went into my usual indian place and they recognized my order from uber eats

and ANOTHER THING. sojiro says hes 'already been paid for it' in regards to taking ren in. but then later. when ren answers a quiz show question. the answer is 'probation officers arent paid' and morgana comments on how 'the chief is doing all this for free.'

BUT sojiro isnt really ren's probation officer, though, i think? hes. more like a probationary guardian? since im pretty sure he says he has to report to the actual probation officer twice a month?? but the localization has weird line choices and shit all over the place so without looking into the original japanese im. not 100% on the technicalities of that

BUT REGARDLESS. sojiro straight up just lied to ren at the start when ren asked why sojiro agreed to take him in (likely part of his tough act he has around ren for a while) so sojiro is doing this as a civil duty and isnt being paid, as a gesture of good faith to both parties and to aid rens rehabilitation. so ren doesnt end up with someone whos just in it for the money and could. have bad intentions

but it also means that sojiro. could have expected rens parents to send him to tokyo with some money. yanno. like... a fucking food budget

for the first month or so. ren was honest to god like. afraid to take anything from the kitchen in the cafe when he was hungry because sojiro told him if anything went missing that ren would be in trouble. and also rens own dysfunctional eating habits and assumptions from his HOME LIFE. CARRIED OVER. so of course as soon as sojiro told ren that if anything went missing that he would throw ren out or call the cops, ren assumed sojiro was someone who would lock the fridge or the cabinets and generally be very controlling over what ren took to feed himself.

ren also wasnt sure if sojiro would let him get a job because for the first few weeks sojiro wouldnt let him leave the cafe at night. but he also wasnt letting them make money working at the cafe for him. where he would be supervised. so he just. didnt know what to do. or how he was supposed to eat

he often squirrels food away like an animal cause he doesnt know when hell be able to eat again and also he often eats too fast and gives himself tummy aches. these are. actual habits he formed in childhood and not the result of Accidental Child Neglect on sojiros part. (of course sojiro feels mortified when he realizes whats been going on)

ren had food in his luggage. the whole top layer of that carboard box was stuff from the pantry at home that hed previously bought for himself. so for a while he had snacks and cup noodles. but that was it, minus the times sojiro would make him curry in the mornings.

and honestly, if rens parents DID send him to tokyo with a food budget, i would honestly go off of the money bonus you get if you got the dlc. which is 100,000 yen. which in..... april of 2016 would only be like.... just under 900 usd. for the whole year. and at the start ren would try and save most of their money for phantom thievery.

so a lot of the time ren ONLY ATE WHEN HE WAS OUT WITH ANN OR RYUJI. THEY WOULD TAKE HIM OUT TO EAT... HE APPRECIATES RYUJI AND ANN SO SO SO MUCH…. they feed himb

also! Sorry if some of the stuff i say is a bit confusing, its like 1:52 am and im super tired but i thought i’d make this anyway lol. Okay! no dilly dallying lets get straight into this.

1) Make your own motovation audio

Basically, what i did was i went to my notes app and typed away literally every harsh motivation that ive ever heard that REALLY motivates me. They could be quotes that help u r3strict or they could be tips that u have heard on here.

I typed out literally all the quotes and all the tips that motivate me to r3strict, ALL into ONE note. Next, i copy pasted all that i typed into a text to speech and screen recorded the audio so i could listen to it whenever i feel unmotivated to workout or even while i work out.

2) Sparkling water

Okay, WE ALL KNOW that water should be our #1 drink throughout our WL journey but obviously it can get a little boring and after while it just doesnt keep u full for that long.. which is why i recommend 0 sugar sparkling waters! Theres so many flavours like grape, lychee, apple, raspberry, You name it!

Sparkling waters keep u FULLLL!!!! And i mean it. Not only do they taste good but u literally wont even think about food after drinking a can!

3) fruits

Fruits! Such a blessing arent they? Personally my favourite has been mandarins! You know why? Firstly, they’re only 47-50 c4lor1es!! And boy, do they keep u FULL! Pair a mandarin and a can of sparkling water and you’ll be full for hours! I also really love watermelon too! Its super high volume and sweet.. 1 slice could keep me full for a long time!

4) seasonings

Now, i understand that when trying to eat healthier foods like cucumbers or salads can be kinda boring.. which is why i loveeeeee seasonings!!! They can make something plain taste 10x better for such little c4lor1es!

My favourite go-to’s have to be mint, paprika, curry powder, beef flavouring and garlic powder :D

Daminette December 2023: 11-School Play

Damian was frustrated. Marinette had volunteered herself to help with the school's play costumes. She was too busy afterschool, now. She couldn't spend time with him like before. They couldn't paint or go to cafés. They couldn't go to the park. So he decided to take food to her dorm.

Marinette was startled when someone began to bang on her door.

'What the fuck?'

Marinette opened the door and was shocked Damian was the one trying to break her door down. Without a word, he barreled his way inside.

"Damian, what are you doing here?" Marinette questioned, closing the door.

"It's Thursday." he answered, "We eat curry on Thursdays and since you weren't answering, I brought it here."

Marinette watched as he set the food on the coffee table. He kept eyeing her fabric and then going back to taking their food out of the paper bags.

'When did I last spend time with him? I think it's been about two weeks.'

Mari smiled, "Sorry, Damian. I've been so busy and I do forget to check my phone, when I get lost in my work."

"Did you do your homework?" he asked.

"Yes." she replied.

"All of it?" he pushed.

The designer winced, "Sort of."

"Curry and then homework." Damian stated.

"But-" she argued.

"Then you can finish." he persuaded.

"Damian-" Marinette began.

"Tomorrow is Friday. I will get you coffee at night, if you do the homework." Damian declared.

Marinette nodded and sat next to him, looking at the food.

"You're the best." she whispered.

"How much longer do you have to work on the play?" Damian asked.

"Over the weekend and partial of next week." Mari winced.

Damian just sighed before taking a bite of his food.

"I'm sorry that I've been too busy for you." Marinette spoke.

Damian flinched, realizing she had come to the conclusion all on his own.

"I am simply making sure you are eating and sleeping." he declared, "How many more do you have to work on?"

Marinette answered, "I only have five more dresses. I have all of their measurements and they are simple off the shoulder, knee length dresses with faux fur trim. If I work this weekend on them, they'll all be finished. The only thing I'll have to worry about at school is the fittings and if anything needs last minute repair."

"Good." the Wayne heir grumbled.

Marinette smiled softly. She had no idea that when she volunteered to help with the Winter school play, that Damian would get so jealous.

"I'm glad I chose to do this." she whispered.

Damian stopped mid-bite and stared at her.

"At my old school," Marinette spoke, "I would have been forced to do it. Here, I volunteered and they paid me for all of the material. My old school never would have paid me, just told me I was doing 'my job'."

Damian stopped eating and closer to her.

"As long as they arent taking advantage of you." Damian replied, as he continued eating.

"No." Mari said, "I would have quit. No more weak Marinette."

She saw Damian smirk in between his bites.

"Tell you what." Marinette announced, "The next time I think of helping, I'll let you know so you can help me stay organized."

"Deal." Damian answered.

i made curry last night and im really happy because ive been having a lot of trouble eating and Making myself eat, on top of being really erally really broke so we havent had much food in the house thats just Ready To Go consistently.. like, we always have oats, but we dont always have milk, and i cant eat them with water.. or we have ham but we run out of bread, or all i want are fruits and leafs but we cant really keep anything except apples/oranges/grapes because they dont go bad before we finish them, or bananas cause they arent really ruined if theyre overripe you just throw them in the freezer. so we cant get salad materials.

if i try to just shove calories in my body and i dont like it i wont finish it. like i will feel full until i stop trying to make myself eat it. and this isnt even just when adderall affects my appetite.

then, on top of all that, i know if i eat i have to do dishes. my husband usually does them, but hes been going through a really bad time for the past couple months too, plus we only moved out july 2023, and before that his mom had been Divorced outta the house earlier that year iirc plus id been living there since july 2022, so his brain and nervous system has felt safe enough for the ptsd recovery stage for nearly 2 years. and he gets hit really hard with seasonal depression, and he has adhd too. he typically does dishes, i typically do laundry. the problem is its easier to wear the same clothes for a few days, or rewear laundry that isnt rancid, or wear ill fitting clothes that have been shoved to the back of the dresser, but its hard to wash a dish when the sink is full and the kitchen is overwhelming.

so, to avoid having dirty dishes, i wont eat. whats worse, is i was insanely stressed over school for like 3 weeks. all the stress i should have had this semester hit me really bad all at once. when im that stressed, i cant think about anything relevant to maintaining myself-- especially not maintaining neutral-positive self talk and constructive self esteem. which means i shut down if anyone needs anything from me real or imagined. which means i cant be there for my husband and make sure he eats and check in on him. so all this stupid shit just feeds into itself. ive had more s/h urges than ive had in years i think, and not even in response to anything extrinsic.

my goofy ass got drunker than i usually do super quick the other night, it wasmy husbands birthday party. i cleaned up the apartment super nice since mostly my stuff was strewn everywhere and did the dishes. i didnt eat all day and i think i had like, one inadequate meal the day before. so i was exhausted after cleaning, our roommate ordered pizza and i ate and passed out for 3 hour nap. by the time i got up everyone was already at Least buzzed. my brother in law got a mom call and my husband (drunk) was like Hey. Give me the Phone.. tell her i wanna talk... because she LOVES being upset that her kids are having a good time and feels the need for Hour Phone Call when and where she wants it, and my BIL is an adult but they dont treat him like one, so hes still really deep in feeling trapped in these trauma responses.

this i think is what really got me, other than not being on my full dose of adderall so my emotional abilities were compromised lmao. i was tryingto tell my husband i love him, because i was leaving to weed store, and he was getting triggered while drunk, so he was annoyed i was interrupting the call and i didnt get my byebyehugnkiss. not to mention they were being really loud earlier. so now i feel bad. i get back immediately down 2 shots (3 shots is where i am Comfortably Drunk) and share a j actually post cancelled kendrick just dropped. the point was that i got too drunk and started hitting myself on the head and crying in the kitchen floor lol but who cares about that KENDRIIIIIIICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Hmmm club sandwich? I'm not really the best person to ask for club sandwich recipes. I'm very picky about bread because i don't like the texture of crusts (but i don't like cutting them off because that's a big waste of food) and also basically hate chicken in any context that isn't a curry (chicken in a curry raises the bar too high).

The last time i had sandwiches on regular sliced bread in the style of a club sandwich it was very much a case of having a lot of leftovers from very different meals and kind of stuffing them in one place so they would all get used (for the record the recipe was bread, spinach dip, peameal bacon, slice of provolone, lettuce-red onion-italian dressing salad combination, mustard). I liked it a lot but would not recommend it to anyone because I also don't think it was very good.

The only other time i have a sandwich is in submarine form and subs arent even really a matter of recipe, they're just a matter of preparation (you've GOTTA wet both parts of the inside with mayonnaise or something and wrap it tight in paper for a bit. it really does fix the flavour problems that come with homemade subs.)

But like. Club sandwich? I don't think I've had one of those in like a decade. And sandwiches aren't really my specialty in general. Also just not the best time for me to be giving recipe advice right now because my chronic nausea gets really bad this time of year and I'm lucky when I'm able to eat a single meal for the day (hooray for being sick forever😵‍💫) so I haven't really been cooking lately.

I feel so out of control. Im nowhere near consistent enough to hit my goal weight this week or next but i need to 😭 ive deluded myself into thinking that if i can lose 10lbs i wont have any trouble doing the atrocious amount of club work I have to do so that’s all i can focus on right now.

But club always makes me feel fat, cause i’m pretty sure im the fattest in the room, and i have to be at the front cause im leading the meetings 😫 so it’s kind of motivating but not enough. im legit chronically unmotivated and it’s hard to take steps to do anything, ever, if the conditions arent absolutely perfect

Which is weird since ive struggled with eating for years, and have rarely/barely met my maintenance in many months, yet i still find it hard to lose weight?

Anyway ate bad again today, mostly cuz of the tart but i purged at least some amount of it? But then i ate the sour curry my dad made (which was mostly healthy and lowcal but it had rice and coconut milk) so that evened out ig. I haven’t been able to weigh myself in the morning in days, so i might just sneak my parents’ scale into my room cause they never use it.

Who's Izzy?

Summary; Bakugou gets a message form 'Izzy' his supposed girlfriend, but when class 1a goes to be consulted for their new hero suits they realise just how wrong they were.

"hey Bakugou you got 2 messages"Kaminari yelled from the lounge room "it's from Mei and, DUDE you gotta girlfriend!" he yells and catches the attention of the rest of the Bakusquad "bro whos Izzy, is she your girlfriend" Kirishima teases, Bakugou simply takes his phone off of Kaminari and replies with a short and sweet "no" then he walks back to the kitchen, the squad exchange a look the then get up and follow after Bakugou, who stands at the stove mixing his curry and smiling at his phone, "whatcha smiling at Bakugou" Sero wiggles his eyebrows "nunya" Bakugou smiles at his phone messages 'Izzy' back before sliding his phone into his back pocket and continuing to make the class dinner, "who hungry".

the conversation at the dinner table is interesting, "hey did you know that some support group class blew up a workshop" Hagakure said sparking a new conversation "yeah it was Hatsumei and someone else" Uraraka says "it was Bakugous girlfriend!" Kaminari yells "what?!" the class all looks to Bakugou "I don't have a girlfriend" he simply says "yes you do, you got a message earlier from 'Izzy' saying I just blew someone up and a message from Mei? saying I've been blown up" Mina says "Mei is Hatsumei-sans first name kerro," Tsu says then Kirishima complains "how come you call her by her first name but not us" "I call a lot of people by their first name" "oh yeah who else are you sure your no dating Hatsumi-Sama"Mina taunts and Bakugou rolls his eyes starting to get annoyed with the constant chattering and questioning, so he shuts them up by proving them wrong, "I call Hitoshi by his first name and he's not my girlfriend" and that does it their all quiet "...*cricket noise*..." well not all good things last, "WHAT!" "I don't have a girlfriend, I happen to call them both by their first name because I was asked to, no I will not call you by your first names leave me alone or you'll be cooking for yourselves I happen to know that the support classes like my cooking and wouldn't mind if I use their kitchen" he then gets up and leaves, "wait a second how do you know the support classes!" Kaminari yells after him, "wasn't that weird" Jiro says and goes back to eating and conversing with Momo.

The next day

"today we will be taking a trip down to support class 1-H but as the word travels fast 2 students yesterday were testing something and blew it up so I have a warning from power loader" he reads from a piece of paper "stay outside of the rainbow line that is dangerous territory and I will not be responsible for any casualties, you never know how exaggerated notes can be, so stay clear of the rainbow line" the class tuck in their chairs and start to walk to the classroom.

"hey Bakugou what class Is your girlfriend in?" he groans in response before yelling "I don't have a girlfriend" they all groan back "guys guys you're doing it all wrong, what class is 'izzy' in?" "Kat, Kat, Kat did you watch the video of the explosion I sent you!" she jumped up and down, Katsuki pushed to the front of the group "good morning to you too Mei I slept well as well" he said sarcastically "oh right manners Mei, good moring Kat," her hair was messy and there was still patches of her last explosion on her body and clothes "yes I saw the video, I watched it this morning, have you started making baby number 4 yet" "yep wanna watch?" "call me when your testing, ill watch then" the students behind them were horrified "Hatsumi!, bakugou! your traumatizing students!" power loader yelled "pfft, anyway wanna make a baby with me" "id love to it sounds fun id love to get my hands dirty" some of the support class students started laughing knowing exactly what was going on, and power loader just sighed "oh and 'Izzy's looking forward to making a baby with you~" she cooed "ok that's enough, ground rules, try not to touch anything unless necessary, stay out of the rainbow area and don't touch anything that says 'Izzy' or Mei now just look around for your suit and go"power loader stepped in and stopped their ridiculous conversation and some of the students looked around for their suits but others stayed and watched Bakugou, he walked into the rainbow area the class looked over there but didn't see a petite blonde named 'Izzy', Bakugou walked over to a green-haired boy and hugged him from behind making him turn around, he put his "baby" down and put his hands on Bakugous waist "hi kitten" he said " hi Izu" Bakugou turned to his classmates and stuck out his tongue, Mei laughed loudly form her workspace, a screwdriver in one hand and a blowtorch in the other "that's 'izzy'" she pointed to the boy still laughing "WHAT!" Bakugou leaned forward and kissed the boy "he came second last year in the sports festival" Momo said "yep, I did" he said "hi im Izuku Midoriya Katsukis boyfriend" Kat started laughing and so did Mei, "you thought he was straight, that's the funnest thing I've heard since vine" they were expecting something completely different not this hes 6ft with a green undercut and a dangley cross earring, hes muscly and tall and the complete opposite of the girl they were picturing.

And he'll sneakily have this shrine or mural somewhere in his house which contains all sorts of photos of you pinned up and also some napkin you dropped on the ground and he picked up and occasionally sniffs and rubs over his face XD

For real though, Avery was pretty mean to you during Isle of Armor especially when you first arrived because he's the kind to judge people by first impressions but you sure showed him and he was actually surprised!

Despite his initial iciness to you, you forgave him from the bottom of your heart and even said you hoped you'd become closer and become good friends. I mean...not many people would do that, you know?

Everyone is like 'WTH Avery' but you just smile and cock your head and agree with a simple nod

Avery loves your cooking. It doesn't matter what it is, he will just eat everything you cook for him

He'll also do anything for you - protect you, amuse you with his psychic powers by making pokeballs float in the air around you, helps you wash dishes, helps you carry stuff using his psychic powers. Read minds and say it aloud to troll other dojo members.

He won't make it obvious but because he observes and also his acute psychic powers, he'll often try to read your mind.

When he reads nothing but Butterfrees and daisies, he's like 'oh she's so pure' and this makes him fall in love with you even more

He'll find ways to get you to train with him. He'll use his pokemon as an excuse but that's okay because you like them :)

One day he reads your mind and you're thinking to yourself 'Avery is really cute' and that MAKES HIS DAY. HE IS ON CLOUD NINE!!! :D
