- Bubba emitted sounds of concern that would have made your heart shrink if you had heard them.

- He paced back and forth on the porch of the house, ignoring Drayton's cries of disgust at his refusal to come in and continue his duties.

- You had been gone for several hours and showed no sign of returning anytime soon. Not even of coming back.

- It didn't help Bubba's anxiety that Drayton kept making comments about how you had most likely run away.

- Bubba didn't doubt you, he doubted himself and what he could have done to make you decide to walk away from him forever, being that he believed so fervently in the love you shared.

- He was so deep in thought that he didn't notice when you arrived.

- Your face was drenched in sweat and your hair was disheveled, and although that alerted him at first, the big smile you were wearing puzzled him.

- "Sorry my love, I needed to buy something, something important," you said without erasing that smile as Bubba hugged you and babbled, examining you from head to toe, worried about your well-being.

- "We thought you'd gone and broken Bubs heart," said ChopTop as if it was nothing, having fun at his little brother's expense.

- You ignored the comment and waited for them to return to the house. You stopped Bubba before he did the same.

- "I...bought this, actually," and pulling out the small blue velvet case, you knelt down on one knee, opening it.

- Bubba let out a little cry of surprise, clutching his hands and wringing them, not knowing what else to do. He had dreamed of this moment multiple times, almost since he met you, and now it was really happening.

- "Will you marry me?" Bubba didn't even wait for you to finish the sentence when he was already cradling you in his arms, distributing enthusiastic kisses on your face without stopping to nod and laugh.

- You placed the ring on his finger, relieved that you had chosen one big enough and Bubba proceeded to admire it.

- You had chosen one with bright colors because you knew how much Bubba liked them. It had not been expensive, but very special.

- Bubba took you by the shoulders and gave you a deep and enthusiastic kiss, a seal of his commitment that left you staring at the stars in the middle of the day.

- The twins came out of the house to start making a ruckus around you, causing Drayton to reluctantly leave the house as well.

- "Boy, you better work twice as hard" was all he said.

- From that moment on, Bubba never skimped on his attentions to you, being even more daring in his displays of affection that never failed to leave you all flustered.

- Nubbins was tired of waiting in the house and had preferred to go out to look for you on the road, just as he used to do when he was looking for new victims.

- It was there that you saw him, on the side of the road moving from one side to the other until he could see you.

- He immediately ran to you and threw his thin arms around your neck, stammering to make sure you were all right. He always sought physical closeness and even more so when it came to you and the thought that you might have been in danger.

- You assured him that everything was fine, but you kept grinning like an idiot and clutching your jacket.

- Of course, Nubbins noticed, but before he started to struggle with you (and try to bite you) you told him you had a surprise and that you needed him to turn around and close his eyes.

- Smiling, he did so, although you knew perfectly well that he would try to watch.

- You quickly pulled the small box from inside your jacket and dropped to one knee.

- "You may turn around," you said, your voice trembling.

- The ring was silver and simple, sturdy and not very expensive, as you knew perfectly well that he tended to lose things.

- "Ye-yes!" he exclaimed before you even uttered the words.

- You placed the ring on his finger, not without some difficulty, as he kept moving and wanting to hug you.

- He held you tighter than you expected and then kissed you, softer than he was used to.

- You stroked his hair gently, causing him to squeeze you again like a teddy bear against his chest.

- Then he took his camera and took a picture of you showing off the ring, although the only thing that appeared in it was his hand.

- From there, you headed back home, being greeted by a very excited Bubba.

- Again, Drayton would demand double, given the logic of providing even better for the family.

- Of course, you couldn't officiate anything concrete, being two boys and in that place, but no matter, Nubbins would introduce you to all the victims he met along the way, like his husband.

- And if anyone dared to make a look or comment, Nubbins would see to it that Bubba would take more time with them.

- He was the least concerned of the family when he saw that you still hadn't arrived.

- Not because he didn't care about you, he just didn't believe you had run away. And if that was the case, the thought of taking care of you worried him more.

- In any case, he waited peacefully at the entrance of the house, with his music player at full volume.

- When you arrived, Drayton started yelling, complaining about your prolonged absence. Bubba looked you over to make sure nothing bad had happened to you.

- Once it was verified that you had only been delayed buying a few things (and without specifying which ones) everyone seemed to calm down.

- That's when you stopped Chop Top from entering the house.

- He began to approach you with a clearly insinuating look, however, you stopped his advances with a hand.

- You changed the song to one you had shared before, one you had danced to and enjoyed in the privacy of his room. You might as well call it "your song".

- You pulled the small case out of your jeans and dug a knee in, causing a short circuit in your boyfriend, who seemed to freeze and look at you with wide eyes.

- "Robbie...would you be the Sonny of my Cher?" and you knew perfectly well that would do it.

- After stammering, screaming, and stumbling over his words, he lifted you off the floor and gave you a lingering kiss, wet and not very gentle thanks to the excitement.

- He put on the ring, quirky and of a peculiar braided design, just like its wearer.

- From then on he never stops showing off his ring to the whole family and every victim that comes along.

He loves how dramatic you dress because it matches how he acts. He loves seeing you dressed up in these wild outfits just to hang out with him.

He will try to get you more metal influences by showing you musicians he thinks look really cool.

He loves having a boyfriend with long hair too if you have it. It makes him feel like he found his other half.

If you ever need help making something new or just finding new clothes Eddie has you covered. He already knows how to print shirts and make battle vests to adding some fake jewels to a pair of platform boots or thrifting some new shirts won't be that big of a deal for him.

Your style is gonna be a bit of a shock to him at first. He thought it was a costume with your platforms and fishnets but that’s just how you dress, and he kinda likes it. 

He’ll have a lot of questions on how you got all these clothes and if those shoes hurt and how long it takes to do your hair and things like that. 

If any of his friends poke fun at your style he’ll defend you. He likes the way you dress and how much fun you have with your fashion.

The Sawyer brothers 

They’ll be all over how dramatic you dress. Bubba loves how fun your outfits are and how you rock the style. The twins love it because it’s something new and fun. 

If you’re a similar size to Chop Top he will borrow your clothes. He loves your style and has wanted to dress like you and having an oportunity to dress like that he will take it. 

Nubbins will love to take pictures of you. If you get really dressed up he’ll take a few extra. I feel like he has a box full of pictures he’s taken and he’ll keep a few in there but if it’s an outfit he loves he’ll keep it on his wall. 

Bubba will want to help you make clothes and if you’re a similar size to him he’ll ask to borrow your clothes if he wants to feel pretty.

He’s used to people around him wearing more muted colors and tones so bright colored clothes and platforms are new to him. 

He’s really interested in the way you dress and even more interested in the people who inspire your fashion. Share some of the music with him he’ll probably like it. 

He loves feeling all of the different textures of your clothes too. All the glittery, shiny, velvet, leather, vinyl and other things you wear. 

Don’t be surprised if you catch him wearing some of your jewelry or maybe clothes if he can fit into them. He just wants to be as handsome as you. 

The Sinclair brothers 

Bo doesn’t get your style and won’t say it out loud but he loves the way you look. Lester and Vincent however are very vocal about how cool you look to them. 

Vincent will often want to sketch you and your dramatic outfits and Lester will just want to look at you period. He loves whatever you wear and how it reminds him of all the people he saw on tv as a kid. 

Bo will make comments on your platform shoes and how tight some of your clothes can be but it’s almost never negative. “You sure you can walk in those darlin? I don’t want you gettin hurt.” “How’d you even get in those pants sugar? They look pretty damn tight.” 

Vincent loves how dramatic and fun your outfits are and might dress up a few of his statues like you if he can get his hands on some good clothes. If you wear makeup he’d love to help you do it too. 

Lester really likes all the glittery and sparkly stuff you wear and have. If you wear glittery makeup he loves it when it rubs off on his lips or face kinda showing that you two have been kissing.

Disclaimer I haven’t watched the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake yet so Thomas is mainly based off of the fandom version of him from what I have read. I apologize in advance if he seems OOC.

He lets you win in the end just to make you happy. 

While Thomas would be less reserved about accidentally hurting you, he knows you can take a little knocking around. He does let you win in the end. It’s worth it for him to get to see your overhappy face as you cheer for your victory over the goliath of a man. Your joy makes his heart flutter and a small smile stretches onto his face. He expects to be peppering in kisses for his generous forfeit in return though. 

Afterwards, he expects no teasing from you so don’t even try it [Y/n]. Depending on if he has work to get back to he will either spend some more quality time with you or he will leave you with a kiss to the head. 

Bubba Sawyer

He wins. 

Bubba had a surprising amount of fun. When you first proposed the idea he was warry. Why would we do that, what if I hurt you, why would you want to fight? After you exclaimed how it was just with pillows and no one would be hurt and how it would make you happy he is all in. At first, he was scared of hurting you but once he got more comfortable Bubba got a little too excited and ended up actually knocking you over and winning. 

Will be extremely apologetic afterward, holding you and babbling worriedly as he frets over you. 

Chop Top

Loses because he got distracted. 

Chop Top was fine with the idea of having a good old-fashioned pillow fight– as long as you didn’t dent his plate. Needless to say, halfway through both of you were into it, pillows flying and laughs and hollers being exchanged. Somewhere along the way, Chop Top must have heard a song he liked switch onto the nearby stereo playing music, the next thing the both of you knew you were straddling him as he sang along with the radio. 

Honestly, if you tease him about his loss he will become a little upset. Will get over it quickly though when you tell him you meant no harm by the playful teasing.

He can't believe it at first. He's chasing Stretch through the tunnels when he comes across your limp body. He laughs and grabs your arm. "C'mon! We gotta c-catch this bitch!"

When you simply droop down to the floor again when he let's go, he gets the first inkling that something is terribly wrong.

He lifts your body up, and notices the gash on the back of your head, and the piece of junk behind you with a bit of your blood still on it. He thought he'd heard Stretch pushing you to the side when you pursued her. You must have cracked your head open.

He's seen death before, many many times, but yours violently brings him back to Vietnam. One of his buddies there, just a young fella, had drove over a mine one day in the Jeep. He survived for a few days after that, bits of his body still blown all over the field. In his memories, something's different this time though. When he goes to see the boy among the injured and dying, it's your face instead of the boy's that stares back blankly at him.

When he's brought back to the present, he's clutching tightly to the front of your shirt. His hands are shaking.

Yeah, he may have seen death before, but this death tore through his heart.

In that moment, all that could be heard in the tunnels was the echoing scream of anguish of a man who had just lost his love.
