Moonlightblossom headcanons of Chloe mistaking Princess Salvia for Dawn and Dawn mistaking Soleil for Chloe?

ngl forgot about salvia and soleil lol

It was kind of crazy how many doppelgangers existed in the world! Dawn and Chloe were both very aware of that, having met their own, but they were convinced they’d be able to tell the difference.

It was when they were traveling together that they got separated for a while and were looking for each other that they met Princess Salvia and Soleil, who were in the area as well.

Chloe was so, so embarrassed that she didn’t recognize that Princess Salvia wasn’t her girlfriend! Salvia took it in stride, though, and helped Chloe find where Dawn had gone.

Dawn was really astonished at how much Chloe and Soleil looked alike. She was a little less embarrassed, since she’d had more embarrassing things happen to her. She and Soleil worked to find Chloe together.

That kind of story was one they were able to laugh about right away, once the four of them had all met. It was so easy to see the similarities that it wasn’t such a big deal anymore.

Haven't seen the Pokemon Journey Series but I have seen screencaps of the new female Pokemon companion Chloe meeting Dawn (from the Diamond and Pearl Series) and there are people who seem to ship them romantically and some platonically !

Anywho, I wasn't sure I should do another Pokemon femslash ship for my Femslash February 2024 fanart. But I got over it and decided to do MoonlightBlossomShipping for this.

Did anyone on here or even deviantart ever did a drawing of Dawn and Chloe kissing (that isn't screencap edited)? Well that's what I did with these two. Dawn was caught off-guard when Chloe kissed her on the lips. Still it looks adorable!!!

Am I the only one who headcanons that Chloe and Gary know each other? I mean, Cerise is one of Professor Oak's protiges and Chloe clearly knows Professor Oak well from the way they talk to each other in the fisrt episode of Journeys, so it stands to reason that they've visited at least once in a while and that Gary and Chloe would have met. They're also both studious, disciplined, and fairly sassy (early Chloe moreso than later Chloe--she mellowed out reeeeeaaaal quick), so, obviously they'd be BFFs.

(Bonus points for Chloe grilling Ash about the mystery guy Gary always talks about (since he grew up in Pallet too, he'd obviously know who it is, right????) only to realize it is, in fact, Ash.)

(EXTRA bonus points for Goh finding out they're friends before he and Gary reconcile their differences and being utterly appalled that everyone in his friend group already knows and adores the guy. HE THOUGHT AT LEAST CHLOE WOULD HAVE BETTER TASTE THAN THIS, COME ON.)
