I wanna make those aesthetic posts but with local Middle Eastern products instead. Like it's fucking weird how there's an online culture aestheticizing foreign grocery products.

Why children love cartoon cakes
The first thing the kids think of when we discuss a birthday party or other celebration is cake. Cakes are the distinctive sweet tooth of every child!
But have you ever considered the reason why kids adore cake so much?
A child will often examine a meal and decide whether or not they want to eat it. This is because attractive things appeal to children. Kids always find cake to be enticing since, in modern times, particular care is paid to the cake's presentation and designs, which might include cakes with unique colours, forms, and even their own images.
Children have a specific liking for chocolate and sweet foods. Children love sweet dishes and chocolate. They prefer cakes that are heavily topped with whipped cream, frosting, and chocolate.
They feel special when they blow out the candles on the cake. Children adore cutting out birthday cakes and blowing out the candles because it draws attention to them. And don't forget the thrill of taking a bite!
So now that you are aware of all the reasons why children adore cakes, you can arrange a birthday celebration for your child with confidence. So, when you get their favourite cake for them, be sure to keep their tastes in mind. order your cake online from Modern Oman Bakery the best birthday cake delivery shop in Oman.

Speaking of MUNs..
The one I attended was my first time
I learnt lots ofc
I was representing Switzerland
The people in my committee were sweet and kind
No they were not.
Well atleast to me they were, only because i was Switzerland and they dont have any beef with Switzerland.
But with each other... damn that Russian and Israel delegate💀💀
And north Korea and usa and uk and china,
THE COMMITTEE REVOVLED AROUND THOSE COUNTRIES.
I was in the DISEC committee..so you can see where this is going...
In this particular moderated caucus, Oman..Oman out of all countries fucking destroyed USA. USA didn't utter a word for the res of the caucus. It was so damn badass
I targetted this israel delegate most of the time...because its Israel and I support palestine.
Bro literally made himself the victim. He went "it's the Palestinians that attack us. We are innocent" no shut up and give me those damn sources.
Then it was fun. Really fun
And then came the time for the draft resolution.
All countries, cept UK agreed on a unanimous DR.
UK didnt like it, he went around secretly asking people for sponsors and signatories. I signed up ofc. There were decent amount of country who were against this Unanimous DR.
And israel, russia usa and china were the sponsors for the unanimous one. But we were developing one in secret to cancel theirs out. Countries like Sweden, japan, Nepal, Afghanistan, Armenia we were all in on this one. Then etc etc happened
The unanimous dr sponsors got mad at this one cept North Korea and he actually joined ours instead. Good ig? Then more etc etc happened
Both DR got cancelled. The unanimous had a full stop at the start of the Dr and so theirs got cancelled and ours was perfect but it was voted out. Well anyway that happened. I ended up making friends with Israel delegate and Sweden. And it was fun
There were some racist jokes made against UK because...well it colonized our country. He got so many chits saying "fish and chips?" And "do you nee' a bo'a o' wa'o?" It was hilarious. UK was frustrated.
Even china. His chits were like "did you have a snake for breakfast?" Or "how did the dog taste?" And many more...
It was real fun. Felt so good to be surrounded by intelligence for once. Then it ended. And now Im back to the room of dumshits.
Well since I've alr gone to one, I decided to go for another and now I'm omw to register for one.

What are some Jordanian snack and Palestinian and Lebanese snacks that you love. I love seeing snacks from all over the world
Ok so in Jordan we have mister chips first of course. This is a Jordanian company and these are my 2 favorites
Tumblr media
This one barely has a taste and will leave you bloated for about a week. This is where my stomach problems started as a child tbh. But I hold such a deep love for it.
Tumblr media
Of course we have falafel flavored chips. They taste nothing like falafel, like whatsoever. But they’re good🤷🏻‍♀️
Tumblr media
Of course then we have baladna chocolate milk, everyone’s favorite. It’s a Syrian Qatari business and I love ittt. But the only good flavors are strawberry and chocolate and if you like banana it’s good but other than that the lotus and vanilla flavors bleh.
Tumblr media
This ice cream IS SOOOO GOOODDD. And it’s 100% Jordanian so RAHHHHH.
Tumblr media
Then of course we have break. There are hundreds of these I swear and they’re like dirt cheap. This one is 0.10 jds which is like 0.14 dollars lmao. But they taste really good.
Finally we have Oman chips. These are a classic and I couldn’t tell where they’re from tbh but I think I have a hint.
Tumblr media
Now Lebanese snacks.
We have bonjuice of course
Tumblr media
This is straight up just sugar. But it’s my wholeeee childhood in Lebanon. And then where you done with the juice you push the straw all the way in and you put it on the ground and jump on it and it’ll make a pop sound. I swear I use to drink it just to do that.
And ONG master chips are the best chips out there. They’re sooooo good. I literally love them to death. And there are literal hundreds of flavors.
Tumblr media
Then of course Ringo chips which is just mwah.
Tumblr media
Finally we have my favorite chocolate in the world. Unica.
Tumblr media
Now Palestinian. As you know I’ve never been to Palestine but my uncles would always come to jordan baring SNACKSS. So here are my favorite.
Tumblr media
I could not tell you the name of the chips or the name of the flavor lmao but it’s soooo crunchy.
Tumblr media
The brown one is soooo goodddd the pink one would just sit in our pantry till my dad ate it lmao.
Tumblr media
These are not the exact juice boxes my uncle used to get us but they look pretty similar and idk the name of the company so eh. But I think that this is pretty close. I loved the mango but I always had to ask my uncle to identify which one that is lmao.
Tumblr media
Finally this thing which for the longest time I just thought it was lays but at this point I don’t even know. But yeah I like the orange one the most. So yeah here you go these are my favorite Jordanian Palestinian and Lebanese snacks from my childhood. 🫶🏼

The Palestine sunbird (Cinnyris osea) is a small passerine bird of the sunbird family, Nectariniidae which is native throughout Palestine, Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Sudan, Uganda, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Cameroon. It inhabits dry woodland, scrubland, verdant valleys, savannas, orchards and gardens where it feeds mainly on insects, sap, and nectar which it extracts using its long brush-tipped tongue. They are a some what social species which communicates using a high, fast, jingling song and various calls including a harsh alarm call. Both sexes reach around 3- 5inches (8 -12 cm) in length with a 5.5 – 6.5in (14- 17cm) wingspan, with male Palestine sunbirds being slightly heavier than females. The bill is fairly long, black and curves downwards. The plumage of breeding males is mostly dark but appears glossy blue or green in the light. There are orange tufts at the sides of the breast which are hard to see except at close range. Females and juveniles are grey-brown above with pale underparts. Non-breeding males are similar but may retain some dark feathers. Breeding occurs from June to October, during which time both sexes work to build a purse-like nest which hangs from a branch in a tree or bush, out of leaves, grasses, wood chips, mosses, spider webs, hair, wool, feathers, and other salvaged materials. Here the female lays One to three smooth, glossy eggs that are incubated for 13 to 14 days. The young are downy with an orange-red mouth and fledge after 14 to 21 days. Under ideal conditions a Palestine sunbird may live upwards of 16 years.

Taurus and Sagittarius
Taurus - what's your favourite food?
Am I boring if I say pizza? I feel like you can't go wrong with pizza, unless it's a shitty frozen one. Obviously the best pizzas are sat in a beach front restaurant in Italy on a family holiday where there's nothing but good vibes, but dominos is pretty good and my local pizza place sucks but I love it bc it just has never changed and like the memories that come with that pizza are everything. I also like salt and pepper chips a LOT (the best ones come from Newcastle and you bet I go all the way across the country for a fuckin Chinese) and salt and pepper chicken but only from my mates Chinese takeaway (might be the discount making it taste better?)
Sagittarius - what places would you like to travel in the future?
Everywhere 😩 I wanna go to Fiji to swim with sharks, I wanna go to Guam bc I accidentally scratched the flag off my map, I wanna go to NZ to visit my old boss, I wanna go to Canada bc my parents went when they were younger and said I'd LOVE it, I wanna go back to Perú bc of a guy, I wanna go back to Cambodia because of memories, I wanna go to South Africa to meet my friends family, I don't really want to but also really want to go to the states to see a few friends (@musicisunspokenfeelings is my no 1❤️) , I wanna go to North Korea bc ??????, I wanna go to Japan because WOW, I wanna go to Vietnam and Philippines because a couple friends are from there, I wanna go to Iceland bc the Icelandic ponies are fascinating, I want to go to Romania and rn I have a real chance of work there, I wanna go to Switzerland because HAVE YOU SEEN THAT PLACE???? I wanna go to Andorra bc I was so obsessed with the place when I was younger, I wanna go to Greenland bc it's huge, I wanna go to Colombia just to prove people wrong, I wanna go to Morocco to ride, I wanna go to Namibia for the safari, I wanna go to Kenya to make up for lost time, I wanna go to Madagascar bc of the movies, I wanna go to Oman to see a friend, I wanna go to UAE just to say "meh overrated", I wanna go to Egypt to volunteer, I wanna see all of Asia tbh I love it there, I wanna go to Chile to see why tf its so long, I wanna go to Brazil because of the football shirts (I don't even follow football, hate that game), I wanna go to Argentina for the Peruvian guy, I wanna go to Cuba just because of the name.
Really I just wanna be anywhere but the same place.

Tumblr media
these are my favorite chips in the region. maybe ever. they are from Oman. there is a lot of chip nationalism here.
Tumblr media
I see these everyday and they just make me think i should have spent more time with you—so now i don’t like them.
Tumblr media
divine.” how would you answer?
Tumblr media
I miss you a lot. It feels overwhelming. the amount of time I spend thinking about you is almost eating away at me. I hope I don't just become some happy memory in your mind. I think as i write this I'm feeling a bit insecure. the kind of self-exposure involved in caring about another person so much is new to me. or it's been a while. I'm really happy that you've left LA and that you're with your friends and that you're feeling good. I feel jealous of them. I would do anything to be next to you. i feel jealous of anyone that gets to spend time with you. i wish i could be part of your world more than i am.

Australia cruise past England with comfortable win
by Rex Clementine
Australia are certain of going through to the second round of the T-20 World Cup following their comfortable 36 run win over England in Barbados on Saturday.
It was a clinical performance by the Aussies. No batter scored a half-century, but all top five chipped in and as a result Australia were able to breach the 200 mark.
There were a few questions asked with England’s bowling with Chris Jordan, Adil Rashid and Mark Wood all going over ten runs an over.
Bowling had let down England as chasing 202 proved to be a gigantic task.
Jos Buttler and Phil Salt laid the foundation with 73 runs being added in 7.1 overs. England were on par with the asking rate and looked good to chase down the target.
However, introduction of spin put breaks into their innings. Zampa dismissed both Buttler and Salt in successive overs and the game started drifting away with the new batters struggling to find their feet as soon as they walked in.
Moeen Ali hit three sixes and England had their hopes again, but the asking rate was too much and he had to keep taking chances.
England’s first game against Scotland was washed out by rain and points were shared. Now they have surrendered to Australia. But all hope is not for England. Their next two games are against Oman and Namibia and they should go through.
All England games are in the Caribbean island and they don’t have to bother about countering tricky pitches in the US.

HOW BUTTERSCOTCH CAKES ARE SPECIAL
There are several reasons why people adore butterscotch cakes. Above all, butterscotch adds a distinct taste character that expertly balances sweetness with a touch of rich butteriness. Its creamy, smooth texture contrasts delightfully with the moist crumb of the cake. Many people choose butterscotch because of its comforting, nostalgic scent, which is warm and caramel-like. Butterscotch cakes entice the senses with their sweet and slightly salty flavors, making them impossible to refuse. The spongy layers of the cake combine perfectly with the buttery and caramel sweetness to create a rich and satisfying treat that makes people want more.
The Original Butterscotch Cake Was Made From? It seems that Yorkshire invented butterscotch in the middle of the 19th century. But humans have been adding molasses mixed into butter for hundreds of yearsto get that bitter-sweet flavour. The confection was produced under the brand name Buttery Brittle Toffee. No one is exactly sure when or how bakers started including them into their cake batter. It is now a popular choice. Actually, rather than the customary black or white forest, individuals frequently purchase butterscotch birthday cakes.
Made with layers of butterscotch buttercream and covered with cream cheese icing with melted butterscotch chips scattered throughout, our butterscotch cake is incredibly fluffy and moist. Create the cake of your dreams right now! We'll actually bake them. Contact us for questions about customizing a cake to fit your taste and preferences!
Our experienced cake bakers will make your customized cake choices at great theme and superb taste for sure. Reach us to buy butterscotch cake Oman from Modern Oman Bakery.

What To Eat And Avoid For Your Child's Teeth
Tumblr media
As parents, we all desire for our children to maintain healthy teeth and a bright smile that radiates positivity. However, it's important to recognize that your child's diet can substantially influence their dental well-being. From fortifying enamel to promoting healthy gums, nutrition plays a pivotal role in preserving the excellent condition of
your child's teeth.
You are aware of the significance of nutrition for your child's overall well-being. Yet, it's essential to note that the dietary choices of your child can also affect their oral health.
Dental caries rank as the most prevalent chronic ailment among children, with inadequate nutrition serving as a key contributing factor. Research has demonstrated that children who frequently consume sugary beverages and snacks are at an increased risk of developing cavities.
At Wassan, As the best Pediatric Dentistry in Muscat, Oman we believe in healthy smiles for every child. We recommend moms and dads to encourage oral health care early. Your child's teeth and gums will be checked for signs of tooth decay or other problems.
Now we can see some Of the Worst Foods for your kids' teeth.
Sugary Drinks
Carbonated beverages pose a significant threat to dental health. Their acidic nature and high sugar content can greatly harm the teeth. So, avoiding sugary drinks can reduce your kids' teeth problems. Promoting ample water intake among your children can help deter their consumption of sugary drinks. Many water sources contain fluoride, an essential component in cavity prevention. Low-fat milk serves as a favorable alternative as well.
Chips
Chips lack nutritional benefits and can be detrimental to dental health due to their starch content. When consumed, the starch breaks down into simple sugars in the mouth, which can accumulate between teeth and contribute to tooth decay. Therefore, it's crucial to encourage children to floss regularly.
Candy
Candy is one of the worst foods for childrens' teeth. The sticky texture of candy poses a threat to children's dental health. Its tendency to adhere to crevices creates an environment conducive for bacterial growth, often difficult to reach with toothbrushes alone. This highlights the significance of instilling a habit of flossing in addition to regular
brushing for children.
Other than this Ice, bread, dry fruits, citrus and berries are the common foods to avoid for a healthy teeth and smile of your children.
Now we can see some of the Best Foods for your kids' teeth.
ECGS
Eggs are a rich source of protein, calcium, and vitamin D, all of which are vital for maintaining good oral health. These essential minerals render eggs a beneficial food for promoting strong and healthy teeth.
Green Leafy Vegetables
Green leafy vegetables like Broccoli, kale, and spinach are the best foods to enhance the teeth strength. These particular items are renowned for their ability to enhance the well-being of both teeth and gums.
Dairy products: Milk, cheese, and yogurt are excellent sources of calcium, which is vital for building strong teeth and bones.
Nuts and seeds: These are good sources of nutrients like calcium and phosphorus, which are essential for maintaining your kids' tooth enamel.
Crunchy fruits and vegetables: Apples, carrots, and celery can help clean the teeth naturally by stimulating saliva production and scrubbing away plaque.
Lean protein: Chicken, turkey, and other lean meats are good sources of phosphorus, which, along with calcium, is crucial for the development and maintenance of tooth enamel.
Encouraging a balanced diet and good oral hygiene habits, such as regular brushing and flossing, can help keep your child's teeth healthy. Moreover, regular dental check-ups are also crucial for early detection and prevention of dental issues. Connect with the best Child Dentist in Muscat, Oman to get the right advice from experts.
