I don't have the ask post handy so I'll just ramble free form about my Charrs' fighting styles (I have four so this might get longer)

All four of them trained with the Legions, and apart from Charrlotte they spent their lives in service to the legions as well.

Reevus, Ash Legion Mesmer, distinguished himself early as an excellent duellist, both with sword and pistol. He got put into a special training program to hone his mesmer skills (against his preference. He tries to use them sparingly) specifically to stop other mesmers. Know you enemy kind of deal. Whereas many combat oriented mesmers might use their magic to kill you, Reevus uses his magic to distract you from the gun that kills you. This es especially effective when duelling other mesmers, as they often don't consider the threat of physical harm from a fellow mesmer.

Bran, Blood Legion Warrior (theoretically a Rev but he doesn't get cool powers, only depression). Probably the most mundane. Carries both a mace and an axe which he pairs up with a shield. Together with the classic spikey blood legion armor he is basically a very agressive hedgehog. There used to be a time where his immortality made him storm recklessly at the enemy, but that passed quickly and he has since adopted a very defensive stance.

Trebia, Iron Legion Grandma Sharpshooter, started out as a simple rifleman but constantly slipped away during combat to do her own thing. Nobody could really complain because her own things generally worked out well so instead they made it her official position. This gave her ample time and necessity to hone her mastery of the only magic thr Iron legion didn't mind, the one you can't see (aka shadow magic). She likes to ambush, strike quickly and vanish a swiftly as she appeared.

Charrlotte, ex-Iron Mercenary Leader. Possesses an absolutely massive arsenal of weaponry, including but not limited to: 2 Flamethrowers, a rifle, a charrzooka, several hand-built mortars that are all very scetchy, a wide selection of pistols both, a heavily modified and questionably safe pact chopper, a knife. All of these weapons have names. Charrlotte always does a lot of planning ahead of jobs choosing which equipment she takes but she prefers her Flamethrower. That being said she isn't above using her claws and teeth and while she has the least training in hand to hand combat she nakes up for it with determination. There is a rumor out there that Charrlotte is immortal, and Charrlotte is doing her best to prove it right.

Charr x Danica:

this pairing is very cute and they strike me as very flirtatious, both of them. neither is overly fluster by the other's compliments, they both go well together personality wise. when i think about what the sol empire would think when they hear danica is dating someone, charr is usually my go to for some reason

Danica x Stumble:

this is my fav, it's the comfort ship of the poly. stumble is the easily flustered idiot (no offense) and Danica is the flirty attractive princess, stumble just trying to impress the princess or just do anything at all and danica would just be absolutely charmed by it. it's the silly playful ship imo

Danica x Valorie:

not sure what danica sees in val, but val would be lovestruck after looking at danica, like damn, she probably didn't know people could look so pretty. i need to sit on this ship more before i say anything else but it's kinda cute.

Stumble x Charr:

similar to stumble x danica, charr is just hypnotized by stumble's silly little charm.

Stumble x Valorie:

if you ask me this feels less like a romantic ship and more of just a platonic ship (idk why platonic ships exist). they just so happen to be dating the same people and probably wouldn't have really interacted otherwise. charr and danica are the glue to this whole thing, stumble and val would probably just hang out waiting for charr and danica to arrive for a date or something

Charr x Valorie:

i have made myself quite fond of this pairing, it's a cute ship if you ask me. val would probably be trying to make some kind of remark about something and charr would just end up responding with a flirt or just try and make the situation romantic in some way and valorie would just become too flustered to continue upon whatever topic and try to change it. she wouldn't ever actually deny liking charr and his "stupid personality" and charr would probably catch on to that and it'd just make him chuckle.

So like.. he is metadow fankid. Does he hav any backstory/origins?? Id like to know more bout that blud.. EXPLODES HIM!!!

My intention with Charr is that he’s a remodeled Shadow android! Mixed with a bit of Eggman-tech which makes bots sentient for. Some reason. Mixed with a little bit of of a paint job… (jk, a near complete makeover). Ta da!!! Son !!! They were kind of told who to be and was born as themselves so he doean’t have any identity issues or anything.

As for the reason? I have. No clue. Perhaps an experiment to see how the Eggman-sentience-code thing works, or another attempt at making an ultimate lifeform. Got pretty close. Charr is near perfect. Most of the time. Or maybe even just for the challenge of raising a kid? Anyways, Tails probably helped them. He makes like half of the fankids if not all in my au.
