"Did he eat the lake?!" But seriously, with Multiversus it seems like the idea behind the visual designs in that they almost all look like they're designed to fit into a Looney Toones cartoon, especially live action characters. MV Jason looks to be only slightly bigger than Nasty Canasta.

And in terms of conveying information through visual design, I believe Jason is the heaviest (toughest to ring out) character in the game with slow, powerful attacks and a mechanic to give himself super armour so showing that off by making him an enormous slab of beef that dwarfs even the exaggeratedly beefy Superman makes sense.

You cannot buy assault rifles or machine guns without a very expensive, difficult to obtain permit that requires local law enforcement to sign off on.

"Assault weapon" is a meaningless buzzphrase

You do actually have federal laws regarding the purchase of firearms. Whenever someone buys one they go through a background check and if they've been convicted of violent crimes or have certain mental illnesses they will be barred from buying it.

The AR-15 is not and has never been a military weapon nor is it a machine gun.

Even if it were a military weapon that means absolutely nothing. Even up here in Canada I can buy military weapons, just not ones capable of full-auto. Same as you. The Colt m1911 is a military weapon. The m1 Carbine is a military weapon. The type 99 Arisaka rifle is a military weapon. The Kar 98k is a military weapon. The Mossberg 500 is a military weapon. My cousin who also lives in Canada owns all of those and more besides.
