WHO: Austin Butler & Kaia Gerber (@kaia-gerbcr) WHEN: Early 2022 (past) WHERE: Austin’s house in Los Angeles, CA TRIGGER WARNINGS: none SUMMARY: Austin invites Kaia over to his house and the two have their first real date.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 4:56 PM Kaia found herself counting down the days, hours, and then eventually minutes to her date night with Austin. They texted plenty of times inbetween but there was still a swarm of butterflies taking flight in her stomach on her drive over to his house, but not so much because she was nervous, more-so because she was excited. Kaia was dressed casually in a pair of yoga pants and a T-shirt that stopped just above her waistband giving a tiny glimpse of the toned skin underneath. Kaia came prepared with her bag of ingredients and of course wine. After walking up to his door the model knocked and took a step back while she awaited him to answer the door.

Austin — 10/13/2023 5:18 PM Austin was very excited for their date. He’d prepared by wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants, as promised. He opened the door, smiled warmly and stepped aside for Kaia to come in. “Hi, you look wonderful,” he said cheekily. “Come on in.”

Kaia — 10/13/2023 6:37 PM “So do you. You can carry off comfy chic very well,” Kaia commented with a grin as she stepped inside. “I hope that you’re ready to eat the best meal of your life,” she joked, setting everything down on the counter. “How’s your week been?”

Austin — 10/13/2023 6:42 PM "Thank you. I sure hope I can carry off a food baby just as well," he teased. "Guess we'll possibly find out." He helped Kaia carry the items to the kitchen and set them out on the counter. "It's been pretty good, what about yours?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 6:58 PM “Something tells me that you can carry off just about anything,” Kaia reassured him. “It was good. I’d been counting down until tonight though, so I’m glad it’s finally here.”

Austin — 10/13/2023 6:58 PM He leaned against the counter and looked over at what she'd brought. "You have been?" he asked, almost surprised. "Me too. It's been a busy week but I've been looking forward to this."

Kaia — 10/13/2023 7:03 PM Kaia takes a moment to watch him because she likes to observe his mannerisms, “yes why do you sound surprised by that?” One perfectly shaped brow raised in his direction. “It’s a good way to unwind after a long week.”

Austin — 10/13/2023 7:16 PM "I don't know, you're just so..sincere. It's refreshing. I like knowing what goes on in your mind," Austin explained with a gentle shrug. "You're right, it is. Food and..games..and maybe some kissing," he said, a small smirk playing on his lips.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 7:26 PM “I’m just not very good at playing it cool, especially when I’m interested in someone,” Kaia admitted. And she wasn’t, she never understood how people could play those kinds of games when it came to dating. “I think that can be arranged if you’re on your best behavior,” she teased.

Austin — 10/13/2023 7:38 PM "You don't need to play it cool, you're already cool, Kaia," Austin assured her with a kind smile. "My best behavior? I even wore sweatpants! I followed the dress code," he teased.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 8:03 PM “Thank you,” a blush rose in her cheeks immediately, “I guess what I meant was I’m not any good at playing hard to get,” she explained. “You are following the rules so you must be on the right track. Good work,” she grinned at him. “So. Do you know how to boil water?” She was teasing of course but she enjoyed their playful banter.

Austin — 10/13/2023 8:51 PM Austin laughed softly. "Yes, yes I do," he confirmed. He grabbed a pot from his cabinet and held it up. "Is this a decent size? Are we making pasta for twelve?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 9:03 PM “You do? Look at that another point for you,” Kaia told him, the grin ever present on her lips. “That works. Let’s start with two and go from there. So, I may have taken the easy way out and gone with a jar of pasta sauce,” she held it up, “but we can garnish it with actual chopped tomatoes, that counts as homemade then right?”

Austin — 10/13/2023 9:17 PM “Absolutely,” Austin said. “Do you need to season the jarred sauce?” He asked. He grabbed a sauce pan after putting the pot of water on to boil. “Salt the water?”

Kaia — 10/13/2023 9:43 PM “That’s how you make it taste homemade. How did you know my secret without me telling you,” Kaia laughed. She nodded, “salt the water. You do know more about cooking than you let on, I have a feeling.”

Austin — 10/13/2023 9:52 PM "Because, I'm secretly a chef," he teased. "Do I? Hm, guess you'll have to wait and see," Austin murmured. He salted the hell out of the water before putting the salt away. "What's the next step, ma'am?"

Kaia — 10/13/2023 10:07 PM “Not so secret anymore,” she laughed, emptying the jar of sauce into the pan. “Give that just a touch or oregano and red pepper.”

Austin — 10/13/2023 10:17 PM Austin grabbed the spices before seasoning the sauce. “My stomach’s grumbling at how it smells and it hasn’t even been heated yet.”

Kaia — 10/13/2023 10:27 PM “It’s just going to get better,” she mentioned, grabbing a knife to chop up the tomato to garnish on top. “You know how they say a watched pot never boils? It sure feels that way doesn’t it?” Gesturing to the pot she chuckled. “Want to pour some wine while we wait?”

Austin — 10/13/2023 10:28 PM “Mm yes, sounds delicious,” he said. He grabbed two glasses and poured wine for them. “Here you go, love,” he said, sliding Kaia’s glass to her. “What’s your plan for dessert?”

Kaia — 10/13/2023 10:51 PM “Thank you,” taking the glass from him, she took a sip and then set it down on the counter. Reaching into the bag and pulled out the brownie mix, “if we mix it up now, we can let them bake while we’re eating.”

Austin — 10/13/2023 10:52 PM “I can’t remember the last time I ate brownies,” he commented. He couldn’t help but lick his lips at the mere thought of it.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 11:20 PM “Neither can I. And if we bake them for 12 minutes they will be perfectly done yet still perfectly fudgey.” Kaia catches herself staring as he licks his lips and glances away, grabbing her glass and taking a long sip of wine.

Austin — 10/13/2023 11:21 PM Austin couldn’t help but lick his lips again when she described the brownies. “Going to make me orgasm,” he teased. (edited)

Kaia — 10/13/2023 11:29 PM Seeing him licking his lips inadvertently caused her to lick her own. “I don’t need brownies for that,” kaia took another sip of wine, her brows raising at him over the rim of her glass.

Austin — 10/13/2023 11:31 PM “For you or for me?” Austin asked, raising his own brows after her suggestive comment.

Kaia — 10/13/2023 11:44 PM “What do you think?” The model grinned at him before having another sip of wine. Glancing at the pot, it was finally boiling, so she dumped the pasta in.

Austin — 10/13/2023 11:50 PM “Not sure. I’m sure any orgasm you could provide would be better than dessert, but chocolate can be a very sexual experience for me,” be warned her with a grin. October 14, 2023

Kaia — 10/14/2023 12:05 AM “You can count on that,” Kaia agreed, “it can huh? I look forward to learning much more about that.”

Austin — 10/14/2023 5:16 AM Austin blushed and smirked at the same time. “Oh, I’m sure you will at some point,” he said.

Kaia — 10/14/2023 12:04 PM "I'll cross my fingers," Kaia grinned at him, sliding the mixing bowl with the brownie mix that she emptied into it over toward him, "crack an egg in there and stir"

Austin — 10/14/2023 12:12 PM Austin took out an egg, cracked it and put it into the bowl with ease. "Beautiful, we make a great team," he commented with a smile.

Kaia — 10/14/2023 12:19 PM Kaia dumped the water she measured out into the bowl after he added the egg, "good work team," she agreed.

Austin — 10/14/2023 12:32 PM "Thank you. Do we need oil?" Austin asked, picking up the box and examining the back of it.

Kaia — 10/14/2023 1:34 PM "A quarter cup of oil, if I remember correctly," Kaia slid the measuring cup down the counter to him before taking another sip of her wine and stirring the pasta, turning on the burner for the sauce.

Austin — 10/14/2023 5:15 PM Austin added the oil and stirred the brownies until they were the right consistency. He took another sip of his wine and checked on the other pans too. October 15, 2023

Kaia — 10/15/2023 11:32 AM After he stirred everything together sufficiently, Kaia poured the batter into the waiting pan. “Would probably be a good idea to turn the oven on, whoops,” laughing she set it to the right temperature to heat up.

Austin — 10/15/2023 11:51 AM "I'm sorry, I completely forgot." He stood near the pan and inhaled gently. "Mm, so nice. It smells so great."

Kaia — 10/15/2023 12:05 PM “I did too, it would have been hilarious if we put them him without turning the oven on,” Kaia laughed at the thought “it’s going to taste even better.”

Austin — 10/15/2023 12:06 PM "We would've had no choice but to eat them raw," he teased, smiling brightly. "That sauce smells incredible, I am so hungry."

Kaia — 10/15/2023 1:18 PM “Also would have been delicious,” Kaia commented with a nod. “Three more minutes,” she said as she glanced at the timer and gave the sauce a stir.

Austin — 10/15/2023 1:21 PM Austin pulled a collander out of his cupboard and made sure the sink was clean before setting it down. He stood near the stove and watched the pasta patiently.

Kaia — 10/15/2023 2:41 PM Kaia finds herself watching him again, and distracts herself with a sip of wine from her glass. “We talked about my favorite foot but I don’t think you ever told me what yours is”

Austin — 10/15/2023 3:46 PM “I like dessert, I like chocolate. I like pasta, fettuccine Alfredo is my guilty pleasure,” he said, smiling gently. Austin picked up his glass and took another sip.

Kaia — 10/15/2023 4:20 PM “and you love pasta? It was meant to be,” Kaia said with a smile, “we will have to make that next time.”

Austin — 10/15/2023 6:22 PM “I have this feeling that I’m going to end up gaining relationship weight with you. Happy relationship weight with you of course,” Austin said. He hadn’t meant to say relationship but didn’t correct himself either.

Kaia — 10/15/2023 6:47 PM “You think so? You’re probably right. I’ll feed you well,” Kaia agreed with him. “But I’m sure that we will figure out plenty of ways to burn calories,” with a grin she turned off the burners under both pots when the timer went off signaling that the pasta was ready.

Austin — 10/15/2023 6:53 PM “Can’t remember the last time I’ve planned this many meals at home,” he said, laughing softly. “It’s usually just meal plans or salads with protein or something depending on what I’m doing. Hmm, I’m sure we could,” he mumbled, a blush covering his cheeks. He strained the pasta before returning it to the pot.

Kaia — 10/15/2023 7:33 PM “See, if I can keep your mouth watering and you’re anticipating a good meal, you’ll be looking forward to doing this again and then we’ll just keep making plans to see each other,” there it was her diabolical plan all laid out. Once he added the pasta back to the pot, she poured the sauce over it and stirred it up.

Austin — 10/15/2023 7:36 PM “Trying to entice me with delicious food? Hah, I should’ve known!” He teased back, his smile wide. He smirked a little bit to himself and shook his head. “I’m very easy to persuade especially when it comes to food..and you.”

Kaia — 10/15/2023 7:57 PM “Now that I’ve let you in on my not so secret plan, you’ll know what to expect when you have the free time,” Kaia is very transparent when it comes to voicing what she wants, something that he is sure to pick up on the more time that they spend together. Plating up the pasta she handed a plate to him with a smirk, “good. That’s what I like to hear.”

Austin — 10/15/2023 8:00 PM “Yummy food in my tummy? I’ll take it,” he said softly. “Thank you. Do we have a timer set for the brownies?” Austin asked before taking a seat.

Kaia — 10/15/2023 8:44 PM Making a plate for herself, Kaia set it down for a moment “no we do not. Good thinking. You’re distracting me it’s throwing me off of my game,” she chuckled as she slid the brownies into the now heated up oven and set a timer. Grabbing her plate she took a seat as well and picked up her fork, “okay moment of truth,” picking up some pasta on her fork, Kaia took a bite.

Austin — 10/15/2023 9:32 PM Austin used his fork to pick up some food and took a bite. “Fuck,” he breathed. “Okay, maybe I will end up orgasming.”

Kaia — 10/15/2023 10:24 PM “That good huh?” Kaia raised both of her brows at him and grinned, “good to know.”

Austin — 10/15/2023 11:26 PM Austin laughed softly and nodded, covering his mouth as he chewed. "Yes, it's that good, I promise. It's so good." October 16, 2023

Kaia — 10/16/2023 10:09 AM “I can hardly wait until you taste the brownies then,” Kaia pointed out, the grin still present on her face as she took another sip of her wine.

Austin — 10/16/2023 10:49 AM “I’m going to be rolling to bed tonight,” he said and shook his head before smiling. He took another few bites of his pasta before picking up his wine again.

Kaia — 10/16/2023 11:09 AM “That’s the sign of an extremely good meal, and that will make two of us,” Kaia nodded as she chuckled. “It also means that we are a dream team in the kitchen.”

Austin — 10/16/2023 11:10 AM “I think we missed our calling,” he teased, taking the last few bites of his pasta. “That was so good.”

Kaia — 10/16/2023 12:19 PM “At least we have a fall back plan if our careers don’t work out as planned,” Kaia joked, “we can open a restaurant.”

Austin — 10/16/2023 12:46 PM Austin nodded. "You're right, I don't know what we'd call it but it sounds like a good plan B for us," he said, smiling brightly.

Kaia — 10/16/2023 1:03 PM “We can call it The Best Damn Restaurant Out There. That way whenever anyone uses the name it’s like an advertisement,” after finishing her last bite of pasta, she washed it down with a swig of wine.

Austin — 10/16/2023 2:03 PM Austin laughed softly. “Sounds good to me. Can I get you some more?” He asked, standing up.

Kaia — 10/16/2023 9:56 PM "Do you think that chefs get tired of their own cooking? Probably once in a while," Kaia came up with some of the most random questions once in a while. "Literally only two bites. I have to at least pretend there's room for brownies."

Austin — 10/16/2023 10:34 PM Austin had to think about that for a moment or so. "Maybe, I'm not sure. I've never owned a restaurant," he said, laughing softly. "Is it bad that I want more?" October 17, 2023

Kaia — 10/17/2023 10:42 AM “Someday I’m going to have to ask a chef to get the real scoop,” Kaia reasoned as she thought and spoke aloud. “No, that’s why sweatpants were the required uniform!”

Austin — 10/17/2023 12:11 PM He glanced down at his sweatpants. “Very good point,” Austin said and served himself more. He got Kaia a little bit more as requested before sitting again.

Kaia — 10/17/2023 12:46 PM “Comfort is key,” Kaia mentioned with a grin, “thank you,” picking up her fork again she ate up the last couple of bites. “Pasta is so delicious.”

Austin — 10/17/2023 12:53 PM Austin poured them both a bit more wine before hearing the brownie timer go off. He turned the oven off and took the tray out carefully. “Fuck, smells amazing.”

Kaia — 10/17/2023 1:18 PM “I’m going to be tipsy and full,” Kaia grinned as she took a sip of her wine “be careful you might not be able to get rid of me.”

Austin — 10/17/2023 1:28 PM "If it's unsafe for you to drive home then by all means, you'll have to stay," he said, raising an eyebrow. "You want to give the brownies a few and we can bring them to the couch?" he asked. "Maybe we can put on a movie and get comfortable?"

Kaia — 10/17/2023 1:51 PM “In that case I better drink up,” She teased, although she did tip her head back to finish off the wine in her glass. “Sure, we should let them cool for a little while. Comfortable sounds good. What’s your favorite movie?” Standing up, Kaia made her way over to the sofa.

Austin — 10/17/2023 1:58 PM Austin smirked to himself as he admired the brownies on the stove. "I'm good with anything, why don't you choose? You want me to cut these or are we just gonna go for it straight out of the pan?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/17/2023 2:25 PM “Me choose? You can’t put that kind of pressure on me to pick a movie on my first official date with an actor,” Kaia told him as she chuckled “that’s so much pressure!” After taking a seat on the sofa she looked at him, “straight out of the pan, no need to make more dishes to wash.”

Austin — 10/17/2023 2:53 PM "Please for the love of God, nothing that I'm in," he said, laughing softly. "I watch my movies back at premieres but it's weird looking at yourself for so long." He picked up the pan and two spoons before heading back to the couch.

Kaia — 10/17/2023 3:22 PM “I would never do that to you, I can see why it would be awkward. But what genre are you feeling? Comedy? Drama? Horror?” Kaia shifted over slightly to make room for him. “Something you don’t really care about seeing because I’m going to try to steal your attention?”

Austin — 10/17/2023 4:25 PM "Horror, it'll give you an excuse to lay against me," he decided. He grabbed some pillows and a blanket before setting them out. "Would you be more comfortable here or - in my room?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/17/2023 8:08 PM "Smart thinking," pointing at him, Kaia gave the compliment, she couldn't have said it better herself. "In your room?" Feigning shock, her hand moved over her chest. "What kind of girl do you take me for?" Without missing a beat, she continued speaking, "which way is your room?" the last question made her answer obvious.

Austin — 10/17/2023 8:09 PM Austin laughed softly. "I think we'll both be more comfortable in my room. I'm expecting a food baby after I finish off the brownies and we can stretch our legs." He still held the brownies and grabbed the blanket before leading the way to his room. "Oh, can you grab the wine and the glasses? These will make us thirsty."

Kaia — 10/17/2023 8:21 PM "I really hope that people don't think that you're just a pretty face, because you're kind of a genius," because stretching out their legs wasn't something that occurred to her, but was miles more comfortable than the sofa. Kaia nodded, "I'm on it." Going over to the counter she picked up the bottle and tucked it under her arm and then grabbed the glasses, following him to his room.

Austin — 10/17/2023 8:28 PM "But I'm so pretty," he teased, giving her a knowing look. He set everything down in the bedroom and crawled into bed, crawling over onto the middle of the bed. "You can choose what side you want or how you want to lay," he said, suddenly feeling a little nervous. "Or maybe we eat the brownies and then worry about that next."

Kaia — 10/17/2023 9:04 PM "And don't you ever let anyone tell you otherwise," she replied with a chuckle. Once in the room she set down the wine and the glasses, "well which side is yours? or do you actually just starfish right there in the middle?" she questioned with a grin, taking a seat. "yes I don't think I'll be able to resist brownies for much longer, have to get them before they're totally cooled."

Austin — 10/17/2023 9:14 PM "I don't mind," he said, shrugging. "I figured you'll end up on my chest either way if I'm lucky." He propped himself up against the headboard with pillows and reached for the remote.

Kaia — 10/17/2023 9:47 PM "Obviously. You're not going to be able to protect me from ghosts if I'm too far away," while he sorted the tv, she refilled the wine glasses before leaning back against the headboard as well. "I'll definitely be able to tell how twisted you are based on your choice of horror film so choose wisely," she teased. October 18, 2023

Austin — 10/18/2023 12:05 AM “Scream,” Austin decided without hesitation. “The original, 1996,” he said confidently. He handed a spoon to Kaia and set the brownie pan between them.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 10:36 AM Kaia nodded her head, “a classic, I like your style.” Taking the spoon she picked up a bite “if you thought the pasta was good, you’re going to be blown away by dessert.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 10:43 AM “I’m ready. Not sure if my tummy is but I am,” he said. “How do you think you’ll want to lay?” He asked.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 10:54 AM “Tummies should always be ready for chocolate,” now that was a motto to live by, “my plan is to plant myself right there on your lap. Unless of course you prefer to be the little spoon, in which case that can be arranged.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 10:57 AM “My tummy is always wanting to eat but isn’t always ready.” He moved his spoon into the brownies and took a bite. “Fuck. Amazing.” He seemed surprised. “You’d let me be the little spoon for a few minutes?” He asked.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 11:07 AM “I guess that’s true, sometimes our eyes are bigger than our stomachs,” that was something she was guilty of sometimes. “Told you they were good,” kaia took her own bite before nodding, “I’ll let you be the little spoon for the whole movie, as long as I can see the screen over your shoulders.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 11:09 AM “I’ll take you up on that. Can you lay on me during the next movie?” He asked hopefully.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 11:28 AM After she took another bite, Kaia nodded in agreement, “I can absolutely lay on you during the next movie. You have got yourself a deal.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 11:29 AM Austin continued eating the brownies. “Do you want to finish eating and we can turn the lights off and put it on?” He asked.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 11:48 AM “We better take them away before we eat the whole tray and really end up being sorry,” after taking one more bite she waited for him to do the same and then moved the tray. “Wash it down?”grabbing the wine glasses, Kaia handed him his.

Austin — 10/18/2023 12:47 PM He took one more bite and took his wine glass. “Thank you. That was absolutely amazing.”

Kaia — 10/18/2023 1:16 PM “I told you that we would make the best brownies you’ve ever tasted,” Kaia beamed with pride and took a sip from her glass before she set it down again. “Okay, c’mere, time to get comfortable.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 1:22 PM Austin scooted over to her. "I'm tall, how do we do this?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 1:25 PM Kaia adjusted the pillows and leaned her back against the headboard, opening her legs for him to sit between, she patted the bed “scoot in and lean back against me.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 1:29 PM For some reason he felt vulnerable getting into that position but did it anyway. He scooted between her legs, being mindful to not hurt her and leaned back against her. "You'd tell me if I'm hurting you, right?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 1:32 PM “I would suffer in silence,” Kaia retorted. “I’m joking, you’re not hurting me,” she allowed her arms to swoop around his neck loosely, “you’re nice and warm and cozy.”

Austin — 10/18/2023 1:33 PM "In case you haven't noticed, you're very petite," he pointed out. "Warm and cozy?" he asked. He reached forward and grabbed the blanket before pulling it over them.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 1:36 PM “I can be petite and comforting at the same time,” the model assured him, pressing her lips to his cheek in a kiss. “Warm and cozy. Are you comfortable?”

Austin — 10/18/2023 1:37 PM "You are comforting, I promise." He felt the butterflies in his stomach starting up again. His heart jumped in his chest when she kissed him and he leaned back a bit more, allowing himself to exhale the breath he didn't know he'd been holding in. "Yes. Are you?" he asked.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 1:46 PM “Okay, good,” the femme nodded, letting him get comfortable, enjoying the feeling of his body leaning against her. “Yup, very,” she promised, tightening her arms around him and pulling him back just a fraction more.

Austin — 10/18/2023 1:50 PM He allowed the back of his head to rest against her chest and moved his eyes to the screen although he couldn't focus on anything but Kaia's arms around him.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 2:06 PM Kaia is doing her best to keep her breathing even, although her heart might be pumping just a little faster than usual. While her eyes watched the screen, her fingertips danced lightly over the top of his chest.

Austin — 10/18/2023 2:22 PM Almost on cue, Austin's heart reacted to her fingertips and their movement. He shifted ever so slightly and leaned back a bit more into her.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 2:33 PM Kaia absentmindedly finds herself wondering if the butterflies were ever present in his stomach the way they were in hers, and while there was somewhat of a nervous excitement, there was also an unexpected level of comfort, the whole situation feeling more natural than she would have expected.

Austin — 10/18/2023 2:58 PM Austin took one of Kaia’s hands and led it to his stomach. “Do you get the butterflies too?” He decided to ask boldly. He bit his lip, relieved that he couldn’t see her face.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 3:20 PM Kaia’s eyes grew slightly wide and she swallowed, giving herself a moment to find her voice, “it’s like you’re reading my mind,” her mouth was in the perfect position to speak into his ear lowly.

Austin — 10/18/2023 3:21 PM A shiver went down his spine and he pressed her hand against his abdomen. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you,” he responded in a low tone.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 3:48 PM “You didn’t, butterflies are a good thing,” and just to reiterate her point, she let her hand creep under his shirt to press against the skin of his abdomen.

Austin — 10/18/2023 4:05 PM Austin’s stomach filled with the same fluttery feeling tenfold once Kaia put her hand against his stomach.

Kaia — 10/18/2023 4:52 PM Kaia rested her chin where it fell naturally on his shoulder to speak into his ear, “I want to make sure the butterflies aren’t landing any time soon.” Her hand continue to travel gently and slowly over his skin.

Austin — 10/18/2023 10:10 PM Austin shook his head slightly, feeling weird for having felt weird about it at all. He leaned back into her and sighed gently in an attempt to let any weird anxiety he had slip away. "I trust you."

Austin — 10/18/2023 11:07 PM Austin nodded a little. He’d gone from being with Vanessa for years then to having a whirlwind fling with Olivia Dejonge and now here. Sure, he’d had a fling or two in between but this felt different. “Feels like more than a one night stand,” he said aloud. “I mean, we haven’t slept together. But I still am wondering if you’ll be sticking around even after we do that,” he wondered out loud.

Kaia — 10/19/2023 10:33 PM "It is my turn to choose too isn't it?" She wandered aloud and let her hand grab the remote. Using her thumb to click around a few times, she put on the first thing that popped into her mind, Psycho, clearly, it took no thought at all. Setting the remote down she settled back against him. Her heart jumped as he touched her, "is that a good thing?"

Austin — 10/19/2023 10:40 PM When he touched her skin he could feel his pulse quickening inside him and he silently wondered if Kaia would be able to feel his heart beating against her back. “You’re perfect,” he commented, leaving a tiny kiss against her shoulder. “It doesn’t matter if you’re tiny or not or somewhere in the middle - you’re still you and I care about you, not what size clothes you wear. But against me you feel small,” he explained. He gently and cautiously moved his fingers against her smooth skin.

Kaia — 10/19/2023 10:52 PM Kaia feels like the beating of her heart must be echoing off the walls of the room, or is it just in her head? There's no way for her to be sure. Turning her head to look at him, her eyes would portray the awe that she felt as she listened to him, "no ones ever said anything like that to me before. are you sure you're real? thank you. for saying that. " and she knows that he's geniune in what he's saying, which makes it mean that much more.

Austin — 10/19/2023 10:54 PM “Never?” He asked with a frown, seeming like he was sure someone would’ve told her that before. “I’m real. I’m here, I’m breathing. You don’t have to thank me, I mean it, really.”

Kaia — 10/19/2023 11:09 PM “Unless you count my parents,” but she didn’t count them because they would be the ones to say it because they’re family. “I know that I might not know you that well yet, but I can tell that you do mean it. You don’t strike me as the person who says things just for the sake of saying them. You mean what you say.”

Austin — 10/19/2023 11:10 PM “I do mean it. It doesn’t matter how much you weigh or don’t weigh or whatever, it’s about how you treat me and make me feel. And I got really good feelings from you.” He rubbed his hand over Kaia’s stomach gently.

Kaia — 10/19/2023 11:19 PM “That’s how it should be,” even if most of the time in this industry it was more focused on looks and superficiality, that didn’t make it right. “I have really good feelings from you too, more than just the butterflies in my stomach.”

Austin — 10/19/2023 11:24 PM “I’m pretty sure I’m going to be providing those over and over again,” he admitted, running his fingers over her skin in small circular motions.

Kaia — 10/19/2023 11:32 PM “I’m pretty sure that you are right about that,” it was a relief that they both seemed to be on the same page in that regard. Kaia has the distinctive feeling that she’s going to be reliving the memory of his hand moving on her stomach for days to come.

Austin — 10/19/2023 11:33 PM Austin took a breath and could smell Kaia’s scent fill his nostrils. He breathed her in deeply and rested his head against hers while he continued rubbing her stomach gently. “You smell so nice.”

Kaia — 10/19/2023 11:39 PM Even though Kaia was the one who picked and put the movie on, she hasn’t paid attention to even a few minutes of it. Instead she turned her head lightly to watch him, eventually leaning in to close the minimal space between their faces, their lips only centimeters apart, “can I?” The question was whispered and kissing him was the only thing on her mind.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 11:18 AM Kaia is certain that he can feel the butterflies in her stomach flapping their wings as soon as their lips touch, even if logically she knows it isn't possible, it feels like they're going to escape. She smiled against his lips and pressed another small series of kisses against his mouth.

Austin — 10/20/2023 11:33 AM Austin kept the hand on Kaia’s stomach moving gently. His heart was pounding and the butterflies were going crazy inside him. He smiled against her kisses and closed his eyes again.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 11:43 AM Realizing she isn't ready to pull away anytime soon, Kaia shifted her body and swung her legs around to drape sideways over his lap so that she could face him more easily. One of her hands rested against his cheek and her tongue moved out to brush along his lower lip, silently waiting for access to his mouth.

Austin — 10/20/2023 1:23 PM Austin’s heart was slamming against his ribcage. He squirmed a little and allowed her tongue inside his mouth before deepening the kiss further.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 1:38 PM Her heart skipped a beat on the first contact of their tongues, but she quickly realized that she couldn't get enough, so Kaia allowed her tongue to lap against his, savoring the taste of him until she had to pull away to take a breath.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 6:19 PM “Oh I’m fine, it’s a good flustered, believe me,” kaia assured him.

Austin — 10/20/2023 6:20 PM He blushed a little bit and reached forward. He took Kaia’s hand and moved it against his heart. “That’s how you’re making me feel. Crazy.”

Austin — 10/20/2023 8:50 PM Austin tried to will his heart to calm down but he absolutely couldn’t. He took a couple breaths, attempted to slow it but gave up and allowed it anyway. He moved a hand under Kaia’s shirt and rubbed her stomach again gently. “Do they get better or worse like this?”

Kaia — 10/20/2023 9:20 PM When Kaia felt his hand again, she sucked in a breath and let it out slowly. "I think the best way to answer that, is to show you." Lifting up his shirt slightly, her hand moved over his stomach. "What do you think, better or worse?" She raised her brow at him, knowing that the butterflies were still ready for take off.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 9:40 PM "Worse but in the best way?" She questioned, letting her hand trail over his skin. "Are you opposed to missing the movie?" the question left her mouth as she was leaning in and getting ready to kiss him again.

Austin — 10/20/2023 9:41 PM Austin breathed gently and slowly leaned back. “No, I think you should touch me,” he whispered, meeting Kaia’s gaze.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 10:26 PM Kaia didn't hesitate to dive back into another kiss when he gave the go ahead. This time there wasn't any reluctance in her tongue sliding out to meet his, and while it did, her left hand joined the right under his shirt, one of them trailing over his abdomen while the other moved up his chest.

Austin — 10/20/2023 10:32 PM Austin kissed her back, keeping up with Kaia's pace. His heart nearly jumped again when Kaia's hand moved up his chest and the butterflies were going crazy again. He breathed slightly into the kiss and pulled her on top of him with ease.

Kaia — 10/20/2023 10:59 PM With Kaia’s last relationship fizzling out, she nearly forgot what the fireworks felt like, although she was quickly reminded the moment her lips met Austin’s. She moaned softly against his mouth, enjoying the taste of him and the feel of his flesh under her fingertips.

Kaia — 10/21/2023 5:36 PM Hugging him back, Kaia snuggled into him, breathing him in and then shaking her head, “I haven’t either.”

Austin — 10/21/2023 5:38 PM Austin pulled Kaia in a bit closer so that she could get comfortable against his chest. "I like laying here with you."

Kaia — 10/21/2023 9:10 PM A content sigh left Kaia’s lips when he embraced her and she knew that it was totally out of her control. “Im inclined to believe that the warmth must somehow correlate to how hot you are,” picking up her head, she looked at him with a wide grin on her face.

Austin — 10/21/2023 9:14 PM Austin’s smiled turned into a smirk and he moved his hand down her arm. “You didn’t answer the cuddly part.” He placed a gentle kiss on the top of her head.

Kaia — 10/21/2023 9:41 PM "That's because I don't know what exactly makes someone cuddly, some people just are. It's probably because you're so affectionate, it leads to cuddliness," it was the only explanation she could come up with at the moment, and it seemed to make sense in her head.

Kaia — 10/21/2023 10:10 PM "It's nice though," Kaia explained, "I like that you're affectionate, it's sweet. Physical touch is important in relationships. To me at least. And it seems like it is to you, too."

Austin — 10/21/2023 10:25 PM "It's not even really about sex," Austin agreed. "I mean, I love that too - I, you know," he said, blushing a little to himself. "I like touching, it feels intimate like this too."

Austin — 10/21/2023 10:44 PM Austin nodded. He could think of so many ways to be intimate without sex. "I know, this is probably my favorite part in a relationship," he admitted. "You don't really have this with one night stands or hookups."

Kaia — 10/21/2023 11:01 PM "No this isn't usually the case with one night stands or hookups because this is the kind of thing where feelings get involved, and they're usually trying to avoid those. At least, most men are. No offense. When I say that, I am generalizing, but you're different. In a good way. I'm glad that I met you." It's not that Kaia was completely jaded due to heartbreak or people playing with her feelings, but it was still refreshing to encounter someone like Austin who made her feel more special than most.

Austin — 10/21/2023 11:11 PM Austin nodded, understanding what she meant. “I understand. I have an older sister, she’s dated some bad ones too. My heart is involved and that’s scary but exciting,” Austin admitted. “It’s hard for me to open up sometimes .”

Kaia — 10/21/2023 11:23 PM "That's not to say that it's just men that are bad, either. Humans in general can suck if they end up hurting you," Kaia clarified. "I think its sort of hard to open up most of the time. Being vulnerable can subject you to getting your heart broken. And that's scary."

Kaia — 10/21/2023 11:46 PM “Yes it is, because you never really know what the future holds so it’s a tough thing. And then when someone you trust ends up hurting you, it really fucks with your head. No wonder relationships can seem so complicated,” Kaia sighed lightly thinking about it.

Kaia — 10/23/2023 1:03 PM “You’re very sweet,” Kaia smiled a little to herself, even if he wasn’t able to see it. Her hand moved over to his free arm, fingertips running lightly up and down his arm.

Austin — 10/23/2023 1:04 PM “You are too,” he whispered, beginning to feel drowsy himself.

Kaia — 10/23/2023 2:16 PM Kaia knows that at some point she should probably pull herself away to head home, but she’s just too comfortable at the moment, “give me the five minute warning whenever you’re ready to kick me out,” she told him.

Austin — 10/23/2023 3:22 PM “You wanna stay the night?” Austin asked. “We can just snuggle all night.”

Kaia — 10/23/2023 8:31 PM After listening to him, Kaia picked her head up briefly to look at him, "are you sure?"

Kaia — 10/24/2023 12:53 PM Kaia smiled to herself, “I would never want to be irresponsible.” Both of her arms wrapped around him as she got even more comfortable.

Austin — 10/24/2023 3:06 PM He enveloped her safely in his embrace, holding her close in his arms. “Feels like our own little world. Like when you’re a kid and you build a fort out of pillows and blankets and you hide away.”

Kaia — 10/24/2023 6:57 PM Her brown orbs glanced up at him, “that’s a really good analogy. It does feel like that. I like being in our own little bubble with you.”

Austin — 10/24/2023 7:24 PM He looked down at her and nodded his head. "That's exactly right," he whispered sleepily.

Kaia — 10/24/2023 7:47 PM With a grin she leaned up and kissed his cheek, knowing that they’re both growing sleepier by the moment, “goodnight.”

Kaia — 10/24/2023 10:15 PM After closing her eyes, it doesn’t take very long for Kaia to drift off to sleep being so warm and comfortable in his arms.

Kaia — 10/24/2023 10:50 PM Kaia is usually a deep sleeper, unless she’s in an unfamiliar environment, but it seems that she slept just as soundly at Austin’s house as she would have at her own.

Kaia — Yesterday at 11:59 AM Opening her eyes, Kaia rubbed them briefly and stifled a yawn, “better than okay, actually. Did you?”

Austin — Yesterday at 12:01 PM "Yes, really good," Austin confirmed, a little surprised by how well he'd slept. "How're you feeling?"

Kaia — Yesterday at 12:46 PM “Good,” Kaia agreed, both of her hands combed through her hair in case it looked like a mess. “Very refreshed.”

Austin — Yesterday at 2:45 PM “You look great, I promise.” Austin pushed a piece of stray hair away from her face.

Kaia — Yesterday at 3:59 PM Kaia’s cheeks turned every shade of red imaginable, “thank you,” she whispered, “you’re very sweet.”

Austin — Yesterday at 6:13 PM He leaned in and kissed Kaia’s forehead softly. “Mmm. Just want to hold you close forever,” he murmured.

Kaia — Yesterday at 8:15 PM "I would not mind that one bit," Kaia assured him, her grip on him tightening as her arms moved around him even more tightly.

Austin — Yesterday at 8:32 PM Austin squeezed her gently and temporarily fought off his urge for the cigarette, feeling comforted by holding Kaia close after their first sleepover.

Kaia — Yesterday at 9:11 PM Kaia snuggled in against him and kissed his cheek, "thanks for letting me stay the night. it was nice to sleep next to someone." October 26, 2023

Austin — Today at 12:12 AM "Of course," Austin responded. "It was my pleasure to have you."
