I would like to offer my condolences to all Christians on the passing of Pope Francis. Pope Francis died two days ago, and there was a huge media hype about his death. Pope Francis was a supporter of the Palestinian cause, supported Gaza, and called for a ceasefire in Gaza. He was deeply concerned about the people dying daily, as well as about children. He is Christian, and we are Muslims, but he made no distinction because he was a humanitarian. Many of us died, but there was never as much media hype as when Pope Francis died. There were days when 500 or 600 people died here every day, and today at least 50 people are dying every day. No one spoke about them. They were wronged and died unjustly. The elderly, children, women, and young people died unjustly under the Zionist machine of destruction and genocide. Enough of your silence. Let one of you speak. Stop the war on us. Bring us food and water. There is no healthy water to drink. We drink salty water, and there is not enough food. We go to bed hungry and wake up hungry. The prices of available food are very high. We want to live a normal life, just like all of you. Don't ignore us. My name is Tareq. I’m a father of three beautiful little girls, and today, our only goal is to secure two bags of flour. That’s all. Two bags to make bread and keep my children alive for a few more days.

Thanks to the kindness of strangers, we’ve managed to raise €72 out of the €400 we need. That leaves just €328 to go. It may seem like a small number, but to us, it’s the line between hunger and survival.

We’ve already lost our home to bombs. We live in a tent with no electricity, no clean water, and barely any food. My daughters cry from hunger, and I can't look them in the eyes without feeling helpless. They don’t deserve this life. No child does.

I am Najah Al-Hila, married to Khaled Muqdad from Gaza City. I am a mother of four young children. My family consists of Waleed, 9 years old, Mira, 6 years old, Ahmed, and Mayar, 3 years old.

Ahmed suffered from head cramps and increased electricity after his birth. He was given medication and had blood tests done every two months to make sure his health was stable. He suffered from these cramps in 2021. My husband also suffered from liver and digestive system problems five years ago and is still suffering from these problems. Over time, my husband was injured during the war, which made things worse for him. We thank God for everything. Because of the instability and unavailability of the medication, we face difficulties in buying medications due to their high prices. Now life has become very difficult and the prices of medications have increased due to their scarcity. Things have become more difficult due to the lack of money and his expensive treatment, which has led to its unavailability due to money. I hope that all donors and supporters will not forget Ahmed and his father Khaled in alleviating their pain by providing the costs of his treatment and buying him the appropriate medicine and food. We also do not forget his brothers from the malnutrition they suffered from during this difficult period.

Please everyone pay attention, I have been away from you for a while due to my health condition. I hope this situation is taken seriously. All you know is fear and destruction, all you know is hunger and cold. Imagine being a child who loves life, but there's a chance you won't be alive tomorrow. Basic saftey should not be hidden behind a paywall, but that's reality in Gaza. They need money for evacuation and basic necessities to stay alive. They need money to begin their lives anew. @handalapls is Mohammed Ayesh's blog. He's currently inside Gaza working tirelessly to verify fundraisers. Do I have to explain how exhausting that is? He's in constant danger every single day, and still goes out of his way to help others as best he can. He also has to care for his family, including his little brother Yasser, who is hard of hearing and has a cochlear implant

The implant requires charging, which is difficult due to the destruction and inavailability of power sources in many parts of Gaza, and it's also starting to malfunction, as they're unable to care for it properly, again, due to the living conditions they are in. Trying to repair the device or get a new one would be extremely expensive, and they cannot afford it. This means that Yasser is having a lot of trouble expressing himself, since he's also been unable to have the speech therapy sessions he used to have, which made communication easier for him

Mohammad's fundraiser is destined to collect money to repair Yasser's hearing device, fund his speech therapy in the future, and help his entire family rebuild their lives. In a post on his blog, he's expressed wanting to close the fundraiser before the end of the year, and he has yet to reach his goal. As of today, his campaign sits at £35,320/£60,000. Please share his campaign, and donate to it if you can. The smallest act can make a big difference for him and his family. Mohammed spends so much effort trying to help those around him, it's only fair we should do our best to help him too
