Motherhood..

I recently was typing a post, It was about motherhood and this journey we all take as I poured my heart and soul out into it, my toddler decided in that instance to jump into my lap and have the whole post disappear in a matter of seconds.I could not be mad at my child for wanting to be closer to me, all I can do is cherish the moment and pull my child closer to me. If this did not sum up motherhood I do not know how else to better explain.

😘 Loving this journey as a dad. I’m only 33 days in, but it’s weird how hard it is to remember life without Eden. I’m also shocked at the depth of love for a person I have only known for a month. I’m also amazed how I can be frustrated with something during the day, but when I get home and hold my baby her innocence, absence of worry, and joyful spirit moves me to peace. Some many small blessings in the minutes of time with a baby. Children are truly a blessing from the Lord, not simply because of things we learn about ourselves as we serve them, but all of the little things they are doing for us from day one.
