I read an interesting article the other day about getting the most out of your time off. Bottom line, if you're more sedentary, mentally taxed....get outside, do something more physical on your time off, something creative. Then the opposite for physically demanding types. Makes sense....

My job is not physically active but mentally taxing so goals for this weekend, get outside, be more physically active, try something creative.

Yesterday I took a 3 mile walk along the river, which did feel good. May try that again, but Tux tends to enjoy relaxed coffee time on my lap so motivation can be hard. 🤣
