I am too stupid to Be the last couple of days. Tonight I put a frozen cauliflower pizza in the oven with its cardboard disk. Thank God this did not result in a fire but instead a very soft crust with a crunchy edge. I folded it over and sliced it like a calzone. Not bad, considering. Sometime or another Iāll see how to do this without hazard to life and limb

I wanna attempt to make cauliflower pizza calzone for dinner. Ā I just donāt like how the crust can taste more like egg.Ā
Does anyone know how to make the crust not taste so much like egg? Maybe use more seasoning to mask it?
If I donāt have cauliflower rice left over than I might just make something else.

Pizza Boy, 1321 E Colorado St., Glendale, CA 91205
If you have a hard time deciding, you may want to avoid Pizza Boy. But if you love variety or have dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, keto), Pizza Boy is your place. I canāt believe how many different types of pizza crust Pizza Boy offers. Choose from thin crust, regular crust, thick crust, organic unbleached white flour crust, organic whole wheat crust, gluten free ancient grains crust, Roman pinsa crust, cauliflower crust, beet crust, broccoli crust, zucchini crust, almond crust, organic flaxseed crust, sweet potato crust, and turmeric cauliflower crust. However, most of those crusts are only available for small pizzas. The toppings include traditional toppings but also pastrami, sujuk, feta, avocado, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. The avocado toast pizza sounded intriguing.
In addition to pizza, they have kebabs, burgers, sandwiches, calzones, pasta, ajarski, pizza, appetizers, soups, salads, desserts, beer, wine, etc.
I ordered online for curbside pickup. They also offer delivery. They have a few parking spaces reserved in front of the storefront. I received text message updates letting me know they were making my pizza and that it was ready. If you go to the website, it even shows you how many minutes are left before your order is ready. They included paper plates, napkins, pickled jalapenos, crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese packets.
Babycoli pizza with olive oil, mozzarella, feta, garlic, fresh basil and grilled baby broccoli (14ā medium, $17.50): I decided to try their regular crust first. The crust was decent but flat. It was dense, firm, and crispy. I like mine to be puffy on the edges. The baby broccoli was really good but the feta made the pizza a little salty. The toppings didnāt fall off. I expected a stronger garlic punch.
Thereās a loyalty program which lets you earn points for free food too.
4 out of 5 stars

Calzones are pizza in a slightly different formāa form that lets you get stuff in more filling without weighing down the crust. Broccoli rabe is great, but you can use any bitter green, or even broccoli or cauliflower. Youāll love these crusty pockets full of oozy goodness!
INGREDIENTS
pizza dough
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large bunch broccoli rabe, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp chili flakes
2 anchovies, finely chopped (optional)
salt and pepper
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
RECIPE
Turn the oven to 500 Ā°F (or as hot as your oven gets).Ā
Sprinkle a small amount of flour or cornmeal over a baking sheet and set aside.
Place a large pan on medium heat and add the olive oil.Ā
Once the oil is hot, add the tough stem ends of the broccoli rabe and cook for 2 minutes.Ā
Next, add the rest of the broccoli rabe, including the leafy parts, along with the garlic, chili flakes, and anchovies.Ā
Give the ingredients a stir and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Ā
Add salt and pepper to taste. The broccoli rabe is done when the stems are tender.Ā
Set the filling aside.
Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces.
Sprinkle flour over the countertop and place one of the four pieces of dough on it. Using your hands or a rolling pin, roll out the dough as you would for pizza.
Roll the dough out quite thin. Pile Ā¼ of your broccoli rabe mixture and Ā½ cup of mozzarella onto one side of the circle, leaving a lip around the edge.
Gather up the half of the dough that isnāt weighed down with filling and fold it over top.
Pinch the edges of the dough together to create a half-moon shape.Ā
Place it carefully on the prepared baking sheet and repeat until you have four calzones.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the calzones are golden-brown on the outside. Be careful when you bite into themātheyāll be hot!
