Hi, this will sound strange but can the inferior function leak into consciousness when one is dreaming ? I'm an INFP and usually see Te-doms as being loud rushed and so on but I had this dream where I was behaving more or less like one and in the dream my actions while under the influence of Te made sense I was like hell yeah it makes sense as to why Te-doms are always on top of things always solving problems and such that when I woke up their actions made a lot of sense. Thank you.
Do you know who Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung are? Freud is widely considered the founding father of psychology, and Jung was his mentee. The two of them developed the first rigorous methods of dream analysis that are still used by some therapists today. Freud wrote the first authoritative treatise about dreams called The Interpretation of Dreams. In it, he famously said:
"The interpretation of dreams is the royal road to a knowledge of the unconscious activities of the mind."
Freud made a distinction between manifest and latent content of dreams. The manifest content is the literal images of the dream, while the latent content is the symbolic meaning of the images. Dreams have symbolic meaning because they are actually expressions of unconscious activities.
Unconscious activities deal with darker instincts, thoughts, feelings, emotions, desires, and ideas that are too psychologically disturbing to confront when awake. Though unconscious, these activities still have a negative influence in waking life, so it is important to become more conscious of them in order to mitigate those negative effects. This is easier said than done because the conscious mind seeks to avoid disturbance at all costs.
Enter dreams. Dreams occur in a mental space between the unconscious and consciousness, so they are the perfect vehicle for transmitting messages. Since the content of unconscious activities can be disturbing, dreams disguise the content in symbols in order to make it more palatable and easier to confront and accept. The process of interpreting the symbols in dreams allows people to arrive at deeper truths about themselves.
Freud understood dreams as a form of wish fulfillment. He postulated that human beings had a great many desires, but those desires often conflicted with each other or were deemed unacceptable by society. Thus, dark and taboo desires had to be repressed and kept unconscious.
However, repressed desires don't just disappear and they might even become stronger the harder they are repressed, to the point of creating anxiety or neurosis in waking life. The pent up energy from repressed desires has to go somewhere, so it eventually influences dreaming. Playing out dark/taboo desires through the events and stories of dreams is a safer way of handling them. Freud believed that dream interpretation was a good way of getting to the bottom of what was actually troubling people.
Eventually, Jung broke with Freud because he believed that Freud's ideas were too narrow in scope. Freud was famously focused on understanding repressed sexual desires and fixations (because of his own repressed desires and the fact that many of his clients were female and had suffered some form of sexual abuse in early life), but Jung believed that there was much more to mental life than sex and taboos. He developed dream analysis in a somewhat different direction. While he generally agreed that dreams were about wish fulfillment, he was able to paint a much broader picture of what a "wish" could be.
Dreams might provide some clues about the current state of your life, e.g., whether you are generally happy, sad, anxious, yearning, etc. In the hustle and bustle of daily life, people often neglect their own well-being, so dreams provide an opportunity to check in with oneself.
Dreams might provide insight into a challenge or problem you're facing. Ever heard the phrase "sleep on it"? When you're dreaming, the brain's executive functioning is switched off, which allows your mental processes to operate more freely and thus more creatively. Dreams can explore, connect, and synthesize information for you, which might help you come up with better solutions. This fits with current neurological dream research that indicates the brain uses sleep to clean up and consolidate information.
Dreams might provide wisdom by connecting you to a larger pool of knowledge you didn't know you possessed. Jung was an exceptionally well-read person. He studied the stories, myths, and religious practices of many different cultures, western and eastern, and was astounded to find common recurring patterns, which he distilled into a concept called archetypes. Dreams are often full of archetypal images. This led him to postulate the existence of the collective unconscious, a storehouse of information that is genetically transmitted to every member of a species. Ancient archetypal patterns lend dreams a narrative structure that makes it easier to decipher their meaning.
Dreams might signal a need for compensation or aspiration. As I've explained in the study guides, normal personality development is "uneven". This creates an underlying sense of lack or missing something, which opens a door to developing your potential.
In the process of healthy personality development, certain functions must be given more power and control. However, the side effect of this is that their opposite functions get repressed and left to exist in an infantile state, operating more unconsciously. When the imbalance between opposing functions becomes too extreme, the pent up energy of repressed functions can influence us in unpredictable ways. One way is through inferior grip, which is an unconscious and desperate attempt to right the imbalance. Another way is through dreams, fantasy, and wish fulfillment.
Your dream might be related to people or someone you've recently met that you feel drawn to because of their Te strengths. Or your dream might signal "type envy", which is negative, because it implies low self-esteem, deep-seated self-hatred, or a dark desire to destroy your true self and become something false (a manifestation of Te grip). Or your dream might indicate compensation for personality flaws, which could be positive if it led to change and improvement. Or your dream might indicate an aspiration to realize more of your potential, in terms of being more ambitious or striving for more challenging goals, which could be positive or negative depending on how you approach it.
While someone trained in dream analysis can help you interpret your dreams, at the end of the day, only you can confirm the underlying truth of those interpretations by taking the bigger picture of your life into account. Nobody can access your full experience except you. Examine the notable thoughts/feelings you've had about Te and the encounters you've had with Te in waking life. How do the images and emotions in your dream connect to those experiences? Because dreams often seem random at first, it helps to contextualize them by connecting them to waking life or reflecting on what aspects of waking life are provoking you to focus on Te. With added context, it's easier to discover the most truthful interpretation.

Musings on Custodes: Nobilitas Terra
Ah, the now famous “all Custodians begin their lives as the infant sons of the noble houses of Terra” line from the 8th edition codex (not reproduced in the 9th one, btw). It has now experienced the kind meteoric rise in quotation previously enjoyed only by biblical verses in times of major church schisms. Let’s talk about the part of it that’s actually interesting though.
So Custodians are drawn from the children of Terra’s nobility. It is apparently not exclusive and other sources are allowed on Custodes’ own discretion, but this is both the traditional and the main one. It seems that originally the Emperor was doing something of a mamluk/janissaries thing with them, taking infant children from the families of his potential rivals as both hostages and soldiers that could be raised loyal only to him. Later, when his power grew to so far outstrip that of Terra’s aristocracy as to make any internal challenge of it inconceivable, it instead became prestigious to submit a child of a family to this service - not conscription, but an offering to the golden idol of humanity instead.
So surely, in 42nd millennium, with the Emperor’s eclipsing presence… changed, if not gone, there must be some sort of interesting dynamic between the Custodians and the bloodlines that spawned them? Well, the codex seems to dismiss the idea out of hand, stating that there is no real way for nobles of Terra to recognize their scions once they become Custodians - which presumably means that there is no grounds for interaction? And sure, I can recognize why the official lore in its current state isn't interested in that: Custodians are fixated on the Emperor to the exclusion of everything else, and the Terran nobility itself is a fairly faceless thing in the lore, one of which we don't really know enough about to build any kind of investment from their perspective.
But here we are all about the things that could yet be, rather than the things that just are! And I honestly think a bit of lore expansion in this direction could be pretty interesting!
Between the origins of the Rogue Traders and the Custodians themselves it seems that, much like the priesthood of Mars, some clans on Terra were indeed once powerful enough to make the newly ascendant Emperor deal with them in terms other than total subjugation or destruction. Would the meteoric rise of the Imperium during the Great Crusade grow or diminish their powers? On one hand - the previously mentioned growth of the Emperor's power in relation to them and the whole new "breed" of imperial elite he was literally creating (I know that in modern lore there is some speculation about what were actually his plans for the Astartes and the primarchs post-Crusade, but however things would have turned out for them, had he his way, I doubt it would have resulted in even a modicum of power returning to the hands of his once-rivals)... But on the other - during times of obscene growth and expansion rich and powerful tend to grow even more so, and I doubt that grimdark future avoids this tendency. So I will go out on a limb a little and say that while during the rise of the Imperium the power of Terran nobility may have waned in relative terms, it probably grew in the absolute ones.
And the following ten thousand years of sitting at the top of a stupidly expansive feudal confederacy probably did not hurt them either!
In the days of the Era Indomitus, then, these vague "noble houses of Terra" must be some sort of force to be reckoned with - politically, culturally, and probably even militarily. Likely on a galactic scale. And the personal guard of the Emperor, the supposedly most advanced beings in the entire Imperium, the living symbol of his power - are staffed almost exclusively by the scions of those houses. Do you see my vision? Do you agree that something simply must be there?!
Custodians are the Emperor's representatives and envoys, the single most powerful military force on Terra and the organization in full undisputed control of access to the most holy site in the entire Imperium, a place from which, technically, ALL authority within its borders is derived. Even without the bloodline connection there should be some kind of a relationship between them and the other powers of the throneworld! Even if we look at the pre-codex, fully palace-bound version of Custodes that care for absolutely nothing other than the Emperor's corpse physical safety - they still recognized that the events on larger Terra influence this safety and need to be at least reacted upon. And in the modern version they have never even been that shut-off. Even before the lifting of the Edict of Restraint, Solar Watch patrolled the Sol system entire, Aquilan Shield departed on their mysterious protector missions and the Emissaries Imperatus were busy being a diplomatic corps, for fuck's sake. I find it hard to believe that they would simply ignore Terra's political players, leaving them to do whatever unless someone rolled up armed to the Imperial Palace. So there definitely would be interactions - and once that hook is in, the fun begins.
Are custodians willing to "stoop down" and play nobility's games with them? Do they even have aversion to doing so? Surely, with all the talk about their talents beyond head-chopping, they are capable of scheming with the best of them? And if doing so is the most efficient way to get the job done - why would they object? And if they are no strangers to political manipulation and the noble families desperately want the prestige that comes with having produced a Custodian - why wouldn't the demigods indulge them and use it as a tool? Especially since they - if we keep the codex idea of it being impossible to recognize surrendered infants as the Custodians they become - hold all the cards and can basically present any of their number as a scion of this or that family? And while we are at it - do they themselves actually know? I imagine it must be not that important to them, but are there any records kept? Could you be a 200 hundred year old Custodian fresh out of training (a random example - like so many things, it is not known how long the creation and training of a Custodian takes) and be suddenly told that the aging matron of a noble house with whom you have to go and negotiate is actually your biological mother? Would that stir something? Curiosity, at least? Or is the Emperor’s light so absolute that it can blind one to even the most deep-nested human impulses?
Do Custodians remember sins and glories forgotten by the tapestries of gold and jewels? Do they watch some relatively minor and unimportant house with baffling prejudice - all because someone from it almost outdid the Emperor in something more than ten thousand years ago? Do some bloodlines enjoy unseen protection due to secret deals that have passed out of all human memory?
What about the internal politics of the organization? Millenia of drafting from a relatively closed pool of families means that some Custodians are related to each other - does that matter to them in any way? Even if the golden demigods are completely free of prejudice and superstition - which their history of paranoia kinda tells me they are not - genetics do play an objectively huge part in their existence. Is more expected of those drafted from families that produce more Custodians than others, or have spawned some especially renowned heroes? Once again - is it even public knowledge amidst the Custodes?
And what about the nobles themselves? Do they seek favor of the Adeptus Custodes? Is such a thing even possible? Do they view them as another player in their political games, or are they more of a force of nature, a condition that everyone has to deal with and adapt to? How does the process of submitting children even work nowadays? Is it compulsory? How many are taken from each family/genertaion? Do any struggle against this harvest, or has the honor of the thing completely overshadowed any resentment that they might have had?
Basically what I am saying is that, for the purposes of worldbuilding, interaction between systems is always better than the lack of thereof. And if one were looking for the ways to expand Custodes' lore - this one feels like a great source of characterization for them.
#a tangent that wasn't really worth putting in the main text#Is Terran aristocracy actually the most ancient and powerful within the Imperium?#It seems logical at a first glance#but Terra has collapsed into barbarism during the Age of Strife#while many other worlds - though not as powerful at its outset - have survived with their social hierarchies relatively intact#the knight worlds being the most of obvious example#so there probably should be a ton of aristocratic families throughout the Imperium that can trace their lineages far beyond those of Terra#love to imagine the kind of bickering that could exist due to that#musings on custodes#adeptus custodes#warhammer 40000#and a slightly more cursed one to follow#Terran aristocrats mad thirst for custodes right?#well any Terrans really#I mean come on#we do it here and we have never even seen one#and doing so gotta awaken something in people#but then... if you are an obscenely rich and powerful noble you kinda have resources to act on it#not with custodians themselves obviously#but with all the wild genetic engineering stuff going on within the Imperium#surely its not impossible to modify a person into being roughly the same size and looking like a custodian#without all the powers stuff - which is supposed to be the hard part#especially for a... very driven client#imagine bursting down into the dungeon of a traitorous nobles palace to cut them down in the name of the Master of Mankind#and finding out that they have a gimp genetically engineered to look like you#I'd cut down on interactions with regular humans too

Good day to you! I'm Ore (Tes is also acceptable). She/her pronouns only, please. I've roleplayed off and on since Quizilla was a common fandom name, from Email to Tumblr to Twitter and a scattering of others. My hyper-fixations are Undertale - more so its abundance of AUs - and Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. The only roleplay(s) I would have an interest in would involve either or in some capacity, whether that be canon-compliant or lifting the characters off the page for use in an original idea. I'll unabashedly admit my interest lies in OC x CC plots but how that is portrayed is up for discussion; as much as I fancy a romance, it's a shame platonic pairings often fall by the wayside.
Specifications
While I'll consider OC x OC, CC x CC is off the table.
FxM is where I'm most comfortable but I'm open to MxM. FxF I've never done but am not opposed to.
21+ is preferred. Due to the possibility of dark content and heavy topics, I won't write with anyone under 18. Honestly, the thought of writing romance alone with a minor squicks me out.
Smut is an option and can even be the focus. I'm not picky between plot or lewd-driven. Limits and kinks will be thoroughly discussed if anything sexual is to take place.
Speaking of, my tastes are extensive. I love horror, thriller, survival, romance, slice of life, fluff, angst, hurt/comfort—suggest something and there'll likely be an angle I'd enjoy.
I default to 2-3 paragraphs per character or thereabouts and expect a similar effort. No one-liners of any sort. I'll mirror you when applicable and can write more if need be. Just please, no 1,000+ word replies. Mad respect to you lot but I just do not have that amount of energy anymore, good Lord.
Doubling is the expectation, yes? No? Is that how it's done here? I'd be happy to do so so we're both satisfied, at any rate.
Depending on the length of a reply, expect a response every one to three days. Take as long as you need to get back to me; I'm unbothered if you need some personal time or have a busy life. Take a week or two—hell, a month. I've got a chock-full schedule myself.
Over Discord (Orestes#6316) would be the highly preferred option.
Fandoms
Fnaf SB: I haven't gotten the opportunity to write for this yet. I'd be willing to try out most of the cast as long as wiggle room is given. As for who I want to write against, a Sundrop, Moondrop, or even an Eclipse are, well, it. They are responsible for 80% of my current brain rot.
Undertale: My experience here is spotty and with so many AUs and interpretations of those AUs, I'm not confident making a blanket statement. I'd be able to write one of the skeletons, particularly a Sans, far better than any of the other characters. Be mindful that I can't guarantee the portrayal you're seeking; fandom is vast and a lot of original canon has been lost before even touching upon my personal headcanons. Who I'm looking for in return is also a long list of Sanses. In no particular order: any of the Bad Sanses group (including the less accounted for Error), multiple -fell verses, multiple -echo verses, and any iteration of -swapfell or -fellswap (though I have my favorites, many versions appeal to me). On occasion, I catch myself eyeing the Papyruses from the mess of -fells. There's more AU's I like but we'll be here all day if I list them all.
If you have any interest or questions, you can contact me through PMs or Discord (if the ad is old, Discord is your best bet). Please, please, please tell me something in your message. A plot, which fandom, what characters you're thinking—anything. "Hi" or "can we rp" doesn't inform me of any of your wants nor expectations.

Chapter 13 - Spinning
Tags: Friends with Benefits, Smut, Angst
Summary: You and Gojo are caught up in your feelings and he unintentionally breaks another rule.
A/N: (18+ / minors and ageless blogs dni) New chapter! This is a bit of a filler chapter but I am working up to some dramatic things (smut and angst coming up!) plus revealing some of the secrets that happened in the timeline 👀 I hope you enjoy it! And as always comments are appreciated ☺️
- - -
Sitting cross legged on your bedroom floor, you proceeded to fold the fresh laundry into perfectly neat piles. Music enveloped your room, the bass from your speaker bouncing off the walls as you mindlessly hummed along to the track that was playing. This is how you were choosing to unwind after a long work week, by organizing and cleaning up your apartment. There was something completely cathartic about resetting your space and you found yourself having plenty of free time on your hands recently.
Gojo has been exceptionally busy. At first there was an itch when you began seeing less of him, the two of you would plan to get together but that consistently kept getting cancelled. Eventually those plans transitioned to you agreeing on catching up with one another once things settled. Now it seems the only time you managed to hear from your friend was with sporadic phone calls and random text messages that he would send you at weird hours. The itch slowly turned into an ache, that familiar knot in your stomach making its presence known more often than usual.
There was something about the way he managed to fill the silence. You always gave him a hard time about talking your ear off but realised that he actually entertained you with some great conversations.
Even though half the time he was talking about ridiculous subject matters…
You had to hand it to Satoru though, he always spoke with such enthusiasm he would make the concept of paint drying seem fascinating.
He was fascinating.
Eight years of friendship have taught you that but you were smart enough not to feed his ego. Despite the two of you being close, Gojo still never fully let you in. You couldn’t deny that you were intrigued by him, curious to know more about the strongest sorcerer who seemed totally unphased by his own title whenever he was around you. You wanted to know more about how he fought off curses and protected people from the evils that seemed to be invisible in your eyes. Although he consistently evaded your questions, he did slowly open up about other things. You particularly loved the way his face let up when he talked about his students and it made you realise that if there was anything Gojo Satoru had committed himself to, it was his role as an instructor to the next generation of sorcerers.
Still, you usually tried to pry information out of him when the two of you would get lost in deep conversation, noticing the way Gojo would drift in his own thoughts whenever the subject seemed to focus on him.
Clearly there was an extent to which the man loved talking about himself.
There was a point when he spoke where you saw his face grow pensive as he brought up an old friend. He referenced him in passing but the way his mouth fell pained you just as much as it seemed to hurt him. Your question was on the tip of your tongue, eager to learn more about the people within his own circle, but Satoru immediately shifted the conversation onto something else.
That wall, much like his infinity, is impenetrable.
Unfortunately, the dynamics were in his favor. You wished that you could conceal your own emotions as easily around him but it was impossible. Gojo had the capability of knowing exactly how you were thinking and feeling at any given second. His incredible perception was his advantage, that’s why he is able to gauge your reactions so well.
You smiled subconsciously to yourself, goosebumps floating up to your shoulders when you realised how much you wanted your arms wrapped around his neck, your body pressing into his chest while breathing that spicy, sweet cologne…
Stop it.
You paused your action, the jeans on your lap in a mid-fold as you froze in place and your brain instantly turned off those dangerous ideas.
You swallowed your own emotions, your abdomen tight when you realised that you had just spent the last ten minutes having intimate thoughts about Gojo.
You really shouldn’t but there was something about the way he acts around you that made you the slightest bit curious as to what he was thinking and how he was feeling.
How often did you cross his mind and did he even miss you as much as you did him?
At some point the two of you were going to have to stop this little game you were playing. Even though you weren’t seeking it out at the moment, you do want to settle down eventually with somebody you love. Satoru made it perfectly clear where he stood on relationships. He had no desire to get involved with anybody and the concept of marriage was something he completely rejected.
You recalled having a conversation with him about:
“Are you really telling me that you’re okay living as a bachelor for the rest of your life?”
“Happily, actually…” Gojo replied, while you both continued your heated debate on the prospects of love.
“But why are you so against it?”
"I have my reasons,” he replied with a shrug.
Satoru always seemed to have a reason for everything but he was not willing to share it with you, leaving you in moments like this to analyze the little things he says to try and put the pieces together yourself.
Truthfully, you don’t want to stop as you found yourself fixated on this new…friends with benefits-ship…
Everything about it felt so good that you couldn’t even remember what things were like before you started hooking up.
How could you go back to just being friends after he’s seen you in your most vulnerable state? How were you supposed to pretend that his hands haven’t unraveled you into submission time and time again? How could you sit next to him without thinking about kissing him for hours on end? How were you supposed to listen to him talk without remembering the moments where he would whisper angel in your ear?
How the hell did you manage to keep your hands off him before this even started?
There was always the unspoken fact that you found each other attractive but since this new dynamic has started the two of you were like magnets whenever you were in close proximity to one another.
Well, you were able to keep the barrier because you were in a happily committed relationship with Haru, you interjected and suddenly you found yourself slumping your shoulders.
Haru was in love with you. He gave you the companionship you needed, he filled the silence with mindless conversations and was the one who held you when you needed him. He was the one to swallow your cries with soft kisses, that made you laugh in hysterics when you needed to boost your mood…
Your heart stopped, realizing that you were seeking out what Haru gave you with Gojo. Your gut wrenching at the idea of you using your friend to fill the emotional gap that Haru left. This ache that knotted your insides meant nothing and you were letting your thoughts confuse you into thinking that you were missing Gojo.
All you needed was to get your distraction back.
After all, Gojo is just your friend.
You had no reason to think anything else could come of this and burned any other thought about Satoru from crossing your mind for the rest of the evening.
If you even thought for a second that you might be falling for him, you would cut ties immediately. You weren’t going to put a strain on your friendship because you’re silly ideals were getting in the way of your agreement.
The two of you were just fucking.
Nothing more, nothing less.
***
Gojo studied the woman before him, acknowledging the fact that she is one of the most stunning individuals he had ever laid his eyes on. She was older than him by ten years but if it wasn’t for the age on her online profile, he wouldn’t have been able to tell.
She was tall, meeting his own towering height, give or take a few inches. Her long, pin straight hair flowed to her hips, accentuating her curves and covering her supple breasts. Her face could strike down any man that looked at her with those deep eyes and he was tempted to nibble on her full lips. Seeing her in person made Gojo realize that her price was high for a reason and totally justifiable.
Anyone would pay extra to fuck a goddess.
Somehow, he wound up here thanks to his own frustrations. His desire for you was driving him wild and his own hands weren’t enough to solve this problem. He still respected the rules that were unbroken and knew that as long as he didn’t go too far with Ami, he was fine. He wasn’t going to have sex with her but that didn’t mean that she couldn’t help him out with his current predicament in other ways.
Besides, you did tell him that he was allowed to see other people. However, that didn’t stop his stomach from twisting at the thought of climbing into bed with someone other than you. He couldn’t quite figure out what this awkward sensation was or why he was bothered by his own decision to meet up with Ami in the first place.
Gojo stripped down to his boxers before sitting on the edge of her satin covered mattress. She was admiring him with amusement, the tempting smile on her lips telling him that she was also enjoying what she was seeing.
“You paid for a full hour but said that you might not be here for that long. Did something urgent come up?” she questioned, her voice sensually low and sending a shiver up Gojo’s spine.
My she is dangerous, he thought to himself, knowing full well how this entire experience would go under different circumstances.
The circumstances being, well, you.
“I don’t plan on sticking around too long...” he explained.
“I’ll have to adjust your pay accordingly then,” she replied, taking a few steps forward until she was standing in front of him.
“I don’t mind paying for the full hour,” Gojo teased with a grin, his free hand moving to touch her silky hair as he rubbed it between his fingers.
She smiled, nearly taking his breath away as she brought her finger to the blindfold covering his eyes.
“I don’t like accepting money for free,” she  stated, tracing her touch down his chiseled jawline. “I bet you’re handsome but I am guessing you don’t plan on taking this thing off to show me what you really look like.”
“Yep,” Gojo smiled as Ami proceeded to slide across her bed next to him. "And you guessed right, I’ve got an exceptionally pretty face.”
“Cocky too,” she purred, “there’s a special way I treat guys like you…”
Gojo hummed, switching his position so he was lying back against her pillows. Ami crawled her body over his lean torso, her hands rubbing up and down his thigh as she glanced in his direction.
“Oh, yeah? I would love to see how...” Gojo insisted, his breath growing heavy as she guided her hand all the way to his mouth.
She traced his bottom lip with her thumb, a devious mask highlighting her stunning features as she spoke, “Be a good boy and lie back while I take care of you…”
He fully caved, allowing this sultry siren to take control by touching and teasing his body however she pleased. Gojo usually enjoyed relinquishing his power every now and then but for whatever reason it was taking some effort for him to fully immerse himself with what was happening. Ami straddled his cock, before proceeding to press her mouth against his. Her lips were working fervently over his own as she deepened the kiss, but the spark that he needed just wasn’t igniting.
When Ami flicked her tongue over his, he would only think about the sensation of yours. The taste of you in his mouth lingered like an addictive poison. One that he craved every single time you crossed his mind. The sound of your moans played in his ear and the sweet way you called out his name when he touched you between your legs filtered his brain. He was only brought back to the reality that it wasn’t you pushing your body against his, when Ami wrapped her fingers around his throat. He tried to erase you and focus on the woman before him but was persistently failing.
She could see that something was off from how he was responding to her caresses. “Are you sure you're up for this tonight, baby?” Ami teased, whispering into his mouth as she snagged his bottom lip between her teeth. “You don’t seem ready for me...”
“Fuck…” Gojo grunted out of frustration, knocking his head back as he pressed his fingers to his temple. “It’s not you, I’m just distracted…”
“What’s on your mind?” she continued, stroking his broad chest lovingly to try and coax him out of the daze he was in.
“Not what...who…” he responded shyly, his cheeks blushing ever so slightly by his admittance.
“I see…” she cooed, “Wife? Girlfriend?”
Gojo scoffed, a comical laugh escaping him as he shook his head.
“Definitely not.”
Ami pressed her lips together, her nail doodling along his upper body with random figures as she continued to question her intriguing client.
“Tell me about her…”
Gojo froze, his hands digging into Ami’s thighs upon hearing her bold question, “she’s just a friend. There’s nothing to say...”
“Is she beautiful?”
“She’s gorgeous,” Gojo exhaled, his words passing his lips faster than he could process what he had just said. Ami tracked her hands down between her legs, stroking his boxers as she massaged his length.
“Tell me what she looks like…”
He described you in detail, from your sinfully sweet lips to the beautiful sound of your laughter and how soft your skin felt in his hands. She continued tricking him into revealing the intimate thoughts that swirled in his mind when he thought about you. She heard the way Gojo’s voice wavered as he swelled between her hands, the tip of his cock poking through his underwear as the pre-cum stained the material of his boxers. Ami pulled the clothing away from his hips, hands returning to grip his member as she continued stroking up and down his shaft.
“Do you think about fucking her with the other women you meet?”
“Yes,” Gojo revealed through gritted teeth, swallowing hard as she played with his tip by circling his thumb over the slit of his cock.
“How often?”
“Too often,” the sorcerer hissed, his hips bucking into her hands.
“I bet you wish you were fucking her right now, don’t you?”
She saw how turned on he is and how easily the thought of you brought him close to his release. Ami spread her legs, adjusting her stance until she brought the tip of his cock to her entrance. Gojo hesitated, knowing that he needed to stop what was about to happen. This wasn’t supposed to go this far. He was only here for a quick hand job or blowjob, but he couldn’t suppress a satisfied moan as she slid down to take in his length.
“F-fuck, wai-...”
“Shh, baby, close your eyes and think of your sweet angel…” Ami whispered in his ear, making Gojo roll his blue irises to the back of his head as he relaxed into her touch.
She didn’t speak after that, fulfilling her promise of taking care of him but also ensuring that his focus was solely on the mental image of you. The sound of her skin bouncing up and down his length took over the entire room. The way Ami stated that you were his was enough to send him over the edge and it didn’t take long until he climaxed at the thought, quickly pulling out of her and releasing hot ropes of cum all over her stomach but imagining that it was you the entire time. She immediately cleaned herself up after they finished, before giving Gojo some privacy and allowing him to get himself together.
After he got dressed, he pulled out his phone to transfer the payment. He doubled the amount he was supposed to give, totally aware that she didn’t reach her own release and was disappointed in himself that he couldn’t pleasure the remarkable temptress before him.
He slipped on his boots, his mind racing as the guilt rushed right through him. He hated that broke another rule, especially since this particular one was a boundary you set for your own comfort. He was angry at himself that he disrespected that and was annoyed for crossing the line in the first place.
What the fuck is wrong with me?, he thought to himself.
“I told you I don’t get paid for doing nothing. I don't accept money like that, not even from spoiled rich boys like you,” Ami stated, her words stung but she spoke in such a gentle tone that didn’t offend the sorcerer. She was leaning against the wall as she appeared before him, her body now covered with just a pink robe.
“You got me off but I did nothing to reciprocate. I tell all the other girls to charge double if that happens.”
“How considerate,” she mused before arching her brow in delight at him, “but for the sake of my own conscience I feel like I need to give you something in return…”
Gojo stood up from his seat, smoothing out his clothes before approaching her slowly. Even though he got what he wanted out of this arrangement, he was feeling worse about himself the longer he stayed in this room.
“How about a piece of advice before you leave and we can call it even?” Ami questioned.
“What is it?” the sorcerer wondered, hearing her feet patter against the carpet as she followed his footsteps to her front door.
She paused when she reached for the handle, before tilting her face and directing her full attention towards his covered eyes.
“Tell your friend how you feel or cut off whatever it is you’re doing. If you don’t tell her then you’re fucked, plain and simple.”
“Look, what happened just now doesn’t mean anything…”
She raised her fingers to his lips, stopping him from even attempting to defend what transpired.
“Don’t take this the wrong way but you’re easy to read. I have had clients come here trying to forget their lovers and those who come to see me because they can’t resist their own primative urges. I see the ones who are lonely, who only visit me for companionship and nothing more. Then there are the ones who are like you, who will bury themselves in any cunt they see just to pretend that they aren’t in love with somebody else…”
Gojo clenched his jaw, squeezing his hands together as the heat rose up to his face.
“You don't know what you're talking about. Besides, wanting to fuck somebody and being in love are two very different things.”
“True, except those two things are tangled up in one person when it comes to you…”
Gojo pressed his lips into a thin line, unsure as to why her accusation made him so irritated.
“Awww, don’t get angry, pretty boy. It’s unbecoming for somebody as handsome as you are…” Ami whispered, before kissing him on the cheek as she said her goodbye. “It’s okay, I promise that your secret is safe with me…”

Hello. What's the MBTI of Mr Trick and The Trio?Andrew, Jonathan and Warren.
Hi! This is such an interesting question and I love that it combines Buffy and MBTI, two of my absolute favorite things. I’ll give my opinions and try to justify my reasoning with functions. For reference, I’m an ISFJ.
I think Mr. Trick is an ENTP. He definitely seems like a Ne-dom to me, what with his murderously novel ideas and entrepreneurship. I mean, who else could come up with something like SlayerFest ‘97? His aux Ti complements that Ne-dom in a way that’s really common in ENTPs in my experience, with both out of the box thinking and the kind of shrewd, analytical mind to go along with it. His tertiary Fe definitely shines in how he deals with people; it’s not his number one priority, but he can certainly be very charismatic and suave when he wants to be. We also get some glimpses of his inferior Si in how he explicitly rejects the way things have always been done and considers himself modern and innovative.
I think Warren is an INTJ. INTJs are considered the “masterminds” of MBTI, and that’s what Warren is. For a man with no powers beyond his intellect and ability to manipulate people, he manages to cause a lot of trouble for the Scoobies. I can’t stand Warren, he’s truly my least favorite character in the series, but I will say that he’s brilliant both in analyzing a big picture and putting together patterns (Ni) and in plotting things with the other two members of the trio (Te), hence why he’s their de facto leader. I think his Ni and Te really come out during the arc with Dark Willow, where he’s able to anticipate that Willow will come after him and uses a robot as a decoy. His tertiary Fi is weak and poorly developed, but it’s clear that he has some sort of warped moral reasoning for why the things he’s doing are somehow okay. What that reasoning actually boils down to, I have no clue. At some points (and one of the writers discussed this in an interview), he reaches a crossroads where he actively has the choice to do something moral or right, struggles with it a bit, and chooses not to do so. Warren’s inferior Se emerges at many of the moments where he does things that are impulsive and poorly planned, because he is only seeing what he wants to see, only taking in the input that supports his own preconceived ideas. I think that 1) coming after the slayer with a gun because he’s angry and 2) bragging in a demon bar that he killed the slayer, despite the fact that he very much did not, are two examples. Again, I can’t stand Warren, but there’s a lot of interesting stuff to unpack with his character.
Jonathan is a little hard for me to type, honestly because I never felt much of a connection to his character and I think his writing is a tad inconsistent, but I think he’s an INFP. It’s been a while since I watched “Superstar” because it’s my least favorite Buffy episode (please don’t come for me on that one) but his Fi and Ne seem really apparent there. In Jonathan’s alternate universe, anything is possible for him, unlike his regular life where he’s bullied and degraded, and he rationalizes it to himself as all being okay because he’s doing good things in this alternate reality. His moral system is also pretty internal to himself, independent from those around him, in that he is the first of the group in season 6 to start to break away from their mission of world domination and kind of start to go, “hey, something isn’t right here.” I don’t have many thoughts about his typing beyond him being Fi-dom and Ne-aux, tbh.
Andrew is an unhealthy ESFJ and that’s a hill I’ll die on. I’ve seen him typed as an ENFP a couple of places, and I get that, because sometimes ESFJs and ENFPs have oddly adjacent ~vibes~ and just get there via different processes. But he’s so, so, so Fe-dom from my point of view. When he’s with Warren, he genuinely thinks what he’s doing is okay and right and justified. When he joins the Scoobies, he’s wholly dedicated to their cause. That’s because his moral compass is intensely based off of his relationships to other people and the values of the people around him. His aux Si is apparent in the way that he consistently defines his current identity off of past experiences, whether it’s the way he fixates on the prank he pulled at Sunnydale high that always gets confused with that of his brother Tucker, or the detailed data he collects on his chosen field of demon summoning. Andrew has his quirky, wacky, seemingly out of nowhere ideas, like making a documentary or telling Angel and Spike that Buffy’s dating the Immortal just for the laughs of it all, and I think this reflects his tertiary Ne. It’s not a massive part of his personality, but the tertiary function often expresses itself in terms of things someone might just do for kicks, and that’s exactly what Andrew does sometimes. Nothing is coming to mind for his inferior Ti, and to be totally honest we don’t get the sense that Andrew has much of a consistent internal logical system at all.
I know this is probably wayyyyy more wordy than you wanted but I got very into it! I adore questions like these!
TLDR: Trick is an ENTP. Warren is an INTJ. Jonathan is an INFP. Andrew is an ESFJ.

Hi, Charity! I have been having an identity crisis lately. (Yet another of many in the past year of a lot of self discovery and doubt). I spent quite a while thinking I was either enfp or infp, after retyping myself several times from intp to intj to infj and then xnfp. But recently I became convinced that I am an infj and was right in my typing when I first learnt about the underlying cognitive functions (intx was pretty much just from online tests). I know this sounds very vague so far and I’m not giving any details of why or how.
Tumblr media
Hey, Mar.
Wish your e-mail address had worked, so we could have this talk in private. :)
Since you were vague in your descriptions of Ne/Ni, I wasn't able to tell which one appears to be dominant, but here’s a few thoughts reaped from the post:
I struggle with seeing myself clearly, but I don’t know if it’s because of Fe or because I’ve had a tough family situation growing up where I was basically not allowed to have an identity separate from my caretakers. I am easily swayed by other people’s opinions and start to doubt my convictions but again, don’t know if it’s Fe or poor self-confidence (or both?).
It could be Fe if you allow other people’s emotions to cloud yours, or it could be the Ne-dom problem of being unable to see yourself clearly. Every single Ne-dom I've ever known / talked to, myself included, had a hell of a time finding their own type and still cannot see themselves very clearly, because Ne is so busy gaining 'outside perspectives' 24/7 and has such poor self-awareness (inferior Si) that it tends to believe whatever idea anyone throws at it about themselves, even if it doesn't match who they are. The idea just sticks to them and them being a Ne/Si, they cannot properly filter it out (Si: Hey, I’m not like that!).
I could especially relate, among other things, to that sense of impending doom and being stuck in the same situation I am currently in and no hope for a better future. Not being able to imagine a better future for myself and seeing only all the ways in which I am stuck and will be stuck stresses me out quite a lot, actually. Sometimes I obsess over it.
All intuitives feel that staying stagnant is a literal hell, so this could be Ni OR Ne. But Ne/Si tends to have a more generic 'I'm not sure what I want, but this ain't it and I hope this isn’t all I ever have from my life' approach and NiSe tends to think, 'it's time I stop fixating on this single vision and DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT REAL” followed by fear it may fail and then they’ll have nothing, since no other dream / career / ambition has outlasted this one.
To the point that sometimes I can only find solace in fantasizing about meeting that one person who will save me from my troubles, as unrealistic, unhealthily codependent and disempowering as it sounds.
Free amateur psych advice: other people cannot save you, because other people are just as imperfect as you are. This is common in a fearful N user, who tends to idealize and fantasize about a hero coming to rescue them, because they are so uncomfortable interacting with the sensory world on their own. The answer is that you have to save yourself, since no one else will. :)
An aspect of why I believed myself to be an enfp is that I could relate a lot to your more personal posts (especially about writing) or whenever you’d offer personal examples to illustrate type. Or in doubting my introversion because sometimes I would talk to a person and get so energized by that human connection.
What kind of energy? Emotional (Fe) energy? Or I MET SOMEONE FULL OF GREAT IDEAS AND NOW I'M WIRED (Ne) energy?
Right now I’m in the middle of rewriting a novel. It changes with each draft. People change. Motives change. Ideas change. Hell, I decided to change the murderer because another possibility will clean up the plot better so now I’m having to rewrite entire sections and leave other characters out / fill the holes they leave behind. I’m fine with it. It’s fun and somewhat easy. It energizes me. That’s high Ne. “This was fine last week but now it bores me and I have a better way to approach it, so it’s all gonna change and continue changing until I find something that works.” I sometimes joke that me being me, as a Ne, I’m not ‘done’ with something until I can read it twenty-six times in the editing process without wanting to change something at its fundamental level. I know I found the RIGHT idea, after using and discarding a bunch of alternate possibilities.
(My INFJ friend basically writes her novels in head, figures them all out in advance, then sits down and writes it out and changes very little in revision. Ni.)
I struggle to see if I do actually perceive the emotions of those around me and can easily step into someone else’s perspective and I’m observant of the unspoken agreements in a social situation, or if I’m delusional and I just like to think I’m an empath because it makes me feel better about myself.
Perceiving them (Ne) or feeling them (Fe)? When you are in a group, are you watching people so you can SPECULATE on their emotions (Fi) or are you immersed IN their emotions and sometimes lose yourself in the process (Fe)? Are you GUESSING at their feelings (Fi) based on a sense of inner self (”Are they bored? She looks bored. Can’t other people see she’s bored? I would not want to be bored, so we need to keep her from being bored. How are other people not see this?” Fi thinking can actually mean, “Because this would bore ME, I’m projecting being bored onto her when she’s not actually bored.”)
Side note: intuitives often over-estimate their own skills because their intuition / imagination is fantasizing an ideal self, instead of using their real self. And coming crashing down to earth and realizing they were wrong / are not very good at that / really are not a God is somewhat crushing to their ego.
One thing that really made me lean towards infj as a possibility is realizing that, at least for me, writing is a way of expressing and externalizing my feelings.
Why is this specifically shifting you toward INFJ? INFJs do not have a corner on writing. This is equally if not more common in the INFPs. Every Fi-dom poet of the last five hundred years can testify to externalizing their feels in writing.
MY emotions get so tied up inside myself that until I get them out on paper (Te) I cannot organize them or even figure out how to say how I feel -- and that's crucial, because Fi/Te types may resort to metaphors, ducking conversations, or intense internal monologues that may never be voiced (because it takes time to organize their thoughts before they speak on an emotional level) while Fe/Ti types can usually simply sum up their feelings vocally when asked, since that's what Fe/Ti does.
So, are you externalizing to get others' feedback on your feelings and affirmation (FeTi) or are you writing because you know no other clear way to restructure and share your abstract (hard to describe) feelings (FiTe)?
Before, I believed I had Fi because I have strong beliefs about individuality and personal integrity and I passionately hate the kind of group-think that leads to lack of personal integrity in favor of what the majority wants. But at the same time I strongly believe in equality. In fact, I believe what makes us equals is (as corny as it sounds) precisely that we’re all unique and irreplaceable and have a unique purpose for our life, that nobody else could fulfill quite like us.
You should ask yourself: do I pass immediate moral judgment upon hearing new information like a Fi-dom or do I internalize / interact with the ideas before I judge their ethics like a NeFi or do I try and fit the new information into my internal worldview and see how to use it to motivate people in a NiFe way?
Another reason for me thinking Fi is that somewhere along the line I had convinced myself that I hated people and I took on the identity of a misanthrope.
Um. Why would this connect to Fi in your mind?
I have been struggling big time with having too high expectations of myself and with my overall perfectionism, which more often paralyzes me instead of making me work harder. I am studying again after a few years, and the deadlines are just killing me. They feel like life or death. I obviously don’t know how to work with a schedule, I did 90% of the workload of two weeks in the first two days and then felt burnt out and spent the next week and a half distracting myself by researching random non academic stuff just for personal amusement, like mbti and the enneagram, and how to make pumpkin pie, and the relationship between veganism and the tv series Hannibal. Procrastination is definitely something I’m good at. It’s two days before the deadline and I’m struggling with that 10% of work that I haven’t done yet, and after spending the whole day stressing out about it and not being able to write a single sentence of my essay on cave art from the paleolithic, I am writing this instead. At least, just by writing this, I’ve already gained some clarity on what’s going on inside my head, which is always helpful.
I’m 90 pages into a book on perfectionism from a psychological perspective at the moment, but Jordan Peterson has wise words for this sort of behavior: finished is better than perfect.
I too am a perfectionist, but for me it's more spewing ideas out on the page (Ne) and then anxiously trying to formulate them into some kind of structure that has an overall point (Te) and then agonizing over the details in case I got something wrong that will cause people to throw out my good ideas in favor of the misinformation (low Si) due to Ne placing unrealistic standards on this situation due to being combined with perfectionism, which is fear based (if this isn’t flawless, people will judge it harshly and not listen to what it says).
I’m sorry I could not give your type based on what you wrote, but hopefully I explained enough about my thinking process and gave you good enough questions that you can find your type by being honest about your mental processing leading to behaviors.

Ivar The Boneless x Reader Part I - Part II - Part IV - Part V - Part VI
Summary: Your seven months pregnant now and still no sign of Ivar. When Kattegat is under attack and you get threaten he hasn’t his own anger under control and kills you almost in the progress. Safe and sound again he give you all his fears in hope you can forgive him. Notes: Voilence Words: 2395
You didn’t behave like a normal pregnant woman, you still did the thinks you liked. When nowbody looked you where sparring against a tree or just working with bow and arrow. You still ride your horse, even with a belly that blocked half your movements. You discussed battleplan and raids with the brothers. But after a long day your couldn’t deny the fact that you were tired, that you used to much energy and you got emotional over little thinks. And when you laid in bed you stroke your belly, talking to the little man as if he was already born. The gods didn’t took away your son in those seven months, he kicked and turned and you knew he was healthy, cripple or not. Seven months, still two to go and you would finally meet the little guy. Your love grew, you loved him more than you loved his father on this moment. But you told the little guy his father loved him despite the fact that Ivar was hardly around. Seven months … you wouldn’t die in loneliness, you had Ubbe, Hvitserk, even Sigurd did a try to amuse you when you were moody again. But no Ivar, it felt like the Gods wanted you to leave so you could maybe die in loneliness.
You let your sword sink in your belt when you heard the noice. It was way to early for trading, the sun was barly up. You always were an early bird but your growing son maked it worse. You tilted your head a little, try to recognize the sounds you heard. It took you a while but then you heard the horn and that ment one thing, danger. Adrenalin rushed through your body when you grabbed your bow and arrow and ran outside. Your horse his ears were fixated on the noice he heard so you followed his stare. “This is a verry bad idea.” You said to yourself, your hand resting on your belly. But you couldn’t resist, you were and would always be a warrior. It took you ten minutes of walking towards the center of Kattegat before you saw the first since of voilence. A body on the ground … fruit rolled out of the baskets. The great Hall would always be the center of all attacks, this was about that, winning from Lagertha who was currently queen. Fighting soldiers was easy, fighting Vikings? No that much. But you had to protect not only yourself, you had to protect your son to. You felt him kick and you smiled a little. “Don’t worry little guy, it goes around that I’m the best female fighter of kattegat so you have nothing to,” You couldn’t finish your sentence because of the viking who stormed right at you. You drew your sword and coldy maked an end to his life. “See.” You said smiling, glad that you still had in you despite the seven month of pregnancy. You came out at the great hall, despite the conflict between Ragnar sons and Lagertha they agreed to work together on this one. You saw Ubbe and Sigurd fighting of some vikings while Hvitserk galloped by without even noticing you. It was chaos, half Kattegat was still sleeping when they were supriced by this attack. You weren’t sure if you would get into the find with them … because you were pregnant. Ubbe would kill you if he saw you even standing here, if Ivar wasn’t faster on the killing part.
You hided yourself and used arrows to take some of the vikings down. But when you aimed to take another one down you saw Ivar, crawling towards the great hall, yelling at his oldest brother. “Hvitserk is getting her!” Ubbe yelled back. Hvitserk wouldn’t find you home, you were already here. Some vikings turned there fight to Ivar who was to far from his brothers, or anyone, to get some help. You took a deep breath, prayed to the gods they would spear you or at least your son before you crawled out of your hiding space. You drew the string of your bow, aimed and shot the viking right in his head who was planning on killing the man you loved. It took Ivar a moment, he coldy killed to other vikings before his eyes found you. “Y/n!” He yelled angry, always angry. “What are you doing?” “Saving your life, what does it look like?” You yelled back. You take another one out and tried to get to Ivar. “Don’t!” He warned you. Listening to him was not your strong suit. But you should have listened. A strong arm grabbed you from behind, almost smothering you by his grip. He pointed a knife on you belly and you felt for the first time fear during a battle. “Y/n!” Ubbe yelled. That caught everyone his attention because all of the sudden they wanted to fight there way towards you. "I kill her and this precious baby.” The man said. Ubbe stopted, the battle stopted and all eyes were on you and the man behind you who was probably their leader.  “Lay down your weapons.” He commanded. You eyes went from Ubbe to Ivar who was beyond rage. “Ivar.” Warned Ubbe his brother. There was no stopping Ivar, he aimed his axe and trew it right at you and the leader. He missed and for once you were glad about it. “Do you want uss dead?” You asked angry. “Let her go.” Ivar said softly, to softly. “Ivar the Boneless,” the man laughed. “is she yours?” “I’m nobody’s.” You said between your teeth. He pussed the knife a little in your belly and you tried to escape the feeling. “What do you want?” Ubbe asked. But then Lagertha appeared, strong and confident as always. You looked up to her, you admired her. “Let the girl go.” She said. You wanted to protest on the girl part but Ubbe gave you a stern look. “She is valuable.” The man behind you grinned. “Not to me.” Lagertha replied. You stared at here before your eyes felt on Sigurd who looked in short moments towards the roof behind you. You narrowed your eyes, looking at Ubbe before looking at Ivar. But Ivar was to consumed in his rage to notice anything. “Let her go.” He said again, slower, threatening. “Ivar, leave this to me.” Lagertha said with a small smile. “I still want to kill you to, don’t give me a reason to do it now.” Ivar said while looking back at the leader. “LET HER GO!” He yelled. Sigurd looked back at te roof, than to Ubbe and you followed his gaze. Ubbe nodded. Being together in battle all the time give you certain benefits. You knew the brothers, you knew what their face expressions meant. “Now y/n.” Ubbe said. You pushed your elbow in the man his stomach, getting some distance but not without he cutting you. You felt his body colaps against the ground. You turned around, looked at the arrow and then to the roof were Hvitserk shortly smiled. “Get her safe!” Ubbe commanded his brother. Sigurd pulled you away from the fight but you only could watch to the cut in your belly. You were bleeding, a lot. Sigurd brought you to their house, the house of Ragnar’s sons. The blood loss maked you nauseous. “I have to get Helga. Don’t go anywhere.” Sigurd said. “Don’t think I would get far.” And you lost consciousness.
When you waked up you felt someone nursing the wound. You opened your eyes, still nauseous, a little light headed to. It felt like somebody smached something heavy against your head. You turned your head a little, looked at Ivar who was lurked over the edge of the bed to Helga and your belly. “Y/n?” “Hmm.” You turned your head towards Helga who smiled tender. “You know what happened?” She asked. “We won?” You asked right away. Ivar chuckled softly but when you looked at him his face flattend again with anger. “Yes, we won.” Ubbe said from in the dooway. Margrethe passed along him with a bowl of water. You smiled, not wanting to let your emotions get through. Ubbe nodded and walked away so you were along with Helga, Margrethe and offcourse Ivar. “How do you feel?” Helga asked. “Dizzy but fine, nothing I can’t handle.” You comforted them. You wanted to look at the cut but it was bandaged. “Will he be alright?” “That’s up to the gods y/n. The cut isn’t that deep, you should still have to feel him move.” Helga explained. You  focused on your son but you couldn’t feel anything. “Give it time, maybe he’s resting, you should to.” Margrethe carefully said. You nodded and turned your head to Ivar. “Don’t start fighting you two. It’s not good in her condition.” Warned Helga. “I don’t have a condition.” You protested softly but she couldn’t hear you anymore. The door felt shut and your closed your eyes. “Ivar,” “Don’t start.” He wispered. When you looked at him his blue eyes almost spitted fire. “I only wanted to get to the great hall.” You started to defend yourself. Having an arguiment with Ivar wasn’t fun, you didn’t care much about it, two stubborn people … you could do this the whole night if you wanted to. “Do you have any idea what could happend?” He asked you slowly. “Yes, you trowing your axe to my head would certainly solved everything.” “Y/n!” He hissed. “No Ivar, you don’t have the right to go all overprotective all of the sudden.” You hissed back. Dizzy or not, you felt good enough to fight him. “I have all the right, he is my son.” “Oh,” you felt silent, nodding for yourself. “so me dying in the process wouldn’t be that bad?” You asked. He gripped your wrist, his blue eyes almost looking through you in anger. You were calm, to calm and he knew what that meant. “I would!” He almost yelled. “What is it with you Ivar!” You yelled back, pulling your wrist loose. “The one moment you don’t give a care if we die or not and the next there isn’t a place you rather be than with me. I can’t follow you anymore,” He wanted to protest but you raised your finger. “You know what, I’ll pack my things and leave Kattegat so you can have your normal happy life.” You sarcasticly petted his head while trying to get up. “Y/n, no.” It was almost a command for you to stay on the bed, or in this house, or in Kattegat. To be honest, you didn’t wanted to leave this bed yet, your body was to weak to travel but you didn’t want to give in. “Why not? Tell me Ivar, why should I stay here?” “Because I love you.” He reacted. You felt silent, staring at him while you tried to repeat those words in your head. “You have a strange way of showing it.” You replied neutral. You still wanted to leave, tried to get up even but Ivar grabbed you back at your wrist, pulling you back on the bed. “I’m afraid.” He trew out. You  chuckled, not that sincere. “And now you want to talk, after seven months you finally want to talk about your feelings. If I had knew that a little sooner I would tried to get myself in danger earlier.” You said. He looked up at you, his anger slighty more under control. “I’m sorry.” “No, you’re not.” You reacted while you laid back on the bed again, your hand covering your eyes. “Y/n, could you just be not that stubborn for a change?” He asked impatient. “Now you know how it feels.” You murmured. You didn’t looked at him, the darkness you created what quit good. You were glade he tried that hard, it meant that not all hope was lost. It took him several minutes before he started talking again. “I am afraid he will be a cripple like me.” “I figured that one out.” You reacted. You probably were making him more angry than he already was. “Please.” He begged. And something in his tone decided for you to let him talk and just listen for once. You pulled your hand away from your eyes and watch to him. He was all vulnerable, something you hardly saw with him. “What is it that you want to say Ivar?” You asked quietly. His fingertips roamt the skin of your hand while he was thinking of the right things to say. “Don’t go.” “I was never planning to leave.” You wispered. He looked back up to you, nodding. His gaze felt on your belly, he streched his fingers and thought your skin. It was the kind of feeling that maked your heart warm again, that jumped all your love for him back in action. “I don’t want him to be like me, to have the pain like me, the defects. He doesn’t deserve this and you certainly don’t derserve it to have two broken men in your life.” “Your not broken Ivar.” You shook your head and looked how his fingers stroke your skin. “I almost killed you today, out of anger.” He pulled his fingers back and you sighed. “Out of love, not anger.” You corrected his words. He looked back at you, sad almost. “I will never be a good father.” It were all of his fears, seven months he said nothing and here it was … all at once. “You can’t know for sure without trying.” “Can you forgive me?” He asked on a low tone. You tried to imagine Ivar as a father, tried to imagine him sitting on the steps before the great hall while his child runs around … or crawls around. “Your destiny is to conquer the world, to raid, to battle, I don’t want that to change.” “I can raid and battle with my son, with you. I love raiding with you y/n.” He wispered. You nodded, slightly smiling of the idea that you, him and your son would raid together. The seer told you he would be like his father and that was not always a good think but it would sure give him fame … and thats, all you could asked the gods for.

I was tagged by @onacloudpine
Rules: tag nine users you want to get to know better.
How old are you?: 28 ; I want to make a joke about how old I am, but actually I’ve been telling @west-francia that I feel like I’ve been going through a second youth or something lately so; 6.6
Current Job/Dream Job?: tutoring and clinical research coordinator ; dream job: ahhh, well I’m applying to medical school, but my dream situation would be me doing many things at once and having the flexibility and power to call all those shots pew pew pew ; so like, being a successfully published author with a movie deal with Disney and maybe an anime deal with MAPAA and also a musical that’s in it’s off-Broadway production stages but also being a physician who’s like, either working in developmental pediatrics, or else maybe something more like community and public health having to do with changing needs in the face of climate change, bc that’s something I’m concerned about; I think having something like that with a sense of challenge and discipline is not only good for me and a good opportunity for me to help others, but it’s also good for my creative work.
What are you talented at?: talent is what you make of it :P I think I always had a natural affinity for writing and drawing, but I only got actually really good at writing bc I applied intense focus to working on it; the only reason I’m any good at writing music too is because I worked at it for the last decade; and also by the grace of the Divine Mother as they say; etc.
What is a big goal you are working towards (or have already achieved)?: Getting my animation novel finished and published. I pretty much consider that the lynchpin of my other dreams, bc I consider it a high concept novel that has enormous commercial potential if the stars align etc.
What is your aesthetic?:  blue, dark red, stars, roses, sunlight, ice skates, ballet, mixing masculine and feminine, cutie patoot things, animation
Do you collect anything?: no; my sense of hyper-focus means that I think I started protecting myself from myself as an adolescent by not doing anything that could make me fixate unnecessarily on what isn’t actually important to me; so no knick knacks or collectables
What is a topic you’re always up to talk about?: animation, history
What’s a pet peeve of yours?: irrational people ; since their situation and thought processes are inherently irrational, it becomes a practice in, uh, as they say “letting it go” :p you’re not going to change their mind
Good advice to give?: if you feel up to it, try a daily yoga and/or meditation practice! I firmly believe the greatest gift you can give yourself is developing increased awareness of your own thought processes, so you’re less prey to thoughts wheeling you around unnecessarily; Swamaji had a great little anecdote the other month about, asking what are brakes used for? Brakes are so that you can go faster. You can’t increase speed in a car or drive with control if you don’t have brakes. Similarly, meditation practices can be compared to brakes for your mind, to help you better go through other necessary actions in your life.
Recommend three songs?: “Stammi Vicino, Non Te Ne Andare,” “In the Heights,” “Piano Concerto In B-Minor: Allegro Appasionato”

Note
hi i’m an istj. i fear the problem im going to describe is resolved by being more Te proactive and taking on more leader responsibilities and failing. just typing that out makes me feel burned out and miserable. anyway i get involved with groups that align with my values to get things done but it always feels like i somehow join things that aren’t as efficient as i’d want them to be or stagnate. at the same time that i have strong opinions about what to do i resent having to take on more responsibility to enact it. i want to be part of an established, moral, process/group but it seems like everything is in flux all the time. just making sure: is this Te-Ne dysfunction ?
Your question is about type development. An important aspect of type development is understanding the weaknesses and flaws of your type, in terms of the ways that your type tends to misuse functions. You seem to believe that your problem boils down to a simple lack of desire to lead in group situations (weak Te?), but it probably goes far deeper than that.
Si-Ne problems often manifest as a general aversion to change, specifically, unwillingness to change how one looks at a situation, which would then significantly alter one's approach to it. Imbalance between Si and Ne becomes a very unhealthy stubbornness when one is also prone to Si-Fi loop that thinks in terms of pure absolutes. In essence, you believe what you believe and you want what you want, and nothing and nobody can break through that mental wall. Perhaps not even you.
Auxiliary development is meant to help with Si extremes and Si-Fi loop stubbornness by making you care more about empirical facts (Te) than your frustration (Fi). It isn't always easy to develop the auxiliary function when you come to believe that it interferes with what makes Si feel most comfortable (e.g. "just typing that out makes me feel burned out and miserable"). If using the auxiliary function feels so "tiring", it doesn't mean that you should avoid using it. Quite the contrary. It's an indication that you haven't yet learned to use it properly, which means further development is necessary.
Te wants efficiency, that much is true. However, what separates immature Te from mature Te is how exactly one conceptualizes "efficiency". When Te is immature, one has a very rudimentary understanding of how to be efficient. For example, one is likely to believe that efficiency is achieved through assertiveness or even brute force, i.e., "making" things happen despite all the obstacles in the way. Is it any wonder that using Te feels tiring, then? You're essentially forcing yourself to swim against the current. Si doms are painfully aware that their energy is finite, so they quickly run out of steam.
However, Te isn't really about mustering up energy. This is not what makes TJs smart, strong, and formidable. Mature Te conceptualizes efficiency as reducing the amount of energy required whenever possible, which is why they have a lot of energy to take on very heavy workloads - some people call it "working smart". This is done through facing the empirical facts of a situation head on and learning to work closely with them, which makes it far easier to make them work in your favor.
Your problem requires a two pronged attack:
Are you able to change how you look at situations in order to improve your approach (to address Si-Ne imbalance)?
Are you able to face the empirical facts of the situation and work with them rather than against them (to develop better use of Te)?
Wanting to be part of a process/group that aligns with your values in order to enact some good in the world is an admirable thing to strive for. Presumably, the other people involved in the group have the same sense of mission, otherwise, they wouldn't have joined. However, what you fail to take into account is that people aren't generally single-minded.
Human beings are complex because they are motivated by a multitude of factors, whether they realize it or not. They are full of psychological conflicts, contradictory desires, irrational impulses, old baggage, and unconscious bad habits. And when you bring people together, all that stuff comes out and creates complicated entanglements. A "group" only becomes a "team" when it is able to overcome those psychological obstacles together, and it can be a very long process of learning how to maximize strengths and mitigate weaknesses in every individual member. That's why a lot of groups simply fall apart. While your intention to join the group seems simple and straightforward (because Si-Te is admirable in its ability to keep things simple and straightforward), other people's intentions might not be so simple. If you fail to take into account the irrational aspects of human nature, you will cause yourself needless suffering.
Your frustration with people is likely a manifestation of your unrealistic expectations of them. Perhaps you aren't able to understand people who don't resemble you, let alone work with them. And you will certainly be doomed to fail if the only way Te knows to deal with individual differences is to force everyone to become more like you. That's an impossible task, not because it requires the energy of a thousand suns as you assume, but because you're choosing to fight against reality. Mature Te would advise that you should first face down the empirical facts of how people operate if you hope to discover the most effective way to influence them. Your repeated experience of feeling disenchanted with groups tells you that you're missing an important piece of knowledge about groups and how they operate.
I'll give you a very simple example from my own life. I used to gather with a group of 30-50 people once a week to conduct planned discussions. The discussions never really started on time despite everyone being in their seats because people weren't focused enough at the start of the session. There was often whispering and sidetalking and such that would go on for about half an hour before the room felt settled and focused.
One method of addressing the problem arose organically. Whoever was the main speaker simply started shushing people and it became a thing. Sometimes, it would even escalate to calling people out, like a teacher scolding a student in a classroom. This definitely made the social atmosphere less inviting and more tense. Sure, people would shut up after being called out, but they became less focused due to seething with resentment. Power struggles aren't great for group morale, especially if it's supposed to be a group of equals coming together for a common cause.
It all sounds quite childish, but these kinds of judgments are useless. You can call people childish, inefficient, incompetent, etc etc, but it doesn't solve the problem. And, worse, being judgmental blocks you from understanding people better and working with them. Perhaps an ISTJ would see this as a "mess", an "inefficiency" that wastes time, and evidence of bad character when people break the rules.
However, if you change the way you look at the situation, you might not be so quick to make such judgments. Actually, it's kind of weird for a bunch of people who know each other well to enter a room and immediately sit down quietly. Humans have a natural tendency to socialize as a way to strengthen interpersonal bonds. Isn't group cohesiveness a good thing, since it encourages better cooperation? If you are able to see the benefits of their chatty behavior and how it contributes to group cohesiveness, then instead of fighting against it, you would think of ways to harness it.
The real problem wasn't inefficiency; inefficiency was merely the symptom. The more primary problem was that a lot of people joined the group not just to "get things done", but also to make friends. The structure of the event denied them from fulfilling that important need and then they were more likely to act out. This problem was discovered when people had a chance to talk about what was frustrating them, which meant that the group had to make space to conduct some uncomfortable conversations.
To address the problem, the group eventually decided that the first 15 minutes would be devoted to socializing and allowing people to catch up, with the explicit promise to get down to business when the time was up. Some people brought drinks, others brought snacks. Some even showed up early to have more time to socialize. It enlivened people and enriched their relationships. Being "officially" allowed to get the chattiness out of their system, they were better able to sit down and focus on the planned agenda. The meeting felt like fun rather than a chore. And if you're interested in a cause, don't you want to recruit more people to support it? Making things more fun is one good way to attract support. You can look at it as wasting 15 minutes OR you can look at it as a 15 minute investment.
Solutions to human problems require:
cognitive empathy: figuring out what's really going on inside people's heads (in Te terms it means working only with the empirical facts of the situation, rather than indulging negative Fi judgments)
strategy: taking the time to work with people and figuring out the best way to help them get over obstacles (in Te terms it means investing energy early and wisely to maximize your returns later, rather than putting effort into the wrong places or only stepping in to tackle mere symptoms of the problem)
creativity: harnessing natural human tendencies to produce something useful or worthwhile (in Te terms in means taking what's already there and transforming it into a NET positive, rather than getting too fixated on every little negative detail and losing sight of the bigger picture)
Te can be a great function for dealing with human problems as long as you overcome the immature aspects of it, such as impatience, bluntness, or inflexibility. Every person is unique, so every group is different. Let go of the idea that there is only one way to approach a problem/conflict and you will start to be more creative in your approach. By accepting the fact that things are always in flux and using empirical evidence to understand and predict how change works, TJs become much more effective and efficient at everything they do. When it comes to people, meeting someone different from you is an opportunity to learn how to deal with that kind of person. The more knowledge you have of human psychology under your belt, the better you get at dealing with people's weird or negative tendencies. If a strategy works, use it again. If it doesn't work, adjust it to fit their psychology better.
In your situation, you see the problem as people being inefficient, so your inclination is to step forward and do something to "make" them more efficient. Humans aren't built with the prime directive to be efficient. They're not machines. Their psychology is messy, so trying to force them to behave like a machine is to force them to go against their psychology. In other words, you're choosing the least efficient approach. The more efficient approach, though it requires more intelligent thinking on your part (you want to become more intelligent, right?), is to properly understand the more primary problem of what's really causing them to be so inefficient in the first place. That is the way to discover the right strategy. If you are able to target those obstacles at the very root, efficiency improves more naturally.
Oftentimes, working smart doesn't require you to step up and be THE leader for everyone. As an introvert, it's probably more comfortable for you to work behind the scenes to talk to people, get a better idea of what they need and/or what problems they're experiencing, and incrementally remove the obstacles that are preventing them from focusing on what they should be focused on. You can't fix everything all at once, so just do what you can to fix what you are able to fix at any given point in time. It's a process and some progress is better than no progress.

Angel rejected Notes
Hunk was nervous
"Guys what do we do?"
"Calm down, we just have to think-"
"-Well think quick, they're going to out us out there in the arena."
..."Shiro you fought in there, what do we do? Shiro...?
-Shiro is currently freaking out-
"Well fuck."
"Paladins…"
-Reveal lotor and antok who talk to the others-
"Who are you?"
"The reighning champion after shiro. I’ve been fighting here since I was a boy."
"I meant You're name?"
"I am Lotor and this is antok."
"Shit a guards coming- shiro!"
Lance shoves himself forward with a growl. He is pissed and will murder everyone for hurting shiro. Years....Shiro was here yearsfighting and starving to death he lost his arm and it takes a lot to scar a demon. Lance was going to kill them.
"Shiro snaps out of it when Lance is take .
"Lance!"
Shiro slames against the gate-
"Don’t attack first- evade and find its weakness!"
(Lotor) "He’s a lost cause he’s facing Urak the worst galra here.
"Goddamit let him out."
-Hunk is freaking out and keith consoles him since Shiro ignored him-
"Oh god they’ve taken lance."
"He’ll be fine Hunk- he flew out a ship to save shiro, remember."
"But this- he can’t fight- he’s terrible at combat."
Lance barely panting breathless with his eye shut to stop blood from dripping into it. Then smirks. Oh he was only messing around waits until the robo beast runs at him. Then uses his grace and wigs out his anger at everythkng shiro’s been through.
I'll become a demon if I have to. (Dissonates)
Shiro was the champion they found another one. He screamed and the tortured him and lance was pissed.
Shiro runs out on the arena lance heveggaze fixated on him burning hatred and disdain and a gun aimed at lance.
"Look out!"
-Lance stared and for a moment Shiro thought he was going to use his grace on him. That did not detour him from running. -He clips lance and they tumble to the ground lance snaps out of it-
"Shit!"
- They run in the panic towards their lions. -
Shiro backhands a galra lance looks impressed -nice one!- and they get their bayards and shit.
The other paladins are outside in space and fly around Lance leaps over dhiros shoulders and flips over Shiro blinks up at lance upside down then grabs his arms- Lance squaks when Shiro pushed him backwards and Lance spins below him and yells when Shiro dives after him then they’re chasing each other diving and swooping and just olain showing off.
Date with pools and stars
faceed with the same choice again of letting lance go with the celestiels or staing with voltron.
Lotor Keeps his identity a secret.
He is actually oart of the mamoura and was undercover in the arena being a double agent to zarkon as his champion. And letting the paladins and the prisoners go.
“But what about you.”
Lotor smiled smug and it made lance grind his teeth into dust especially when lotor kissed alluras hand.
“I’ll be fine princess, our oats may meet again.”
Lotor helps them and others escape and thankfully no galra are aware they left the paladins and the mamoura help the rebels to a planet to settle down and join the rebellion.
The manourian soies keiths blade and question him Keith tells the truth and te blade tell keith he needs to talk to their leader.
Keith keeps the blade but has a deadline if he cant activate it then the blade gets taken from him moreso to prove he desevrs it and hunk is there every step of the way even Lance and oidge say they can just 3-d the thing Nd give the fake to the mamoura.
Later keith’s blade activates when Hunk is in danger, and Keith realised he’s a galra.
Only in highly stressful situations does keith galra out and Hunk is able to calm him down.
Lotor and allura get together he’s actually really sweet and always surprised by allura.
Until she finds out he’s the son of zarkon.
She fumes Lance takes her side and shiro takes lotor.
“Look I’ve besn where you are, I felt betrayed it’s cold and hot at the same time because you feel as if your hearts been ripped out.” Allura blinked tears in her eyes.
“Lotor is a jackass and you din’t need that in your life.” Allura shook her head.
“I really liked him.”
“I know.”
“Allura I can’t change who my father is, but everything I’ve said was not a lie. I like you and I want to get to know you, please give me a second chance I can prove I’m nothing like my father.”
Allura bit her lip “I-”
“Allura can I talk to you a sec?” Lance asked and took her hand leading her away.
Shiro’s shoulders sagged, there went any hope Lotor had, Lance had allura wrapped around his fibger she’d believe anythkngbhe had to say
Both shiro and Lotor saw the pair arguing back and forth, Allura looking more upset as Lance finalky crossed his arms and nodded. Thats it, it was over.
Before shiro can even begin the talk of more fish in the sea.
Although in his case none coukd compare and everything after when you’re sure you met the right one was justsetyling.
(I hibestly don’t believe this I’m jus pairing characters up- life is hard to find the right one maybe you did or maybe the person your with isn’t for you. But if you know it’s not right and the situation feels wrong trust your gut.)
and takes them to the mamoura whom call Lotor a traitor and even call out on Keith-His mother is there and they end up escaping the gladiator ring lotor reveals information about a certain area and thats where we find shiro clones.
Which makes shiro unable to pilot black and keith has to take over. As keiths break up-black-clones plus one ptsd flashback shiro is just done.
He snaps at everyone even lance but later on lance is able to coax him out and they bond. Lance shows shiro dnd and they make out accidently.
Lovely sexual scene bit groping here and there.
After they leave for their mission to take down Zarkon and their alliance with the Mamoura they decide they need advanced technology and minds to beat him (Sam holt+ Slav)+Oriande
On the way their SHiro admits he loved Lance and Lance admits it too and he still did but what Shiro did hurt too much to forgive.
On their way Lotor admits they need to cripple Honerva and they follow him to find the shiro clone place now shiro has an exestetial crises weather he's a clone (Finds footage of Shiro blood loss from having his arm ripped off) Lance saves him by awakening his sword to save Shiro
Lance takes the first step and admits what happened to him with Keith and Shiro and what happened to Ryou (Lance accidentally killed him) Here Keith hugs Lance and tells him that he and Shiro aren't like that- It's an open relationship humans did it all the time it wasn't feeding or even dating it was just friends with benefits.
(Have mission where Keith calms down Hunk they have moments before that also and Lance admits why Keith would make a good leader) Finds clues to celestie by honervas notes and barely escape alive, Keith breaks up with Shiro because the more they were in space they didn't grow closer the mutual pining between shiro and lance made Keith feel like he was second place. He needs someone to treat him better.
After this Lance and Shiro play D&D they get close and personell Lance freaks out (And instead of a misunderstanding) SHiro admits to breaking up and says it's because he's saw Lance shine grow evolved and even now he's still advancing before Shiro's eyes (Basically laying it on thick) And admits how he feels like he's useless) (Since I think the reason the show failed was because Shiro was forced to come back)
Introduce Crux. Anti-Quintescence and see that celsestia hordes Alteans and Galra/Hybrds to make them warriors to fight the greatest threat ever. (The monster Zarkon and Alfor fought the very thing that's contaminating the Galra)
Lotor absorbs it (When Allura was going to) And turns evil knowing she will save him Honerva and Zarkon take him back and he becomes the prince of the Galra and a full out war begins, while Keith turns evil and Lance has to fight him. Then Shiro fights Sendek and defeats him.
Then have celestials come into it and see Allura remember a lesson her other taught her- purification and she saves Keith then Lotor and even Honerva the two work together and manage to save Zarkon but the expelled crux warps together and becomes bigass monster that Voltron takes down.
Celestiel then want voltron destroyed (To close he rift and stop any crux from leading out into the world,) and for Lance to return to celestiel since he's still an angel and could be 'saved.'
They think they're being welcomed then get cast inside a cell (You've been exposed to the quintescence of your lions and voltron. You can be causes of Crux yourself (Full metal alchemist give or take if you make quintescence to balance it out crux is made)
They saw the planet and the others gasped "It's so beautiful." Pidge turned "Right Lance- uh, Lance?" Both Shiro and Lance looked pale both breaking in a cold sweat. It had the others worried.
"Guys, what's wrong? You look like you've seen a ghost." Lance trembled and without thinking Shiro's hand moved and even Lance's arm clasped around his shoulder as both seemed to graviatate towards one another.
It seemed freaky but honestly it was kinda reminiscint of Scooby jumping into Shaggy's arms, Keith thought.
"The wings- they- how?"
Both of them were locked onto something- something the others couldn't see. "Guy's you're freaking me out here." Hunk admitted even Keith's hand latched around Hunks and squeezed it once.
"There are wings wrapped around the world." Coran said and showed a visual of a pink outline showing five pairs of angelic wings covering the globe.
"What does that mean?" Pidge asked glancing to Shiro and judging his hand being wrapped tight around lance's.
"It means, that whoever possesses those wings has to be powerful, and wise. They have to be older than time itself and faced so many enlightenments to reach that point but usually with wings that large their mass soon follows. A Celestiel will be born."
"A celestiel?"
Lance swallowed "Remembeer that giant floating decapitating head in space and thousands of ships could fit inside the nose?" Allura nodded then paused.
"No."
The others stared at one another horrified.
"Wait didn't someone say that the giant head was evil and was defeated!?" Hunk cried out "Celestiels can turn evil, like how angels can become demons." Lance said and it was something he was always warned off. Falling and even if you achieve great heights you can still fall. There is no final form or chapter, you simply carry on until you cannot any longer.
Lance fly with me.
Hesitates,
oh right I forgot, *Looks understanding* you're afraid of heights.
Shiro *tenses* What?
the other angel looks up "Oh yeah some demon flew Lance past the earths atmosphere and dropped him. Can you believe that?
Keith looked startled "That really happened?"
"Who would do that?"
"What an asshole." Hunk growled even the others couldn't be surprised by his choice words, Lance practically tried to make himself smaller.
Shiro was sweating buckets.
"Oh what was that demons name again? hmm....Kevin- no Kiero- oh yeah Kuro! That's it it was defiently Kuro."
There was a beat of silence at slowly all eyes turned to Shiro. He looked ahead, no sign he was affected except for the tell sale sign of sweat rolling down his cheek.
The angel kept talking "But honestly Lance, you can still fly- you don't have to go far, just glide and you'll be up there in no time." Lance shook his head "Nah, I'm good. Flying just reminds me that I can't go back to celestia that's all."
Shiro couldn't even look at Lance. He told him he liked heights because it made him forget he had even fallen.
Shiro had no idea he took that away from Lance, he couldn't even look at the others or even know how to fix it, the more he and Lance became closer the more the gap between them grew wider.

Fantasy Football All-Man Crush team: Terrelle Pryor, Tyreek Hill top list
Tumblr media
Tyreek Hill is sure to spread his wings and fly this season. (AP)
For the past several years, the Noise has lived a double-life. By day, I maintain a conventional existence playing the role of husband, father, terrier lover and, on Thursdays, foul-mouthed tequila imbiber. However, come nightfall, I walk a much different line, transforming into a connoisseur of the mantastic.
It’s true, when it comes to fantasy football, I’m admittedly a proud lush. Over the years, my fantasy feels were unrestrained. Brandon Jacobs, Rashard Mendenhall, Pierre Thomas,  Arian Foster, Le’Veon Bell and Melvin Gordon are just a few once unheralded names that were lustfully pursued. Those infatuations largely paid off. Others like Ameer Abullah, Felix Jones and Ryan Mathews, however, left my heart broken and rosters in squalor.
In a game where individual players are idolized owners can empathize. Professed obsessions commonly lead to lopsided trades, arm tendon tears and empty pockets. Don’t even ask how much I paid for Montee Ball in an auction a few years back (Think the approximate street value of one kidney).
In honor of fantasy fixations everywhere, here is your must avoid list the Noise’s 2017 All Man-Crush team — ridiculous adjectives and hyperbole included:
[Pick one winner a week. Play Survival Football for chance at $100K]
Marcus Mariota, Ten, QB (97.5, QB8) – People with memory lapses tend to forget how volcanic the native Hawaiian was for a large chunk of 2016. From Weeks 5-12 he erupted, netting the third-most valuable passer line in fantasy, a stretch he completed 67.4 percent of his attempts, averaged 259.1 passing yards per game, 29.8 rushing yards per game and tallied a 25:3 TD:INT (two rushing) split. He was also dynamite inside the red zone (QB9 in RZ completion%) and downfield (QB8 in deep-ball completion%) while also padding the bottom line on the ground (24.3 rush ypg).
With Corey Davis and Eric Decker now running routes in Tennessee, I suspect Terry Robskie removes padlock from playbook and features more spread formations. Last year, the Titans ranked dead last in percentage of three-wide receiver sets (42, NFL average: 60). Fully recovered from a broken leg, Mariota is about to become a QB top-five megastar. There simply isn’t a better mid-draft option at the position.
Fearless Forecast: 4,087 passing yards, 30 passing touchdowns, 395 rushing yards, 2 rushing touchdowns
Ty Montgomery, GB, RB (40.1 ADP, RB16) – Similar to a freshwater sturgeon traversing a frozen Wisconsin lake,  Montgomery is a rare sight. Though deployed only occasionally last year, he was nothing short of dominant on a per touch basis. The advanced numbers don’t lie. Last year, Monty ranked top-five among running backs in juke rate (RB3) – he forced 17 missed tackles alone against rival Chicago Week 15 – yards after contact per attempt (2.8, RB1) and breakaway run percentage (RB2). And he accomplished that level of production “acting on instincts.” With a full offseason to work on his biggest weakness, stonewalling blitzers, he busts out in a big way in 2017.
Yes, Jamaal Williams will work into Green Bay’s backfield flow. Mike McCarthy was always going to employ some sort of running back by committee. And, no, Monty’s mysterious lower leg injury isn’t overly concerning. Once camp breaks, No. 88 registers roughly 13-15 touches per game. If his effectiveness is anything close to last year’s 6.7 yards per touch, he’ll toe the RB1 line in 12-team leagues, especially PPR. Remember he plays alongside arguably the best quarterback in the game, Aaron Rodgers, who was the primary reason why Monty saw light fronts a jaw-dropping 89.6 percent of the time in ’16. Ty one on, #TeamHuevos.
Fearless Forecast: 159 carries, 890 rushing yards, 51 receptions, 404 receiving yards, 9 total touchdowns

Bilal Powell, NYJ, RB (69.1, RB27) – I know what you’re thinking, “A Jet?! Really?! Man, those brownies in Denver (my home) are quite strong!” But featuring Powell on this list was done with complete sobriety and clarity.
Few Puddle Jumpers are worthy of a roster spot, but the crafty veteran back most definitely is. Last year, he showcased his three-down wares once thrust into a featured role. From Weeks 14-17 he logged a December to remember, posting the second-most valuable line among running backs (5.0 ypc, 138.0 total yards per game, 3 TDs). Diving deeper, he also compiled 14 missed tackles and a 3.2 YAC over that four-game span.
Overall, “Boom Boom” is a better-than-advertised inside runner. He’s also an accomplished receiver and difficult to corral in space. Among RBs, he ranked No. 14 in juke rate last season. His backfield compadre, Matt Forte, meanwhile, checked in at No. 56 in the category and was one of the worst qualifying backs in yards after contact per touch (No. 61). Nearly three years Forte’s junior and with 2,067 fewer career touches under his belt, Powell packs more across-the-board punch.
My best guess is New York installs a 60-40 platoon Week 1 at Buffalo with Powell shouldering the heavy side (14-15 touches per game). If Forte doesn’t recover soon from a hamstring setback, the speculated distribution will only widen. Essentially, Powell should provide owners with significant versatility and value, particularly in PPR leagues. The Jets’ suspect defense boosts his garbage time appeal. Heck, they’re already down 21-0 in every game.
Fearless Forecast: 191 carries, 842 rushing yards, 58 receptions, 435 receiving yards, 6 total touchdowns
Terrelle Pryor, Was, WR (38.7 ADP, WR18) – The converted quarterback is my ultimate bae. Already this month, my fingers have typed hundreds of superlatives about the receiver. Is my adoration unhealthy? Possibly, but I have my justifications.
For starters, he compiled WR2 numbers last year with punchlines Josh McCown, Robert Griffin III, Cody Kessler, Kevin Hogan and Charlie Whitehurst hurling wingless paper airplanes in his general direction. It was arguably THE most heroic campaign of the season next to Kenny Britt’s 1,000-yard effort in Los Angeles. And he achieved that in his first full season as a wide receiver. Unprecedented. Exchanging his Factory of Sadness punch card for a gig in Washington’s Factory of Fun, his worth rockets skyward. His viral videos from training camp are merely a warmup.
Kirk Cousins sorely needs to improve in red-zone efficiency, an area the receiver notched top-notch numbers with the Browns (69.2 catch rate in ’16). Sure Jordan Reed, Jamison Crowder and Josh Doctson will challenge him for targets, but Pryor could match 2016’s share total (141). Keep in mind, Washington castoffs DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon accounted for 37.1 percent of the club’s vertical workload a season ago. Currently my WR8 (I’m a sick puppy!), Pryor turns a massive profit for his investors.
Fearless forecast: 90 receptions, 1,211 receiving yards, 9 touchdowns
Tyreek Hill, KC, WR (43.9, WR23) – He’s too small. He’s tied to Alex Smith and Andy Reid. He’s still relatively unproven. … These are common arguments Hill haters spew when talking themselves out of the wide receiver, a terrible mistake. History says their gripes are reasonable, but the ‘Freak’ is about to get nasty. According to Reception Perception, last year he ranked No. 3, behind Antonio Brown and Willie Snead, in getting open whether against man, zone or press coverage. Equally impressive, he totaled outstanding success rates on myriad routes. Bottom line, doubter comps to Cordarrelle Patterson are unfounded and laughable. Unlike the former Viking, Hill’s route tree actually has branches.
Reflecting on ’16, Hill ranked No. 5 in total output at the position Weeks 8-17 netting 47 receptions, 724 combined yards (rush/receiving) and six touchdowns. Most importantly, he accomplished that seeing just 20.2 percent of the targets share. His home-run hitting ability and scoring diversity explained his amazing efficiency. In terms of fantasy points scored per target (2.42) only Taylor Gabriel outpaced him.
Reid has made it crystal clear, Hill is the Chiefs’ offensive engine. Underused even during his breakout period last fall, he should log a snap rate in the 60-65 percent range (43.5 in ’16). Maybe I’m nuts, but the trends and data indicate a WR top-10 campaign is no stretch.
Fearless Forecast: 73 receptions, 817 receiving yards, 236 rushing yards, 8 total touchdowns
Tumblr media
Tyrell Williams, LAC, WR (89.6, WR41) – Close to the double-digit rounds, there isn’t a better receiver value out there. A true shocker special last season, the long drink became a favorite Philip Rivers beverage post-Keenan Allen ACL disintegration. He attracted a respectable 21.1 percent of the targets share and tallied a 69-1059-7 line (WR22). Most impressively, Williams averaged 15.2 yards per route and finished top-11 in contested catch rate.
With Mike Williams on the PUP and without an official timetable to return (October?), it seems unlikely he’ll suddenly take a backseat to the rookie at any point this fall. Tyrell is the franchise’s new Vincent Jackson, an explosive weapon who was 87 percent successful against man or zone coverages and ranked No. 11 in contested catch rate in 2016. In other words, he isn’t some one-trick streak-only pony. His absurdly discounted ADP is a gift from the fantasy gods. With a highly competent quarterback throwing him the pill, he should match or slightly exceed last year’s WR2 output.
Fearless Forecast: 72 receptions, 1,103 receiving yards, 8 touchdowns
Cameron Brate, TB, TE (160.1, TE20) – In the later rounds, ‘X’ marks the spot for the grossly underrated Buccaneer. Many forget he was the sixth-most valuable tight end from Week 8 on last season. He and Jameis Winston, whether on short, intermediate or long connections, were around 63 percent successful according to Sharp Football. That hyper efficiency combined with Brate’s solidified red-zone role (25.4% red-zone targets share in ’16) and benefits playing alongside Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson point to another top-12 return. Yes, even with the supposedly divine O.J. Howard on roster. Understand Dirk Koetter features a ton of two-TE sets. Bank on Brate and Winston picking up where they left off.
Fearless Forecast: 52 receptions, 629 receiving yards, 6 touchdowns

Ni is usually the function credited as responsible for building long run strategies and all encompassing plans, to feed into either Te or Fe wants and needs. But does the positioning of Ni change the manner in which it works or how effective it can be on that front? Say, how auxiliary Ni vs tertiary Ni approach building long term scheme?
Tumblr media
Yes, of course it does. Each function works differently in a different placement in the stack. Ne-dom is 1000x more powerful than inferior Ne. Ti-dom is 1000x more powerful than inferior Ti. When a function is dominant, it is the person’s most evident, most often used, and strongest function, like the engine running a race car. Everything else is slightly less in the stack. If you’re 100% Ni, you’re 80% Te/Fe, and on it diminishes, until you get to the sad little 20% inferior function, which burps, farts, and belches on occasion, with such pathetic intent that those who use it as a dominant simply smile.
The higher the Ni, the harder it is to change trajectories when it all goes to hell. The higher the Ni, the worse it is when you make impulsive decisions with Se. The higher the Ni, the more cleanup you have to do, after making those decisions, which just about torpedoed your entire future. Oops.
Ni -------------> Se: my vision is set in stone, my perception is sold, but I suck at being able to change my entire approach with no forewarning. If I can’t get exactly what I have foreseen, I retreat in order to figure out what went wrong, rather than leap on another opportunity. I may even be inclined to just fixate on it in my mind, rather than make it real.
Se -----------> Ni: I can throw away any of my former ideas without warning, and innovate in the moment; no problem, since that was just one idea and I’m going with whatever opportunity arises in the moment. I have a good feeling, though, that I’ll wind up where I need to be.
You want intense insights into human nature and social movements, futuristic patterns, the likely outcomes of current situations, long term planners, for something where you need to foresee problems and steer something in the right direction step by step?
Ask the high Ni’s. They know, and they can guide you -- and they’re happiest to do it behind a desk, as opposed to out there in the midst of chaos. Where shall we go in the future? How can we ensure we get there? How do we steer this corporation in the direction we want to go? How do we come up with a good public image that portrays our ideal self to the consumer? I’m on it!
But send the SPs in there to do it, since when a problem arises, they have zero trouble adjusting to the shift and changing the entire actual game plan. So the building we want had a pipe burst and the basement flooded? Call the one across the street, move our entire industry across the city, what about Tokyo? A war just broke out there? Fine, what are our options?
In other words: it’s fortunate for humanity that all 16 types exist, since we need each type in order to ensure the world works as well as it does -- and we need each type to help make it a better place. :)
