This is so cute. It's a little lake cabin in Big Bear Lake, CA. It has 2bds, 1ba, and they're asking $499,999.

It has beamed ceilings and a cozy living room with a brownstone fireplace. I like the shape of the living room, it's different.

Look at the knotty pine wainscoting.

I would expect a lake house in California to cost a lot more. Everything there is so expensive.

The dining area is separate and right outside the kitchen.

Nice built-in corner cabinet.

Maybe they'll leave the wall decor.

The galley kitchen is pretty big for a cabin. This is the first time I've seen a double farm sink.

The primary bedroom has a nice big fireplace and it's a pretty large space.

There's some nice built-ins, too.

The single bath is a good size. It has a vintage look with its pedestal sink and original medicine cabinet. Also, note the stained glass windoow.

Bedroom #2 is also a large size.

There's a hot tub.

And, a deck on the .25 acre treed lot.

And, the cute little cabin has no HOA fees!

There's also a cute little shed.

It's not far from the water.

And, you can definitely have a boat.

Tiny 1940 hobbity house in Vashon, WA has 1bd, 1ba, and they're asking $675K.

The gardens and paths up to the house are lovely.

The wild garden is great, as long as you're not allergic. I wonder what it looks like in winter.

Clean up in Aisle 4! We have to try to look past the clutter. Now, the description says that the heat is from the wood stove and a "wall furnace." I imagine that's probably an electric heating unit.

I love the kitchen b/c it gets so much natural light. I would put roll-up shades on the windows, though. Look at the vintage stove. I also like the blue cabinet. Cute little curtains would look adorable on the other cabinets.

A small loft bedroom is on the 2nd floor, but this is all they show of it.

There is a board walk that connects the outbuilding/greenhouse to the main house. The listing says it's perfect for another sleeping quarter or an artists studio.

This outbuilding has the bath and the washer & dryer. I wonder if anything other than the boardwalk connects it, though.

This would be the road into the property.

The land is quite beautiful, but it clearly needs a lot of mowing.

The lot is 5.2 acres.
