Hello! I see people here are talking about Gaza again.
I’m not one to vaguepost, nor do I usually spend time arguing with zionists and liberals online, but the amount of “pro-Palestine” liberals I’ve seen in the last day saying that Gazans “deserve genocide” because Trump won…
I’m not surprised to hear that democrats are mad at third-party voters. It’s true that even if all swing third-party votes went to Kamala she’d still have lost, but reality isn’t important to these people. Democrats want a monopoly - of course they’re upset at everyone who isn’t voting for their party. Of course they’re more upset with communists and anarchists than they are with nazis.
None of this is new. But even though we’ve seen these patterns before, I am absolutely sick to witness these people blaming Palestinians for this. I’m sick hearing them almost gleefully wishing for Gaza to be turned into a parking lot. I’m sick coming across individualistic little diatribes about how they’re “done” boycotting, “done” helping others.
Is it Palestinians’ fault that Kamala’s campaign was so poorly run?
Is it Palestinians’ fault that the US is now so full of nazis that the Democrats lost the popular vote for the first time since 2004, by 5 million votes?
Is it Palestinians’ fault that the US supplies and supports Israel in their annihilation of Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories, as well as neighbouring countries?
Is it Palestinians’ fault that the government assisting Israel’s genocidal project was, for the past four years, Biden’s administration? A Democrat’s administration?
The crime that Palestinians have committed in the eyes of these liberals is the crime of existing where said liberals can see them - namely, on social media. The unofficial charges: not being silent, resisting, asking for help from the people best equipped to give money for their survival. So again, I’ll ask - is it the fault of Palestinians that the people best equipped to help them are those in the imperial core? That the people Palestinians must go to for help are people benefitting from both this genocide and the genocides the empires that house them are built on?
Of course the gravest offence is interrupting the liberal supply of white noise. Comfort is, after all, the biggest priority in liberalism - silence and denial is self care. Murder by proxy is the most popular of hobbies, and is best enjoyed with the sound off. But Palestinians are not quiet. You can see their faces now - and the identification of them as something other than faceless, or rather someone, begins to burrow through the insulation built up around you.
You have the barest sense of how fragile your world is. You can either turn away from this, or continue your journey towards the truth. These liberals are examples of those violently turning away and taking up the slaughter again, desperate to dispel any reminders that they are not the only people on earth worthy of life.
You can literally buy an indulgence now by donating to a Palestinian fundraiser. Yes, even if you’re not a Democrat, or you’re from Europe (chances are your government supplies Israel too, or is at least complacent), or there’s any other facet of your identity that supplies nuance. This is up to all of us, no matter who we are.
I’ve been spotlighting Falastin’s campaign to save her family in Gaza for more than two months now. I will continue to do so until they’re safe; but their safety will likely be a long time coming. This is in part because Falastin’s campaign must support 24 people, and in part because donations are slowing down - not only for Falastin, but for a lot of other fundraisers I keep an eye on. To be afraid for so many people while watching liberals angrily abandoning this cause is distressing and disheartening.
This is life or death. I don’t care who you are, and I care even less to hear if you’ve voted or who you voted for. All I ask is that you boost this post and, if you can, donate to Falastin. The Gofundme is in SEK and the rates are:
10$ = 107 SEK
25$ = 269 SEK
50$ = 538 SEK
100$ = 1,076 SEK
You can also donate via PayPal in USD: [LINK]
We also host a raffle for hand-made Palestinian thob [info HERE], and the first winner will be chosen in a bit less than 2 days.
P. S. Yes, Falastin’s campaign has been vetted, several times across multiple platforms:
#282 in El-Shab-Hussein and Nabulsi's spreadsheet [HERE],
#957 in the Butterfly Project spreadsheet [HERE]
Falastin's account: [LINK]

Sorry but this idea that the marauders fandom is "responsible for keeping Harry Potter relevant" is so out of reality for me
the majority of the people that go to give more money to JKR have never read a fanfiction in their lives, and they probably don't even know about what she does on twitter or don't care about what the authors of the books they read do or are just indifferent or hate us trans people so they don't give a fuck and continue to engage with the official world of hp.
I understand wanting to personally step away from the fandom because she's such a piece of shit that you just don't want to engage with anything she started, but to try to guilt trip fanfic authors seems a bit much and also out of anything based in reality as I said... the cultural influence of Harry Potter is not based on the gay fanfictions online, that franchise has whole themes parks for it and a whole TV show that is gonna be promoted heavily, be serious! the problem is not the fanfictions online, she's extremely rich she's gonna keep promoting her works and lots of people aren't going to care about what she does or they may even start supporting the books only because she's transphobic
I feel like instead of trying to shame queer and trans people that write fanfictions and made up their own version of that world and made it the most queer version they could create, we should focus on shaming the politicians and judges that let themselves be bought by transphobic pieces of shit and also those politicians that are not speaking out about it??? while I do think we should absolutely also keep boycotting jkr by not giving her more money and I've been doing this for years since I learned what she really thought, at the end of the day the politicians that make the rules hold the real power and I feel like we get distracted by shaming each other instead of focusing on the main problem which is the governments in power... we should think more about going to protests and pestering THEM with our disappointment
Idk I find it ridiculous to be harassing other queer people because of this, it's just more pointless hate and infighting that doesn't bring anything positive! from what I've seen most of the marauders fans have been actively against her, have not interacted with stuff that gives her actual money and are trying to boycott her by not buying official merch etc etc they are way more aware of what she does than random normie fans that keep buying harry potter themed shit around the world... Exactly because the marauders fans are mostly queer people that honestly made up a whole other universe from what I consider just a smidge of her input at this point. I really don't think it's a fair assessment to say they're responsible or even "the main reason why Harry Potter is still alive"... That's just a lie

Hey, a quick PSA:
Stranger Things is green-lit for its final season. It's not getting renewed anyway. Refusing to watch a show that's already being made does nothing of importance, just like how watching movies already being released did nothing to harm the WGA/SAG strike.
If you want to do something that will actually make some kind of difference you can:
Cancel your Netflix subscription and actually stop giving money.
Don't buy any Stranger Things merch going forward.
Boycott the companies that Palestinians are ASKING you to boycott. Boycott McDonalds, Starbucks, Disney+, and all the other companies on the list they GAVE you. Targeted boycotting is more effective, and these companies are directly supporting Israel.
Keep talking about Palestine more than you talk about Noah/Stranger Things. Keep the focus on Palestinians!
Click daily to donate! It's that easy!
I understand not wanting to look at Noah's face, because I'm right there with you. I don't want to see him either. But let's do things that really help.

The 'evidence' against Jutty Taylor is literally nothing. The photo posted of the event has been claimed to be someone else's photo that was stolen, and then everyone else's stories are just screenshots of him sending them merch or inviting them to other shows he's in as promo, and one person just said he was vaguely flirty at a meet and greet and said it was gross because they were younger than him, but they were also an adult and it's unlikely he asked their age? It's very weird to see everyone jump on this and flood the comments of the official ghost insta page with demands to fire jutty when there's seemingly no evidence that anything actually happened?? I've read through all the supposed receipts and they're just people saying they got weird vibes with nothing actually proving anything.
Edit to say I have had some additional screenshots sent across, and I do agree it's dodgy that he speaks to fans online so much in private, I also still dont think the info we have so far is enough for the label to drop him immediately, which is why people have taken it into their hands to be completely deranged online. In my opinion, we as fans don't get to control who is in the band or what they do, fair enough, email your concerns to the label, but don't message other band members, don't message him, don't message relatives or friends, or other people who know him. Don't turn every Ghost social media post into a call for blood. Ultimately, the band could keep him (I know he's missing currently but we don't know if this is permanent as his staging and mic are still set up each night) and it's their choice to do so. The best way to ACTUALLY protest him being in the band, if you feel that's something you want to do, is to stop giving them money. Stop going to gigs, don't buy the album or the merch, don't interact online. If you truly, honestly believe he's that awful, why are you contributing to his bank account via Ghost? To me I don't feel I have enough strong evidence to justify my involvement in contacting the label, or in boycotting the band or the individual. If that changes, so would my actions.
It is insane to be sending death threats off the back of one person's tweets about their story as someone who doesn't know either party. It is deranged to involve yourselves in the bands lives, it's fucking ridiculous to grab a pitchfork and litter the social media pages for Ghost with demands that Tobias Forge should specifically make an announcement and beg your forgiveness and grovel. It's incredibly entitled to expect something as big and complex with so many people to stop and change it's entire shit at your personal request. Frankly, if you don't like the situation, don't interact with the band. But people want to have it all, they want to be able to listen to the band and have their blorbos and make their fanfic and all that, but they want to make sure everyone else knows they're morally elevated and superior because they're sending one of the musicians death threats 👍

About boycotting Genshin Impact: Natlan skin colour issue and McDonalds.
(Read if you care about these issues and care about what I'm doing.)
If you are only here for a TLDR and want to know if I'm still writing Genshin fanfiction here's the short story: (I appreciate all the encouraging messages and all the love, but I may need to find another platform if things aren't working out here. If that day comes I will surely post over here and let you know where I've gone, but for now, though it is quite unpleasant, I do like and am used to the tumblr format. )
Long post starts here:
Decided to finally say something about this, because I feel like I've read up adequately about things.
First off, to the anon who claimed that I didn't care (who revealed their real identity in my inbox and apologized) I appreciate your bravery and also appreciate the apology. But I'm not going to lie to you, I don't really care for your presence around here, specially after what happened.
About the Natlan issue and the lack of tan/brown/dark skinned colour characters,
I understand why people are upset. I had a conversation with someone about this on tumblr, on how me, myself, I get upset when there is a lack of FEMALE main characters in games (I am mostly talking about the Persona Franchise, the main characters are always MALE, time and time again I always wait for a FEMALE MC, but am always disappointed that it hasn't happened EXCEPT of course, for P3 Portable and P2EP. Finally you had the option to play as Female, but that was it. I mean, it's 2024. WHY is there a lack of FEMALE MC in Persona? Anyhow, that is a different topic altogether.) so I can see how it could be disappointing for POC to see less or even NO characters that are POC.
That part, I totally understand.
All of your actions, boycotting, not rolling, not playing the game, being free to play, I UNDERSTAND all of that.
Now, recently there has been a big issue with Genshin Impact collaborating with McDonalds, because the chain supports Israel (but McDonalds is a franchise... and different owners have different ways of using their ownership of the chain/profit they make off it, so idk how that equals to all McDonalds support Israel. Educate me on this if I'm wrong.) People are saying that they are uninstalling the game because of it.
Again, I UNDERSTAND why you would do that.
I think what I need to address is what I am going to do.
And I'm not gunna lie to you, I don't think I'm going to stop playing the game (and I don't spend much money in game in the first place).
Does it mean that I support the bad situations they've put themselves in or the bad choices they've made? No, but of course there will be people who will say I play the game = I support their thoughts. Can it not just be simply I play the game = I enjoy the game/story?
I am being transparent and I think that's better than some of the people online who keep saying they won't play anymore but you KNOW some of them still do. Like, come on. Don't lie.
If that makes me a bad person according to you judgers out there, then so be it. Who really are you to claim I'm a bad person just because I play a game? Do you know what kinds of things I do in real life? What groups I help out and what organizations I donate to? What really do you know about what I do in real life? Maybe think about that before pointing your finger at someone online, and maybe think about what YOU are doing in real life too, instead of just being keyboard fighters, have you done anything to enhance the lives of other people?
Am I still going to write Genshin fanfiction?
Honestly if I stop doing it, it's because the interaction here on tumblr has been so toxic. LESS people commenting and interacting, I don't really mind much because I enjoy writing in general, I don't do it for you, I do it for me.
I am STILL writing, but at a slower pace because of my real life plus everything that's surrounding the game and the toxicity at the moment. I am even considering not posting on tumblr and just releasing stories like Ruthless Prince, stories that would be available through physical copy or ebooks that you have to pay for (that way I don't get nasty interactions and messages and those who really want to read my stuff can just pay and enjoy it) but as you all know, I'm not money hungry, I still post a lot of free stuff over here, but again, I'm not going to lie, there isn't much reason for me to post on tumblr anymore, specially with all the controversies and attacking going on.
I appreciate all the encouraging messages and all the love, but I may need to find another platform if things aren't working out here. If that day comes I will surely post over here and let you know where I've gone, but for now, though it is quite unpleasant, I do like and am used to the tumblr format.
The End.

Since Disney's decision to donate two million dollars to Israel last October, while notably donating nothing to relief efforts in Gaza despite the ongoing genocide, activists around the world have called to pressure the company into changing their tune. One of the ways people are doing this is by boycotting their streaming service, Disney+.
Disney must be very relieved that they managed to snag The Eras Tour movie, which broke records for most ticket sales in a day when Taylor snubbed Disney and other distributors in favour of collaborating with AMC Theaters directly to release the film, for release on their shunned service.
Disney and Taylor, whose silence on the more than 27,000 massacred in Gaza while her movie played in theaters in Israel has had fans screaming for months, are expecting this move to be rewarded with thousands of streams and new subscriptions.
Let's show her what #SwiftiesforCeasefire actually think. Keep boycotting Disney+. Unsubscribe if you haven't already. And @taylorswift? Make better friends.

Mihoyo is ignoring Boycotters and aiming for Return Players instead!
Mihoyo's marketing strategy is extremely obvious after that livestream and it's really demoralizing to see so many fall for it. Every X.0 update they add a bunch of QoL features fans have been asking for for years. (Pick your own 5 star, artifact recycling, picking artifact sub stats) Their aim is to get fans that have dropped off during previous patches to come back.
They have been ignoring those "boycotting" because they anticipate the return players to out number the boycotting ones. Also if you are still logging and playing daily you aren't boycotting in their eyes. Playtime and daily login numbers are what they care about when it comes to f2p players. Unless you are a whale going from 1,000s of dollars a patch to zero dollars you "going f2p" isn't going to hurt their bottom line. They want a large number of active users along with a few whales.
If you still care about showing Mihoyo you care about their colorism you can NOT download and play 5.0 day one. You need to actually boycott by giving mihoyo low player numbers for a X.0 patch.
We still haven't seen 3 of Natlan's tribes yet! They changed an NPC's skin tone already. We can still push them to correct with the other tribes! BUT YOU HAVE TO BOYCOTT!

If 5.0 has higher login numbers than Sumeru Mihoyo will feel like they have no reason to listen to the boycotters because they regained fans from other areas or pulled in new players. I'm not saying you have to Quit genshin forever. Just hold off on playing the Natlan update for a few weeks. Watch a youtuber's play through of the Archon quest if you can't wait for the story.
And please convince your friends who have seen the 5.0 news but haven't been keeping up with Genshin to wait before coming back. Plenty of players stopped playing after 4.3 because that's when the Fontaine Archon Quest ended. Those players need to be informed of the white washing and convinced to not come back for 5.0. Those are the players Mihoyo is "listening to feed back" from with it comes to the QoL updates. Why do you think people who haven't logged in in over 45 days are getting another 10 free pulls? Because those are the players they are aiming for. If those players say no we aren't coming back to pull for white washed characters Mihoyo is more likely to listen to the criticism.
Candace wasn't in the Sumeru trailers and Sethos was added after we left Sumeru. There is still time for them to add POC playable characters to Natlan. We still haven't seen Vanessa's tribe. PLEASE KEEP PUSHING! IT IS WORKING SO DON'T STOP NOW!

In 2016, in January, David Bowie died. In April, Prince died. It proceeded to be one of the worst years in American history in terms of political unrest, the rise of fascism, and election of a dictator.
In 2025, in January, David Lynch died. In April, Val Kilmer died. This year has already been one of the worst in American history in terms of political unrest, the rise of fascism, and the election of a dictator.
Four brilliant, strange, incredibly talented artists, lost when our country needs brilliant, strange talent. People to work outside the creative box and make things no one has made, or will make again. You couldn't release Twin Peaks today–it's too weird and confusing. Most people want things to happen quicker.
An androgynous black pop star like Prince would probably be the subject of much Republican hand-wringing, similar to the treatment Lil Nas X has gotten.
Bowie would probably be boycotted by entire states for writing a song like "I'm Afraid of Americans."
And Kilmer, for his flaws, was an artist. He was passionate and weird, challenging to some and deeply kind to others. An educated creator, a deep soul. A philosopher. Americana. A rare breed. I won't say they don't make them like that anymore– stars like Glen Powell and Timothee Chalamet prove the sharp-jawed, pale-eyed iconic male movie star is alive and well– but Kilmer was more than his looks. He breathed life into flat roles and made them memorable, and dove into his characters to the point of infuriating costars. He gave a shit. We need more of that.
So I'm going to try and remember, as we careen into the yawning dark of fascism and hate, that art is resistance. Art makes us human and keeps us human. So I will try and summon the stars like Bowie, break every false boundary like Prince, plumb the dark forest of the human condition like Lynch, and feel deeply in this harsh, beautiful life, like Val.
Thank you, sirs. Rest easy.

Blocking the “inzoi” tag.
I’ve done my research, though I’d like to do more, specifically on what their models were trained on, and electricity usage locally.
Keep in mind that: Though their AI is generating textures and models based on local and user-input, afaik it’s using stable diffusion, which was trained with stolen material. As I sit here typing on an iPhone that probably has a supply chain that would make Nestle blush, I have to wonder just how much I want to pick and choose in my complicity, and how much I want to scream at others over it. (There are more productive ways to have this conversation and a little self awareness doesn’t hurt, is what I’m saying.)
Regarding sources:
SustainabilityByNumbers has a good breakdown of AI and data center energy usage and includes a comparison to other industries. (Generation is far less costly than training.)
Carbon Emissions on Writing and Illustrating outlines the emissions for those things with AI vs humans.
How much does rendering at home cost? (Renderstreet) A serious look at the cost of non-AI rendering.
However. H o w e v e r.
It’s articles like this (Inzoi’s use of AI on TheGamer.com) that ultimately have swayed me toward not buying the game.
Setting aside the grey area of locally-generated, user-based material and its costs vs non-AI rendering and modding, we need to consider what we are condoning and supporting when purchasing a game like this. We do not need to be telling the industry that a flagship for in-game AI tools is OK—especially when it was created by a company that is on the forefront of using that tech to the active detriment of so many careers.
The above article does a good job summarizing Krafton’s shady practices with its other investments; suffice to say that this is about boycotting a company who would rather use AI, even if it’s supposedly “”ethical””, than support game developers, who are already actively used and abused by the video game industry (which we are supporting by buying things like the Sims, Dragon Age, etc).
For me at least, it’s also about how much I want to support the shitty techno-feudalistic, zombie capitalism that companies like Krafton and others continue to get away with. The only good thing I can say about Krafton is that, unlike most of the big gaming companies, they’re wearing this use of AI on their sleeve. If you think no AI is being used in other game studios, you are sadly mistaken.
Until companies can show they’ll be flexible in maintaining healthy, safe employment for people, without the massive layoffs the gaming industry is so infamous for, I’m just not signing off on this.
I’m well aware that using Blender, playing video games, owning an iPhone, or a car, or taking public transit, still makes me complicit. I think people forget that they are just as complicit when harassing and sending threats to people who are playing InZoi. I’m not any better of a person for not buying and not playing it. It’s just not something in which I will personally take part.
I’m not going to harass anyone— I can’t stop y’all from doing what you want to do. If you play it, then… you’re playing it. You’re not a worse person for doing so.
I just want nothing to do with it and that’s that.

There's nothing I love more than Tim-centric fics, either with BAMF Tim, caffeine addicted Tim or even fics were Tim is like v overworked w/ poor/unhealthy living habits and very done with everything.
But I feel realistically(or atleast a bit more realistically), Tim would take care of his health and body(probably bcuz even the slightest of colds or infections would keep him off the field for weeks at the least).
Tim's immune system is as good as shit, due to him losing his spleen *and* getting the clench twice(I think? don't really remember), so Tim *has* to take care of himself to stay healthy, he sleeps 8 hours a day(w/ occasional all-nighters, probably. .), manages his time correctly, boycotting red meats and dairies(cuz of asplenia), etc etc..
[sorry if there's any grammatical errors or if the sentences sounded a bit awkward to read, English isn't my native language]
[You're absolutely fine. I do not judge asks based on grammar, spelling, or sentence structure. Yours was well worded, but I don't mind spending an extra minute if it's not worded clearly. I struggle with reading comprehension, and others have their struggles as well. Thank you for the effort of putting the ask in my language even if it's not your native one]
I agree that it's very highly improbable that Tim, post spleen loss, is not on top of his health. In fact, it would perfectly align with his character if he was way too into managing his own health.
This means he has schedules upon schedules upon schedules for working out, eating, sleeping, etc. His vigilante work (and sometimes friends/family) interfere, so he has meticulous mental notes to try to balance things out as they shift.
Tim does not want to be forced to be out of the field for something preventable (especially due to his guilt complex if any of his family members get hurt during that time). If he needs to spend a ton of mental points to prevent this, he will.
Hmm... What would be interesting is seeing a fanon Tim (not sleeping, over caffeinated, barely taking care of wounds) being forced to change all of those habits after the BruceQuest. His frustration, exhaustion, and the way his plans never stay on schedule would be fabulous to explore (Tim breaking down due to the new limitations he *has* to impose upon himself).

Effective Boycotting is a Matter of Leverage
I'm not writing this to be critical of or police anyone's personal position on continuing involvement in Good Omens fandom or whatever their state is with Amazon. Some people may never want to engage in the fandom again, and that's ok. Some people want to keep working on their art, that's ok.
For people who are actively interested in strategizing around their relationship to the fandom and the work, I want to give you my thoughts on how that can be done.
Amazon appears to be considering reducing Neil Gaiman's roles from Season 3. As far as I have seen we don't know what any of the details are that are currently being considered. That means right now is the most impactful moment to consider the role of fandom.
When we look at this strategically, the first step is, what's the objective? For me, the long term goal is to have an incentive structure for Amazon and other such organizations to drop people from projects. I'll explain a bit what I mean by that.
Imagine a labor union that's contracted with a store owned by an evil corporation. It's too much of a monopoly to realistically take down the corporation, a lot of people are stuck buying from the store because they don't have decent transportation.
There is a labor dispute, the evil corporation is doing something extra evil and the union calls for a boycott until they stop. So the people who reasonably can stop shopping at the store honor the boycott, and buy from somewhere else. If it's a well run boycott they also help other people out with rides to shop elsewhere through community organizing.
Eventually the store gives in on the labor dispute and does what the union wants. At that point, the union drops the call for a boycott, as the parties have come to an agreement. The evil corporation is still evil. Here is the really important part: When the union drops the call for a boycott, you go back to shopping at the store. Yes, even if the store is still largely evil.
You do that, because that is what preserves the union's power. If no one who participated in the boycott went back to the store after the agreement, the store learns to not bother to reach agreements with the union to end their calls to boycott. Corporations are not acting off of moral principles, they are acting off of bottom line. If reaching an agreement with the union does not improve their bottom line, why bother to negotiate?
So my point is, for fandom to become a base of organized power that can have and maintain effective boycott leverage, there has to be a thing that we are taking away, and a thing we want Amazon to do, at which point those strategically inclined will put back the thing we took away.
The most obvious option is to go back to supporting the show if Neil Gaiman is removed from it to a reasonable degree. Doing that contributes to an incentive structure for Amazon and other corporations to remove people under similar circumstances in the future.
If Amazon can avoid the financial hit of the protest by giving the protestors what they want, they will do so. That helps break down the cultures of looking the other way in the entertainment industry. If shows that remove people get full on protested even after the person was removed, they have no incentive to remove people because it's all sunk cost.
Given how often shows are cancelled these days, I think it is a stronger message to have a show fire its showrunner and carry on successfully than to have a show nebulously not return. I like that outcome better even if it leaves Gaiman with some residuals, because for me the priority goal is incentivizing platforms to publicly dump people in these situations. Gaiman's bank balance is further down the list.
Other people will have other things they want their end goal to be and that's ok. Just remember you aren't appealing to Amazon's better nature, you are appealing to their spreadsheet. What is their incentive to care what you think?
Plan like you are in a negotiation with Amazon. What do you want them to do? What are you willing to stop doing that you will start doing again if they do what you want? And if you find what your position is on that, tell them. People who can drop prime and then offer to reinstate it probably have the most power, but pausing fan content is a meaningful thing to mention too.

The current psychological state in American society to day is a mix of fear and uncertainty, guilt and embarrassment, sadness and remorse. On the other side is vindication and entitlement, smugness and self absorption, cockiness and superiority.
Before we succumb to these emotions let’s just remember who we’re dealing with.
Trump. A man who forever wanted his father’s approval but could never obtain it. His low sense of self esteem manifested itself into bullying and preying on those without the financial, physical, or influential status he was born in to. Trump wasn’t smart enough, nor did he possess the integrity, to become successful through legitimate means so he took to a life of a conman. Trump is so pathetic he would call into radio shows pretending to be someone else and express his admiration for himself in disguise, telling the radio host how handsome Trump is, that he would be at a particular club at a particular time, inquiring why Trump wasn’t given awards. HE BANKRUPTED HIS CASINOS, squandered his inheritance and got in deep debt to Russian and Italian mobsters. He was chosen, after many actual business people declined, to be the lead in a reality television show. The makers of the show described their shock to find the offices of trump tower in shambles, outdated, and rundown. He accidentally won the 2016 election and had no idea what he was doing. He tanked the economy (Deja vu) completely failed during the only real crisis he faced, then, like a petulant child, threw a tantrum, lying about election results concluding with a failed coup on Jan 6th 2021. We see how it’s going now…
Musk was given the capital to pursue his business endeavors by his father whose wealth came from the exploitation of black South Africans in the gem and diamond mines he acquired during the apartheid era. With help, PayPal was a success. He made a few good acquisitions but was never an engineer or creator. Musk is the largest recipient of U.S. government subsidies ever. Using the attempt to confront the climate crisis as a vehicle for financial gain. Which would be fine had he remained ethical and not used his vast taxpayer provided wealth for political influence. He is unable to maintain a romantic relationship and many of his children despise him. He now artificially inseminates women half his age because he doesn’t have the personality to create a bond with them. His theories are that of someone who spends too much time in alternate realities and not in actual reality. He betrayed his clientele then wonders why the left is so mean and boycotting his car company. He had potential but blew it with his trans hate and right wing, racist ideology.
These are broken people. Losers who have to project their worth by putting others down. Selfish, greedy, immoral, rude individuals who hate themselves so they want others to be as miserable as they are.
These aren’t great military men, or social heroes, they inherited what they possess, they didn’t earn it. Don’t stress these clowns. Keep on them. Keep ridiculing them. Keep standing up to them. When a bully fronts on you, the only way to stop them is to push back, and pop em in the face if they continue.
This rendition of Cake’s “he’s going the distance” (he’s rigging the system) is fantastic!! Thought I’d share.
Keep up the fight. Light drowns out dark. Love overpowers hate. Good is stronger than evil.

This is just fucking vile.
It’s more important than ever that you don’t stay indifferent about this, even if all you do is boycott and silently reblog information. Every single little action matters.
Keep talking about Palestine. Keep boycotting.

Reminder: There's no official call for a boycott from the WGA or SAG-AFTRA. Continue your normal viewing habits while supporting the WGA and SAG-AFTRA in the ways they have requested.
[image ID: screenshot of a Tumblr poll that says "I'm curious as to where you all stand / SAG-AFTRA strike" with the poll options:
-I support it and will be boycotting all new movies/TV/streaming etc 26.4%
-I support it but will not be boycotting movies/TV/streaming etc 71.3%
-I don't support it but will boycott movies/TV/streaming etc for other reasons 0.3%
-I don't support it and won't be boycotting anything 0.3%
-I don't care about this 1.7%" end ID]
Unfortunately, it looks like 26.4% of 28,574 voters (aka 7,543 people!) aren't listening to the WGA or SAG-AFTRA on this:

[image ID: tweet by Franchesca Ramsey @/chescaleigh that says, "we are not asking ppl to cancel their streaming subscriptions. Realistically speaking there would need to be a global coordinated effort for a streaming boycott to have a measurable impact. The shows/movies created prior to the strike still deserve your support."
This is in reply to a tweet from Ashley Tune @/ashleyrecsnyc that says, "@/chescaleigh hi! Would putting streaming subscriptions on pause help the writers/actors or would it hurt future negotiations by playing into the execs' narrative that streaming is less profitable than they want people to think it is?" end ID.]
also this, from Adam Conover (Adam Ruins Everything), a member of the WGA negotiating committee:

[ID: a tweet from Adam Conover @/adamconover that says, "Neither the WGA or SAG-AFTRA is calling for a consumer boycott right now. If you want to support the strike, we're asking folks to: 1) Boost our message on social media 2) Donate to the Entertainment Community Fund, which supports affected workers" and then a link to the Entertainment Community Fund.
This is in reply to a tweet from Doxmonster @/Zer0Doxy that says, "@/adamconover genuine question: I'm having a hard time morally resolving whether I should skip seeing Barbie and Oppenheimer this week re: SAG/AFTRA solidarity. Thoughts?" end ID.]
There's no consumer boycott. If a boycott is called down the line, you'll want to keep your leverage for that. Besides, films and shows that were made pre-strike deserve your support right now!
