Bugman and absolutely feral centipede hybrid darling- Darling breaks into Bugman's family home on a night when it decides to visit for something to eat - sniffing out the stockpiles of meat their "family" keeps on the property. Bugman, seeing this aggressive bastard trying to bite one of their family members, immediately has heart eyes for them - recognizing the fact they are a humanoid centipede down to their species. It woos their future spouse with meat and gentle praises.... Honestly it's mostly the meat, but it's the thought that counts.

[Screams can be heard from the kitchen as Bugman walks down the hall leading to the dining space]

Bugman: What is all this commotion?.... Hm?

[Bugman peaks around the kitchen table - Centipede Darling attempting to bite through the wood spoon lodged between their pincers as they pin a cultist to the floor. Bugman briefly makes eye contact with the cultist before picking up a discarded slab of meat on the floor.]

Bugman: Here. This is what you want, is it not? Please do not harm my family...

[Centipede Darling sniffs at the air, crawling off the cultist towards Bug. They snatch the meat from them - sitting at its feet they munch on the raw steak.]

Bugman - star in their eyes: [whispers softly] You are.... beautiful.

Bugman, leading Centipede Darling on a leash: Brothers.....Sisters.....Siblings....This is my partner, Y/n. I advise you keep an arms distance with them. They do tend to bite.

[Centipede Darling leans closer to Bugman - every cult on edge and some even clutching the knives beneath their robes as Darling opens their mouth. Darling instead licks Bugman's cheek slowly]

Bugman, face flushed a soft pink: I appreciate the display of affection, but please - not into front of family.

[Bugman walks out of museum it volunteers at, chatting with another employee as they head down the steps.]

[Bugman speed walks over to Centipede Darling, wearing a cultist's robe to hide their tail. Darling picks Bug up and walks off - the other worker catching a glimpse of reader's tail as they leave.]

Ashlyn ask if everyone was ready you all agreed and the seating arrangement was you were in between Taylor and tyler and beside Taylor was Ben and Logan was at the back

"alright you know what to do right? Close the gate after we're out then run to-" Aiden cut was Ashlyn was gonna say saying

"to the other door. Wait for you to honk and then bolt for the jeep...I got it don't worry"

you were holding Tyler's hand and feeling him squeeze you're hand you look at him with a smile and tyler return the same thing when he was about to say something Ashlyn already started to drive making you both jolt backwards

While driving Ashlyn honk and you saw aiden get in the jeep

"are they following??"

"y-yeah but they aren't keeping up" Logan was holding a sniper in the back of the jeep

And they continue to talk about going to the next town (to lazy to add the text)

Ben and tyler were holding a flash light while Aiden was bugging Ashlyn to play music

"you good tyler wanna switch place?" You asked he think for a minute before nodding and you both switch

"thanks (name) my arms were kinda sore too" he said while rubbing his arm

"after all your training in baseball you still have a sore arm I'm not surprise"

"hey I'm still stronger" you two continue to giggled making Taylor butt in and kept chatting not so loud though

"that's strange?, this road is usually well-maintained" then Ashlyn ran over something making Logan yelp

When Ashlyn came passing in the gas station she bolted the jeep making it speed

"hey! What's with the sudden speed?!"

Then another root was past making the jeep bump again

"hey Ashlyn you good" you said looking at her

"Ashlyn?.. what's up" Aiden said you two saw the terrified look in Ashlyn's face

"what happened to the road" Taylor said looking terrified aswell

Tyler asked Ashlyn to go back because this is seriously not ok

"we cant... Because it's right behind us" when she said that you can now heard the tud's of someone running but bigger

You all look back then shock what's right behind you

A giant phantom looking like a centipede but bigger

While we all are panicking you couldn't help but notice Ashlyn was more stressed because she was the driver

"screw it!" She then turn the jeep right and the big pillar's hand claw whatever was in your door making you yelp in fear holding tyler

Ashlyn then question if you all are alright

"the door is banged up pretty bad, but none of are hurt" tyelr said sounding more terrified

Now you were holding tyler who was holding ben and Taylor you were also worried about Logan in the back

We kept getting bump by roots the jeep was making to much shaking making you bump the door you heard a click then suddenly.....

You heard Tyler scream while reaching out for you

"(name)!!" Tyler was holding a hand for you yet he didn't grab you

"go back Ashlyn!! Go back" tyler said while Ben was holding him down "I can't!"

Now you were on the ground you tried to grip on the floor yet you fell in the cliff

You wished it was already time out you wish you woke up already then you bump into a tree then you were suddenly impaled by a tree

"Ashlyn please go back (name)! Theyre still there Ashlyn!" Tyler said causing a tantrum Ben and Taylor were now holding him Taylor started to tear aswell she's worried about you too

Since you came with them everything change with tyler you were her friend and she even called you her sister-in-law

"we will! But we have to survive first!"

I wanna go to him i need him and my friends are they ok did they survive?!

You can hear Taylor's screams you then got out of the nurses grip and ran you held your stomach and rip the wire that was attached to your arm

You tried not to pass out but you felt dizzy pushing everything then there you are... You saw them mostly

Your mom suddenly jump to you too "your alright darling" tyler loose the hug to you and your mother didn't stop kissing your face and hugging you thigthly

Then suddenly two nurse came and aske mom and dad if they were my legal parents

Tyler kept whispering how he was worried while Taylor tried to calm him ,ben text if your ok and, logan cried on how he was worried about you, and Aiden uh? His an asshole but his words were in a worried tone aswell

"wait where's Ashlyn"

"she grab things with her dad.... I'm just glad your alright" Taylor said smiling at you

While they took you back at your room tyler said

"I'm glad you're alright please dont leave me... I love you to much" you he peck you're cheeks you giggled at him and hold him thigth "i love you too to much Tyler" you smiled at him then carry on the room

I personally wrote my character to be a wolf hybrid in the persona’s description, but you guys can do whatever (you could be a mystical being, mutant, beast, alien, or idfk a centipede if that’s your thing 😭) Anyways, It aids the bot’s memory, so go do it 🫵

I took a stab at drawing the goat's narinder (pupinder? Naripup?) And came up with this. Him being a samoyed just feels right to me. But tbh? I have NO CLUE what to do with the bishops (random ramblings below the cut)

So like. Pup narinder, I imagine him as being the bishop of life and light, and being just super sweet. And the thing is, I imagine he says pretty much the same stuff Narinder does, but the way he words it gives it an ENTIRELY different meaning.

"I still have need of you" -> implies that the lamb is a tool for Narinder to use. He can't throw them away just yet, because there is still some use left in them. Defines them by their usefulness

"I still require your services" -> puts more value on the goat's abilities to act if that makes sense. Acknowledges that the goat is a being that is capable of making decisions on its own and puts trust in the idea that it'll use its abilities to help him. Defines it by its autonomy.

i also imagine him talking about sacrifice in a much different way. Instead of seeing sacrifice as cashing in souls like currency, I feel like he'd see it as a mercy. "Why allow your followers to slowly work themselves to death, living in pain and fatigue until they give out, when you can offer them a smooth transition into the afterlife?"

Also because of this personality swap, the idea of him betraying his siblings out of pride doesn't make as much sense. What do I propose, then? Easy! As the bishop of light and life, he couldn't stand to see followers suffering for any slight against his siblings, so he took those in who needed respite. He offered an oasis to those unfaithful to his siblings, and when that happened, his siblings got PISSED because they saw that as him stealing their followers. So, they tried to confront him and take back their followers, only for narinder to defend his followers by maiming his siblings. This caused the others to chain him up in the gateway and either sacrifice or convert the rest of his followers.

Now, with all of this, I have several ideas for the bishops but can't really use them all.

Idea 1: Domain swap. Everything stays pretty much the same except for their domains (and consequently their colors). Heket would be plague, Leshy would be war, Shamura famine, and Kallamar chaos. (Honestly zero clue what to do with the colors OR crowns for that matter. Keep the same crowns? Crowns change colors, too??? -\('–')/-)

Idea 2: Species swap. They turn into slant-variants of each of their species (which changes their colors, too). Heket could be a frog, maybe Leshy is an isopod or something, Kallamar would be an octopus (duh), and Shamura could maybe be a bat?? Centipede?? (Thinkin of something that lives in a cave maybe. Scorpion?)

Idea 3: Domain inversion. This could work in tandem with the previous one but anyways. Idea being that their domains invert (just like Narinder's) which causes personality changes. Leshy could be the bishop of order, causing him to be a MASSIVE control freak who panics when the goat comes back (making him more cowardly like Kallamar). Heket could be the bishop of gluttony, causing her to give the goat more of the benefit of the doubt (making her more understanding like Shamura). Kallamar could be the bishop of vitality, seeing the goat as nothing more than an insignificant worm and underestimating its power (making him more assured like Leshy). Shamura could be the bishop of stagnation/sloth, dissuaded and distraught by the goat's challenge to the old faith (making them more vengeful like Heket).

Of the ideas, I'm most attached to the third. Plus with the personality swaps, their injuries could also swap. Heket could be think no evil since she was the most open-minded, Shamura could be see no evil because they were ignorant to the world around them, Leshy could be hear no evil since he refused to give anyone else a voice, and Kallamar could be speak no evil since he was a loudmouth.

What are we thinking, chat? Thoughts? Comments? Ideas?

Aside/edit: with idea #3 (which I'm more and more attached to as I write this), that could be interesting bcs it would recontextualize each bishops' patterns in their boss fights.

Take Kallamar for example. For the lamb, he is terrified of fighting them, which is seen when he pretty much just button mashes doing everything he can to keep that fuckin thang away from him. You can tell that he's panicking during the boss fight from how erratic his movement is. But in the goat's universe, Kallamar's fighting style could be indicative of his disregard for the goat's existence, moreso swatting him away like a pesky mosquito. Inversely, Leshy's fight with the lamb not only shows that he has no clue what the fuck he's doing, but that he doesn't think the lamb does, either. He doesn't even try to hit the lamb physically until well into the battle. For the goat, however, this could be out of fear. Leshy is terrified of the goat, trying as hard as possible to avoid it until he desperately resorts to smacking it around just to kill it. I know that none of this has any bearing on what we see of the goat in the lamb's cult, but it could help explain some of the confusion the goat experiences when it interacts with the lamb's bishops for the first time.
