Unironically theres something about it that made me so emotional..like a kind of purity in making art for the sake of art. Yes its also a weird kind of comedy that i think the internet of the 2010's would appreciate, but there's genuinely something quite profound there. Also the emotional denouement being that scene with the cover of chopin reduced me to tears crying laughing yesterday

So I have this idea of a 2 to 3 part fic of platonic shadow and human! Reader where the reader is Tom's niece

And sadly is deaf (since birth)

She comes to live with her uncle Tom after a tragic car accident takes her parents' lives. And as she comes to live with them, she kinda bonds w shadow over there, similar trauma of them both blaming each other for the death of someone they cared about.shadow slowly learning sign language to help interact more w reader

shadow revival fic where shadow gets revived by dink to help him out, but betrays dink and dink is about to kill him in some way (breaking his power source/mirror? idk) right in front of four/the other links when four gets himself out of someone's (Wars? Time? Twi?) protective grip (they grabbed him/pushed him back because holy shit that's his shadow, his safety has to be priority numero uno) and barrels straight into shadow, shoving them both out of the way and tumbling on the floor. while the other links are taking care of dink, four is clutching shadow like he'll disappear if he loosens up, burying his face into shadow's chest, rocking back and forth and muttering "no, no, no, please, stay this time, you have to stay, you can't leave, you can't leave me again, please don't leave, just stay, stay with me" or something along those lines and shadow's quietly panicking because holy shit it's rainbow and he's having a panic attack/ptsd from the last time i died in his arms whoops but he's trying to reassure him/snap him out of it

anyway. i have Thoughts often. i think they're pretty silly little guys.

It's so funny playing obey me when you're a super picky eater bc I'll get in character but the second someone mentions one of those foods I'm immediately horrified and I have to stare at the screen trying to figure out what the actual shit they have brought to me

And there's never an option for "what the fuck is that get it away" so I gotta be like 'yeah sure I'll totally eat that thing you just described. It doesn't at all make me hate you and your entire family!'

"Buffo egg milk tea" comes up a lot and like just send me back to the human world I don't even care

I would die of starvation in that game bc I'm not touching any of that. I'd have to take a years supply of mac and cheese and then it'd get eaten by Beel in like a week. And then I'd just bitch until they let me go home
