hmmm we've said that blake had a brief fling with alex turcotte one summer

i was thinking like, after rudi is born blake and nico go through a bit of a rough patch. blake is really stressed and nico's very preoccupied with the team or something? and anyway maybe hes a little distant and rumours swirl that hes cheating (with the social admin? or someone else idk). or blakes just feeling unloved and unappreciated

or like, when blake and nico first start dating his family is a little apprehensive of her. his ex gf and her family is really close with the family and maybe the first time blake visits switzerland the ex is always just... around.

moments when nico gets baby fever:

when blake is teaching the littles how to skate at a local rink ! he stops by to drop off a coffee, but is immediately entranced by how blake interacts with the little kids. shes so sweet teaching them how to skate, and he knows that they arent ready for kids yet but oh is he thinking about it

one year they adopt a few angel tree kids and theres just something about blake enthusiastically buying little onesies and toddler toys that makes him stop and think about their future
