It'd been a few days and Liza was still coming to terms with the fact that she was pregnant. It was scary and overwhelming and she still kept feeling like it wasn't real--that is until she felt exhausted or queasy or, in this case, nauseated by smells she once loved.

Case in point right now, where she'd started cracking some eggs into a bowl in the back room of the bakery and the sudden smell of them made the bowl clatter onto the counter as she rushed to the sink, making it just in time to bend over and throw up into. She was too busy gagging into the sink and too close to the loudness of the running water to hear the door opening too, unaware that she wasn't alone anymore in that moment. "Ugh, god..." she grumbled, rinsing her mouth out while still doubled over the sink.

Chase knew sometimes the gym was a place no one had a conversation at unless you took a buddy with you but he was feeling talkative or some shit today. He lifted his gaze up towards the brunette standing next to him, his head tilting to the side. "Code for what?" He asked, a small smirk curving his features as he arches a brow up slightly. "Do people not usually have honest conversations with you?"

The gym wasn’t exactly one of the places Bobbi chose to frequent, at least not enough to make a lasting impression nor really gain any progress in the number of reasons she'd use to have convinced herself going to the gym was a good idea. For one reason or another, she'd go for a couple weeks, lose interest and not return for a few months only do repeat the cycle. Honestly, it was a waste of money at this point, and time, but each time, she said it'd be different. She turned to look down at the man who spoke up to her. "I can't tell if this is code, or if you're genuinely trying to strike up a conversation."

"Either way, no. Not really."
