Salted Caramel Pumpkin Parfaits Ingredients: For the Parfaits: 40 gingersnaps, chopped 1 (5.1 oz) package vanilla instant pudding mix 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree 2 cups cold milk 1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice 2 (10 oz) containers Cool Whip Cream Cheese Frosting, thawed For the Salted Caramel: 2 cups granulated sugar 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed and at room temperature 1 cup heavy cream, at room temperature 1 tablespoon sea salt Directions: Prepare the Salted Caramel: Place sugar in an even layer in a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat. Allow it to melt without stirring until it begins to liquefy. Stir with a whisk as it melts until it reaches a deep amber color (around 350°F), using a thermometer if available. Carefully add butter cubes all at once, whisking until smooth. The mixture will bubble up, so take caution. Switch to a wooden spoon if needed. Remove from heat and slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring until fully incorporated. Stir in sea salt and let the caramel cool for 10-15 minutes. Assemble the Parfaits: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the pumpkin puree and set aside. In 8 small jars or serving glasses, layer about 2 tablespoons of chopped gingersnaps at the base. Add a layer of pumpkin pudding, followed by a layer of cream cheese frosting. Drizzle with a spoonful of salted caramel. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a drizzle of salted caramel and extra gingersnap crumbles on top. Chill parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Storage Tip: Extra salted caramel can be stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Reheat gently before using. Prep Time: 25 minutes Chill Time: 2 hours Total Time: 2 hours 25 minutes Calories: 380 kcal per serving Servings: 8 servings The Salted Caramel Pumpkin Parfaits are the ultimate autumn indulgence, combining creamy pumpkin, spiced gingersnap crumbles, and a decadent salted caramel sauce. These Caramel Apple Cookies are a delectable treat with a delicious combination of sweet caramel and fresh apples. They're soft, chewy, and completely addictive!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 cup packed brown sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 cups peeled and finely chopped apples. 1 cup caramel candies, chopped.

Melt the butter and mix it with the white sugar and brown sugar in a large bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Adding the eggs one at a time and mixing them in is the next step. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add this dry mix to the wet ones, mixing just until everything is combined. Add the chopped apples and chopped caramel candies to the dough and mix them in until they are spread out evenly. Round tablespoons of dough should be dropped onto the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between each cookie. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and allow them to cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once the cupcakes are cool, drizzle each one with caramel sauce. Serve and enjoy your delicious Caramel Apple Cupcakes!

These Millionaire's Shortbread Brownies are the ultimate treat for your sweet tooth. There is a rich, fudgy brownie base on top of which there are layers of milk and white chocolate and gooey caramel.
Ingredients: 150g dark chocolate. 150g unsalted butter. 200g granulated sugar. 3 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 75g all-purpose flour. 50g cocoa powder. 150g caramel sauce. 100g milk chocolate, chopped. 100g white chocolate, chopped. 50g butter.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up. Prepare a square baking pan by greasing it and putting parchment paper inside it. Put the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a saucepan and melt them over low heat. Stir the mixture until it is smooth. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. Mix the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture while stirring all the time. Add the cocoa powder and all-purpose flour and mix them in slowly until they are just combined. Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with wet crumbs on it. Take it out of the oven and leave it in the pan to cool all the way down. Heat the caramel sauce in a small saucepan until it's just barely runny. Spread it out evenly with a spatula after pouring it over the brownie layer that has cooled. Melt the butter, milk chocolate, and white chocolate together in a different saucepan until the mixture is smooth. Spread the melted chocolate mixture out evenly on top of the caramel layer. Put the brownies in the fridge for at least two hours, or until the chocolate topping is hard. Take the brownies out of the pan and cut them into squares once they are set. Serve and have fun!
