I've finally made some tweaks to the carrds I've been working on on and off. Dawntrail and work has had me pretty busy but I'm happy I've finally gotten everything organized.

This is not a new or unique thought, but the existence of carrds throws me for a loop every single day. I’m a person who grew up in the early internet days where we were constantly (RIGHTLY!) told not to share our personal info with strangers, and now I can spend 2 seconds on a stranger’s profile and find out their name and age and pronouns and location and disabilities and kinks and triggers and who knows what else Y’ALL. STOP THAT. That shouldn’t be normal!!

Like I’m now comfortable saying I’m in my 30s pretty openly but that’s just about all the personal information I’ll share on my profile. No stranger on here who just happens to head to my blog is entitled to any other information about me! And that should be the norm!

; I js found an old carrd of mine and while remembering I used to be a he / him pan and didn't think anything of that ( I'm transmasc & orientated aroace now dammit ), but also my dislikes .. How in the world did I not realize I was neurodivergent. It's just. This whole carrd could count as a diagnostic criteria at this point.

2: First page of a carrd. Woah buddy! I don't know if your carrd is secretly malware, or that you are actively planning to show me eye strain. Please reconsider.
