what if you're Luke Ballistic and after all that fucking drama you get back to Earth Aleph and settle in as an s tier cape who can ask for basically anything you want. But it turns out that since you've been gone they started an AMC original series critical superstar about some guy who, after in the first season the student of his he teams up with announces "Yo Mr. White calm down, you're going fuckin ballistic!", ultimately becomes a meth kingpin under the crimesona codename "Ballistic". So you have a bunch of teenagers from all over the globe posting on Normal Reddit (oh God, remember Normal Reddit?) r/askreddit "What is the strangest thing we just take for granted?" "What's the weirdest thing about superheroes existing?" dime a dozen threads saying shit like. "can you fucking believe one of the most powerful capes in the world is an extradimensional invader? YESSSSS YESSS and thats why im so obsessed with him i can't think of another character that's like that off the top of my head and its so fucking relatable TWT like the message a lot of people got from the first episode is that pim is naive and i dont think thats the case at all, i think he just realized over time how to keep himself stable as long as he doesnt dwell on shit until he spirals and he started spiraling, i dont believe for a second hes never once thought the same shit desmond was talking about

There should have been a Breaking Bad bottle episode in which Mr. White and his family go on a day trip to the beach but coincidentally every other character in the show also decided to go there that day so the basic plot is Mr. White trying not to blow his cover in front of his family as increasingly outlandish shenanigans draw everyone together. This would have happened but the fanservice of the entire cast in swimsuits would have been so incredibly and dangerously powerful that Vince Gilligan decided to toss the episode

Gale found it amusing that Evie would say she went to “drama school in Connecticut” when she almost certainly meant “Yale” and in the same breath admit she was a Broadway actress. There was probably only so much humble obfuscation she could use before no one knew what she was talking about.

It should have struck him as annoying or pompous but there was a lightness in her voice and her eyes. Like she was either in on her own joke or too far removed to realize she was being funny and that made Gale want to talk to her more and find out which one.
