain was damaged.
But considering the technological advances we have even today for persons with his injuries that allow them to live more independently; I find it really hard to believe the best the Federation can do for him is a blinking wheelchair.
I'm not erasing his injuries, I just have to argue there have to be better treatments and technology out there for him that would allow him at minimum to continue to live his life.
So for RP purposes, Chris is still injured in the same manner he is within the canon; however, Starfleet Medical is able to find treatments that eventually gives him his voice back (I'm thinking some sort of tech in the brain that may not necessarily FIX the issue but works around the issue to let him speak). He's still paralyzed, however, with treatment he eventually is able to gain some upper body movement so he's able to eventually do things for himself.
It would be a long road for him to reach that point, considering the nature of the accident, but I feel like Pike still would want to live his life, he'd want to do what he could to get back to some sense of the work he loved while navigating this new normal for himself. And you also cannot tell me that there isn't a member of that crew, Batel or even Starfleet that wouldn't try to find SOMETHING to help him regain at least some of what he lost.
All of this will develop, change as things move forward but for right now this is what I'm going to work with.

okay dont take this one serious but how would pike react to you saying '' i lied, i don't actually like sex. now put your clothes back on i'm going to explain the entire plot of *insert your favourite show/series/movie* to you''
As if this would ever happen…
But
On the off chance that it did happen, I imagine he’d be a) a little bit sexually frustrated and have a raging hard on the whole time that he’d have to deal with at some point later on, and b) he’d actually be rather amused that you went to the effort to seduce him simply to explain something like this, it’s cute and endearing.
Still, best watch out for revenge. Chris is a bastard, a lovely, lovely bastard.

💚/❌️ for my hubby Christopher Pike. Thank you
💚 What’s their type?
it's a little difficult to pin down chris' type just because he can find something to love in just about anybody. but a lot of the time, he gravitates towards kind and confident people. there's very little else he finds as attractive as someone with a deep compassion for other people and a certain self-assurance.
there are smaller traits he loves as a bonus. someone to enjoy his cooking and laugh at his jokes. someone who understands his responsibilities. a person who he can go to at the end of the day and not have to feel like captain pike - just christopher.
❌ Are they scared of being in love?
it's not being in love that scares him. loving you is one of the easiest things he's ever done in his life. chris loves to be in love - it's just all the things that comes with it that complicates things. chris comes across as an open book, but he's got some walls up. he tries to let you in - craves to take that vulnerable step with you. but something always holds him back.
but to say he's scared of being in love? i don't think so. not with how much he says it and shows it and breathes it.

headcanon. sam's outburst in all those who wander
Sam was shown from S1E2 to look out for the lower ranks, immediately asking Cadet Uhura if she's okay after transporting and also asking for her expertise. I think that's part of why Pike requested him; as someone who would take a lot of the younger members of the crew under his wing.
This comes up again at the start of All Those Who Wander. He seems to have taken Duke under his wing as an ensign and after Duke's promotion to lieutenant he jokes about the drinking game when Spock accidentally calls him an ensign.
Also, although Sam is a Starfleet officer and capable in a fight, he's definitely a little science nerd who would be happiest if he could just explore, research, do his little experiments, etc.
Beyond that, he has childhood trauma from Tarsus IV, and a lot of those wounds were reopened by the Federation-Klingon war, so.
When Duke dies, that is a triggering event for Sam. I think that's part of why Chris says that he's "tougher than he looks." He knows why Sam is reacting this way, because he's familiar with his background, and is trying to let him get through it. (I don't entirely agree with how the show portrays this. I would like a follow up where Chris has a talk with Sam about it or something, but I like to think it happened offscreen at least.)
For my portrayal of Sam, the reason that he gets particularly angry at Spock for being so emotionless about Duke's death is that this is something he really struggles with regarding Tarsus IV. To Sam, his father is a hero. He fully idolizes that man (to an extent that's not great for his mental health) and puts him on a very high pedestal. So, there is part of him who cannot come to terms with his father not saving the day on Tarsus IV, and cannot process the way that his father seemed unemotional about it. As an adult, he can tell himself that he understands that his father was being strong for all of them, but as a child it was impossible for him to understand and those unprocessed feelings have stuck with him.
Basically, Sam was going through a bit of a mental health crisis in All Those Who Wander, and afterward, he would really beat himself up about a few things that happened and it shows up in the following ways:
He doesn't like that he yelled at Spock that way. They don't get along very well, but he knows he was being unfair. He just doesn't know how to approach Spock to talk it out, so it just simmers.
He wants to think he's past what happened on Tarsus IV, so when there's evidence that he's not, he tries to stuff it down and justify and rationalize until it doesn't seem like a big deal. (This is why I write him as having some recurrence of PTSD symptoms in the s2 era. Note: I have experience with PTSD myself and have done research, but if you feel I'm portraying it in a problematic way, please let me know.)
He is touchy about it if someone mentions anyone who died in that mission, which might take others off guard since he's usually relatively easy going and often tells people to talk things out if they're experiencing grief and loss (which is maybe hypocritical, but still).

Gabriel Lorca CAN cook, thank you.
Just some... headcanon nonsense.
Captain Gabriel Lorca is competent in the kitchen. He isn't quite to the level of Captain Christopher Pike, but he generates just as much surprise from people who find it hard to believe that a straight-laced soldier like him isn't content to live on MREs.
"MREs are survival 101. A home-cooked meal is a reminder that you're alive.".
There are two things one is not to leave him alone with in the kitchen, however: alcohol and fire. If he can light it up and not utterly destroy the dish, he will. If he can add booze to it—even though he isn't a heavy drinker himself—he will. If he can add booze and light it on fire... you get the idea.
(My Aurelia is consistently shocked by the range of ways alcohol can be used in the kitchen.)
His mixed drinks are so good you won't even notice when he cuts the amount of alcohol in the next, and the next, 'cause he is not having anybody blasted, thank you (not a huge fan of dealing with vomit and drunken antics).
Despite being a South Carolina* boy, he can't do seafood. Won't touch it. If Kat had been paying attention and caring about more than just having "her" Gabriel around, she'd have had a security team haul him away the first time she saw his mirror counterpart eating octopus.
(The first time Prime Gabriel tried octopus at his friends' insistence he was ill for three days and even a little whiff makes him nauseous.)
When he starts joining the bridge crew for dinner in Pike's quarters on the Enterprise (context: I write Gabriel as getting rescued from the Terran prison, returned to Federation space, and transferred to the Enterprise to recover among the one familiar face that's left), he surprises everybody by helping Chris cook.
And that's, in part, how everyone starts to realize the hard-ass recovering Captain isn't so bad after all.
* Jason Isaacs mentioned in an interview that he either viewed Gabriel as being from SC or he was working a SC accent. He just wanted a Captain from the south.

Prev anon here (feel free to remove or edit this if you don't want to share, but just thought I'd mention in case you were curious), the last response was really interesting and thought provoking. I've sent a few questions and found you often come at questions with an angle I wouldn't expect, which is fun (and something I've noticed with your writing as well). Anyway, thanks for giving it the thought you do :)
Now to ask another, shamelessly stolen from the Truth or Dare going around: share a head canon from one of your favourite ships or pairings.
Awww, thank you, anon! ❤️ I appreciate your questions and am deeply honored that you like my takes, even if they’re unexpected. 🙈💕
For headcanons, I’m kind of a pain about those because I usually have multiple, conflicting headcanons about any character or pairing. (Do Chris and Una have a romantic past the way the actors have described? Sure. Do they have no romantic past but want a romantic present or future? Yup. Is their romantic past or lack of a romantic past absolutely key or totally immaterial to their romantic present or future? You betcha, all of the above. How can these mutually exclusive headcanons co-exist? Because I love the multiverse.)
But in terms of consistent headcanons:
Kathryn Janeway and Tom Paris understand each other on a cellular level of “Admiral Daddy, look at me! Look at me, Admiral Daddy!”
Una Chin-Riley is fully aware of the blushy, pleased-from-the-bottoms-of-his-toes-to-the-tippy-top-of-his-pompadour effect that praise has on Christopher Pike and that’s why she so often busts his chops … because praising him can lead to, um, complicated feelings.
Seven of Nine runs her partners’ names through Borg nomenclature and it’s totally not a zodiac thing so don’t judge her if you’re not into that — even though decoding the alphanumeric characters suggests the most probable outcome every time.
Deanna Troi does a Jean-Luc Picard imitation so good that it has made Will Riker fall out of bed laughing.
Oops, you said to share a headcanon from just one ship.
Thank you again for asking, anon! ❤️

I so desperately want Chris Pike to be queer, not only because I think that as a headcanon, but because it'll piss off the assholes that complain Trek is "too woke" or whatever shit they come up with now, that one of their OG characters is a raging queer like yes please
#star trek#star trek discovery#star trek strange new worlds#captain pike#christopher pike#I headcanon an omni trans king and I will not be stopped#chris pike he/they royalty
