Honestly, Chop Top isn't sure how he managed to get someone like you to hang out with him.

Because you're just so cool! And fun to hang with and also he likes your face and how you smell and sometimes wonders what waking up next to you would be like...

But he's not focusing on that now. He's praying to Grandma in Chainsaw Heaven that the radio will play some bangers for the first night you and him are hanging out alone.

There's no way in hell he's letting you see his family right now, so he's the one who picks you up. You climb into his truck and see that there's a lone clean spot on the passenger seat surrounded by a sea of trash and junk that he had hastily cleared earlier.

"Ain't nobody that'll steal my truck if I load it with stuff." Chop says by way of explanation. You've accepted it, just grateful he bothered to clear a space for you.

He immediately starts rambling about his day, and though he claims "nothing ever happens here", Chop's stories are still always entertaining, and so crazy you're not sure whether he's telling the truth or embellishing in some parts.

The radio is playing all the while. He asked you your favorite songs before, and he hopes fervently for them to play.

But even when they aren't playing, it's a good time. You and him sing along with everything that plays, even if you don't know the lyrics (it doesn't stop Chop at all, because he messes up the lyrics even on songs he knows.) When you aren't singing, you're laughing with Chop about some joke he's cracked, often till you're gasping for breath.

And Chop is loving every moment, the fact that you're here with him singing and laughing and so close to him. For a night he forgets about how it feels like life forgot him and his family, and instead focuses on you, his friend.

And for the final wish of the night, he wishes you'll be more than friends someday. But now, together you and him drive off into the night, and music and each other is the only thing you need in the world.

Chop Top with a Hippie Boyfriend

He met you shortly after the Sawyers moved before the events of TCM 2 and he was immediately enamored with you. He'd never seen another guy that was just as groovy as him! (Maybe even groovier... but shhhh).

Chop HAD to know everything about you, what your favorite bands were, where you were from, why your face looked so kissable...

It was the first time he looked at a face and didn't immediately want to eat it. You were too handsome. That's how he knew he was hooked something fierce.

When you tell him you live in the next town over, he was ecstatic. He decided to make it his mission to get to know you even better, and for almost every single day, you keep seeing him. When Chop likes something, he makes it his life.

For your part, you thought the excitable, funny guy was a riot to hang with. And even if he was a bit odd and talked a lot about blood and gore and seemed to be weirdly devoid of peace for a hippie, you kinda dug it. He was a unique personality that you welcomed in your life.

Most of your time hanging out is spent smoking and listening to records at your place. He remembered all your favorite bands and gave you the records with a grin. You suspected he'd stolen them from the record store in the other town but you weren't going to say anything. It wouldn't be right to snitch on a friend.

Chop Top grew to like you even more due to your acceptance of him. Take that, Drayton! People could like him! And it was especially such a nice thing, to have a guy like you like him too.

When he finally confessed to you one day, he just said it out loud that he liked you. It was kind of a surprise to both of you, but Chop stuck with his guns, despite the moment of uncertainty.

"Yeah... y-yeah, and it's cause you're so cool n' all, really far out, and you're nice and you're a cute guy and you smell nice and I mean... how else am I suppose 'ta feel? If-if ya don't feel the same way, it's okay! As long as you're still my friend, right?"

Very luckily for him, you felt the same way about your strange, rambunctious friend.

Not much changed between you after that, except for the fact that when you hung out, Chop sure kissed you more than you could ever expect.

You just made him so happy :)

irv not going back to o&d after burt retired. irv being scared to go back there. helly holding irv's hand and telling him they're behind him. irv seeing the painting that convinced him it was OK to be in love with burt and being hit with an entirely new wave of mourning for what he has lost. irv immediately being greeted with warmth and kindness from felicia. irv receiving the second hug of his life from a friend of burt who immediately sees the pain in his eyes. irv and felicia laughing together over stories of burt. irv feeling real happiness and comfort for the first time since he lost burt with one of his friends and finally having someone to share in his grief with. irv finding community, real community, through mutual connection and love for another that can finally replace the hollow form of belonging he found in his cult brainwashing. irv being told that he really did mean something to burt. irv drawing a picture of burt every single day he couldn't see him. irv's workload going to shit because he was grieving so hard and he couldn't find it in him to care about anything else. irv still using art to express his desire and devotion, first as a means of justifying his feelings, then as a way of processing them. irv finding answers to his personal mystery completely by accident because he opened up his heart to someone else. irv's love for burt literally being what is fuelling him and carrying him, because he finally has somewhere to put it again. irv you are everything to me
