Butt Attack Punisher Girl Gautaman: The Birth of Gautaman

This is my 200th movie this year and what an honor to this OVA. The story is about a repressed christian girl who is sent to an eccentric school of religious students. She befriends a Hindu girl and when that girl is kidnapped my their schools cult, she prays to god only for Buddha to respond and give her ass based super powers.

This had a weird amount of heart in it. The backgrounds are really pretty and the dynamic between the main two girls is really endearing, they have a tender moment and almost kiss.

Its also like so dumb, "Dark Vader" shows up and rips the bottoms of the girls during gym and a samurai cuts the butts of the girls pants to compare to Gautaman's butt print like its a glass slipper. Its a lot of butt based scenes.

Score: one really nice buddha butt

I mean what am I even suppose to say. It's a henshin hero parody OVA where a christian girl goes to Religion High and has to fight Evil Buddists using the power of the regular Buddha and also shes like half naked. It has some of the strangest ranges of references, from TL notes saying characters names are based on Enka singers or idols from the 70s, to a character who is basically Hibari from Stop! Hibari-kun!, to the Terminator, Darth Vader, and TMNT. Oh and also its doomed yuri. Well you know what this is mostly a comedic show but I guess there's nothing more real than a christian girl going to a religious school and then taking a bath with and then getting fingered by another girl.

Legion Founders - Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl, and Lightning Lad are the founders of the Legion of Super-Heroes and the real trinity DC should put their money on. Either Preboot/Retroboot or the cartoon version for me.

Purple Tigress - Anita Morgan, supposedly spoiled heiress who wears a purple fur bikini and boots to fight crime as the Purple Tigress. Fought the Flasher. Had two appearances. I wrote a story about her which was published in River Gardner's Pretty Girls Make Graves

Sailor Jupiter - The brawny girl in love and Soldier of Protection, my favorite Sailor Scout

Supergirl (Linda Danvers) - The second post-Crisis Supergirl, a troubled young woman who gained powers when her life was saved by the previous Supergirl (Matrix). DC did her dirty because she's not Kara Zor-El.

Tormenta - Mistress of the ebon realms, a villainess from Rich Carrington and Brian Dawson's comic Mahoney's

Vickie Wheilson - The neon colored board queen of Nola Thacker's Graveyard School and cousin of Skate McGraw (Art by Daniela Klem)

Original Character - Sunbeam, a.k.a. Rosemary June. What started off as an AU version of Lian Harper's been repurposed into its own character. Daughter of Renner June. An archer and kid hero who helps her dad with charity work and protecting their home. A literal ray of sunshine. (Art by Dklem and wiihtigo)

My impression of a reylo:

So in the anime Butt Attack Punisher Girl Gautaman, one of the major plot lines is a tragic love story between the titular heroine Mari Amachi

And her school’s student body president, Ryo Tobishima, who is secretly the leader of Black Buddha

Now you might be thinking “what does this have to do with reylo?” Well at one point in the anime the bad guys send a sumo wrestler wearing a Darth Vader helmet to attack the school named Dark Vader

This confirms that reylo will be canon beyond a shadow of a doubt.
