Hello Lord Sheogorath, long time no see!
I know you've been super busy, but I just wanted to mark the day. It's not a Sundas, but it's the 14th June and The Sundas Anon tradition is 4 years old (even if I haven't sent an ask on a Sundas in a while.)
I send you all of my best wishes! Have an excellent day and take good care of yourself!
I will pour one out in your honor, my friend!!

The moment you take Mirmulnir's soul and you hear the Greybeards shout your title all the way up from High Hrothgar, this should be the moment where everyone in Skyrim should be on high alert. Not just the Thalmor, not just the Empire, not just the Stormcloaks, not just the Blades - EVERYONE. So right from the start that should already put more pressure on you (as the Dragonborn) for when you do the Diplomatic Immunity questline, and even more so depending on which side you choose for Season Unending, leading up to either the Reunification or Liberation of Skyrim.
Because you are the Dragonborn. You are a legend made incarnate the likes of which have not been seen since Tiber Septim. You are, for all intents and purposes, a god in mortal form born with the blood and soul of a dragon by Akatosh himself. You are basically a walking weapon of mass destruction who can not only devour dragon souls and sever their immortality but can also summon the dead. You are literally a dragon's worst nightmare come to life. That kind of power should not only shake Tamriel to its core but also put fear into the hearts of every faction that tries to get involved with you even as they vie to have you on your side to either make Skyrim an independent nation or tie it even further to the Empire. Even the Thalmor, who should be doing everything they can to get all the dragonlore they can get their hands on and twist it for their own gains so they can fan the flames of the Civil War even further.
Sure for most of the game you're not a powerhouse (again, barring the entirety of the side content that isn't the main quest), but by the end of the game you are squaring up with the arbiter of the apocalypse, not only the eater of worlds but the eater of kalpas, in the Nordic equivalent of heaven. And yet, somehow, your status as the Dragonborn in the game itself doesn't bring about any major shifts in Skyrim or beyond it other than being formally recognized by the Greybeards, an acknowledgement that some people aren't keen on having the Dragonborn return, the Blades serving you up until Paarthurnax's connection to the Greybeards, and being the person who deals the blow to Alduin that (presumably) sends him back to merge with Akatosh. Even in a playthrough where you join the Dark Brotherhood and assassinate Emperor Titus Mede II, a quest that should have lore-based consequences, feels hollow because outside of the main content your status as the Dragonborn is not taken seriously if not outright ignored altogether. You may as well be another person who just happens to get involved in current events and going along for the ride just for the hell of it because, other than the listed mentions above, the choices you make and the status that should have an effect on Skyrim are ultimately inconsequential.
Writing up a little chapter bullet point for a Skyrim crossover fic and it's very abundantly clear the story doesn't give you any time to breathe if you just do the main questline and only the main questline. You are thrown straight into dealing with the Blades (and turning on them if you refuse to slay Paarthurnax), trapping the dragons that get brought back to life, and stopping Alduin. The DLCs may as well have no bearing on it.

yes hello I heard that we're tossing out character lore so have a ton of info about my Nerevarine c: - Mute from birth, uses DSL (Dunmeri Sign Language) to communicate - Hates pretty much everyone who dragged her into the Nerevarine Prophecy (she does slightly cool off toward Vivec though not by much) - Got banned from interacting with House Hlaalu after Dagoth Ur died (three guesses as to what she did) - Straight up ignored all the goings on in Solstheim (in reality I really do not like the Bloodmoon DLC lmao) - Shacked up with Martin Septim (Nerevarine x Martin is such a slept on ship and I love it so much) - Ended up getting pregnant with the Last Dragonborn (who is also a sort of reincarnation of Sotha Sil lol) - Sorta kinda prays to Sheogorath cause that was once her friend? - Will depopulate Windhelm of Stormcloaks if given ample provocation
oh she sounds FASCINATING. and valid. prone to questionable decisions, yes, but valid. an icon for us all

i h/c that sheogorath isnt just the epitome of madness, but mental illness as a whole in the elder scrolls universe. he can be his usual crazy self, a little manic, or calm….. some might even say depressed.
i also h/c that he usually presents himself as the first, the mania side with princes and people he cannot stand, and the calmer side with people he truly trusts.
for example: he likes my vestiges (aka the rayas) as theyre demi prince, and he knows theyve unfortunately seen some shit. their partners on the other hand…..
bastian tolerates him, darien isnt quite sure about him, and raya is just glad they have another person in their corner. sure, its the daedric prince of madness, but she knows good and damn well that most people think the three of the (mostly her) are sheo touched.
so when he presents himself as the skooma cat, and raya shows up, hes like “okay i will be real with you, i wanted to lure you here to talk to you and offer you something.” meanwhile, raya’s like “okay, but i can say no, right?” and he scowls. “of course you can say no. im not the shiny bitch.” “okay, what is it?” “I spoke with Azura and she was thinking about a brand of sorts. To try and prevent the other princes from attacking you.”
long story short, he did in fact speak with azura, as he matches raya’s chaotic af energy and shes asked him for advice a time or two.

Working with Lesser Daedra Masterpost
So, I mentioned on my pinned post that I utilize Lesser Daedra in my practice. So, let's run over how that actually works. This post utilizes UPG about my experience and knowledge from how to work with them on this world.
Before I begin: Remember that any spirit can be dangerous. In my experience, Lesser Daedra may be fine helping mortals or as familiars, but if slighted by you or you don't upkeep your end of the deal, they are possible to become a malicious entity that has it out for You specifically that might require an exorcism or other banishing work to get rid of them. Great care is to be taken with any random Daedra. If you want to work with a Daedra, I'd heavily suggest building relationships with your chosen Daedra and work mostly, if not entirely, with them for their given work/job/whatever. As well, working with Lesser Daedra is very different than deity work with a Daedric Prince, because there's no worship and anything. Though, you could theoretically worship a Lesser Daedra as well.
For the sake of this post, I will just be calling them Daedra instead of Lesser Daedra. I am not going over every single Daedra in this post, I've got another masterpost in the works for that.
Feel free to reblog and/or add your own thoughts onto this.
Future posts will be made detailing information about each Lesser Daedra.
What is a Lesser Daedra?
Essentially, they're a lower ranking Daedra. They're often aligned to a Prince of their own choice, but often an entire species can be aligned to one Daedra as a general idea though not always, as they make personal alignments to the Prince of their choice. As well, some aren't aligned to any Prince at all. Daedra Lords are of a higher status and while you can work with them, they're not considered Lesser Daedra. Same with a Demiprince.
Now let's discuss why you would want or need a Daedra.
Daedra can be utilized much like how someone might utilize a spirit in their area. Where you might use a Fire Spirit, you might instead ask upon a Fire Atronach. It's much of the same process - You make an offering, make a plea, and hope they feel so inclined to help you. You can also compare it to any general spirit work if your practice generally has spirits helping you.
In general and in my experience, Daedra are happy to help as long as you make an appropriate reason for them to help, like giving them an offering. They aren't at big risk for lashing out randomly, at least not more than any other spirit you might contact for work. However, that doesn't mean this is the case always. If you feel you're in danger, please take the necessary actions. Always be prepared for the worst case scenario with any spirit you summon, Daedra or not.
LESSER DAEDRA AS "HIRED HELP"
The main experience I have with Lesser Daedra is as "hired help". Summon, make offering, make plea, and let them do their work.
What are some examples of when you'd request upon? In general, you can look towards their Prince that they are found within the realm and service of for an idea of what they'd be willing to do.
If you want revenge, any of Mephala's, Molag Bal's, or Malacath's work great - The Perthan / Spider Daedra, for example. They're happy to engage in friendly conversation, though they get distracted easily; but just as much happy to perform tasks if given enough reason to.
Any of Sheogorath's would make good for aids to mental health and neurodivergency. The only way I can think to describe it is as a service animal situation, though that's not the only option.
Much like with Sheogorath's, you can call upon Peryite's for a similar work but for physical health and wellness.
Any Daedra that has put themself in the service of Vaermina, such as a Clannfear, can be "hired" as a dream guardian to protect you within your dreams for the price of food and other offerings. They're built for a certain level of defense and offense, and are generally happy to help.
An atronach is always a good choice when you need an element for a spell. Or, do you need to be concealed in shadows? You can turn to Lady Nocturnal, yes, or you can ask a shadow atronach.
LESSER DAEDRA AS A FAMILIAR
You can also take one as a spirit familiar should they be willing. It's a lot of the same deal as any other familiar you take - You need to take care of them and support them, in order for them to want to stick with you and continue serving you and your craft.
How you choose to make them your familiar is up to you. It's general belief that a familiar approaches the witch first or otherwise comes to the witch on their own. But it's up to you how your choose to finalize your relationship as witch and familiar.
HOW TO CONTACT A DAEDRA
My step by step is usually
decide what Daedra I want to contact. sometimes this step has me asking a Prince "who do you have under you?" to narrow it down
obviously any prep steps about protection, warding against entities that would want to hurt me, inviting any Gods I feel I need to have around (usually their reigning Prince), etc.
summon them
make an offering, and make my plea
wait! they take time
You can also try asking the Prince who resides over them for help to provide for you a Daedra to work alongside.
BUILD A RELATIONSHIP
If you're doing something more consistent, I very heavily suggest building and upkeeping a relationship with your Daedroth of choice. So, one of my Daedra I have hired is one I used for an example above, a Clannfear named Albex, who protects over my dreams. I turn only to Albex for my dream protection, instead of summoning a new Clannfear at any time. I've built a relationship with Albex and make consistent offerings - mostly my dinner every night - to upkeep my relationship with them. Albex is more likely to continue working with me, and should I come in danger from a Clannfear, I know it's probably Albex.
If you're doing something that's a one time deal like a single spell that needs use of a Shadow Atronach, then I'd suggest yes, doing a one time exchange.
But how do you build a relationship with them? Well... how you'd build a relationship with any spirit. Talk to them, invite them into your life, make offerings, perform acts for them, etc. Just exist with them. There's really not much special to it, it's just as simple as that.
If you're upkeeping a relationship with a specific Daedroth, I would also suggest making a space for them in your Book of Shadows, but that's more of an optional step especially if your practice doesn't include a BOS.
SUMMONING A DAEDRA
Daedra can be summoned in many forms. I'm going to go over a catch-all summoning ritual I built. It includes steps to protect and ward before summoning. Feel free to use your own, though.
Note: You can use a physical object to bind them to if you want, especially if you're planning on having them as a familiar. This object should either be destroyed once your relationship is done and over with or have a banishing ritual and cleansing spell performed on it afterwards. If you want to do this, I'd suggest things like paper origami for it's ease of creation and destruction (burning, ripping up, etc), and it can easily be kept safe by putting it in a container; or decoration items or even jewelry for Daedra you're holding closer to your heart. Within TES lore, Daedra cannot take place on our earth for very long without being bound to the mortal plane in some form or another. In lore, their whole bodies are bound here - This optional creation is meant to replace that. You can also bind them to an object much later on, if you should choose, or if you find a new object to bind them to.
Within TES lore, you can also summon Lesser Daedra as bound weapons. I've never done this so I can't speak upon it.
This is not the only possible way to summon a Daedra. It's just one I made and am offering. Please feel free to use your own.
-- TOOLS & INGREDIENTS
Salt
Black candles (enough to make a "circle" shape, big or small)
Blood or blood substitute like fake blood, pomegranate juice, etc* (This one can be taken out, but it might not work as well)
A piece of paper with the name of the type of Daedra you're summoning in Daedric Script
An offering of your choosing
A small fire-safe container to hold ashes and blood/blood substitute
Optional: A physical item to bind them to
-- STEPS
Begin by performing any of your own personal protection and warding for a summoning. Have a backup banishing spell prepared.
If you'd like, you can now call upon a spirit guide or guardian spirit to help you with this whole thing.
Place your salt anywhere you feel it's necessary.
Prepare your paper with the Daedra's name written on it.
Place your candles within salt piles to act as protection against summoning negative spirits. Do not use salt petre, it's highly flammable.
Optional, place your binding object in the center of your array.
Light your candles, saying the following: I now, in this moment, am performing this ritual to summon a [daedra]. This salt will ward away and keep out any who wish to harm me in any way.
Burn your paper, letting the ashes collect in your container.
Safely prick your finger or use the blood substitute on the ashes, saying, I summon now, [daedra], come to me in my space. You are not free to harm me, not free to affect me, only free to speak to me.
Introduce yourself and allow the Daedra to introduce themself.
Speak to the Daedra and work out the specifics of what you want them to do.
Make your offering now.
Wait for them to uphold their end of the deal.
KEEPING YOUR DAEDRA HAPPY
This is a very important part of working with a Daedra. For two reasons: (A) It's just polite to be kind to the spirits you work with, and (B) A Daedra may lash out upon you should they be unhappy with you, your relationship, etc. Even if they don't lash, they will just leave, so a happy Daedra is a helpful Daedra.
In general, Daedra can be quite understanding but also quite demanding - While they understand you might not be able to give physical offerings, they're going to want some kind of offering. Daedra typically are given offerings of some form in payment for hired help. They can be physical, digital, visualized, whatever. All that matters is that you're making an offering in general. When a Daedra is a familiar, they might request less of you as part of your relationship.
You can also perform the following to keep your Daedra happy:
talk to them
invite them into your life and your activities
perform acts that honor them and your relationship
talk about them
engage with TES media, videos, etc
anything you feel like would work for them personally! they're still individuals with their own likes/dislikes, wants, and etc
ENDING A WORKING RELATIONSHIP
Should you be at the end of your working relationship with your Daedra, you should take care to end the working relationship with care and doing it purposefully instead of hoping it will just end - You don't want to accidentally have a misunderstanding somewhere.
Call upon your Daedra and have an earnest conversation, and make a goodbye offering of some form. Many faiths and practices perform a libation, an offering of pouring liquid onto the ground (you can just do water if you have nothing else), but a libation is optional. Make sure both parties are agreeing to the end of the relationship, and professionally end the deal.
If the Daedroth refuses to leave, be prepared to perform a banishing. In my experience though, this is quite rare, as they're usually fine with leaving once they know they won't be getting anything out of the deal.
BANISHING A DAEDRA
Should a Daedra be out for your blood, here's a banishing ritual for you. You can also utilize the Prince who resides over that Daedra to banish them by making offering to the Prince and asking them to handle their Daedra.
This is not the only possible way to banish a Daedra. It's just one I made and am offering. Please feel free to use your own.
-- TOOLS & INGREDIENTS
A piece of paper with the Daedra's name or species written on it
Salt
Baking soda
A black candle
-- STEPS
Mix up the salt and baking soda and set the candle within it.
Light the candle, saying: With this spell I banish you, [daedra], from my life and my space. You will not return upon me.
Burn the paper, saying: Begone with you, begone from my life.
CONCLUSION
I hope all of this helps you with your own work with Daedra! I heavily suggest it to any and all interested in working with them, because they make wonderful helper spirits when you treat them well.
I know this post spoke a lot about Daedra being dangerous, but I really don't think they're that dangerous. Yes, they're a bit more prone to negative stuff, but as long as you don't mistreat them (which should be a given?) and you don't make deals with ones that show they wanna hurt you, you'll be fine. And even then a good banishing will deter them. I've never once actually had one approach me that wanted to hurt me, which you can argue is because I use a lot of methods to keep those ones away, but. y'know.
Also please remember that each individual Daedra is an individual. I think that's a given, though. Just because they're a Daedra of some species doesn't mean they'll work the exact same as another of their species.
*I do not encourage or endorse self harm. Please research the proper way to offer blood safely. (Disinfect the area, prick, bandage. I think many do it like how you would for a diabetic test.) I want you all safe and sound, please. Please do not use blood if you can't do so safely.

TESSDE AU (+ Lucia :]) (Lucia part 13)
Allora: No.
Kaidan + Taliesin: *spluttering* 'No'?!
Inigo: *shaking his head, leaning against the wall*
Kaidan: Lass, you were literally burnt near to a crisp!
Taliesin: Cherub, reconsider. I don't want to risk you becoming upset and us not be able to help.
Allora: No, you want the chance to be snippy and petty and glare at them while they attempt their apologies. Which, I respect it. But I can't allow you to. So you have to stay outside.
Kaidan: *growls* Love, I know you care about Lucien, but this is a lot to ask of us. You've been in a back and forth since we got to this damned place. Why even bother givin' them the time of day?
Allora: Kai. If your mom was alive and you were in this situation, what would you do?
Kaidan: *glares heatedly* That's a low blow.
Allora: I'm not saying it to upset you, or to dredge up any pain. I want you to understand him, put yourself in his shoes. I'm willing to give them a chance for him, and for Lucia. She doesn't want to lose her father- she's lost enough!
Taliesin: *sighs tiredly, rubbing the bridge of his nose* ...Five minutes. I do not care if they're in the middle of a soliloquy about their feelings on Sheogorath's mounds of cheese, we will be coming in to check on you. If you are at all upset, I will carry you to the cart myself.
Allora: ...Okay. Five minutes. Each.
Taliesin: *narrows his eyes*
Allora: *sticks out her tongue* What, you want them to talk over each other in their apologies? Rush through them? You're lucky I'm agreeing to a time limit at all.
Inigo: I admire your patience.
Allora: [dryly] I'm well practiced.
Taliesin: Less interjections from the peanut gallery please.
Allora: *rolls her eyes* Look. If they offer me money or to buy my favour, guilt trip me, or try to manipulate me, I'll call out for both of you, and we'll leave. No buts, no please, no waiting- we leave. I'll call for Odahviing to head back home- no I will not tell him to eat them, they'd give him indigestion.
Kaidan: *mouth open to snark, closes it and frowns*
Allora: I know what I'm doing. Trust me, I have a history of being played by manipulators. I know how it works. Inigo will stay in here as a mediator, and if I'm incapable, he'll get you. Okay?
Inigo: Even in a tense situation where you both are very grumpy, I would hope you trust my capabilities. It will be okay!
Kaidan: ...
Taliesin: ... *pouts* ...Can't I at least mock them a little bit?
Allora: *chuckles* No. I love you. Get out.
Taliesin: *huffs* So bossy. And yet I love you as well. *steps over to kiss her temple, brushing her hair from her face before stepping back*
Kaidan: *grumbling and arms crossed* Cannae believe this shite...
Allora: *crooks a finger* Come here, pouty. Give me a kiss and then head out.
Kaidan: *sighs through his nose, stepping forward and kissing her lips, pulling away after a moment* Call us immediately if there is a problem.
Allora: I have you on speed dial.
Kaidan: *furrows his brows in confusion but just shakes his head and steps back, leaving the room with Taliesin*
Inigo: *watches Allora sigh and slump tiredly in the bed, walking over to adjust her blankets* Hopefully, in either direction this goes, you will be able to rest soon.
Allora: *yawns, sinking into the bed more* I'd like that... I'm so tired...
Inigo: After being burned alive by a very testy dragon, dealing with healing back up, and romantic and familial issues, I would assume so. It would be weirder if you were not.
Allora: *laughs* Very true. Is Lucia all right?
Inigo: I told her to stay in her room and draw for a little while, while the conversation happened. She seemed sad, but understood.
Allora: *nods, holding his hand and kissing his knuckles* Thank you. I appreciate you being so level headed about everything.
Inigo: *tail waves happily* But of course! Someone needs to be, with all the shouting and upset. While I feel for Julian and like his parents, things have certainly not gone well for you or Lucia, and I cannot say I am pleased about it. But everyone deserves second chances! You gave us all second chances. Why not them?
Allora: *pulls his hands to her cheeks, leaning her head into his palms* Yeah... but only if they mean it, obviously.
Inigo: I believe they will. They have not given me any reason to see their actions as particularly malicious. Ignorant, perhaps. Lots of foots in mouths. But never purposefully hurtful.
Allora: *hums and nods before a knock is heard in morse code: They're here* Okay. Show time. Let them in?
Inigo: *presses a kiss to her forehead before pulling back and heading to the door* I've got your back, my friend.

Hello Lord Sheogorath! Happy Sunday and long time no see!
I'm glad to see you have awakened; though we might not share the same definition for "brief" when it comes to your nap ^^; Unless you are being sarcastic, and then forgive me for not reading the tone well.
How have you been? Have you really been napping for the last 9 months? (If you have, really, that's a mood and good for you).
I will keep this short; you probably have a lot to do right now. So I will go straight to my usual well wishes: I hope this Sunday and week treats you well, and wish you the best for the days to come. May you, all you care you, and your loved ones receive lots of joy, happiness, and fun!
Take good care of yourself, and have a Happy Sunday.
Hello, Sundas Anon!
Ha-ha. 9 months. That's a good sense of humor you got there.
...
Wait. You are not joking, are you? Look, I was just babysitting Aurelia, having a little vacation, and then I dozed off. Ah... The flow of time can be a capricious thing, especially when comparing your Earth realm to the Shivering Isles. Uh. Haskill. I need Haskill to put everything back in... order.
Always happy to receive word from you! I hope these past months have treated you and your loved ones well!
Take good care :3

Cave bear, hagraven claws & Riverwood for Vig
Do you play any other games?
I do!! I've played a lot of Zelda games, both Horizon games, Vampyr, a couple of the Mario games, Resident Evil: Village, Dragon Age games, LittleBigPlanet 1 & 2 [RIP my beloveds . . .], Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, SOMA, Diablo III, Last of Us 1 & 2, Dying Light, Assassin's Creed [though I've only ever completed Origins], Plague Tale, Uncharted . . . the list goes on and on. I've played games since I was a wee child and still play them today. I know I'm forgetting some games but I hope this satisfies your curiosity!
✑ Favorite Daedra quest/weapon?
So this is kind of . . . two different answers. My favourite quest is Sheogorath's. Because he's hilarious. But my favourite weapon is Mehrunes' Razor. I always give it to Serana, because nothing says love like a beautiful dagger . . . .
✑ What skill trees does (OC's name) use?
Vigdis uses archery, one-handed, light armour, sneak, and block! Maybe speech as well, as she's very good at intimidating the shit out of people c;

When and why did you meet Sheogorath?
Would he like Saturalia?
I’m pretty sure that I explained how I met Sheogorath and when, like two asks ago.
Given that he is running around with paper garlands and switches between frantically tearing them down and putting up more of them, he absolutely loves this festival.

So, based on the post @nientedenada made on Altmer names, I've devised the names for my Hero of Kvatch's family, all the way down the line to my Last Dragonborn, Leara.
Avarenya, my HoK; Oromis, my Sheogorath; and their two brothers, Amroth and Rumil, belong to a noble house in the city of Cloudrest. Their father and his brother:
Elmoriar, their father, is the younger of two sons of the Lord of House Stardust. His uncle, Elglorion, maintained a manor house in the city of Skingrad, which he left to Elmoriar in the event of his death. Elmoriar gifted the house to Oromis in 3E 401. Resents his elder brother as he does not believe Celengon takes being heir seriously.
Celengon, Elmoriar's older brother, is the heir to House Stardust, but he is a staunch bachelor. Oromis was originally groomed to be Celengon's heir before Oromis left to join the Arcane University. Celengon becomes Lord Varlarata in 3E 434 and is later succeeded by his nephew, Amroth, in 4E 98.
Their paternal grandparents, Lord and Lady Varlarata:
Elcaranon was the Lord of House Stardust from c. 3E 100 to 3E 434, at which point he was succeeded by his older son, Celengon. Elglorion was his younger brother. He was a strict and practical person both at home and in court.
Lothmiriel was Lady Stardust from c. 3E 100 to until her death in 3E 407. She was not fond of her daughter-in-law, Morwen, but doted on her grandchildren, particularly Avarenya, who was the only girl.
Their mother's side of the family:
Morwen, their mother, is an only child. She is very ambitious and seeks to elevate her station through her children. After the death of Lady Varlarata, she acts as hostess for her father-in-law.
Arkano, Morwen's father was a commander in the Welkynars in Cloudrest. He came from a long line of Welkynars, but is the first to achieve commander since the early Second Era. His grandson, Rumil, serves under him during the first part of his career.
Filiglan, Morwen's mother, was a sister to a respected vintner. Hér pedigree was clean, if lower than typically acceptable. She encouraged Oromis to follow his dream of joining the Arcane University.
The above are the two lines joined in Oromis, Amroth, Avarenya, and Rumil. Therefore, their name is:
'len Morwen Arkano Filiglan 'ata Elmoriar Elcaranon Lothmiriel cal' Varlarata
Avarenya ran away from Summerset in 3E 426. She was subsequently disowned. She then spent the next seven years bumming out in her brother Oromis's house during which time she tried to compete in the Arena and then joined the Fighters Guild. Then everything changed when the Mythic Dawn attacked.
In 3E 433, Avarenya became the Hero of Kvatch. At some point later in the Oblivion Crisis, she and Martin Septim slept together. They were IN LOVE! Not long after that, Martin destroyed the Amulet of Kings, mantled Akatosh, and defeated Mehrunes Dagon. He then turned into stone, leaving Avarenya knocked up and alone.
Subsequently, Avarenya hid out in Oromis's house. She didn't tell anyone she was having Martin's baby — few people knew she was even pregnant. Avsrenya and Martin's son, Magnus, was born in Evening Star, 3E 434/4E 1.
Concurrently:
Oromis, a member of the Arcane University's Council of Mages, has gone to investigate a mysterious door in Niben Bay. About the time his sister kills Mankar Camoran, Oromis mantles Sheogorath.
Amroth, after Oromis has renounced his rights to the house lordship, is Celengon's heir. With his grandfather Elcaranon's death, Amroth is heir presumptive to the Varlarata title. In the decades leading up to the Oblivion Crisis, Amroth fell in with a fringe group, which would later become the ruling body of Summerset.
Rumil is an active Welkynar. He got serious flytime during the Oblivion Crisis. Rumil is the only one having a good time right now.
Avarenya raises her and Martin's son, Magnus, in Skingrad. Despite being disowned by her parents, it is very important to Avarenya to give Magnus an Altmer name. Unfortunately, she never knew Martin's mother's name (neither did Martin), so she inserted a generic "Unknown Mother" type deal into Magnus's name.
Magnus 'len Avarenya Elmoriar Morwen 'ata Martin Uriel Lenvvahta cal' Septim | Racuvarla
While Magnus is technically a Septim, Avarenya gives him a different last name, one which she adopted for herself after being disowned. She belonged to House Stardust, but now her rights to the Varlarata name have been revoked. In response, Avarenya becomes a Fallen Star:
Varlarata = Stardust; Racuvarla = Fallen Star
Oromis, now Sheogorath, bestows a pair of magic rings to his sister which alter outward appearance. Daedric in origin, the rings are made of madness ore and fire, and confuse any Aetheric based magic that may try to undo the enchantment. While the ring does nothing to Avarenya, it changes Magnus's appearance to make him appear fully Altmer rather than Half-elven.
Avarenya is killed in c. 4E 11. Magnus is afterward a ward of Janus Hassildor. At 23, Magnus leaves Skingrad for High Rock, as the political situations in Summerset and Cyrodiil are increasingly tumultuous. He eventually settles in Wayrest.
Magnus appears Altmer, save for his blue eyes, which he got from his father. To cover these, he wears one of the rings Sheo!Oromis gave Avarenya. He meets Linley, a Priestess of Mara, in 4E 80. It is a long time before he tells her his full name. They marry in 4E 85. When they have the twins in 4E 87, they make the conscious decision to change his (famous) parents' names when naming Marelen and Avrose.
'len Linley Ardil Alpenwe 'ata Magnus Atavahta Avarin cal' Racuvarla
In omitting Martin's name and altering Avarenya's, the twins' connection is much less obvious to anyone taking a cursory glance.
Marelen, the older twin, is magically gifted and enjoys trolling the Thalmor agents that nose around High Rock. She marries a Breton blacksmith named Thoronis Ormand (his father Antoine named Thoronis after the Direnni he worked for) in 4E 133. Their daughter, Maragathe, is born in 4E 137. She is killed in 4E 148 by order of Lord Varlarata, aka Amroth, who is unaware he's taken out a hit on his niece.
Avrose, the younger twin, is less headstrong and actionary than her sister. She marries an Altmer teacher in Wayrest, Vorondon, in 4E 119, and they have a son, Erbane, born in 4E 132. She takes in her niece after the deaths of her sister and brother-in-law in 4E 146 and 4E 148.
Magnus dies in 4E 142 while his grandchildren are still young.
Marelen does not give Maragathe an Altmer name. She and Thoronis are more inclined toward Breton culture. Marelen names her daughter Maragathe Elanor Ormand, leaving only a nod to her High Elven heritage in the form of Maragathe's middle name. In contrast, Avrose does give Erbane an Altmer name.
Erbane 'len Avrose Magnus Linley 'ata Vorondon Hendunar Anorien cal' Bostor
in 4E 148, Maragathe goes to live with her aunt and uncle. Avrose's husband, Vorondon, discovering Maragathe to be a prodigy, trains her in magic. Maragathe's lone handicap is her low magicka regeneration rate, due to her being born under the Atronach. Avrose gifts her with a moonstone diamond ring that boosts her regeneration rate (regenerate magicka 100%}.
In 4E 155, a training accident results in the death of Vorondon. While the accident isn't Maragathe's fault, she subsequently runs away from home. Avrose is devastated by her husband's death and her niece's running away. Linley moves in with her daughter and grandson at this time.
In 4E 156. Maragathe joins the Blades under her middle name, Elanor. When she is sent to Alinor to infiltrate the Aldmeri Dominion in 4E 166, she does so using her mother's ring. Maragathe Elanor appears very Breton, save for her height of 5'11" (180 cm), white gold complexion, and the sharper taper to her ears. With the use of her mother's ring, Elanor appears entirely Altmer. Under the cover name Vilya, she devises an Altmer name based on her uncle, who was respected in Wayrest, and though he was not committed to the Dominion, he wasn't vocally defiant of it either.
Vilya 'len Lomiel Atavahta Lenvahta 'ata Vorondon Hendunar Anorien cal' Bostor
"Lomiel" is a fictitious woman Maragathe Elanor Vilya invented to act as her mother. As her uncle is dead, no one can uncover the validity of her lineage, but it is enough for her to gain a position under Elenwen in Alinor.
This is the last use of the Altmer naming scheme in the Racuvarla line. Erbane marries a Breton woman and names his son in the Breton style. Maragathe Elanor Vilya Leara names her children in the Nordic fashion: Martin Ulfricsson and Kyneiren Ulfricsdóttir.
Although if you're shipping Rosewing, Leara's kids are simply Kendov and Kaandrem respectively.
The Varlarata line is continued through Amroth's children Calmirien and Thorondon:
'len Galadien Cuillas Celithil 'ata Amroth Elmoriar Morwen cal' Varlarata
Rumil has one child, a daughter:
Armirel 'len Lindis Caragon Rohiren 'ata Rumil Elmoriar Morwen cal' Varlarata
Armirel, Calmirien, and Thorondon are Erbane and Leara's first cousins twice removed. As of 4E 201, Thorondon is heir to House Stardust.

Im curious about the different types of daedra that there are. The dremora, the xivkyn, the xivilai, the golden saints and the mazken and so on.. Are they different types of subspecies? Or is it like a clan sort of thing? And if its the former, then what makes them different?
Daedra are told apart mostly by their physical attributes, dispositions, and who they serve. Those you have listed, along with most others, are not subspecies, so much as simply different races, much like the multiple races of Tamriel. Each Daedric Prince has created a race, or multiple races, of daedra to serve under them, which includes those you have mentioned in this inquiry. It would take far too long to go through every single daedric race, so allow me to give just a few details of the above 5.
First is the Dremora, servants of the Daedric Prince Mehrunes Dagon, though they are not strictly bound to one Lord. These hierarchical daedra take pride in their ability to find order within the midst of chaos. Or, what they consider order, at the very least. They are known to form clans, wherein kyn are ranked, much like our own societies. Now and then, Dremora will seek professions outside of being simple warriors, both within the realms of Oblivion, and even on Nirn. In fact, the Mages Guild will sometimes use a summoned and magically bound Dremora in order to deliver messages to those outside of the Guild. They often have skin tones that range from ashen grey, blue, purple, or red, and vary rather wildly in height.
Next are the Xivilai, who are closely related to the Dremora, often serving the same Princes. These daedra are physically stronger, however, and protective of their personal respect. This makes Xivilai more difficult to utilize, and thus Dremora tend to be easier to bind. Xivilai are also less likely to form clans, and are more often seen wandering alone, or in pairs, choosing to make their own paths. The relationship between the Xivilai and the Dremora is a tense one, due to this difference in opinions. These daedra are usually of muscular builds, have a blue-grey skintone, and sharp yellow eyes.
Xivkyn are actually hybridizations of the Xivilai and the Dremora, created by Molag Bal in his Vile Laboratory. They serve Bal specifically, as his personal guard. The Xivkyn retain many personality traits from their forebears, though they are far more loyal than the Xivilai. They are militaristic, and skilled in both physical and magical combat. These towering daedra share a resemblance to their Prince, with blue-grey skin, black horns, and cold blue eyes.
Both the Aureal (also known as the Golden Saints), and the Mazken (also known as the Dark Seducers), serve the Daedric Prince of Madness, Sheogorath, though the two despise one another, both groups considering themselves the better followers.
The Aureal’s society is matriarchal, wherein men are considered lesser beings, even by the men themselves. They follow an eight-tier hierarchy, with special titles given to each rank. Their home within the Shivering Isles is Brellach, located in the northern part of Mania, which they are often greatly associated with. Golden Saints are known for their appropriately golden, avian-themed armor, golden skin, and cat-like eyes, similar to those of their Prince. Mortals are generally hated by these daedra, unlike their Seducer counterparts, who tend to be far more patient when encountering them.
The Mazken, on the other hand, tend to be disloyal to one another, and are known to serve many Princes besides Sheogorath. However, their society is also notably matriarchal, though this is based more on the fact that Mazken males tend to be far more frail than their female counterparts, branding them inferior. They also follow a similar hierarchy, though with only 7 tiers, and differing titles. These daedra hail from Pinnacle Rock, within the Shivering Isles, and are associated with Dementia. Mazken are known to be most often scantily-clad in serpentine armor, have blue, purple, grey, or even human-like skintones, and possess large bat-like wings.
If you wish to learn a little more, might I recommend “Varieties of Daedra” by Aranea Drethan?
