I have no clue if this is an underserved niche for realsies or just to me, but.

need more fics of James Bond breaking into Q's flat. but not just for, like, to force Q to stitch him up or to proposition him or whatever. But just to hang out lol. Like full on, "new stray cat that showed up one day and I guess I have another cat now?" He is just there to hang out maybe nap and sometimes bother Q's cats and also Q himself. and also eat his food. But at least he also *brings* food too, and, idk, sometimes he cooks? so I guess that's.... okay...? (<- Q trying to justify this to himself lmao)

Q is suddenly like. I guess I kind of have a roommate now that isn't fully a roommate cuz he doesn't really live here all the time except maybe he might as well do? lowkey I do still picture Bond disappearing at night, like, he doesn't stay the night. at least at first. very much the way a visiting cat/new friendly stray on the block would.

And then one day (night). Q has some emergency to take care of or sth and is working late, but ig it's not so bad that he can't work from home about it. And he stumbles out of his home office to go to his kitchen. and stops dead in his tracks cuz. there is James Bond, conked out on his sofa, one cat on his chest the other like, almost sitting on his head. Q, befuddled,. just goes to his linen closet and gets an extra blanket and covers him properly (and tucks him in) cuz the throw blanket is okay, but like throw blankets tend to be, lowkey on the smaller side, so like. tuck him in and make him comfy

and then Bond becomes more and more of "guess you are *my* cat now?"

and also at some point they get together, too, I guess, lol. But I think somehow they end up in bed together (literally in bed together) first, before it progresses to that point lol

It looks like there's a chair in the bag which kinda looks like a hospital waiting room. So what if they're there waiting for Bobby, Athena, or both, and Eddie says something about hating hospitals and mentions the last time they were in one (okay the lightning strike) and Chimney asks if he's still not over it and Eddie just stares somewhere else in silence but nods. But then maybe, just maybe, Eddie says in a low voice "I love him" which shocks Chimney that he's actually admitting it. And then later when everything is better, Chimney tells Eddie the "tomorrow isn't promised to anyone" line.

And yes, I am very much back on my clown bullshit *HONK HONK*

you know, i do kind of love in that act 3 romance scene with lucanis, rook cajoles lucanis a couple times about how he needs to sleep and if he goes to sleep he's not going to miss anything etc., and rook also jokes that "it's all right if you [sleep], spite and i will just play cards or something." yes, this is a joke, but also rook why would you not also be sleeping? nothing they say ever implies that they are going to bed, in fact it sounds like they're planning to just. stay up regardless of what lucanis does. like, rook, yes it's important to tell the King of Sleep Deprivation that he needs to get some rest, but you both have a big day tomorrow. are you going to sleep, too? is this a "rules for thee and not for me" sort of situation? did you go to bed, rook??? are YOU sleeping, rook?? did you just stay up all night, rook???

I honestly think we will get super supportive eddie (the shoulder touch!) and buck deserves that because exploring this new side obviously makes him nervous but then I keep thinking of ryan's "closer than ever" and "something new for the both of us" and I hope somewhere down the line (when we've seen tommy romancing the fuck out of buck :)) we'll get jealous eddie too

yeahhh that'd be perfect, I'd really enjoy getting eddie's oh moment in the season finale tbh

actually, my dream scenario is:

after we've seen tommy and buck date, maybe even get a bit spicy and then have an amicable breakup (only because we know Lou isn't around for that long, but I doubt they'd part on bad terms) and then maybe a new slut era for buck and then eddie's oh moment and then canon buddie next season ✨

(and after all that I hope they bring Lou back to guest star again, only for buck and tommy to be all friendly and nice and eddie seething with jealousy because 'that's buck's first boyfriend!!' or better yet, have an episode where every available actor who played one of buck's exes resurface for some reason lmao)

I can't find the post I made (thanks tumblr search function) but I still love the idea of an anthology Fallout show, taking place in the Mojave. Like I said in the post I made - every episode would start with a faceless figure delivering packages to people the episode is about. It can be a raider, a farmer, an NCR soldier, maybe even a Vault dweller. Some episodes would be more action-packed and some of them would be calmer, about simple people going about their day and trying to survive another day in the Wasteland.

The last few minutes of the last episode would go back to the figure that gets chased down by Khans and a certain man in a checkered suit.

I was going to post a snippet of the fix-it fic I was working on back in 2020 but haven't finished. a big part of it is showing/"proving" that Dean killed himself on that rebar and also that you wouldn't even need to change that much about what aired on screen to make it ~~good~~ but then I reread it and I was like damnit. mm I think it'll depend on where the episode starts, if we'll see some time leading up to the wedding or we're starting out on the same day.

according to Tim they wanted to allow time for the two most important ones (Maddie and Eddie) but they can't do that with the all the coming out scenes... plus Oliver said there would some 'finally' kind of reactions and we haven't gotten that yet, so I guess that'll be Chim and Hen and then Bobby would give him a fatherly shoulder squeeze and we'd dive into the episode...

idk if they'll spend any time on the Buckley parents but I wish they'd just get kicked out of the wedding as a whole (preferably just not following Maddie to the hospital where we all assume the final yes would be said and it'll just be the close first responder family 🥹) and don't even get to find out until like somehow over the phone Buck mentions months later that they're moving in together or something lmao

I've had this weird idea about a Fallout TV show named "Tales of the Mojave" - an anthology series following the lives of the residents of the Mojave. At the beginning of the each episode, we follow a faceless figure wandering through the Mojave, they deliver mail to the person the story is about. It could be a simple farmer or a Khan or an NCR Ranger. They vary from action-packed episodes to more mundane ones where regular people are trying to survive the unforgiving wastes and avoid radiation while trying to keep their family fed. I, personally, wouldn't make all of them too depressing. They would usually end on a bittersweet note about humanity surviving and kindness still remaining in people's hearts despite the circumstances.

In the last few minutes of the final episode, we go back to the faceless figure that is confronted by a man in a checkered suit, shooting them in the head. Twice.
