Tolaas didn't go to nightlubs often, but when he did, he did so he could people watch. He loved to watch how people reacted to each other. It was always interesting.

He sat at the bar, drinking a whiskey. He refilled the glass with Jack from the bottle he paid the bartender to leave for him. He took a large gulp and turned back toward the crowd on the dance floor.

Two guys started arguing in the middle of the dance floor, which became increasingly heated until one punched the other, and suddenly they were fighting. It was only a few seconds after that, that three bouncers ran to the middle of the floor and broke up the two fighting. Holding their arms behind their back, they were escorted to the exit while they were both spitting obscenities at the bouncers.

Tolaas couldn't help but laugh.

He raised his glass to the bartender. "Cheers," he said brightly, causing the bartender to smile. Tolaas placed a few bucks in her tip jar every time he refilled his glass. A good bartender could make a living on tips alone, and this bartender was good. Friendly, on point, quick, talkative with the patrons and even dancing to the music sometimes. She was entertaining and drew people to the bar, which was important, hence the numerous amount of tips she got.

He turned his attention back to the dance floor, eyes scanning the people, reading aura, sending out feelers. He happened to glance at the entrance when an extremely beautiful woman walked in. Tolaas had frozen with his lips on his glass to stare at her. "Damn," he said quietly to himself.

He grinned as he watched her move through the club, his eyes locked onto her, scanning her aura and sending out his empathic "feelers." What he saw in her aura told him she was interesting, someone he should to get to know.

Tolaas continued to watch her, hoping to make her turn and notice him by sheer will alone. Of course, Living Vampires didn't have the ability to hypnotize with eye contact, nor did they have the ability to push their will onto other people. So although Tolaas continued to whisper, "Turn around, please," it was futile. He knew he couldn't make her turn, but it didn't stop him from hoping.

He chuckled to himself, knowing how silly it was. So he just went back to watching her. If she turned, she turned. If she didn't, it was his loss.

He refilled his glass, and pushed his Stetson slightly up on his forehead, and tugged on his duster for a moment. Then, his attention went back to the woman he had been watching since she walked in. He really, really hoped he didn't come off as some sort of creep. Which is also why he hadn't approached her, instead.

I personally find this clip hilarious because:

Carbela started out as a "haha imagine if I did a crossover" after finding out about Gina and Diane being in this show together (Gina and Stephanie too if you fw B99)

The Carbela dynamic is literally the opposite of the clip shown, Carmen is the one who's yapping and Isabela is the dumbass making a fool of herself because she wants the redhead so bad.

𝑰f there was someone as pretty, or even prettier than Cassie, that had to be Carmen. Carmen Rodriguez…probably the most Spanish name I’ve ever heard, but it suits her well. She’s not Spanish, but her father is. Her mother is Italian, that’s probably where she got her good looks from.

She looks a lot like Cassie. Blonde hair, blue eyes, similar face structure, thin figure…she’s a little taller and less gifted on the chest area, but apart from that…the resemblance is incredible. Nobody knows why…but somehow she’s the main attraction at school.

The boys, the girls, they all like Carmen…myself included. Of course most of them only like her for her appearance…except for Nate. It’s unbelievable how Nate Jacobs himself didn’t have an eye on a hot chick because of her appearance. The way he looked at her, the way he thought about her 24/7, the way he would do everything on his power to just get a glimpse of her…and not because of her appearance.

Her appearance…you’d never guess she’s barely 17. The lack of makeup on her face, her numb expressions, her wardrobe…you’d guess she’s at least on her mid twenties. Her parents also dress as politicians on a campaign, so I guess it just runs on the family.

Her voice, at least the few times she speaks, is a mix between dark and sweet…same with her tone. She has no friends, Nate was the one who discovered that. He always follows her to the parking lot after school and sometimes even to her neighborhood. He says he’s never seen her hanging out with anyone, not even with her parents, so that just adds up to the mystery.

I’m not exactly the gossip type, worse the stalking type, but I would be lying if I said that she doesn’t intrigue me. But I definitely don’t have the time or the sick mind of Nate to stalk her on my free time.
