I really really really really need Cherri's POV of the whole ValAngel mess- like in a way, Poison shows Angel's almost delusional view from his situation- twitching from hallucination to reality to the "good" parts until the end- but a third part POV's would so SO interesting- specially to see it from a victim's only support system.

Like Cherri acted all nonchalant at the show about Angel's texts as he was waterboarded (Dear God) but I think it's clear that is just how Angel receives concern the best (especially in public) and the thing is that she literally came running. Whatever was on those texts, it irked her protective institcs and I really need to see it when it was clear Angel's new boyfriend was just a predator waiting for the right time to strike

Cherry Bomb

“Can’t stay at home can’t stay at school…”

Choppy blonde hair swung wildly around her face. The low-cut red tank top seemed to glow under the multi-coloured lighting. And those jeans- oh Merlin, those jeans. She was a fallen star, glittering on the stage.

Poetry described the falling autumn leaves, sunlit flowers, and the warmth of a loved one, yet Dorcas was fairly sure poetry had never described her. The obvious answer was that no poet had ever laid eyes on the carefree, explosive singer and lived to tell the tale.

Dorcas wasn’t entirely sure that they were going to live to tell the tale. They might just combust at any moment. The drink in their hand shook slightly and their eyes never left the stage. Never left the mouth singing words that were no longer heard.

The singer had her hands wrapped around a hot pink guitar. It was covered in so many stickers Dorcas lost count. Her bandmates bounced around the stage with her, feeding off each other's energy. The singer's fingers moved deafly across her guitar strings.

Suddenly Dorcas was falling, sinking into the depths of her gaze. The beautiful singer made eye contact with them and her lips continued to move around lyrics that Dorcas was sure would forever be imprinted on their soul.

“Get down ladies, you've got nothin' to lose!”

Maybe poets had described her. Because now, every time Dorcas closed their eyes, they saw the singer in the shape of falling autumn leaves, sunlit flowers, and the warmth of a loved one. Her loud and unapologetic spirit was in everything Dorcas loved about the world. And they wouldn’t have it any other way.
