“From Bruises to Healing: How the Carnivore Diet Changed My Impact Play”
Hello everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day. I have an interesting update for you.
As many of you know, impact play is incredibly important to me. It releases a cathartic energy that grounds me and makes me feel alive, rather than just going through the motions of life. It’s not just the immediate stimulation that makes me feel euphoric, but the aftermath as well—the bruising, the sore bottom, joints, and muscles. Those physical reminders that can last for days serve as a constant reflection of the amazing time I had. They’re a beautiful way to feel deeply, long after the session is over.
In some of my previous blog posts, I mentioned that I’m anemic and deal with a few other health issues. Because of this, I decided to try the carnivore diet. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s a diet that focuses solely on animal-based foods, cutting out all plants and carbs. I’ve been on it for about a month and a half, and while I’ve noticed some positive changes in my weight and skin, something very unexpected happened during my most recent impact session.
This particular session was quite intense—so intense that I used my safeword three times, which is rare for me! Naturally, I was excited to see the aftermath in the form of some significant bruising. But when I woke up the next morning, I was surprised to find hardly any bruising at all. No streaks, no deep colors, nothing.
At first, I was disappointed because I love those marks and the reminders they bring. However, it led me to a different realization: my body is likely healing faster because of the carnivore diet. The only major change I’ve made recently, aside from adding a few supplements, is this diet. So while the results of the session weren’t what I expected, I’m seeing improvement in my overall health and healing.
This is both a blessing and a bit of a letdown. On the one hand, my body is clearly getting stronger and recovering quicker, which is fantastic. On the other hand, I do miss those beautiful marks that lingered and kept the memory of the session alive for days. Every body is different, and everyone responds uniquely to diet and lifestyle changes. But for me, at almost two months into this journey, I’m seeing faster healing with less bruising—and that’s something I didn’t anticipate.
Now, the question is—how do I get those beautiful marks back?
While the changes in my impact play experience have been surprising, they aren’t the only shifts I’ve noticed since starting the carnivore diet. I’ll dive deeper into how this diet has impacted other areas of my life—both physically and mentally—in my next post. Stay tuned!

55 Days on Zero Carb Diet
I have reached day 55 on the Carnivore diet. Today my back is hurting a little. I have been doing some back exercises in the gym, and may have pushed a little too hard. There has always been this sharp pain in my lower back for as long as I can remember. It is different from pain resulting in typical soreness after a workout. That is not what I am feeling today. Other than that, my body feels…

Been on a pseudo carnivore diet this past week. All I've eaten is meat, vegetables, nuts, and the occasional tortilla that I'm trying to get rid of.
So far I'd say it's working; I feel better, have more energy, and it seems like I'm losing weight. The only downside so far (other than meat being so expensive and it being what I'm craving 24/7 lol) is I'm sweating more. I don't know if that's because my metabolism has sped up or what, but I'm finding myself sweating more often.

Ketogenic Diet 101: A Beginner's Guide
The ketogenic diet, commonly referred to as the "keto diet," is a low-carb, high-fat diet that has gained popularity in recent years due to its potential health benefits. In this article, we will delve into the basics of the ketogenic diet, its benefits, and how to get started.
What is the Ketogenic Diet?
The ketogenic diet is a dietary approach that involves drastically reducing carbohydrate intake and replacing it with fat. This reduction in carbohydrates puts the body into a state of ketosis, where the body burns fat for energy instead of carbohydrates.
How Does the Ketogenic Diet Work?
When we eat carbohydrates, our body converts them into glucose, which is then used as energy. However, when we drastically reduce carbohydrate intake, our body is forced to find alternative sources of energy. This is when the liver begins to convert fat into molecules called ketones, which can be used as energy.
