Sometimes I just think about how absolutely insane it is that Justin Kuritzkes drew inspiration from his own life when writing certain aspects of Challengers. Specifically pulling from his own marriage to Celine Song when developing Art and Tashiâs relationship.
But youâd only know that if you watched her directorial debut (and another masterpiece) Past Lives.
#do you guys know the lore? or do i need to educate you all#i could talk about the parallels forever and ever guys like genuinely itâs INSANE#my favorite thing is how tennis in challengers and language in past lives essentially play the same role#also justin making the male character who marries the girl named art after celine named him arthur in past livesâŚYOU ARENT SLICK#also the way arthur is with nora and the way art is with tashi is similar to me#this is why i find it funny when people are like i wish art was real or i need a man down bad like thatâŚLIKE HE IS REAL ITS JUSTIN

⤡ Pt 1/2 - MDNI! - Mlist
Part 2 will be tagged here!
Sweet Abbigail,
A smile of white, her parents adored. Large family portraits of the cutest little girl in the middle, freckles dotting her nose, a Burberry cardigan always a bit too big for her. Abbigail was a mommyâs girl through and through. Her mother, picture-perfect in her small doe eyes, was the epitome of grace. Abby always strived to be just like her. soft, sweet, and always under control. But behind the rose-colored glasses, cracks began to show faster than sheâd ever expected.Â
âď¸ The first time she saw it, she wasnât quite sure why her mother would always take so long to make her fatherâs tea in the mornings. Sheâd wait her turn at the large dark oak dining table, her small hands clasped together as she watched cartoons, polished silverware reflecting a little girl desperate to have breakfast with her mommy like every other morning. But there was a stillness to the house that morning; Abbigail didnât understand it at first, not until she noticed the way her motherâs eyes would linger a little too long on the kettle before sheâd pour the tea. The silence was only being filled with the sound of a spoon clinking the sides of the mug. Sweet Abbigail learned to stop asking questions before they even formed in her wondering mind.Â
âď¸ Her nights were no better. Sheâd toss and turn in her bed, the muffled screams and quiet chatter from her parentsâ bedroom echoing down the large hallway. angry whispers and harsh tones seeping through the walls. It was an ugly rhythm, one she eventually learned to ignore.
âď¸ Growing up, her Elementary school was no better either. The principal stood in front of her, holding up a cut braid. The girl, some brat named Jessica Baldwin, just had to make fun of Abbyâs artwork in class. Questioning her choice of colored glitter.Â
âIâm just kidding, itâs a joke.â Jessica giggled, turning back to her project. Purple crayon in hand.Â
Yeah, She didnât find any of it funny. Watching Jessicaâs dark braid taunt her as she faced forward. Her blue irises darted to the supposed âkid-safeâ scissors in her small fingers. That day, in a blur, Abby had absolutely pulled Jessicaâs hair, snipping off her braid with said scissors as the class erupted in chaos. Her small hand covered her mouth to hide a small laugh threatening to add to the noise.
âI didnât do it, Daddy. I swear!â Later that day after two phone calls. Abby begged, her voice trembling as she stood at the principalâs desk.
Her parents barely believed her, but they didnât exactly punish her, either. They just⌠didnât get it. They never did. Her fatherâs brow furrowed in disbelief, while her motherâs eyes seemed too tired to even care.
âď¸ The name that had once been laced with sugar felt like a slap in the face. She hated it. She hated how her father would say it with that soft, adoring tone, as if nothing was wrong. Abbigail, heâd coo, always with that gleam of love in his eyes. But that love felt empty now. So, now in her high school years she had zero tolerance for it.
âJesus⌠do you need me to spell it? Itâs A-B-B-Yâ she snapped, her voice sharp, filled with a venom she didnât even know she had. âStop fucking calling me that.â
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ Throughout high school, Abby dealt with a lot of internalized homophobia. She would scold herself whenever she felt flustered around pretty girls, her heartbeat pounding in her chest when close friend Nora would redo her hair during class. It only became more apparent after her first time with a guy. They made out for what felt like two seconds until he got way too eager, and let's just say she vowed to never let a man stick his penis anywhere near her again.
âď¸ She knew she wasn't the girliest. She played tennis, had short finger nails, and manspread when she sat. But even with that under her belt, she would dismiss her feelings toward girls as a phase. At least that's what her father called it when she brought home Alessia Forbes, senior year. They'd shared a kiss behind the bleachers in 10th grade, and it forced Abby to face the music. Opening the door to becoming more comfortable in her skin and how she dressed, Abby started to embrace what felt right. She wasn't a fan of makeup or dresses. pants were much more convenient.
âď¸ Alessia, unfortunately, much like most in Abby's life, didn't stick around long. Abby should've known, though. Alessia's eyes always wandered when other girls were around-especially when Ellie Williams was in proximity. At Eastside Preparatory, bullying, fighting, or even petty beefs were immediately reported. They had a reputation to uphold, matched only by the ridiculous tuition parents paid. Abby couldn't stand Ellie, though. She didn't intentionally steer her girlfriend away, but she needed someone to blame.
âď¸ Abby was always quick to anger, and when Ellie-someone who pushed all her buttonsâ called her out on her behavior, things went south quickly. The two got into a physical fight that was so violent Abby had to transfer schools to avoid it tarnishing her record.
âAbbigail, what the hell were you thinking?!â Her father asked, arms crossed.
âA fight? You think we spend all this money for you to act like a barbarian while youâre supposed to be learning?â her mother scoffed.
Abby didnât answer. She just stood there, jaw clenched, arms crossed over her chest like she could physically hold in all the things she wanted to say. Because what was the point? They wouldnât listen. They never did. She wanted to tell them that Ellie started it, that she had no choice but to defend herself. That it wasnât her fault she lost her temper. But she knew they wouldnât buy it. Not when theyâd already decided she was the problem. So she let them lecture her, nodding at the right times, staring at the floor when they threw around words like disappointment and irresponsible like they were facts written in stone. Flashes of that green-eyed bitch. causing her to dig her nails into her palms. By the time they were done, East Bench, Salt Lake, was already in the past. New York was an adjustment.
âď¸ Columbia was bigger, louder. People walked fast, like they had somewhere important to be, never sparing her more than a passing glance. It was a far cry from the bubble of private school back home, where reputations were currency and whispers traveled faster than wildfire. Abby liked that. She liked that no one knew who she was. That she wasnât Abbigail Anderson, the hothead who got kicked out of Eastside Prep. Here, she was just another student.
âď¸ Her father had pulled some strings to get her inâof course he hadâbut Abby actually wanted to prove she deserved to be here. She kept her head down, went to class, and lifted at the gym in the evenings. It kept her from thinking too much. From remembering how things ended back home. She told herself this was good. That it was a fresh start. How much of her life she abandoned like it was nothing. It didnât matter now.
âď¸ A new group of friends, her gold-plated Cabernet on her belt loop every morning, and hair breezing behind her. It was enough. Until it wasn't. Pushing herself into her studies and sports to keep her parents happy. She wasnât sure if she was, though.
And that only deepened with the loss of her mother. But itâs what led her to you.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ Growing up, money was never a concern. Your parents liked to call it being âcomfortable,â but in reality, your lifestyle was far beyond that. Their status placed them among the elite, working closely with others in their sphereâthe world of wealth, class, and the quiet sin of greed.
âď¸ Your father, a renowned real estate developer, owned Wilson & Co. Properties, a firm responsible for some of the most extravagant hotels and high-rises in the country. Your mother, a former corporate lawyer turned philanthropist, ran the Wilson Foundation, a charity often praised for its generous donations yet quietly criticized for its selective philanthropy. So naturally, you found yourself with a golden spoon resting on your tongue.
âď¸ And then there was Jerry Anderson, a man youâd seen in the circle your father had. CEO of Anderson Biomedical, a medical research company specializing in âcutting-edgeâ treatments for neurodegenerative diseases. He was as respected, a man who knew how to turn science into profit. The only thing he couldnât save or hook up to more machines to buy time? His wife.Â
âSarah Anderson dead at 42â
âAnderson Biomedical CEO Faces Scrutiny After Wifeâs Shocking Deathâ
âGone Too Soon: Socialite Sarah Andersonâs Mysterious Passing Sparks Questionsâ
It was everywhere. Sarah, She was beautiful; every photograph youâd seen looked almost airbrushed. Probably due to all the Botox, but she was striking regardless. Little did you know sheâd passed those beautiful features to a young woman whoâd flip your world upside down. A recantation of her flesh. blue eyes that reminded you of the waters of Navagio during your holiday in Greece. Golden brown-blonde strands that seemed to always fall in place. Pink lips that always sat in a small pout. A jawline that youâd probably cut yourself on if you ever got the chance to run your fingers along it. That work of art was His daughter, Abigail fucking Anderson; The first girl your parents approved of, And the worst breakup of your life.
âď¸ You first spotted her in your all-black long-sleeve dress and roses in hand, head hung in respect. Her motherâs funeral. You felt out of place as youâd only met Jerry a few times at galas, but your family went. Everyone did.?It was sickening how many news outlets sat outside, pushing microphones in their faces. They were trying to grieve for God's sake. But conspiracies about their family always ran high. But the rumors had already spread like wildfire. The whispers in the halls, the hushed voices behind gloved hands. Sarah tried to poison him, you know. Slowly. Over months. Some said Jerry caught her before it was too late. Others claimed he staged the whole thing to cover up his own sins. Money laundering, apparently. It was a ridiculous theoryâone you brushed off as gossip from people with too much time and too little to lose. But the one that made you pause? Abbyâs last girlfriend left traumatized. You didnât know the details, only that she left town suddenly and never looked back. No one could agree on what happened. Some swore she was just a jealous ex who wanted revenge. Others claimed she was scared. But Abby? She never spoke about it. Never gave the rumors life. You told yourself none of it mattered. Because when you saw her standing there, shoulders tense, trying to keep herself together under the weight of a hundred scrutinizing eyes, you didnât see a monster. You saw a girl who had just lost her mother. It was ridiculous, you felt. Empathy, something your mother said you held âtoo muchâ of. And itâs exactly what led you to next to her, the eulogy ringing out into the large room.
A droplet streamed down the freckled cheeks next to you.
You felt guilty for being so focused on how her brown eyelashes stuck together as they dampened with tears. the whites of her eyes pink. Her jaw tightened, an obvious strain in her body. The way her black dress shirt clung to her toned arms. The small bump on the bridge on her nose. Beautiful. The spitting image of her mother. Sandwiched between your families, Her knee pressing against yours. Yup, Your heart rate was definitely faster than usual. WhenâYour hand seemed to move on its own.
Her blue eyes flicked over the girl sitting next to her. Her first glimpse of you, a small sympathetic smile on your lips. Arm offering her a Kleenex to dry her face. You tried not to furrow your brows when she just âŚstared at you. You arenât sure what possessed you to do it, but your fingers moved. Gently soaking her tears of salt into the tissue. Patting along her sharp features. A small thank you left her lips before she turned back to the next family member speaking. Later that day. You found her sitting on a bench. Fidgeting with the ends of her hair.
âYou look just like her. She was beautiful,â you said, offering Abby another tissue. She didnât take it. Instead, she exhaled a shaky breath and leaned into your hand.
âShe wouldâve liked you,â she murmured, voice thick with grief. You stilled, taken aback, a small flush creeping up your neck. You werenât sure what to say, so you just patted her face dry once more, letting the moment settle between you. One of many interactions to come.
âď¸ You and Abby felt like two magnets, always drawn back together no matter how much space was between you. At gatherings, in crowded rooms filled with bodies, your eyes would meet and every time, she made sure you felt like the only person in the world.
âď¸ She charmed you completely. Abby had a way of making you feel seen, like she was peeling you apart layer by layer just to admire what was underneath. Every compliment was so specific, so deeply personal, it felt like she had memorized you. She gave you gifts you mentioned in passing, sent good morning texts before you even had a chance to wake up, and called you just to hear your voice. âYou make me feel normal,â she admitted one night, after sneaking you away from a party into the cool night air. and you clung to it, to her. not realizing how much weight she placed on you. You barely noticed the way she inserted herself into your worldâhow effortlessly she made you friends with Manny, how she reconnected with Nora and brought Jordan, Leah, and the rest of their circle into your orbit. These were the children of wealth and influence, kids who knew their parents would clean up any mess they made. Late nights blurred into early mornings spent in dimly lit bars, luxury penthouses, and hidden corners of clubs where their last names meant everything.
One night, Abby pulled you away from it all. Away from the noise, away from the people. She kissed you hard against the wall of her apartment, hands roaming like she was trying to memorize you-mapping every inch the way she did with her words. She was intense but careful, treating you like something fragile yet untouchable all at once. It was the first time in a long time that something in her life felt real. And it wasn't enough. It would never be enough.
âAbsâŚâ you breathed out. Her body engulfing was heavy like a weighted blanket. The feeling of her hands roaming your body, pure worship. Your head beyond spinning.
But Abby only pulled you closer, like she couldn't stand even a sliver of space between you. Her tongue slid into your mouth, desperate, like she was staking her claim. Fingers tangled in your hair, pulling, twistingâ holding you there like she was afraid you'd disappear if she let go. It was heated, consuming. You'd never been tangled up like this before. And you never wanted it to end.
The gifts, the attention, her touch in all the right places. Abby made you feel like the center of the universe. And you needed it. She broke the kiss, panting, eyes dark with something that made your stomach flip. She looked at you like you were something holy, something made just for her. Her hands roamed your back, fingertips tracing patterns, memorizing, claiming.
"Fuck, I need you so bad," she breathed, voice thick, raw. "Now. Like right now."
And later, as she lay beside you, her arm wrapped around your waist like she could keep you tethered to her, she thought back to the past. To the girls who expected her to take the lead, to do all the work, to prove herself in a way that always left her feeling hollow. But this? This was different. You wanted her, you gave as much as you took, and it made something inside her tighten, coil, and refuse to let go.
Not now. Not ever
âď¸ Abby had her ways of getting what she wanted. It was never outright. never something you could point to and call unfair. Just little things. Offhanded comments that made you second-guess yourself. âYou still hang out with her?â sheâd say, half-laughing, half-serious. âI swear she has a crush on you.â Or, when you mentioned grabbing lunch with a friend she didnât particularly like; âMust be nice to have all this free time,â Abby mused, flipping through her phone. âWish I didnât miss you so much when youâre gone.â It was always playful, never an argument. But over time, you found yourself hesitating before making plans. Weighing whether the fun was worth the look Abby would give you later. The passive sighs. The casual, âOh, you were with her?â that left you feeling ridiculous for even trying to defend yourself. Then there were the things she didnât even have to say.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
Like the way she leaned into you one night, cheek pressed against your shoulder as you scrolled through your camera roll. You loved moments like these. You just had no idea the chaos it would later awaken.
âWhoâs that?â she asked, voice laced with casual curiosity.
âHm? Her? Thatâs Dina, I met her through a friend.â You paused your scrolling, finger hovering over the screen.
âWaitâwait, go back. That picture.â
âThis one?â You swiped back to a group photoâjust you, Dina, and her girlfriend, who had tagged along that day.
âPfft. Ellie. Offf course,â she scoffed.
âYou know her girlfriend?â you asked, glancing at Abby.
âOur fists do,â she muttered. âSheâs the reason I had to leave East Bench.â
âOh.â You blinked, unsure what to make of that. You were years behind that, you felt.
âJust⌠be careful around her,â she added. âGirlfriendâs a bitch. She might be too.â She teased, bumping your arm.
âHey! Sheâs nice. And you need to let that go. Grudge-holding ass,â you laughed, shoving her shoulder.
âHey yourself, I have my reasons!â she chuckled, shoving you back.
âď¸ Dina was fun, always finding the best overpriced boutiques with hidden gems. The kind of girl who always had a spare hair tie when needed. It was a shame she started canceling on you more often. Eventually, she even unfollowed you on social media. You wanted to reach out. had you said something wrong? Forgotten a birthday? But she was just a new friend. Youâd make more. At least, thatâs what your doting girlfriend told you when you came to her upset about it.
âGo ahead. Say you told me so,â you sighed after explaining what happened.
âWhat? No.â Abby tilted her head, her expression unreadable, like she⌠already knew. She patted your shoulder, then looked up at you with a bitten back laugh.
âI told you so.â
âAbby!â you groaned, rolling your eyes. You two spent the rest of the day joking about it but it still hurt. Lingering subconsciously.
âď¸ What you didnât know was that Abby had already decided you didnât need Dina. You certainly didnât need Ellie, either. Maybe she found Dinaâs number while you were sleeping, sent a few texts telling her to stay away. Maybe she didnât. It didnât matter. All that mattered was you leaning back into her, letting her hold you, telling her how much you appreciated her. How much you loved her.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ God, she loved hearing you say it. The way you said it with no hesitation, holding eye contact, voice sending jolts through her body. It also didnât matter the time of day or what you were doing. she needed to hear it. Yes, even when she was knuckles deep, listening to you whine and moan.
âTell me you love me, baby,â she murmured, lips brushing your ear.
âLet me hear you.â
And when you did, breathless, pleading, her grip tightened.
âLouder, babyâuh huh, yeah, you fucking do.â
But how could you pick up on small things like that when your eyes were busy rolling to the back of your skull. This was love, passion, protection. she made sure it was drilled into your head.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
â¨âNo, baby. Not that one,â Abby said, shaking her head as she nodded toward your closet.
This was the third outfit sheâd vetoed. You loved your sweet girlfriendâyou really didâbut moments like this made you want to strangle her. It had become a small pattern, one you were only now starting to pick up on. The way sheâd tug down the hem of your skirt, make you do a slow spin before you left together, double-checking that you were covered in all the places she swore were only for her eyes to see. Your lower back. Too much cleavage. A glimpse of midriff. None of that.
And when she wasnât subtly adjusting your outfits, she was replacing them altogether. Giftsâso many gifts. Gorgeous, expensive pieces that were impossible to turn down. Each one came with a sweet little note, the kind that made you feel silly for even questioning it. âSaw this and thought of you, pretty girl.â Or âCanât wait to see you in this, baby.â
âď¸ Yes, the skirts were longer. The shirtsâsilky, high-necked, modestâwere all designer. Chanel, Burberry, Prada. And when winter came, she surprised you with the exact brown and black fur coat youâd shown her on Pinterest months ago. The excitement had nearly erased the lingering thought in the back of your mind. You began to think, maybe it wasnât about keeping you warm. It was about keeping you covered. Pushing that aside, youâd buy her pretty things in return, but you noticed she preferred more intimate gifts. Like the stocking you made her on your first Christmas together, the one where you said âI love youâ for the first time. Or the scrapbook you created, filled with candid photos of the two of you through the seasons. watching the backgrounds change from snow to rain to red leaves and to blooming flowers.
âď¸ She kept all of them. I mean, all of them. Even the tissue you patted her face with after her motherâs funeral. Yes, she kept that too. You didnât know until one day, while you were cleaning up for her. something you rarely did since she was a bit of a neat freak. You saw the napkin, obviously used. Before you could throw it out, she took it from you. You blinked, unsure, but assumed she was going to dispose of it herself. Little did you know, you had made a much bigger mark on her than you realized. That day, she was staring at you, as if she were seeing her future. Did she ask you about any of her plans? No, of course not. She figured youâd be happy as long as you had her. Thoughts like that felt obscene in her mind. What she did ask, though, was:
âď¸ âYouâre happy, right?â She whispered, tilting your face to hers, always satisfied with whatever answer you gave.
âď¸ âOh, you rememberedâŚ?â Sheâd smile when you recalled even the smallest details of your time together.
âď¸ âYou still love me, right? Even if we donât always talk about it?â Yes, yes, and yes. No wasn't a word you had the heart to say to her. To your Abby? Your sweet partner, it was always yes. Even if you didnât want to say it. It was never no. So today when she asked you to get dressed to go out with your circle of friends for a night on the water. You did exactly that.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âSeriously, Abs? Do you even want me to go? You keep saying no to myââ
âThat one is good.â Abby cut you off mid-sentence, her eyes flicking up and down your outfit, finally approving. Youâd been playing dress-up for what felt like an hour, but it was never enough. Youâd given in, slipping into something a bit more modest than you wanted, yet you couldnât fight her.
âIâm convinced you want a nun for a girlfriend.â You sighed.
She stepped up behind you, hands firm on your hips as she leaned in, her chin rested your shoulder. Her voice was low. âNot a nun. Just Donât want anyone else looking at you like that.â Her grip tightened slightly. She exhaled, her breath warm against your skin. âJust want you for me, thatâs all.â
You felt too covered up for a late-night boat ride with friends, though. But you pick and choose your battles, right? If she was happy, youâre happy. You ended up tying the shirt to a crop when she wasn't looking. You loved your body; you were allowed to show it off occasionally.
Hand in hand, you drove to the port in Abbyâs Jeep. The ride was quiet, too quiet. The engine hummed beneath the silence, and you kept your gaze fixed on the city lights outside, knowing it was easier than looking at her.
The glow from the dashboard reflected off her jawline, the faintest smile tugging at the corner of her lips when you reached for her hand.
âDamn, what took you two so long?â A voice called out from the dock as you stepped onto the weathered wood. A man waved, his playful grin highlighted by the glow of the dock lights. Jordan, his thick black eyebrows furrowed, watched as you and Abby approached the small group.
You wanted to joke about Abby making you change a hundred times, but you knew better. That would only earn you a sharp look and a night of passive-aggressive silence. So instead, you just blamed it on traffic and stepped onto the Boston Whaler 285 Conquest, once owned by Abbyâs grandfather, now repurposed for nights like these. Luxury, fun, and just enough recklessness to remind you all that nothing bad could ever really happen to people like you.
âHell yeah, I brought the booze!â Leahâs voice rang out from the helm.
âSomeone started early,â you teased, watching her twirlâbottles of something dark in each hand, her laughter cutting through the night.
âď¸ They had originally been Abbyâs friends, but now they felt like your own. If Abby didnât approve of someone, that meant they werenât worth keeping around anyway. So this group of seven was plenty. Loud, wild, indulgent, always pushing the edge just enough to keep things interesting.
âď¸ First-world problems, boring galas, the bullshit drama of people youâd never really have to deal withâit was all fair game for ranting and laughing about, the alcohol keeping everything light and meaningless. Conversations blurred into one another, champagne bubbles mixing with cigarette smoke, the sharp tang of expensive whiskey clinging to every word.Someone was always telling a ridiculous story, exaggerating details just enough to make it funnier. Someone else was always half-draped over another, limbs tangled, faces flushed, a careless kind of closeness that came with privilege and too many drinks. The air smelled like salt water and perfume, luxury cologne, and the lingering haze of a freshly lit joint.
Abby smirked as you clung onto her, sinking into the plush cushions beside her. The boat glided over dark waters, the surface rippling like liquid ink, only touched by scattered moonlight. The engineâs steady hum mixed with laughter, the clinking of bottles, and the occasional squeal from someone almost losing their balance.
Across from you, Leah stood at the bow, gripping something long and thin.
âIs⌠that a fishing rod?â Abby called out, raising an eyebrow.
âFishing? Dude, itâs pitch black!â Jordan laughed, shaking his head.
âWhat? I saw it, so I picked it up. No late-night snack?â Leah grinned, holding it up like she was about to reel in something huge.
âHa ha,â Jordan scoffed. âCâmon, babe, sit down before you fall.â
âYeah, Leah, seriously,â you added, casting a glance around. Everyone had collectively coated their stomachs with alcohol at this point. The boat swayed gently, but in your mind, everything still felt steady. Safe.
âFucking party poopers,â she whined, stumbling as she made her way back.
The music pulsed through the speakers, vibrating under your fingertips as you traced circles over Abbyâs knee. Someone passed you a drink, ice clinking against glass. The wind was salty and cool against your skin, and for a moment, everything felt weightlessâjust another night, just another story to laugh about in the morning.
Then before you could ground yourself, A deafening crackâwood splintering, metal twisting, the sickening crunch of fiberglass giving way as the world lurched violently forward. The force of it stole the breath from your lungs before you even hit the surface.
Bodies slammed against seats, railings, and the deck. Someone cried outâa sharp, guttural sound swallowed by the pure chaos. The boat groaned in protest, the hull splitting open as water rushed in, swallowing everything in its path. The night, once filled with laughter and careless drunken chatter, twisted into something unrecognizable. Screams pierced the air, panic rising like a tidal wave.
Then came the water.
A crushing, merciless cold that seized your body, shocking the breath from your lungs. It pulled you under, the weight of the crash dragging debris and bodies into the abyss.
Your vision blurredâdark water, fractured moonlight, hands reaching, grasping, then slipping away. And then, Leah was gone. But that wasnât the name being screamed. It was yours. A shaky voice, frantic and desperateâAbbyâs. Calling for you over and over.
The cool of damp grass pressed against your cheek, your vision swimming as you groaned and clutched your arm. A deep gash ran along the length of it, a sheen of red seeping through torn fabric, dark and wet against your soft skin. Tears blurred your visionâshock, pain, it was so fast. Overwhelmed. You gasped, struggling to sit up. Every muscle in your body ached, but you forced yourself to take in your surroundings. The front of the boat was completely smashed in, glass and debris scattered across the shoreline. The others were stumbling to their feet, coughing, calling out to each other in shaky voices.
ââŚIâm here,â you called out. âAbs... Iâm right here.â
Abby all but collapsed beside you, grabbing your face with trembling hands, her wide eyes scanning you for injuries. You barely had time to process before she was pulling you against her, burying her face into your hair, the scent of her shampoo thick in your nose. The others were shouting now.
âWhereâs Leah?â
âLeah!â Jordanâs voice cracked as he stumbled forward, scanning the dark water. âLeah, where the fuck are you?â
Panic settled over the group like a thick fog, replacing the drunken laughter of earlier with frantic movement. Flashlights from scattered phones cut across the water. Someone ran toward the wreckage, their footsteps crunching over broken glass and debris.
âShe was right hereââ
âDid she fall?â
âFuck, fuckâshe was just standing hereââ
The shouts became more urgent, the terror in Jordanâs voice making your head spin even more. But AbbyâAbby wasnât looking at the water. She wasnât calling for Leah.
She was looking at you.
Hands gripping your waist, scanning your face, as if making sure you were still there.
âYouâre hurt,â she whispered, ignoring the chaos, her fingers brushing the blood on your arm. Her expression was unreadableâshock, concern, something else beneath it all. âWe need to get you out of here.â
âAbbyââ you wanted to bud in but She was already moving, hands fumbling for her phone, fingers trembling as she dialed. You could barely hear her over the panic, but the moment the call connected, her voice was sharp and urgent.
âDadââ her breath hitched, her grip on you tightening.Â
You barely registered the clipped response on the other end before she pulled the phone away, her face paler than youâd ever seen it. It was always the same with Abby. The moment things spiraled, the second the world tipped out of her control, her first instinct was to call her father.
âď¸ It didnât matter what it was. A failed exam in school? Jerry. A bad breakup? Jerry. Someone disrespected her at some pretentious gala? Jerry. Even when she swore she could handle things on her own, her fingers always twitched toward her phone, her fatherâs number burned into her muscle memory. Maybe it was because she never really had to deal with the consequences of her own mistakes. Not when Jerry was always there to smooth things over, to fix what needed fixing, to make things disappear. It was almost like magic, the way he workedâwhispers in the right ears, money exchanged behind closed doors, a well-timed favor cashed in. And now, even with something as devastating as this, Abby wasnât thinking about what theyâd done, what it meant. She wasnât thinking about Leah. About the cold, dark water swallowing her whole. She was thinking about Jerry. About how he would clean this up, the way he always did. And maybe the worst part was that she was right.
Minutes later, headlights cut through the darkness. Jerry was already on the phone when he stepped out of the car, his expression unreadable, his voice a low murmur as he barked orders to someone on the other end. The moment he hung up, his sharp gaze flicked over the wreckage and the group of panicked, bloodied young adults before settling on Abby. Without hesitation, she moved toward him, her grip on you unrelenting.
Jordan wheeled around, panic-stricken. âWhat? No, we have to find Leahââ
Jerry barely spared him a glance. His tone was clipped, final. He turned to Abby. âWe need to leave. Now.â
âAre you fucking serious?â Someone snapped. âWe have to do something!â
But Jerry was already moving, grabbing Abbyâs wrist, looking at you expectantly. âThis isnât something you want to be involved in,â he murmured. âTrust me.â The air felt thick, suffocating. Jordan was still screaming Leahâs name. Someone was sobbing. And Abbyâshe wasnât arguing. She squeezed your waist, voice soft but urgent. âWe have to go.â Your heart pounded as you looked between her, Jerry, and the chaos behind you. It didnât feel real. None of it did. And then, as if deciding for you, Jerry pulled Abby away, guiding her toward the car. You hesitatedâjust for a momentâbefore Abbyâs grip tightened on your wrist.
âCome on, baby. Please.â
And against every instinct screaming at you to stay, you followed her. You closed the door behind you. Letting your head fall against the leather seat.Â
The car ride was filled with Jerryâs own interrogation.
Youâd never been a witness to the Anderson back-and-forth before. But tonight, sitting in the backseat, still processing the nightâs events, you had front-row seats. Jerryâs knuckles were white on the steering wheel, his voice sharp, slicing through the tense air. âYou tell me what the hell happened.â
Abby was hunched forward in the passenger seat, still damp, her blonde hair clinging to her skin. She wiped a hand down her face, her breath unsteady. âIt was an accident,â she muttered.
âAn accident?â Jerry repeated, voice thick with disbelief. âJesus Christ, Abigail. Do you understand whatâs at stake here?â
Abbyâs jaw clenched. âWhat was I supposed to do? Just let them call the cops? Let them search the boat?â
Jerry exhaled sharply through his nose, like he was holding back from snapping completely. His voice lowered, even more dangerous now. âAnd what exactly would they have found?â
Silence. Abby didnât answer. Not right away. Her fingers tapped against her knee, a nervous tic youâd noticed before. You could almost hear the gears turning in her head, weighing what to say, how much to admit.
Finally, she swallowed. âI handled it.â
Jerry let out a humorless laugh. âNo, you called me. And now I have to handle it.â
From the backseat, you sat frozen, hands gripping your lap, your own pulse hammering in your ears. Abby hadnât even looked at you since you got in the car. Hadnât reached for your hand, hadnât asked if you were okay. All her energy, all her focus, was on damage control. And maybe that was the difference between the two of you. Maybe this shouldâve been your warning sign. You were still thinking about Leah. Abby was thinking about herself.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âTonight: Leah Crossâ DeathâInside the Boat Crash That Killed NYC Teenâ
âLeah Crossâ Family Settles for $15M Over Boat Crashâ
âJerry Anderson Ceââ
The TV screen flickered, then went black.
You turned your head just in time to see Abby hovering behind you, the remote still in her hand. The news channel was gone. Erased. Leah hadnât just disappeared that night. Sheâd been thrown into the current. Her autopsy said she most likely died on impact, but you couldnât shake the memory of her on the boat, twirling on the helm, throwing her hands up and yelling, âThis is my shit!â to every song that played. The image wouldnât leave. It haunted you. Your parents couldnât get ahold of you that nightâyour phone had been tossed into the summer waters. But Jerry reassured them you were fine. He didnât mention the 12 stitches in your arm. He definitely didnât mention the alcohol, the panic, the way everyone had been too wasted to process what happened. Just fine.
That night never left you.
Maybe it was shock. Maybe fear. But you never asked Abby about the conversation in the car. Your sweet Abby had just been protecting you. Thatâs what she always said. You both had reputations, things on the line. Thatâs what she repeated every time you even looked like you were thinking about it. Jerry had shoved money down the Cross familyâs throat. And they took every penny. You knew silence had a price. But family?
Abby hated when you brought it up. She made sure your arm was fixed up, kissed over every bruise. Whispered reassurances against your skin. And yet, here you were. Rolled onto your side, away from her Night was always the worst. Too much room for your thoughts to catch up to you. Too much room for questions.
âAbsâŚ?â you murmured, rolling onto your back, staring up at the ceiling.
âYeah?â Her voice was hesitant, guarded. Like she already knew where this was going.
You swallowed. âDo⌠do you think about that night? Leah, sheââ
Abby exhaled sharply, already shaking her head. âWhy are you bringing this up again?â she muttered, rubbing a hand over her face. âWeâve been over this.â
âAbby, we didnât even stay that nightââ
âThat was the right call,â she cut in, sitting up against the headboard. âWe werenât gonna stick around for the cops to start pointing fingers. What would that have done? Made you feel better?â
You swallowed hard, something bitter catching in your throat. âYou arenât even listening to me!â You pushed yourself up in bed, turning to face her fully. âYou just keep shutting me down like Iâm supposed to forget about it.â
Abbyâs jaw clenched. âAnd what exactly do you want me to say?â she shot back. âThat I think about it every night? That I see her face every time I close my fucking eyes? Because I donât. I canât. You shouldnât either.â
âď¸ The words hit like a gut punch. Cold. Dismissive. Final. Just like every other time you tried to talk about it. Like your griefâyour guiltâwas an inconvenience. You stared at her for a long moment, something in your chest curling tight, twisting into something ugly and unfamiliar. Abby wasnât going to hear you. She never did.
âď¸ And maybe⌠she never would. That was the moment you felt it. That stiffness inside you. The thing that slowly, quietly, began to push you away from her. She apologized later. Reassured you she was protecting you. But it didnât feel like it. Her tone, the way she dismissed Leah, someone she claimed to love. it didnât sit right. That night, you laid there, stiff in her arms as she curled around you, locking you in place. But it didnât feel like her. The sheets felt cold. Her warmth wasnât comforting anymore. The arguments only escalated. Until one day, you couldnât take it anymore. You walked out her front door and didnât look back. It hurt. Stung worse than anything else. But you had to grieve properly. Refocus on school. Reconnect with your family. Make your own friends. Find mental clarity. Space from Abby. The not-so-sweet Abby you once knew. But you were her lifeline. And when four days passed without a word from you, Abbyâs fingers itched to have you back in her proximity. She texted once.
6:10PM Abby: Hey. You good?
Again.
6:40PM Abby: I know youâre mad, but can you just text me back? Please?
Again.
7:26PM Abby: Are you really ignoring me right now? Câmon, babe. Talk to me.
7:28PM You: Need space rn abs.
Then came the desperate text.
7:29PM Abby: Space Tf? Seriously?
7:29PM Abby: You canât just disappear on me. You know that, right?
7:30PM Abby: Iâve done everything for you. Iâve kept you safe. And now youâre shutting me out?
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
The messages kept coming. The words more frantic. More clipped. As if she couldnât stand the thought of you being anywhere but within reach. She needed you. You couldnât just disappear. Not after everything sheâd done for you. This wasnât how it worked. You never told her no.
And that wasnât going to start now.
âď¸ Abandonment. It was the one thing Abby couldnât stomach. Her mother was gone. Her father was present in name only. And now, you werenât answering your fucking phone. She gritted her teeth, staring at the ceiling as her phone lay discarded beside her, the last unanswered text staring back at her like a slap in the face. She knew Leahâs death had shaken you. Sheâd seen it in the way you flinched at the sound of water slapping against the docks, how your fingers traced the scar on your arm absentmindedly when you thought no one was looking. And she got itâreally, she did.
âď¸ But what she didnât understand was why you were acting like this. Like she was the one to blame. Sheâd explained it to you a million times. She wasnât trying to be cold. She just didnât want you getting in trouble, ruining your life over something you couldnât change. Did you think your parents would still approve of her if they knew everything? If youâd stuck around that night and let the police twist the truth? She had protected you, the way she always would, and now you were punishing her for it.
It wasnât fair, this wasnât fair. She was in love with you. All of you. That meant it was her job to protect you, to keep you safe, to make sure no oneâno thingâcould ever come between you. Because you werenât just her girlfriend. You were hers. So fine. Sheâd let you have your space, your stupid fucking distance. Youâd answer eventually.
You always did. Except you didnât. And despite how much you hated the hollow, gnawing ache in your chest, you didnât let yourself pick up the phone. At first, it was easy. Ignoring her texts, pretending you didnât hear your phone buzzing at night. You told yourself it was necessary. That it would get better.
âď¸ But then came the flowers. The notes slipped under your door. The gifts left where youâd find them, small and expensive. Diamond jewelry â âI hate seeing you upset, baby. Let me make it up to you.â reminders that she was still there. That she wasnât going to let you go so easily. And the worst part? A small, broken part of you didnât want her to. But you had to, right? Because if you didnât, Abby never would
âď¸ So, you started pulling away. Slowly, at first. Ignoring texts a little longer. Making excuses when she called. Telling yourself that if you could just create enough distance, sheâd get the hint. She didnât. Instead, she adjusted. Became more careful. Gave you space but never let you forget she was waiting. That she was patient. That youâd come back.
And your parents? They only made it worse. One night, as you walked into the dining room, your motherâs voice floated in from the kitchen. âHoney, these flowers are beautiful.â
Your father barely glanced up from his plate. âSheâs a good kid. Second chances are important.â
Your stomach twisted. You didnât have to ask where they came from. The same white roses Abby always sent, of course. You gripped the back of your chair. Bit your tongue. They didnât know the full truth. Maybe they knew about the boat crash, maybe they didnât, but even if they did, you werenât involved, so why would they care? Abby was still Jerryâs daughter. Still the golden girl in their eyes. And the comments kept coming. Little reminders, subtle nudges that told you exactly where they stood.
âYou never frowned this much when Jerryâs daughter was around,â your mom added, shaking her head. âYou two were always so happy together.â
âď¸ Were. Past tense. Like they thought this was just a phase. Like they were waiting for you to snap out of it and come to your senses. It wasnât like you wanted her to stay away. The notes on the gifts made your stomach churn with guilt. But then youâd remember the red flags being waved in your face, and youâd try to stand firm. try to hold your ground on this. And maybe that was why, when Abby invited you to dinner, you didnât fight it as hard as you should have. Your motherâs voice in the back of your head, the same tired excuse about your fatherâs business dealings and not ending things on bad terms. So you accepted. Maybe you thought one last dinner would make it easier. That sitting across from her, hearing her laugh, remembering all the good things, would make it clear if you needed to step away fully. And at first, it was sweet.
The restaurant was dimly lit, quiet. Abby had picked your favorite place, ordered your favorite before you even arrived. She looked good, tooâtoo good. Dark button-up, sleeves rolled just enough to tease the curve of her forearms. For a while, it felt normal. Comfortable. Maybe even right. Until it wasnât. Until the conversation drifted back to her. To you. To the space you had put between you.
Abby exhaled, swirling her drink in slow circles. âCan we just⌠stop pretending?â she asked, voice low. âI know you miss me.â
Your stomach knotted, but you kept your voice even. âAbbyââ
âYou preyed on me, you know that?â she cut in, leaning forward. âAt the funeral. When I was grieving.â
You blinked. âWhat?â
âYou saw me at my lowest and took advantage of that. Made me think you actually cared.â She exhaled sharply, shaking her head. âAnd then, what? The second things got hard, you ran?â
You stared at her, heartbeat pounding in your ears. It was a trick. A test. Another way to shift the blame. to make you doubt yourself, make you stay. Preyed on her? The self-doubt hit fast and hard. You didnât intentionally worm your way in. You saw a girl who had just lost her mother. You offered an ear, a shoulder. She kissed you first, for Christâs sake. You didnât even know how to respond. But you did know this was only proving that you needed time away from her. From this person she was turning into.
The conversation escalated. Her voice sharper, her expression harder. The way she twisted her face in disapproval when you tried to defend yourself. Finally, you forced the words out.
âI think we should take a break.â Her jaw clenched. You expected a fight. For her to argue, to beg, to do something. Instead, she leaned back, nodded once, and signaled for the check. And for a while, you thought that was the end.
But then Abby stopped calling. Stopped texting. Stopped begging.
No gifts. No notes. Just⌠silence.
And somehow, that was worse. So much worse. It felt so wrong to not be near her.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ At first, the silence was a relief. But then the relief faded, leaving something else in its place. Something that gnawed at the edges of your thoughts late at night when you stared at your phone, knowing there would be nothing from her.
âď¸ It felt so , so wrong. Abby wasnât the type to give up so easily. She fought for what she wanted, always. And that was the part you werenât ready to admit: some small, irrational part of you wanted her to fight for this. For you. To prove something, even if you didnât know what. But she didnât.The silence stretched on. Days turned to weeks. And slowly, that unsettling feeling morphed into something heavier. The weight of your parentsâ expectations, the whispers about Jerryâs family, the things left unsaid between you and Abby. it all started to spiral. You told yourself it was for the best. That this was what you wanted. But then why did it feel like losing? Why did the silence feel heavier than the arguments? Why did it twist something deep in your chest, leaving you restless, unable to sleep, unable to think without wondering if you had made the right choice.
You werenât in the right headspace for this, not really. Not for concerts, not for crowds, not for meeting new people. But when Riley sent the invite, tickets already bought, practically begging you to get out of your own head, you said yes. Not because you wanted to, but because you didnât trust yourself alone with your thoughts.
The music was loud. The bass pulsed through the floor, through your body, drowning out everything else. Riley dragged you through the crowd, weaving past bodies until you were close enough to feel the heat of the stage lights. And then there was her. A tall brunette, leaning in too close, brushing her shoulder against yours. Laughing at something you barely registered.
âWhat?â You yelled back.
âI said youâre hot! Love the outfit!â she shouted over the music, leaning down to your ear, breath warm against your skin.
Jessica. She introduced herself at some point during the night, though you barely remembered when. Her body was close, her presence easy, effortless. The kind of girl who knew what she wanted and didnât hesitate to take it. When her hands drifted lower under the guise of friendly, you didnât stop her. She was pretty. Willing. A distraction.
So you let her press against you from behind, her lips grazing the side of your neck. Let her hands roam, fingers mapping over you like she already knew where you needed them.
âď¸ You werenât easy. But girls need love too. And maybe, for one night, that was enough. Her touch wasnât like Abbyâs. it was different. More room to flip the script, softer, hesitant in ways you werenât used to. You had to guide her hands sometimes, shifting her touch when it wasnât quite right, tilting her chin when she kissed you. But you werenât sober, so you just leaned your head back against the leather of her passenger seat and tried to stay in the moment. Tried not to notice how it didnât feel like enough. You groaned in frustration when your orgasm took much longer than it ever did before. Even your vagina had a mind of its own. And it was wondering to the woman you desperately didnât want to think about.
Afterward, Jessica lit a cigarette, rolling the window down as she stretched her legs out. The orange glow of the ember flickered as she took a slow drag, exhaling into the night. You watched, silent, waiting for the feeling to settle in your chest. Some kind of satisfaction, some kind of relief. It never came.
Instead, she turned to you, smirking. âYou wanna hear something funny?â
You hummed in acknowledgment, still staring out the windshield. Praying she didnât notice that your moans were definitely a bit more exaggerated.
âWhen I was a kid, some girl cut off a chunk of my hair.â Jessica huffed.
That made you glance over. âWhat?â
Jessica laughed, tapping ash out the window. âYeah. Just, snip. Right in the middle of class.â She made a cutting motion with her fingers, grinning. âIt was long, too. My mom loved my hair. Always brushed it out for me, made a big deal about it. And then this girl, out of nowhere, justââ She mimicked the sound of scissors slicing through the air. âTeacher freaked. My mom cried. The whole thing was a mess.â
You frowned. âDamn. Whyâd she do it?â
Jessica shrugged, flicking her cigarette. âShe wouldnât say. Just sat there, holding the hair like it was hers now.â She laughed again, shaking her head. âI had to get it all cut short after that. Sucked.â
You exhaled through your nose, lips pressing together. Something about the story sat oddly in your chest, but you couldnât put your finger on why. Maybe it was because you could picture it too clearly the quiet, unspoken possession behind a simple, irreversible act. Maybe it was because, in a different time, in a different place, you could have seen Abby doing the same thing. You pushed the thought away. That would a crazy assumption, right?
Jessica reached for your thigh again, fingertips brushing just above your knee. You let her. Not because you wanted to, but because you didnât have the energy to move away. The truth was, she wasnât Abby. She didnât kiss you like she meant it. She didnât make your breath hitch, didnât pull you under in a way that felt intoxicating.
And yet, despite everything, you still felt the pull. Going back to Abby would be a mistake. So why did it feel like you were already slipping?
You let Jessica be enough for the time being. Focused on your own life. Separate from Abby.
She turned out to be sweet. A little clingy, but not in a way that suffocated youâjust in a way that made it easier to let her fill the space Abby left behind. And even if the sex wasnât mind-blowing, it was good enough to make you forget, at least for a little while. You werenât sure if you were ready for another relationship anyway.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ Jessica was easy. Simple. No complications, no expectations. at least, thatâs what you told yourself. You let her be enough for the time being, focused on your own life, separate from Abby. It was nice, in a way. Being with someone who didnât come with sharp edges, who didnât push or pull too hard. Someone who let you lead. Even if the sex wasnât the same, even if you sometimes found yourself zoning out when she kissed you, even if her touch didnât spark anything close to what Abbyâs did. You made do.
âď¸ You tried. You really did. But there was something hanging over you that you couldnât shake. It lingered, always present, like a ghost at the edge of your mind. It hindered you from fully indulging with Jessica like you used to, made it harder to pretend she was all you wanted. And she wasnât stupid.
Jessica laughed, head thrown back as she wiped tears from her eyes. âWaitâyou dated that psycho?â
Your stomach twisted. âSheâs notââ
âOh my god, babe.â She shook her head, grinning. âShe definitely is. Didnât she break some girlâs ribs in highschool?â
âThatâs just a rumor.â Your voice was quieter than you wanted it to be.
Jessica snorted, slumping against the couch. âI mean, I get it, I guess. Sheâs hot, in a scary kind of way. But, babe, thatâsââ She stopped. Her smile faded just a little as she sat up, studying your face. ââŚWait.â She tilted her head, eyes narrowing. âIs that why youâve been off?â You stiffened. Of course she noticed.
âHer?â Jessica scoffed, shifting on the couch.
âNoâI donât knowââ
âYou donât know?â Her voice toned in disbelief. âIâm all over you, and youâre telling me youâve been thinking about another girl?â
You opened your mouth. Closed it. Jessica exhaled sharply, shaking her head. âJesus Christ.â
âď¸ Guilt became your newfound friend. Because you couldnât deny it. You were thinking about her. And now you were defending her. Even after everything. Even after all the reasons you had to stay away. And that wasnât even the worst part of it all.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ Why? Because Abby could hardly contain the burning frustration bubbling in her chest as she tossed the racket aside. The sound of it hitting the ground was too quiet, a dull thud compared to the storm she felt rising in her. Why was this so fucking hard? For the fourth time in a row, the tennis ball hit the net and rolled off, mocking her with its perfect imperfection. She wiped a hand across her face, trying to shake the thought from her mind, but it lingered like a bad taste. You.
Her grip on the racket tightened again, knuckles white, the tension in her body palpable. Goddamn it, she cursed under her breath. A harsh exhale left her lungs as she turned away from the court, storming off without a second glance at Jerry, who called after her with that same disappointed tone.
âThe hell was that?â
She didnât answer. She couldnât. There was nothing to say. Not when her thoughts were consumed by you, by the space youâd put between the two of you. You were still out of reach, and the thought of you letting someone else slide in made her stomach twist in knots. The anger surged again, hot and sharp. Her visor felt suffocating now, like the pressure of it could crack her skull. It had been months, and you hadnât come back. Months. And what was worse? Youâd moved on. Blocking her was one thing, but seeing you move on? That was the thing that twisted the knife.
She slumped down on a bench nearby, the air heavy in her lungs, suffocating her as she dug through her phone. The screen glowed back at her, an endless stream of images and memories. She let out a breath she didnât realize she was holding, flipping through photos, each one a reminder of a time she thought she still had you. Your laughter, your warmth, your body beneath her hands.
A smirk tugged at the corner of her lips as she zoomed in on one picture. You, pressed against her, eyes sparkling. âLetâs see how long you can keep ignoring me,â she muttered, to herself. her finger tapping on the screen. She posted it without hesitation, not caring how it might make you feel. She just needed you to know. she wasnât done. Not by a long shot.
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âď¸ You had been getting looks all morning, but not like this. The stares felt differentâmore calculated, more curious. Something wasnât right, but you couldnât place your finger on it. You brushed it off, shoving the unease down as best as you could.
âď¸ Until you finally gotten home, phone buzzing in your hand, and opened Noraâs message. The second you saw the notification, your stomach dropped.

(Pic is not to represent the readers physical! Just for storyâs sake)ďżź
ââââŕ¨ŕ§ââââ
âPlease, tell me that is NOT my ass on the timeline right now,â you said, barely holding it together as the panic crept up your throat. Embarrassment flooded your veins.
On the other side, Nora stifled her awkward laughter, but you could hear the amusement in her voice. âThen I wonât say it.â
The tension snapped. You were dressed, yes, but that picture? It was never meant for the world. Not like this. Not for her followers.
ââŚItâs a good picture at least?â Nora ventured, trying to ease the tension, but you could hear her holding back a laugh.
You stared at the screen in disbelief as your phone nearly slipped from your hands. Comments started rolling in. Some teasing, others thirsty. Your stomach twisted tighter with every line. And then you saw itâat the top of the postâAbbyâs username, clear as day.
You didnât think. You just pressed call.
The phone rang twice before she picked up, and you didnât give her a chance to speak.
âAre you fucking serious, Abbigail?!â
Abbyâs voice was rough, thick with the frustration she couldnât hide. âWhat the fuck else was I supposed to do? Gifts? Ignored. Saying please? Ignored. Iâm blocked on basically everything!â
âI donât know, space! Like I asked?â
âItâs been months!â Your breath caught in your throat as the anger and hurt pressed against your chest, but Abbyâs voice dropped, and something softerâsomething hurtâslipped through. âItâs been months.â She repeated.
The words hit harder than you expected. You could hear the raw edge in her voice, the cracks forming in her tough exterior. âItâs like you hate me now,â she murmured, quieter, almost like she didnât want you to hear it. âAll of me. Us.â
And just like that, you felt your defenses crack.

Thereâs something about the early mornings that brings this inner peace. It was quiet but not too quiet. It was cold enough to have a blanket around while you looked at the window with a cup of hot coffee waking up your soul, it was perfect. It also allowed you to plan out the day, thatâs what Y/N did. She took advantage of the early mornings and got everything planned for herself. She knew of course stuff happened and something may not get done, as long as there was an attempt; Thatâs all that matters for her.Â
She styled her hair and put her glasses on to finally get on with the day. She had a busy day today. A lot of idols ordered from her flower shop; Stardust and apparently today was one of those days that everyone needed flowers. She didnât know why but she wasnât going to question the business. She walked down her apartment stairwell with her music playing through her headphones. It was like any other day.Â
She walked to the bus stop and smiled to herself. She took off her headphones and waved, âGood morning, Meria.âÂ
Meria was one of her closest friends, though she didnât have many; Meria was top three. Meria was the star football player in their college days and was 7-2. Meria left the sport because she wanted to focus on something less focused on her limbs. Meria agreed to open Stardust with Y/N and never regretted it.Â
Meria took the bun out of her mouth and waved, âGood morning~. Hazel and Nora are already at the store. They wanted help with some of the orders.âÂ
Y/Nâs eyes widened at this and tilted her head, âTheyâre already there?â She glanced down at her watch and looked back at Meria, âItâs seven...that means they woke up super early.â
Meria nodded her head and took another bite of her bun, âHazel was determined to get there before you and Nora wanted to get breakfast.âÂ
Y/N pouted at this, âThey didnât have to do this...I have to-â
âY/N, shush. They wanted to help you, they love you. Donât feel bad. Now get on this bus before I throw you onto it.âÂ
Meria, Hazel, and Nora were Y/Nâs top three friends (and her only friends if she was going to be honest). Hazel was always keeping Meria and Nora in check with their teasing, something Y/N greatly appreciated. Hazel was also the first one to approach Y/N during their freshman year. Nora was the youngest in the group but she was also the brightest. Having an IQ of 120, she was bright but she was lazy. She barely showed up at her classes but would sleep at Y/Nâs dorm as they ate breakfast together. The girls were always together, the perfect group of friends.Â
Y/N nodded her head and glanced at the bus, âCan I have the window seat?â
âOf course you can, my little daydreamer.âÂ
On the other side of the city, Yoongi let out a loud groan. Apparently, his music file was corrupted which means his hard work was nowhere to be seen. He ran his finger through his hair and glared at the screen, âWhat the fuck am I supposed to do?â
Namjoon glanced at Hoseok who just shrugged his shoulders. Namjoon walked behind Yoongi in his chair and rubbed his shoulders gently, âYou should walk away for now. Itâs not going to be solved if you stay mad at it. If anything, you might make things worse.âÂ
Yoongi sighed and took a sip of his coffee, âYou want buns for breakfast?âÂ
Hoseok nodded his head at this, âNora Bunâs open in a few minutes. They have really good red bean buns.âÂ
Yoongi stood up from his chair (with a little stretch) and put his beanie on, âWhatever will get me out of here, I donât care where we go.âÂ
Hoseok scoffed at this, âLetâs go sunshine.â
Namjoon sighed and rubbed his forehead, âItâs too early for this, letâs get food.âÂ
Yoongi put his jacket on and glanced down at his phone, âDid you order the flowers for TXT?â
Namjoon nodded his head, âYeah, Stardust was super busy. I just hope theyâll get here.âÂ
âY/N is really good at being on time. You donât have to worry.âÂ
Yoongi closed his studio door and glanced at Hoseok with a raised eyebrow, âY/N? Who is that?â
âSheâs one of the owners of Stardust. Super nice and awkward. Fun to tease.âÂ
Namjoon shook his head as they walked down the hall, âI tell you all the time to leave her alone.â
âWhy havenât I met her?âÂ
Namjoon glanced at Yoongi and shrugged his shoulders, âYou never come out of your studio.âÂ
âWhatever, just make sure the flowers get here.âÂ
Y/N opened her door and smiled at her friends who were hard at work, âGood morning...thank you for coming.â
Nora was the first one to look up from her work. She gave Y/N a thumbs up, âDonât worry. Weâll always got your back. I brought some buns from my shop here.âÂ
Meria put her coat up and pointed her finger at Nora, âYou told me you werenât bringing any buns so I just ate one on the way here. How could you do this to me!?â
Nora let out a small chuckle, âI brought it for Y/N, you idiot.âÂ
âIdiot!?â
Hazel snapped her fingers and glared at the two, âYah! This isnât why we came early, Nora.â Hazel turned towards Y/N and gave her a soft smile. She walked towards the shorter girl and gave her a small hug, âGood morning, Y/N. Would you like some red bean buns?â
Y/N nodded her head, âThat sounds wonderful...âÂ
After breakfast, Y/N put on her apron and got to work. She let the soft jazz play through her store and she ignored the bickering between Nora and Meria. Y/N smiled to herself and looked down at the paperwork, âThese bouquets go to Hybe for TXT. It says Kim Namjoon ordered it, Meria, can you take this order?âÂ
Meria nodded her head, âYou donât want to see Hoseok?â
Y/N took a sip of her water and shook her head, âI have too much work.âÂ
Nora smirked at this and leaned forward on her table, âYou donât want him to tease you.âÂ
Y/N looked away and picked up the next order, âIâll do the order for Itzy, Nora can you do this order for Aespaâs Music Core performance.âÂ
Nora nodded her head and took the paperwork, âWhatever you say, boss.âÂ
âThank you.âÂ
Meria took the bouquets and smiled to herself, âCongratulations on the new release. Aww, thatâs so nice.â
âMeria donât read the note. It's privateâÂ
Meria rolled her eyes and nodded her head, âFine boss.âÂ
Hazel handed Y/N another order and grabbed her keys, âYou're driving with me, Meria. Letâs go.â Â
âWhat!? No, I promise Iâll get there-â
âLetâs go Meria.âÂ
Y/N gave them a small wave and continued to do the countless orders. Driving with Hazel was like driving with your mom, she would ask you howâs your day and all that. It made Meria laugh because they lived together, and Hazel knew everything. They parked in the employee parking lot and Meria groaned, âI really hate coming into this building.âÂ
Hazel put the parking paper on her dashboard and glanced at Meria, âWhy?â
âItâs so tempting to talk to everyone. Thatâs why Y/N usually does it because she doesnât talk to anyone.â
âJust donât talk to anyone.â
âThatâs so hard to dooooo~.âÂ
Yoongi took a sip of his coffee as Namjoon took a bite of his bun. They were walking back to Yoongiâs office when they saw the bouquets of flowers making their way towards them. Yoongi tilted his head and wondered if this was Y/N (not that he cared...). Hoseok was the first one to greet her, âHey Meria, whereâs Y/N?âÂ
Meria pouted at him, âShe had too many orders to come down...so here I am. Hazel told me to hurry up and not talk as much.â
Namjoon let out a laugh and handed Hoseok his bun to sign for the flowers, âTell her we said hello.âÂ
âIâll do that.â Meria glanced over Namjoonâs shoulder and saw Yoongi, âHey you're the cat in BTS.âÂ
Yoongi felt his eye twitch and he raised his eyebrow, âCat? The hell?âÂ
âYeah, people say you're a cat. I donât know what the internet says. Little meow meow or something like that. â
âDonât call me that. Why would you-â
Meria took the clipboard and smiled at Namjoon, âThank you Mr. Kim. Hazel is texting me and she scares me. Have a good day!~âÂ
Yoongi watched the girl leave and shook his head, âLittle meow meow...what the hell.â
âJust get back into your studio before you fight someone else.â
âDonât tempt me.âÂ
Y/N was walking to her bus stop after the long day she had. She had around 120 orders to fulfill and she couldnât believe that she got all of them done in a timely manner. She put on her headphones and waited for her bus. She looked up to the moon and gave it a soft smile. The moon was warm even though to others it was cold, the moon was Y/Nâs favorite after a long night. She swiped her keychain and headed towards the back in the small corner that she loved oh so much. She told Meria that she didnât want to go out for dinner, instead, she wanted to go home to her cat, Tuna, and have some tea. Meria understood that Y/N needed to unwind and didnât push her.Â
She stared outside as the streetlights shined against her skin. She watched groups of people walking on the sidewalk and she smiled to herself. She watched one group of guys laughing and pushing each other while one rolled his eyes. She couldnât help but feel envious of their energy but she shook her head and glanced down at her phone.Â
Yoongi glared at Taehyung and sighed, âYah, can you walk properly? Weâre in public.â
Taehyung pouted and stopped himself from pushing Jungkook, âJungkook pushed me first. Why do you always let him do what he wants?âÂ
âJust keep walking.âÂ
Yoongi glanced at the bus next to them and he couldn't help but squint his eyes towards the silver vehicle. He wasnât sure why but there was something about it, âHyung! Are you coming?â
He glanced at Taehyung and nodded his head, âI-Iâm coming.âÂ
Y/N tossed her bag on the hook and made her way to her couch. She plopped herself into the dark purple fabric and closed her eyes. It wasnât until she felt the soft hairs against her fingers that she opened them. She petted Tuna and smiled, âIâm home.â She glanced at the window and her smile faltered a bit, âIâm home...âÂ
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
Hazel loved her job. She really did but sometimes it becomes too much. Thatâs why she asked the one person who would listen to her rant, Y/N. The Hybe building was like a castle that was beautiful on the outside but boy did it feel like a prison on the inside. Hazel ran her finger through her hair and took a deep breath. She went to the cafe downstairs ignoring her coworker's glances. She sat in the far corner and swiped through her phone.Â
Y/N entered the building and looked around. It was clear that Y/N didnât belong here. She made her way through the busy entrance and entered Hazelâs code into the building (it also made it easier that the front desk knew her). She quickly made her way to the cafe and ignored the pit in her stomach. It felt like all eyes were on her because it was clear she didnât belong there. She saw Hazel in the corner and made her way to her. Y/N poked her shoulder and gave her a small wave, âIâm here.â
Hazel gave her a smile and stood up to give her a hug, âThank you for making time for me. I appreciate it.âÂ
Y/N nodded her head and sat in the chair, âI was worried. You usually donât sound that distraught.âÂ
Hazel sat back and sighed, âItâs so busy this time of year. Everyone is making their comebacks and they want me to try to schedule everything by next Thursday.â
Y/N frowned at this, âIsnât that asking too much?â
âThatâs what Iâm saying...ugh. I donât know what to do.â
Y/N bit her lip and glanced down at her fingers, âI could always help...â
âWhat was that Y/N?â
Y/N slowly looked up and gave her a soft smile, âI could always come and help...the store isnât busy this week and Meria has the store under control. If you want?âÂ
Hazel gave her a soft smile and placed her hand on top of Y/Nâs, âYou would help me?âÂ
Y/N nodded her head, âI donât like seeing you in such distress.âÂ
Hazel smiled and clapped her hands, âThank you Y/N. Let me buy you a muffin.âÂ
Y/N watched Hazel jump out of her seat and she sat there blinking her eyes. She let out a small sigh, âWhat did I get myself into?âÂ
âWhat the hell did I get myself into?â Yoongi glared at the screen while Jin gave him a proud smile next to him. Jin pointed at the screen and Yoongi had to stop himself from smacking it, âI fixed some of the melody for you.âÂ
Yoongi glanced at Jin and then back at the screen, âThis is completely different. When I asked for help this isnât what I wanted.â
Jin crossed his arms over his chest, âI helped you. You could say thank you.â
Yoongi sighed and took a sip of his coffee, âThanks...â
âThat doesnât sound convincing-â
âHyung, leave him alone.â
Yoongi turned in his chair and looked at Namjoon who was giving him a worried look, âAt least someone has some sense.âÂ
âYah! I helped you!âÂ
Namjoon rolled his eyes and crossed his arms over his chest, âWe have a meeting, letâs go.â
âDo I have-â
âYes, now letâs go.âÂ
Yoongi sighed and slowly stood up from his chair, âFine. Who is it with?â
âItâs with Hazel. She wants to talk about scheduling.âÂ
Jin stretched his body and nodded his head, âWe just had our comeback, what more do they want?âÂ
âJust go to the meeting before she yells at me. Sheâs scary.âÂ
Y/N took a small bite of her cookie and listened to Hazel rant. It wasnât until Hazelâs phone buzzed. She flipped her phone over and cursed under her breath, âI have a meeting in ten minutes. I gotta go, thank you again Y/N. It means the world to me.â Â
Y/N nodded her head, âIâm glad I can help...âÂ
âIâll see you tonight at dinner?â
Y/N bit her lip and looked away, âMaybe.â
âJust let us know, okay? We miss you but we get it, bye, bye.âÂ
Y/N watched Hazel leave and when she was truly gone, Y/N looked through the window. I wonder what Tuna is doing...
Yoongi sat in the meeting room waiting for Hazel. He was just going through his phone but stopped when the door opened. Hazel gave them an apologetic smile, âIâm so sorry I was having breakfast with my friend.âÂ
Hoseok's ears perked up at this, âWas it with Y/N?â
Hazel sat down and nodded her head, âYes it was, and no, you canât talk to her.â
Jimin pouted at this, âWhy canât we talk to her?â
Yoongi raised his eyebrow at this, âYou know her too?â
Jimin leaned forward and nodded his head at Yoongi, âYeah, Y/N always sends us flowers during promotion. Sheâs super nice.â
Yoongi nodded his head at this, Am I the only one that doesnât know her? Thatâs annoying...
Hazel rolled her eyes and opened her folder, âLetâs begin.â
Y/N walked down the street and entered Noraâs restaurant. She knew it wasnât going to be busy because it was after the breakfast rush and lunchtime doesnât start until one o'clock, so she had time to talk to Nora. She knocked on her office and there was no answer. Y/N opened the door to see Nora leaning back in her chair with her eyes closed. Y/N shook her head at this but couldnât help but laugh, âNeh, Nora.â
Nora opened her eyes and gave Y/N a lopsided smile, âEllo, what brings you to my shop?â
Y/N sat in the chair and looked at the dark wood in front of her, âHazel said you guys missed me at dinnerâŚâ
Nora sat up for this and let out a nervous laugh, âWe do but you knowâŚwe donât want to force you. If you go tonight, Hazel is paying.â
Y/N bit her together and played with her fingers, âIâm sorryâŚI didnât realize that I was-â
âY/N, we get it. Donât put pressure on yourself just to make us happy. It wonât make you happy.â
Y/N nodded her head, does it make me happy to stay inside all day and night? I donât even know if thatâs healthy. Y/N glanced down at the picture framed and smiled, it was a picture of them in college. It was right after one of Meriaâs games and Nora had a camera. She said she needed prove to her family that she had friends and was normal. She missed her friends but she couldnât help the pit in her stomach from the outside world. It wasnât fair to her nor to them.
She smiled at Nora, âWhere are we having dinner?âÂ
The rain was peaceful, it created a melody that either put you to sleep or put panic into your mind. Yoongi continued to flip his pen between his fingers as he stared at the blank pages. Nothing. He thought the rain would help him come up with something but this time around, he got nothing. He finally fixed the melody that was corrupted and he thought it was time to create a new song. Obviously, he thought wrong.Â
He stood up and left his studio. He walked down the empty hallways until he saw Jungkook walking towards him, âHyung, do you want to come with me?â
âWhere?â
âTo Stardust. I have to pick a bouquet for my mom.â  Â
Stardust. Thatâs where⌠âSure, Iâll go with you.â Curiosity was going to kill this cat, that was for sure.Â
Stardust was everything Yoongi expected it to be. It was a light pink store with flowers through the window and door. The smell of fresh roses took over all his senses. They walked through the door and Jungkook waved his hand at the girl at the register, âThatâs Meria, sheâs great. Sheâs one of the owners of this place.â
Yoongi nodded his head at the new information and walked further into the store. He glanced around to see countless bouquets and balloons. It was so colorful that it would make Hoseok look black and white.Â
âAh, took your ass long enough.â
Jungkook pouted at her and rolled her eyes, âI just got your text.â
âSo, I told you last night too.â Meria looked over his shoulders and smiled, âHey, meow meow.â
Yoongi felt his eye twitch at this but gave her a polite smile, âMy name is Yoongi.â
âNo, I like meow meow. Kook, your bouquet was made by the one and only me.âÂ
Jungkook gave her a shy smile and Yoongi noticed the little redness in his cheek but didnât say anything. Jungkook signed some paperwork and when he finished he looked around, âWhereâs Y/N?â
This caused Yoongi to look around and Meria shrugged her shoulders, âShe told me she needed to help Hazel with something and I donât know what.â
Yoongi glanced at Meria, âHazel? Sheâs with Hazel?â
Meria raised her eyebrow and slowly nodded her head, âYes? Why?â
Yoongi let out a small cough and shrugged his shoulders, âJust asking.âÂ
Meria gave him a suspicious look but nodded her head, âRight, Jungkook follow me please~.âÂ
Yoongi watched the two leave and he made his way to the purple lilacs. They were shining so bright under the light and he couldnât help but wonder about Y/N. She clouded his mind even though he had never met her. For once he didnât want to stay in his studio. He was going to meet Y/N, no matter what.Â
Y/N looked through the paperwork and glanced at Hazel who was stressed. It was Monday afternoon and even though they got most of it done there was still so much to get done. After four days of staying up, Hazel could finally see a dent in her work. Y/N frowned at her friend and gently took the folder out of her hands, âHazelâŚmaybe you should get something to eat.â
Hazel let out a sigh and nodded her head, âI do crave chocolate.âÂ
Y/N smiled at this and stood up, âIâll get you some chocolate chip cookies from the cafe. Itâll make you feel better.âÂ
âThank you Y/N, I appreciate it.â
Y/N smiled at this and grabbed her wallet and was off. She walked through the empty walls with awkwardness because she still didnât know where to go. She walked down the stairs and took a sharp turn. She hit someoneâs chest and she couldnât help but gasp. She slowly looked up and she felt like a mouse.
âY/N?â Hoseok gave her his signature smile and patted her head, âWhat are you doing here so late?â
Y/N glanced down at her shoes and then back at him, âIâm helping Hazel..â
âOh, with scheduling? I knew she was having a hard time because she asked us directly what we wanted.â
Y/N nodded her head at this, âShe overworkingâŚI was going to get her some chocolate chip cookies from the cafe. I-I was wondering if you could-â
âIâll help you, Iâll be your guiding light.âÂ
Y/N glanced down and saw Hoseok's arm was still around her waist. Y/N shimmed out of his gasp and bowed her head, âThank you. I could buy you something if you want.â
âNope, I wonât let you buy me anything. Now follow me.âÂ
They walked through the empty building and Y/N felt like she was in kindergarten following the teacher with rope. Hoseok opened the door and Y/N tilted her head, âWhere are we?âÂ
âIn the back room of the cafe. Iâll get you those cookies for free.â
Y/N shook her head, âI-I canât do that. Itâs not right.â
âY/N itâs fine.âÂ
Y/N shook her head, âLet me buyâŚplease.âÂ
Hoseok sighed and nodded his head, âFine.â Hoseok grabbed three cookies and glanced down at her, âThese would taste so good if they were free.â
âTheyâre going to taste better paid.â
Y/N walked through the halls with Hoseok and he was talking about the upcoming comeback. She listened and she couldnât help but smile at his excitement. Hoseok tilted his head at her, âYou know you remind me of someone.âÂ
âWho?â
âYoongi. You guys are very similar.â
âYoongi? Is he the cat one?â
Hoseok let out a loud laugh and patted her back, âThat made my night.â
She looked at him with a confused look but slowly nodded her head, âYou're welcome?âÂ
Yoongi let out a sneeze and Jin raised his eyebrow, âSomeone is talking about you.â
âShut up with that myth. Itâs not real.â
Jin shrugged his shoulders, âFine be a Debbie downer.âÂ
Yoongi rolled his eyes and continued to look through his files. He couldnât help but wonder who was talking about him (not that he caredâŚ).
âMeria, can you please help my cousin with football? He wonât leave me alone.âÂ
Another dinner and Y/N nervously accepted it. It was the second dinner in a row that she went and it was Hazelâs choice this time. Hazel picked the ramen place near her work in case she had an emergency meeting.Â
Meria slurped up her noodles and looked at Hazel, âDoesnât he have a team to do that?â
Hazel played with her noodles and shook her head, âHalf of his team has their own private coaches to help them out. Every time he asks they ask him why donât you have a private coach.âÂ
Meria sighed, âI can make time.âÂ
âThank you, I appreciate it.âÂ
Y/N took a sip of her water and glanced at Hazel, âHave you met Yoongi?â
Hazel raised her eyebrow and nodded her head, âYeah, why?â
Meria glanced at Nora and had a mischievous smile, âI know Yoongi was looking for you the other day.â
Nora smirked at this and looked at Y/N, âOh? Interesting.â
Y/N felt her face get hot and looked away, âI never met himâŚI was just asking.â
Hazel gave her a gentle smile, âHeâs kind of like you but more blunt.â
Meria leaned back in her chair with a smirk, âMaybe youâll guys meet and fall in love.â
Hazel kicked her shin under the table and looked back at Y/N, âMaybe you'll meet when you're over helping me out.âÂ
âMaybe..â
Tuesday mornings were always difficult for Y/N. It was the day when she went to therapy and talked about her problems. She loved her friends but she just didnât know how to tell them how she was feeling. She knew they were all ears but she didnât want to burden them with her problems. So she was paying someone to listen to her and it made her feel less guilty. Problem solve.Â
She took a sip of her tea and headed into the Hybe building. She had her headphones playing comforting music as she made her way to Hazelâs office. As she made her way through the crowd of people, on the other side Yoongi was walking with Hoseok to the cafe.Â
âIâm just glad you're finally taking a break.âÂ
Yoongi rolled his eyes, âI was craving something.â
âLike what? Pure caffeine?âÂ
âActually no, I wanted the chocolate chip cookies.âÂ
Hoseok raised his eyebrow and let out a chuckle, âYesterday, Y/N wanted the same ones.âÂ
Yoongi stopped in his tracks and looked at Hoseok with wide eyes, âY/N?â
Hoseok stopped and turned towards him, âYeah, she was here helping Hazel.âÂ
âYou took her to get cookies?âÂ
Hoseok nodded his head, âYeah, she wanted to get some cookies for Hazel because she was working really hard.âÂ
Yoongi nodded his head and started walking, âThatâs nice of her.â
âWhy?â
âNo reason.âÂ
Y/N entered the office and gave Hazel a small wave, âGood morning.âÂ
Hazel looked up from her papers and smiled, âHey, can you do me a favor?â
Y/N put her bag down on the floor and looked at Hazel, âSure?â
âI ordered some muffins in the cafe downstairs. Can you pick them up for me?â
Y/N put her arm back into her jacket sleeve and nodded her head, âUnder your name?â
âYes, thank you. I wanted to get you that chocolate muffin you like so much.â
âThank you. Iâll be back.âÂ
Y/N went back out and made her way through the busy hallways. She liked it better when there were fewer people, it was easier to navigate. Y/N walked down the stairs as her music played through her white headphones. She made a sharp turn and she hit someoneâs chest. She blinked her eyes and slowly looked up to see dark brown eyes already looking at her, âOh, Y/N, Hey.â
She looked to the side and saw Hoseok giving her a small smile. She slowly turned her head and quickly backed away with a bow, âIâm sorry.â
Yoongi looked Y/N up and down, honestly, he didnât know what he expected. She was dressed in all black (besides her headphones) but her glasses were light pink. She kept averting her eyes away and he couldnât help but tilt his head at her. She had this comforting aura and he wanted to learn more about her. She seemed mysterious but at the same time an open book. He could tell right away that she had social anxiety just with the way she was standing but he couldnât read her eyes. He wanted to read her, he wanted to understand her. She gave him an awkward bow and said sorry again before making her way to the cafe. Yoongi turned his body to watch her and Hoseok couldnât help but smirk at his friend, âYou met Y/N.âÂ
âYe-Yeah, I met Y/N.â Yoongi let out a small cough and turned around to quickly walk off before Hoseok said anything else. He knew this session was going to be long.Â
Yoongi continued to stare at his screen and he couldnât come up with anything. He wouldnât say it was writer's block, it was more like he was distracted. His mind went back to Y/N. Meeting her last week has really put him in a weird place. He only knew her name and he barely said two words to her. He closed his document and glanced down at his phone, 13:14. He has time to make a visit.Â
He grabbed his keys and headed out with his mask and all. He parked his car on the side and he went inside Stardust. He walked in but it wasnât the peaceful sight that he walked into before. Y/N was getting berated by someone and he couldnât help but glare, âOi, leave her alone.âÂ
The girl turned around and scoffed, âShe shouldnât be working in an industry if she canât talk.â
âWell maybe if you clean your ears you can hear her.â Y/N smiled at this and she looked at shoes. Yoongi glanced at her when she did this and he felt his chest get lighter. Yoongi looked back at the girl and crossed his arms over his chest, âAre we done here?â
The girl scoffed at this and walked out but she made sure her shoulder bumped into Yoongis. He rolled his eyes and let out a small chuckle when the door closed. Y/N looked up and gave him a small smile, âSorry about that.â
Yoongi shook his head and walked closer to her, âYou shouldnât be sorry for someone else's actions.âÂ
âStill...â
Yoongi pulled down his mask and gave her a small smile, âI didnât introduce myself last time...Iâm Yoongi.â
Y/N looked into his brown eyes and then at her flowers, âI know...meow meow, right?â
Yoongi let out a small chuckle and nodded his head, âYeah, meow meow. You already know me?â Itâs cute when she calls me that.Â
Y/N looked back at him and nodded her head, âItâs hard not to notice you. Youâre the one that sets the team in motion with your lyrics...especially with your skills at conveying emotions...â
âYou...you noticed all of that?âÂ
She nodded her head and looked down at her flowers. Despite the cold air from the AC, Y/N felt her cheeks begin to burn and she had to look away from his dark curious eyes. Throughout her final days at helping Hazel, she kept asking about Yoongi. Ever since Hoseok said she was like Yoongi she couldnât help but be curious. All the stories that were told to her made her feel like an expert at knowing him but at the same time an amateur, âWell, you and the rest of the guys are kind of...kind of everywhere.â Y/N stammered out and she couldnât help but play with her fingers, âI hear your music every day and itâs comforting-â
âYou think my music is comforting?â
âWhy wouldnât I?â
It was Yoongiâs turn to feel the heat from his face and he was thankful he wasnât standing under the light. He rubbed his neck, âTh-Thanks.â
Y/N let out a cough and turned towards her flowers as she went through some paperwork, âSorry...I talk too much.â
âI donât think so.âÂ
Y/N glanced at Yoongi over her shoulder and then back at her paper, âDid you have an order to pick up?â
Yoongi cursed under his breath, he didnât think he would get this far with talking to her. Yoongi looked up at the ceiling and then back at her, âNo, I just wanted to introduce myself to you. I felt bad I didnât do it on that day and Iâve been thinking about-sorry Iâm talking too much.â
Y/N let out a small laugh, âI donât think so..â
Yoongi stared at her face when he saw her laugh and in this moment he was undeniably happier (he wasnât going to tell anyone that...)Â
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
âI heard you met Yoongi.â
Y/N eyes widened and she dropped the flowers onto the table. She let out a small cough as she picked them up trying to act like nothing happened, âI told you I went to get pizza after closing the shop early and then I went to Tuna's vet appointment.âÂ
Meria pursed her lips and glanced at Hazel who was avoiding eye contact (she didnât want to get ratted out), âThatâs strange because an office lady that works god-forsaken hours saw Yoongi coming back with a small vase of flowers without any of his members around to annoy the peace.âÂ
Y/N picked up the bouquet and hid her face, âI may have left out some details.âÂ
Nora dropped her scissors, âWhat happened? The one time we didnât come and help.â
âItâs not what you think...â
âWell it sounds like it was a good conversationâ Meria joked as she walked towards Y/Nâs table, âWhat happened? Pleaseeeeee telllll usss!~âÂ
âThis was an angry customer...â Y/N placed the bouquet back on the table and stared at the dark wood, âShe was mad that my voice wasnât loud and started to go off on me. Yoongi came and told the girl off, making her leave. We talked for a little bit before I had to get food and take Tuna to her appointment.âÂ
âWait...your appointment was at 15:00. You talked for two hours?âÂ
Y/N shook her head at Meria, âI told you to stop going through the logs.â
âIâm nosy. That shouldnât be a crime.âÂ
Hazel scrunched her face at this, âItâs a crime.â
Nora rolled her eyes at this, âWeâre getting off track.â
âThereâs nothing more to talk about. Yoongi came in and told that girl off...he bought some flowers. End of story.âÂ
Hazel shrugged her shoulders, âI donât know. When he came into my office afterward, that was the most Iâve seen him smiling without his members.âÂ
Meria snorted and looked at Y/N, âYou heard that.âÂ
Y/N rolled her eyes (with her face feeling hot) and went through the paperwork, âNo, I didnât.âÂ
Nora looked at Meria and then back at Hazel, âShould we go through the video to find the girl.â
âNora, youâre not going through my security tape to find the girl. The three of you give me a headache.â
Hazel smiled at this, âYouâre welcome.âÂ
Y/N couldnât stop herself from smiling and shook her head, âThanks.âÂ
Three times a week, Y/N was at Hybeâs office helping Hazel with extra paperwork. Her office may be small but it was cozy with all her plants around. The new paperwork was on the business side and Hazel asked Y/N if she could help (since Y/N had a business degree). Y/N agreed because it got out of the flower shop and Meria asked her to take a break from the shop. Sheâs taking a break from her job just to be working another job. Sounds about right. She should be taking a break with her cat but she finds going through paperwork relaxing.Â
Y/N handed Hazel a stack of paper and smiled, âI finished another pile.âÂ
Hazel smiled at this, âAt this point, you should just work here.â
Y/N shook her head, âI just like helping you. Iâm going to get some tea, do you want anything?â
âIâm good.âÂ
Y/N made her way to the cafe and sat in the back with her tea as she went through her music. She closed her eyes as she waited for her tea to cool down a bit. She let her music take her to her daydreams. Just as Y/N was doing this, Yoongi walked into the cafe with Jin talking his ear off. Y/N passed the tables but he noticed Y/N in the back and he turned away from Jin to glance at her. He turned away quickly because he didnât want to hear Jinâs teasing. They stood in line and nodded their head at Jin but Yoongi couldnât help himself to glance at Y/N.Â
Jin stopped talking when he saw that Yoongi wasnât paying attention and followed his eyes. It all clicked when he saw Y/N. He heard the story from Jungkook and Hazel about his interaction with Y/N at her flower shop the other week. It was rare to hear Yoongi getting flushed with a compliment. Usually, he would play cool with them but to get flushed, never.Â
Y/N looked up and saw Yoongi looking at her. She gave him a soft smile and a small wave. Yoongi straightened up his back and gave her a small nod. Jin smiled and at that moment he found himself almost glad that Yoongi liked Y/N. (Not that he would admit but Jin knew all...obviously).Â
Y/N picked up her tea and made her way to Yoongi. She smiled at him, âHazel told me you have a performance coming up.â
âYeah, Iâm excited. Itâs been a while since we performed.â
Y/N glanced down and then back at Yoongi. She gestured for Yoongi to lean in closer and he blinked his eyes in confusion before he obliged. Y/N tilted her head to whisper in his ear, âI know this is biased but...I think youâll be the best performer there.â Her hair whipped around her as she turned away from Yoongi and before she could walk away from Yoongi, she glanced at him, âGood luck.â
Yoongi watched her leave the cafe and he couldnât take his eyes off of her. Jin rolled his eyes and let out a small cough, âDo you want coffee or not loverboy?â
âShut up.â
The next day, Yoongi made his way to the cafe to see Y/N with her tea. Yoongi rubbed his hands against his jeans and took a deep breath. Y/N took a bite of her cake and looked up when she heard footsteps. She took off her headphones and smiled at Yoongi, âHey.â
Yoongi waved and pulled the chair out to sit in front of her, âWeird question...are you good with computers?â
Y/N tilted her head and nodded her head, âIt depends. What's up?â Â
âJust having issues with saving.â
âI can take a look but I canât promise anything.â
âThatâs all I can ask for.â
They walked back to his studio and the two made small talk. She was telling him about her cat and he was telling her how he wanted to adopt a cat. A black cat to be specific. She looked down at his doormat and laughed, âThatâs very you.â
Yoongi smiled to himself as he entered the code, âIt was mostly towards Jimin and Taehyung.âÂ
âIâm sure they got the message.âÂ
He closed the door and Y/N looked around. She wasnât sure what she was expecting but seeing real machines that make music left her in awe. She didnât even know what they were called. She stood awkwardly and Yoongi spun the chair for her to sit. She gave him a small smile and sat in the black chair. She pushed herself near the computer and glanced up at him, âWhat did you want me to look at?â
âMy music file...It was corrupted and I was wondering if you could help me. Hazel said you were good with computers.âÂ
Y/N shook her head at this and placed her hand on his mouse, âI wouldnât say good...tolerable would be better.â Â
Yoongi took another chair and sat next to her, âI would say good.â
âYou havenât even seen me work on computers.âÂ
âSo, I just know it's going to be good because of you.â
Y/N felt her face turn hot but she shook her head and faced the computer, âIâll try my best.âÂ
Y/N went through his computer and it wasnât until she felt his hand on top of her other hand. She wanted to glance down but she knew if she did, she wouldnât be able to stay in the room with him. After twenty minutes, she figured it out. Yoongi moved his hand and she turned towards him with a smile, âI figured it out.âÂ
Yoongi smiled at her and looked at the screen, âThanks, Iâve been having trouble with this stupid thing.â
âIâm happy I was able to help you. I have to go, Hazelâs texting me.â
Yoongi stood up and put his hands in his pocket, âYeah, go ahead. Thanks for helping. I really appreciate it.â
Y/N looked away from his brown eyes because she felt like if she looked at him, she would steam up. She nodded her head and gave him a small wave as she closed the door, she didnât hear the footsteps.Â
âWhat did Yoongi need?â
Y/N jumped slightly and placed her hand over her heart. She turned to see Namjoon with a curious look, âHe had trouble saving this corrupt file...I helped him.â
Namjoon raised his eyebrow at this, âCorrupt file? Yoongi fixed that a while ago.â
Y/N felt her body get hotter and she slowly nodded her head, âOh? I-Iâm glad I could help.âÂ
Hazel had snuck the girls into the after-party of BTS performance in the Hybe building, but the energy in the room was so excitable that no one even noticed them. The soju and beer was flowing and Y/N noticed some younger trainers enjoying the loudness. Y/N took a sip of her water and let out a small laugh when Jimin told her the story about Jungkook the other day at the gym. She leaned her tired head on Noraâs shoulder as she listened to all the stories being thrown at her in the small circle.Â
Across the room, Yoongi stood with Hazel as he leaned against the wall with a beer. He glanced at Y/N and then at Hazel. Yoongi saw an opportunity and now that he was alone with Hazel he could ask, âSo...Y/N.â Yoongi began, taking a sip of his beer to calm his nerves, âIs she dating anyone?â
Hazel let out a small laugh and took a sip of her soju, âTook you long enough.âÂ
Yoongi whipped his head and stared at her with wide eyes, âHow did you know? I thought I was being subtle.âÂ
âThat was you being subtle? It would be successful if I was blind.â Hazel emphasized, âNamjoon told me about the file thing.âÂ
He felt embarrassment flow through his body, âShut up...do...do you think I have a shot?âÂ
Hazel raised her eyebrow and took a sip of her soju, âY/N is the most genuine and kind person youâll ever meet. She tends to keep things to herself and she tries to talk to us but she stops herself. I donât even think she realizes she does it.âÂ
âHow do you know how she's feeling?âÂ
âYou take the time to get to know her. Between you and me...I think you might have a shot.â With that Hazel left Yoongi to join her friends from the other side of the room. Yoongiâs eyes searched through the crowd and he stopped when he saw Y/N laughing at something Meria said. âI think you might have a shot...âÂ
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
Spring flew by and before she knew it she was heading to the airport to visit family like she always did for spring. Everyone came to say their goodbyes and she was surprised the whole group had time to see her off. She was talking to Meria but her eyes kept drifting to Yoongi who was talking to Hazel.Â
Her grip around Meriaâs arm tightened and she looked down at her, âNervous?â
Y/N nodded her head, âI hate going...â
âYou love seeing your parents. Think of that and not the flight itself.âÂ
âI-Iâll try my best. I just donât like flying.âÂ
Meria patted her head, âJust focus on your music or you can talk to one of us. Always here for you.â
Y/N nodded her head and she let go of Meriaâs arm. She looked down at her phone and made a sharp turn but she collided with someone and nearly fell to the floor, âIâm so sorry-â
âWhy is it that weâre always colliding with each other?âÂ
Y/N looked up and saw Yoongi giving her that smile that she only saw on Run BTS! She let out a small cough, âI can be a little oblivious but Iâm usually not this clumsy.â
Yoongi chuckled at her nervous smile and helped her back to her feet, âWhy did you make a turn?â
She felt embarrassment go through her body and she looked down at her shoes, âThere's this cafe that has a cake that I like.â
âOh is it that strawberry cake with champagne?âÂ
Y/N looked back up at him and her eyes were wide, âYou remember that? I only mentioned it once.âÂ
âI remember what you like, donât worry.âÂ
Jin looked over his shoulders and rolled his eyes, âOkay, lovebirds, Y/N you have a flight to catch.âÂ
Yoongi rolled his eyes and nodded his head towards the cafe, âLetâs get you that cake before you board.â He grabbed her hand and his other hand took her luggage. She glanced down at his hand and felt a surge of happiness through her body. She bit her lip and she softly said his name causing him to glance at her over his shoulder, âI was wondering...do you want to share your number with me so we can talk? If thatâs okay.âÂ
They entered the cafe and he ignored the teasing smiles from the group. He looked down at Y/N and gave her his gummy smile, âYeah, letâs get your cake first.âÂ
She sat on the plane and she glanced at her phone with a smile. She brought up Yoongiâs name and she took a deep breath, I just got on :)Â
Not even a minute passed and she felt her phone buzzing, Text me when you get there. Get some sleep. I know you worked late last night at the flower shop.Â
I will. Thanks for caring.
Always for you.Â
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
The trip to her parents was relaxing but it did feel strange not doing anything. During her time with her mom, she was taught how to knit. For someone who has never touched a needle, she was really good at it. She made everyone simple socks but for Yoongi she made him a beanie with a small Y on it. Summer was the time when Meria always had stuff planned for the group and usually Y/N would think twice about going. This year itâs different and Y/N was excited for whatever Meria planned. The summer felt slow but anything could happen with the summer sun blazing.Â
âA football match?âÂ
Meria nodded her head and handed out jerseys from her bag, âSurpriseâÂ
Y/N glanced at Nora who shrugged her shoulders, âI didnât even know she could afford these tickets.â
âYah, I have ears.â
âUnfortunatelyâÂ
Hazel put the jersey on and looked at Meria, âYou do realize we have no idea whatâs going on, right?â
Meria nodded her head, âMy dad surprised me with these tickets and I wanted to go with my best friends.âÂ
âThereâs a catch.â
Hazel smacked Noraâs shoulder and looked at Meria, âWhatâs the catch?â
Meria shook her head, âNo catch, I didnât want to go with my brothers.âÂ
When the group finally reached the stadium, they ended up having to climb more stairs than any of the girls anticipated. But the further they went up, Y/N ignored the ache in her thighs and focused on the excitement that was building up.Â
Meria was the first to enter the box and when she looked inside she let a small snort out, âThis is going to be fun.âÂ
Y/N looked at her with a confused look and walked in. Her eyes landed on the small group and she couldnât fully recognize them until one of them fully turned, âY/N?â
Y/N felt her heart skip a beat when she heard Yoongiâs voice and she didnât understand how he managed to get more attractive while she was gone. There was a small nudge on Y/Nâs shoulder and she realized it was Nora who was pushing her forward because she was frozen in place.Â
Y/N waved shyly at Yoongi as she made her way over to him, âI thought I was going to see you tomorrow but this is a nice surprise.â
Yoongi glanced at Hoseok to make sure he wasnât listening, âIt is. I really liked the beanie by the way.â
She looked at him with excitement, âReally? You liked it? Iâm glad it got to you. It was my first time knitting and sending something out like that.â
Yoongi opened his bag and pulled out the black-knitted beanie, âIâve been carrying it around ever since I got it.âÂ
Y/N felt her heartbeat get faster and she swallowed her spit, âReally? Itâs not that special...â
âIt's the most important part of my outfit. For every outfit.âÂ
Y/N let out a small laugh, âIâm glad you like it.â
âOi, Y/N, our seats are over here.âÂ
Y/N turned around and saw Nora giving her that knowing smirk that she hated. She turned back to Yoongi and gave him a small wave, âIâll see you later?â
âYeah, you will.âÂ
The next day, Y/N saw Yoongi. He texted her to come and visit his studio and she couldnât help contain her excitement. She looked down at the familiar rug and entered the studio. She saw Yoongi on his couch on his phone and she raised her eyebrow, âYou're not on your computer?âÂ
Yoongi looked up and locked his phone, putting it on the coffee table, âI was waiting for you.âÂ
She hated the butterflies in her stomach and she tried her best to swallow some confidence. She twirled her fingers together and gave him a smile, âYou said you wanted to show me something?âÂ
âI do.â Yoongi made his way to his desk and picked up a bag behind his monitor. He slowly turned around and gave her a sheepish smile, âDonât make fun of me.â
She glanced down at the bag and then at him as she blinked her eyes. He nodded his head and she gently took the bag. She slowly opened the black fabric and Yoongi could hear his heart through the silent room. She took out the knit with her initials and she glanced at him with a confused look, âDid...Did you make this?â
Yoongi rubbed his neck and nodded his head, âI went to visit my mom last week and I asked her to teach me...It was a quick lesson and I know-â
âI love it.â She put the beanie on and she gave him a wide smile with her eyes closed, âI really love it.â
Yoongi has never seen her do this type of smile and he could make a beat with how loud his heart was going. Y/N opened her eyes and knew the feelings she had for Yoongi couldnât be pushed down any longer. And that was scary.Â
Later that evening, Y/N invited Nora over to finish watching Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban. During the scene where Malfoy gets punched, Nora slowly turns towards Y/N on the couch, âYou like Yoongi, donât you?âÂ
Keeping her gaze on the screen, Y/N was quiet for a few moments before, barely above a whisper, she asked, âHow did you know?Â
âYou're extra nervous around him and jumpy whenever you see Yoongi.âÂ
âAm I that obvious?â Y/N questioned in a horrified whisper as she looked away from the screen to look at Nora.Â
Nora shook her head, âIf you were more obvious, you would be with Yoongi at this moment.â Y/N glanced at the screen and then at her fingers as Nora continued to study her. Nora placed her hand on her thigh and gave her a comforting smile, âWhy are you scared to admit you like him?â
âIf I admit I have...feelings for him,â Y/N glanced at Nora, âThen he could be another person that could reject me...I canât handle that.âÂ
âTrust me, if you saw the way Yoongi looks at you, we wouldnât be having this conversation.âÂ
In Hazelâs office, she was typing away when the door was open wide. She glanced up from her paperwork and raised her eyebrow at the scene. Yoongi was with Jimin and Taehyung, it was clear Yoongi was embarrassed but she didnât know why.Â
She stopped typing and leaned back in her chair, âWhat the hell is going on?âÂ
âTell him to ask out Y/N already.âÂ
âShe talks about her every day and even re-read their texts. It's annoying.âÂ
Yoongi pushed Jiminâs arm around his shoulder and scoffed, âI donât do that.âÂ
Taehyung turned towards Hazel and gave her a disbelieving look, âHazel, he knitted her a hat.â
Hazel raised her eyebrow and let out a small laugh, âAnd sheâs convinced that you donât like her.â
Yoongi raised his eyebrow, âWhat was that?âÂ
âNothing, just know, you're stupid.âÂ
This dinner was different, Hazel invited the rest of BTS to it and Y/N was nervous and she hated the feeling of being nervous (well this was a different kind of nervous). Y/N sat at the table with Yoongi sitting next to her as she listened to the chatter around them. Yoongi glanced down at her and pushed some hair away from her face, âDeep in thought?â
Y/N looked at Yoongi and saw his dark brown eyes. Her chest started hurting and she knew she couldnât hide her feelings for much longer. But right now, she's going to become the greatest actress in the world, âJust thinking about what I want. Thatâs it.â
Yoongi raised his eyebrow and nodded his head, âWhat donât you get that steak you like with the salad.â
He remembers... âYeah, I was going to get that...â
Nora glanced at them and smiled. She leaned towards Hazel with a small smile, âI think it's going to happen soon.â
Hazel smacked Noraâs shoulder, âDonât be so loud.â Hazel watched the two and how close they were getting, âBut yes...I think itâs going to happen soon.â
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
âA ball?â
Nora nodded her head in annoyance, âMy father wants this grand ball for my birthday. So annoying.â
Meria glanced at Y/N and then back at Nora, âHow dare he want to celebrate your birthday.âÂ
Y/N took a bite of her steak and shrugged her shoulders, âIt could be fun...you never know.âÂ
Nora played with her meatball and rolled her eyes, âItâs in three days.âÂ
Hazel choked on her pasta, âThree days? Your birthday is literally in two months. Why three days?âÂ
âComplicated...âÂ
Y/N looked at Nora with a shy smile, âDid you invite BTS?â
Nora smirked at her and nodded her head, âOf course I did.â She glanced at Meria and gave her a small smirk, âI bet Jungkook is going to ask you.â
Meria picked up the knife and pointed at her, âI could cut you.â
Hazel flicked Meriaâs forehead and looked around the restaurant in embarrassment, âYou can act like that in our houses but in public, come on.âÂ
âShe started it.âÂ
Noraâs family was known throughout college as the rich ones. Nora thought it was annoying to attend parties or even socializing with people with the same status. They were boring in her mind. The girls have been to her ball before but nothing like this.Â
Hazel gave her a soft smile, âWas it because they forgot last year?â
Nora took a bite of her meatball, âThatâs part of it.â
Meria raised her eyebrow at this, âWhatâs the other part?â
Y/N gently placed her hand on top of Noraâs, âYou can tell us.âÂ
Nora sighed and nodded her head, âThey're going on a cruise and I wonât see them until next year. They just told me this yesterday.â
Meria scoffed at this and shook her head, âAssholes.âÂ
Hazel gave her a comforting smile, âWeâll be together.âÂ
Nora shrugged her shoulders, âI honestly donât care about the party. I asked for all of my favorite foods and thatâs all I need. Y/N and Meria will probably have dates, so Hazel is all mine.âÂ
Meria rolled her eyes, âYou're annoying, you know that.â
âI do.âÂ
Y/N bit her lip and the thought of having a date and there was one person that she wanted to be her date. Hazel caught this and smirked to herself.Â
After dinner Hazel saw Yoongi going back to his studio and smiled to herself. She followed him to his office but put her bag in the middle of the door to stop it from closing. Yoongi raised his eyebrow and opened the door with his foot. His hands were already full with his notebooks because he was getting to write a song, âHazel, whatâs up?â
âIâm only doing this because I know Y/N is too terrified to do it herself. Plus, I know you're inevitably going to take her to Noraâs birthday ball.â Â
âTerrified to do what?âÂ
âAdmit she likes you.âÂ
Yoongi dropped his notebooks and looked at her with disbelief, âY/N likes me?âÂ
âIâm not saying anything else.âÂ
âYou barely said anything.âÂ
âIâve said enough.â Hazel turned around to walk away and she knew Yoongi was following her. She turned around and looked at Yoongi with a know-it-all look, âY/N likes you. Now do something about it, producer boy.âÂ
Y/N was going to her flower shop after having her late lunch. She unlocked the door and was immediately met with Meria with a suspicious look, âWhat did you do?â
âFirst of all, ouch. Second of all, follow the candles to your office.â
Y/N raised her eyebrow and looked down to see the candles that Meria was talking about. She glanced at her with furrowed eyebrows, âIs this a prank?â Â
âNo, I wouldnât prank...Hazel yelled at me last time. Just follow the damn candles.âÂ
Y/N placed her coat on the coat hanger and did what Meria told her to do. She opened the door and saw Yoongi leaning against her desk with a nervous look. She tilted her head at him, âIâm glad it's not a prank.âÂ
Yoongi let out a small laugh, âI have something to ask you.â
Y/Nâs brain went into overdrive but she kept a calm face to him. She couldn't give her hopes up. Yoongi reached behind him and picked up a bouquet of purple lilacs. The calm face that she tried to keep on but it disappeared when the smell of lilacs hit her nose. She slowly walked towards him and her fingertips touched the petals. Yoongi watched her fingers trace the petals, âI-uh..These are for you.âÂ
Y/N grinned brightly and accepted the flowers, âWhatâd I do to deserve these?âÂ
âIf I name all the reasons why you deserve these flowers then we would be here for eternity.â He took a deep breath and grabbed her free hand with his gummy smile, âWould you be my date for Noraâs ball?â
Y/N stared at Yoongi with shock. She couldnât believe that Yoongi was sitting in front of her in the first place. She placed the bouquet of flowers on her desk behind him and interlaced their fingers together tighter with a soft smile as Yoongi returned the same smile, âI would love to be your date.âÂ
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
She didnât want to admit it but Y/N was weak at the knees every time she pictured Yoongi taking her to the ball. She felt like a girl in school when their crush asked them out (well she never had that but she watched netflix shows). She didnât show anything to the girls but they could easily tell from the way she laughed much more and how she's more talkative, that something happened.Â
Nora let her borrow her old dresses and it was the most beautiful dress that she has ever seen. It was a light blue ball gown with asymmetrical neckline with floral embroidery all around the dress. Nora has never worn it but it felt like it was made for Y/N. Hazel was brushing Y/Nâs with a soft smile, âYou look beautiful.âÂ
Y/N glanced down at the vanity and she felt the heat rise, âThank you...you do too.âÂ
The girls walked out of Noraâs room and walked down her grand staircase. Sometimes seeing how rich Nora was, shocked Y/N. She watched Meria make her way to Jungkook while Nora and Hazel went towards the drinks and she was alone until she wasnât. At the bottom of the staircase, Yoongi stared at Y/N with pure shock. He knew she was pretty and she was a cute girl but this...this was different. Her glasses matched her dress and her hair was done perfectly. Even though the staircase had a dim glow, she was the brightest light he had ever seen. He made his way to her and grabbed her hand as she glanced down at their fingers. Yoongi stared at her and let out an awkward laugh, âHi.â
âHey.â Y/N felt her cheeks burning so much it felt like they were on fire. She gave him a shy smile and then she looked down at her tulle skirt.Â
âYou look..you look beautiful.â
âYou look amazing, Yoongi. I always liked you in a suit.âÂ
Yoongi glanced at the others in the main room and then back at Y/N, âShall we?âÂ
Y/N nodded her head, âYeah...âÂ
She intertwined their fingers and made their way into the main room with all their friends. The music began to play and Y/N glanced at Yoongi, âYou dance all the time...are you going to show me your moves?â
Yoongi gave her a small smirk and fixed his tie in a playful manner, âI can try, Ms. L/N.â
They swayed around the room with Meria and Jungkook behind them for most of the time. At the moment, Y/N didnât see them. She saw Yoongi and only him. They continued to dance and he twirled her around once more causing her to laugh at the gesture. This continued for four more songs and Y/N took his hand to head out of the main room. Yoongi didnât question it because it was time with her. She made her way towards the door and gave Yoongi a small mischievous look, âThereâs a good hiding place. I know.âÂ
They went through Noraâs parents' garden and Y/N sat next to the small pond with an abundance of flowers around them. Yoongi sat next to her and she leaned into him, âItâs peaceful here...I used to come out here all the time when I was sleeping over.â
Yoongi intertwined their fingers together and leaned his head against her, âOh, Why?â
âI was overthinking...I couldnât sleep because of it.â
âYou tend to do that a lot...why were you overthinking?â
Y/N let out a humorless laugh and sighed, âI had a crush on this guy and...he rejected me. He was my first ever crush and he rejected me in a rude way. Not even nice and it made me feel like no one would...no one would accept me.âÂ
âHeâs an idiot. He canât see the bright light that you are.âÂ
She leaned away from Yoongi and sat up straighter giving him her full attention, âBright light? Is that how you see me?â
âBright light, the ending to my beginning...so much more.â Yoongi took a deep breath and he decided he was going to get over his fears, âI like you..I like you a lot, Y/N. I-Iâve felt this for a while now. Iâve liked you for so long that I donât remember exactly when I started liking you. I just knew I liked you so much that music became my second thought. I donât want to ruin anything-âÂ
Y/N cupped his cheek and gave him a soft smile, âYou're not ruining anything.â She whispered before pressing her lips against his. The two broke apart and Yoongi couldnât help but let his gummy smile show up. Y/N intertwined their fingers together and she stared at his fingers, âIâm not the best at talking about my feelings...Iâm trying my best to show how I feel. I like you so much Yoongi and I want to be with you.âÂ
âYou do?â
Y/N laughed at his bashful smile and nodded, âI really do...I really do, Yoongi.âÂ
Yoongi leaned down and she placed his lips on hers again with the moon shining against the pond. Â
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
The start of Y/Nâs and Yoongiâs relationship was soft and sweet (ignoring the embarrassing moments from Jimin and Hoseok the night after Nora's ball). Every time Y/N saw Yoongi, she felt a good nervous. It wasnât like before but she was still nervous. Yoongi would show up at her flower shop and surprise her with her favorite lunch or he would come to her apartment to play with Tuna. It was the perfect pace for her and she couldnât imagine her affection to Yoongi to deepen but it did.Â
âWhat is this place?â
Yoongi gave her a chuckle and opened the door, âThis is Hybeâs music room. This is where all the instruments are.âÂ
She walked up the piano and played a messy melody as Yoongi watched in awe. She turned around and looked at Yoongi, âIâm so jealous of you. The fact that you know how to play piano. I wish I had learned.â
Yoongi pulled the seat out and patted the dark wood, âSit next to me.â Y/N did what Yoongi said and watched his skillful fingers play a melody. She watched like how a painter painted his work and Yoongi couldn't help but feel his pride spiked up. He turned towards her and grabbed her fingers, âIâll show you how to play.âÂ
They played simple notes and Y/N leaned against him, âHas music always been your thing?âÂ
Yoongi nodded and kissed the top of her head, âIâve always loved music...It started as rap verses I would write at school or even making random songs in my room. I guess music has always been there for me. What about you, has flowers always been your thing?âÂ
Y/N chuckled at this and nodded her head, âI love flowers. Each of them have different meanings and the combination of flowers can mean something...itâs so fun watching peopleâs minds come up with new combinations. It just shows how much they pay attention to the other person.âÂ
âThatâs cute of you.â
Y/N shyly looked down at the ivory keys and a question came to mind, âWhen you asked me out with the purple lilacs...did-â
âI knew what they meant.âÂ
She stopped playing and turned to her side to face Yoongi, âYou knew what they meant?â
âThatâs why I picked them out...well I also picked them out because when I first came to your store, I saw purple lilacs under the light.âÂ
âWhen was this?âÂ
Yoongi pushed some hair off of her forehead, âWhen Jungkook needed to pick up an order. I came along...I came along because I wanted to meet you.âÂ
âMe-Me?
Yoongi chuckled at her reaction and wrapped his arms around her waist, âEveryone kept talking about you and I never met you. I wanted to know you but it felt like every time I tried I just missed you. Then that day when you ran into me...I met you.âÂ
âYou never told me this.â
âItâs kind of embarrassing.â
She shook her head and cupped his face. She placed a quick kiss on his lips and smiled, âI think itâs sweet.â
âDonât call me that. I have an image to uphold.â
She chuckled and shook her head, âWell it's a good thing that things can change for the better.âÂ
Yoongi nodded his head and placed a kiss on her cheek, âChanging my plans and being my perfect distraction. What more can I want in this world?âÂ
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
Itâs amazing how fast seasons pass when you donât have anxiety building up. One minute it was fall and now it's winter again. Meria was finally going out with Jungkook after a wild proposal from him. Y/N helped Jungkook with the flowers but after that, it was all him. Stardust started to become busier because of the holidays and it felt like she hadn't seen Yoongi in forever. Theyâve been together for seven months already and she couldnât believe it. This was the first time she celebrated New Years with a partner, it was a good feeling.Â
Y/N was finishing cleaning the shop when the door opened. She smiled because she already knew who it was. She turned around and placed the broom against the wall. She quickly made her way and wrapped her arms around Yoongi as he gave her a tight squeeze. He kissed the side of her head and smiled, âI missed you.âÂ
âI missed you too, Yoon.â He put her back down and she glanced down at her feet with shyness, âI saw your concept pictures...a suit?âÂ
Yoongi smirked and ran his fingers through his hair. He did it just for her because he knew how much she liked him in a suit, âYou like it?âÂ
She slowly looked up and nodded her head, âI do...â
Yoongi wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed the top of her head, âJust for you baby.âÂ
âDo you want to go to my apartment or do you want me to go to yours?âÂ
Yoongi released and thought about it, âI want to see Tuna.âÂ
âSometimes I feel like you're only with me for Tuna.âÂ
âMaybe I am, Ms. L/N.â
Y/N smirked at this and kissed the tip of his nose, âThen Iâll tell Hazel.âÂ
âI was joking, donât do that. Sheâs scary.âÂ
She finished closing up the shop and the two walked to Yoongiâs car. The drive to her apartment was filled with laughs and soft touches. When they entered her apartment, Yoongi closed the door and pushed her against the door as she laughed, âWhat you doing, Mr. Min?â
âShowing my beautiful girlfriend how much I love her. Is that okay?âÂ
Y/N leaned in to place a passionate kiss against his lips. When she leaned away, she nodded her head, âOf course itâs okay.âÂ
He picked her up and she let out a loud laugh as she wrapped her legs around his waist. Yoongi closed the door (making sure Tuna was outside) and gently tossed Y/N onto her soft blankets. He took off his shirt and slowly made his way to her. He towered over her and kissed her lips as if he was going to die if he didnât. When moved away he kissed her cheek, âI need you here...always. I love you.â
She looked at him with wide eyes, this was the first time they said it. Yoongi looked at her shocked face and kissed her lips again, âYou donât have to say it back-â
âI love you so much Min Yoongi.âÂ
Yoongi froze in his spot and glanced into her eyes, âYeah?â
She nodded her head and cupped his face, âYou made me realize I was missing something...I love you Yoongi.â She took his hand and placed it on her chest and he felt her heartbeat, âMy heart beats like this for you...and only you.âÂ
He leaned down and kissed her again, âDo you want to?â
She knew what he was asking and kissed his neck (the sensitive spot), âYeah...âÂ
He pushed her hair away from her face and smiled, âWhatever you want, baby.âÂ
The next morning, Y/N woke up early to feed Tuna and to make breakfast. Yoongi walked out shirtless and he saw her cooking in his shirt. He couldnât stop his heart from beating fast. He quietly made his way towards her and wrapped his arms around her waist, âCan you shut off the stove?
âWhy?â
He ran his fingers down and she felt his cold fingertips against her stomach. She bit her lip from moaning and he kissed the side of her neck, âI wanted to take a shower with you.â
âI can have a shower...and then eat.âÂ
The breakfast that she was making was never finished and it stayed there until the afternoon. She blamed Yoongi for her wasting food.Â
âŻÂ¸.â˘Â´*¨`*â˘âż âżâ˘*`¨*`â˘.¸âŻ
Spring is when things are borned and Y/N experienced just that. Her Shop became plural. Stardust and Ethereal, the two light pink shops caught the eyes of anyone walking on the street. Spring time was a special time, especially the mornings. Mornings brought inner peace and it was the quiet that used to comfort her but now if she didnât hear Yoongiâs deep voice saying good morning then the morning was ruined. Â
She styled her hair and put her glasses on to get on with her day. She walked outside and said her good mornings to Tuna and the newest addition Toothless (a black cat that Yoongi begged for). She walked into the living room and plopped herself right next to Yoongi who leaned down to give her a kiss on the check, âAre you ready to go to work?âÂ
Y/N shook her head, âTen more minutes. Meria can survive.âÂ
âCan she? Sheâs already texting me.âÂ
Y/N chuckled at this and stood up from the couch, âFine, I guess Iâll go to work.âÂ
Yoongi took his keys out of his pocket and smiled at her, âI told you no more bus. You got me.â
She let out a puff of air and nodded her head, âFine, letâs go stubborn.âÂ
Yoongi held her hand as they walked down her apartment stairwell while her headphones were softly in her bag. He listened to every word of her story and how busy it was today because it was the first day of spring. The countless orders from idols was nothing new but the sheer amount at both stores was new. Yoongi opened her car door and she gave him a kiss on his cheek. It was like any other day.Â
He placed his hand on top of her thigh as he drove through the semi busy city, âNamjoon texted me to get my ass in the studio before he locks me up in there.âÂ
Y/N let out a laugh and stared through the window, âIt was our date night. He knows the drill.âÂ
âHe said, " Who wouldâve thought Iâm telling you to work on music.â
She turned her head and gave him an apologetic smile, âIâm sorry...am I taking you away too much?âÂ
âNo, you should just keep me in your room forever.âÂ
âIs that where you want to be?â
âHonestly, anywhere with you, Iâll be perfectly fine with.âÂ
Y/N opened her door to Ethereal and smiled, âGood morning, Meria.âÂ
Meria turned around and glared at her, âYou're late.â
Y/N rolled her eyes and placed her coat on the hook, âI wasnât late and you know that.â
Nora pointed her finger at Meria, âShe just came a minute ago. She was too busy with Jungkook in her-â
âShut the fuck up Nora.â
Hazel sighed and walked up to the shorter girl and gave her small hug, âHow was the ride with Yoongi?â
âPerfect.â Y/N clapped her hands together, âOkay, we have a busy day. We have multiple orders from SM and JYP. Letâs start with the biggest orders because thatâs going to take us the longest.âÂ
Nora nodded her head, âYes boss. I bought buns, itâs in your office.âÂ
âThank you Nora.âÂ
Y/N put her apron on and let the soft jazz play as she ignored the bickering between Nora and Meria, âThese bouquets go to Seventeen at Hybe, Hazel can you take Nora for that?âÂ
âYeah-â
âI want to go to Hybe.â
Y/N looked at Meria and shook her head, âYou just want to see Jungkook. No.â
Meria pouted and sat back down at her station, âFine.â
She rolled her eyes and felt her phone buzz in her pocket. She took her phone out and she smiled when she saw Yoongi in the studio working. She never thought that his smile would bring her comfort nor would she ever experience his rare friendship. For the ending of her first beginning, Yoongi was everything she needed and more. She never knew she needed him and vice versa.Â
âY/N, did you hear me?â
She shook her head, âWhat was that, Meria?â
âYoongi is here with your tea.â Y/N smiled at this and walked towards him placing a kiss on his lips, her accidental happily ever after and she was his perfect distraction.

disposable girl (jordyn)

i cant fucking stand this. i try so goddamn hard to make friends, to be attractive to people, to be even somewhat appealing to them etc etc. it never works. i thought it would get better the older i get. thats what i was told. guess what! i was fucking lied to!!! im alwasy left out of EVERYTHING i never get invited to shit and my own friends ignore me all the time. everyone looks at me weird. i cant go in public anymore im so fucking terrified of everyone. nobody fuckinf wants me, man. im so close to doing something stupid i feel so gross and ugly and dumb i should actually just die id be doing everyone a favor LOL
(new)
man, i havent been on here in forever. the internet is kind of dumb. what is there to say? my friend group celebrated our outpatient graduation anniversary the other day, that was pretty nice. weâre all trying to figure out housing stuff, noraâs been helping with that. freyja + mayra + kairi found a place already (how are they so responsible??) and the rest of us are trying to find places near them so we can visit more often. i never expected to have such a big group of friends. if you told me 2 years ago that iâd be living like this, i wouldnât believe you. itâs still surreal to me. iâm not sure what i did to deserve them. same goes for my girlfriends. i donât wanna say who just yet, weâre still figuring things out, but iâm just so thankful for them. i feel so lucky to have a second chance at life. i really didnât believe people when they said it would get better, and then it did. how funnyâŚ..
irreverent girl (kairi)

I do not want God to see me anymore. I do not want anymore eyes on me. This is near unbearable. I have no one to turn to. My mother is in the church. Many of my friends are in the church. They would tell me to find hope through Christ. They would tell me to pray to Him. They would tell me that He will save me. He must not remember He made me, and if He does, He simply does not care. I know this is unbecoming of me, and I don't mean to be dramatic. I am simply depressed, nervous, and I cannot tell what's real and what isn't anymore. I know I'm supposed to hear God speaking to me, but I do not, and I am tired of straining my ears. I just want to see a doctor. I want some kind of tangible solution. I do not want to pray anymore. Praying hurts. I only do it when I am afraid, but I am afraid much of the time. I don't want to be unheard anymore. I do not want to hold out hope for someone who does not act like they're there. I am hurting. I am hurting. I am hurting. Belief is hurting me. The idea of God is hurting me. I need an out. I am hurting.

theres something so broken in me thats beyond saving. so i dont know why i keep trying to be saved. i meant to kill myself when i was 18. i didnt. all ive wanted to do lately is kill someone or something. i havent. im too much of a pussy to plan anything concrete, no matter how much i hate everyone around me. no matter how much i get off to videos of people dying or how much i love cutting myself i cant actually take action against other people. i am fucking purposeless. i was born from evil and i will always be evil and i cant even live up to that. i hate myself i hate myself i HATE myself and the universe hates me too. i dont know what to fucking do at this point. i talked to one of my friends about wantingto die and they said smthn about hospitalizing myself. maybe. i dunno. i dont know what else there is for me/. my eyes are fucking burning from lookign at my computer for so long adn not getting any goddamn sleep. i am not a good person. i dont think i can be helped but i just dont wanna fucking keep goign to school and being around people and pretending like everything is norma;l. i cant keep doing it. what the fuck is wrong with me whagt happened. why cant i be loved or feel love for other people when did something change in me that switched the aggression and affection parts of my brain. im hyperventilating ill be back. maybe

i know i dont hate being disabled... i just hate being disabled in a society that makes existing difficult... but sometimes i really just dont want to be disabled anymore. i dont want my family to lecture me about how i could be helping out more, or how i should get a job. i dont want teachers to keep asking me whats wrong or the fuckin uni counselor to try to get me hospitalized. i dont want to be in so much pain anymore, to feel so exhausted that i cant even do so much as prepare food for myself, let alone do anything meaningful or fulfilling. its not fair. i shouldnt have to stay inside and sit in the dark all day,. i should be able to have friends. to talk to people and to go out with them and to feel like i am alive. its lonely and traumatic to suffer through this and on top of that no one around me understands, and they never fully will. i am tired of trying to justify my existence to everyone, to explain the pain that i am in and why i shouldnt have to experience it. i know the problem isnt me. i know i live in a world that isnt built for me. but if the world cant change then sometimes i truly feel that i should just stop living in it. my lifespan is already shorter than everyone else's anyways. what difference does it make

ĺď˝It is 3 AM and I should go to sleep but I canât. I have a work zoom meeting early in the morning and I gotta hit the gym also because I havenât done leg day in like⌠weeks. Oh well, it doesnât even matter. My value is depleting but I donât think I care anymore. The turnaround date for my code is also in a couple of days and I havenât made any progress. I keep getting the same error and Iâm too tired to figure out whatâs wrong. I might get fired at this rate LOL(çŹ). If that happens, I think Iâll just consider ending it all. Not that anybody will miss me. God I sound so weak and pathetic right now. When did it get like this. How did it get like this. Iâm sure Iâll be fine. Iâve been through worse before and this is nothing. Ugh, why is it so hard to breathe? My chest hurts and I feel like something is wrong but I donât know how to make it go away. Should I call someone about this? No. No one is awake or around to help. Iâll be fine. Iâll just sleep it off. Shake it off⌠shake it offâŚ

i thought i was doing better but i cant stop thinking about them. their touch, their interests, their smile, everything. the worst part is that i miss them, after all of what they've done to me. i was 13. i dont even feel justified calling it rape since our relationship was so muddy... they never yelled at me or was angry at me, they just got so sad when i tried to speak my mind, and got all my friends to hate me when we finally broke up. i never said no so i feel like im insulting actual survivors by feeling violated. i wasnt even trying to get into a relationship with them, it just happened... i feel like everyone around me wants me in the same way they did, even though im an adult now and i dont even try to make myself appealing. i wish i could trust people not to take advantage of me, and i feel disgusting and selfish for feeling like everyone has ulterior motives of getting me to fall in love with them, or worse. that's so self centered of me. i dont know how long i can keep doing this

I don't remember ever not having a sex drive, is that normal ? I was born and then it was all downhill from there, something happened to me sexually i think, I don't know what happened, because I don't remember much, but something happened and I was beaten for it and yelled at and my mother hated me, and now I am an adult and I try to have sex, and I'm not there mentally, even if my body is participating, I feel like I am in the past again, being beaten and yelled at . I want to keep trying, I want to have fun, to feel safe in someone else's arms, to reach the heights of pleasure, but my mind scares me so much, I haven't been able to eat anything today because I feel so horrified by my body . If I was good I would have been born as a nonsexual being, no parts, no desires, no instincts, a blank slate, too empty to be enjoyed . Do you know what it feels like, to have your mother tell you people want to sexually abuse you when you are a child, and then to be made fun of by your peers for being so ugly, to have your middle school and high school classmates joke about how much they don't want to have sex with you ? I am illicit and undesirable at the same time, I am everyone's last option, I am nothing and still too much, rotting deer meat on the side of the road . I wish I had been born as something beautiful and pure, I wish I could start over, that whatever that initial sin was had never been committed .. I want to start over

LMAOOOOO im too angry and miserable to be around. i think i just need to give up at this point because theres clearly like. something broken inside me that cant be fixed. that has 2 be it because i try to talk and i just sound cold, i try to make a joke and it comes out overly edgy and unfunny, i try to be like everyone else but its too much. i cant even be a collection of the positive traits i see in others, i try to replicate it and it comes out warped and wrong. im either fucking enraged or in abject misery or way too happy and nobody can keep up with me. the thing is i dont even blame them. i wouldnt want to be around me either. do u know what thats like? being someone you wouldnt want to know? i keep hoping that one day ill wake up and suddenly be normal, the mood swings will be gone and everyone will like me and i wont do stupid shit that pisses them off. but i know that day isnt coming. theres no hope for me and i want to say sorry to everyone who has ever had the misfortune of knowing me but i know it wouldnt do anything. theres nothing i could ever do to make myself right

I am so excited... Tomorrow my experimental outpatient treatment plan begins!!! I'm beyond delighted. I have complicated feelings about my DID being in remission, but it's nice to feel stable enough to be in charge of something this big, and to not have terrible gaps in my memory anymore. I still don't remember everything that happened to me, but maybe I don't need to. At this stage of my life, I feel content. I can confidently say everything was worth it. I want to help others feel that way, too. I think I can.

neil's learned obliviousness
gearing myself up to write another essay about neil josten. the grind never stops. had to figure out why people making neil super clueless and oblivious always rubbed me the wrong way even tho it's technically canon so here it is.
ok so i have a lot of thoughts about neil and obliviousness but i'm gonna mostly condense them into this single thesis statement: neil only pays attention to and notices things he deems important.
we've been knew atp that neil has insane tunnel vision, and that often comes across in his narration. because of this, it's easy to assume that neil is just genuinely very clueless and oblivious when it comes to social interaction and also romantic relationships, flirting, etc.
i know nora herself said that neil wouldn't realise if someone is flirting with him because he's dense as a brick and while i appreciate the comedic value of socially oblivious neil i generally take this characterisation with a grain of salt because it very quickly leans into territory of neil being just generally dumb and inept, which i lowk can't stand because it sanitises and declaws neil a lot and makes him boring and stereotypical.
so i raise you this: neil's obliviousness (if you want to call it that) throughout aftg and in his narration is deliberate. mostly, i think it's all intentional. he literally intentionally refuses to notice or give attention to certain things. and because of his relentless focus on only a couple of things (exy and his survival), things like socialising and relationships get put on the backburner unless they relate to the two aforementioned things.
let's dissect it using examples.
nicky's flirting. neil's narration is pretty clear-cut when it comes to this. he doesn't demonstrate much confusion towards nicky's behaviour except that he doesn't really know why nicky's more interested in him than exy. crucially, he isn't confused about why nicky demonstrates an interest in him (which is because he thinks neil is hot), he's just confused about why nicky is investing energy into flirting with him when, in his mind, there are better things to be doing. it seems, at least in his narration, that he knows nicky is flirting, he just doesn't know why and also doesn't really care to focus on it. aside from an initial discomfort/expression of disinterest, neil doesn't linger on nicky's comments and flirtations for the rest of the series. he narrates it when it's relevant but doesn't make any additional internal comments towards it because it doesn't pertain to his two priorities: exy and survival.
marissa's flirting. i feel like there's two ways to interpret neil's response to marissa's advance "i can give you my number". neil says "what for?" and you can either take this as genuine confusion or just neil kinda being a dick. i lowk never considered the first option and just jumped straight to "neil doesn't really care about hurting this girl's feelings" lmfao. i think i'm right tho, because he elaborates and makes it clear he isn't interested in pursuing relationships outside of the foxes (see: priority no. 1, exy) and when nicky and dan comment on it, making it explicitly clear that marissa was asking neil out, neil doesn't express any confusion over what she was trying to do. people who write neil being genuinely exaggeratedly clueless when being flirted with need to remember that neil wasn't unaware of marissa's intentions during this scene, he was just so aggressively disinterested that he failed to remark on most of it. he never expresses any actual confusion or obliviousness about her flirting.
andrew. ok look. this is gonna require some explaining. first of all let's talk about andrew's attraction to neil on a purely physical level. their nothingship era, if you will. neil's dizzying whiplash during the "that doesn't mean i wouldn't blow you" scene is honestly pretty understandable. like really, who wasn't surprised during that scene? the hints in the previous books about andrew's attraction towards neil were so subtle that most of us readers had to reread a couple times to actually catch the progression and build-up. and also, andrew was high and manic for most of the first two books, so it's understandable that neil probably chalked up a lot of andrew's yapping and odd behaviours to the drugs, rather than a genuine expression of andrew's feelings. that's not to say he discounted the things andrew told him, but since he's always taken andrew at face value, he also didn't doubt andrew's "i hate you" and supposed dislike of him. i think it's actually very very understandable that neil didn't pick up on andrew's attraction to him because 1. why would you ever assume that about anyone anyway 2. neil is pretty preoccupied with being hunted down by his serial killer father and the japanese mafia 3. andrew was NOT making it easy on neil at all. this is partially because andrew himself wasn't ready to face the reality of his feelings for neil and also just his general confusing way of going about things. it makes a lot of sense that even neil, who's generally good at reading andrew and picking up on his hints, would miss whatever hints andrew was dropping about this, if any. and finally, 4. andrew wanting to fuck neil doesn't have anything to do with exy or survival, so neil instinctively filters it out and doesn't think about it a lot. next, i guess we have to talk about andrew's actual feelings for neil. again, we like to make fun of neil for never picking up on the fact that andrew is in LOVE with him during their situationship phase. but again, i think it makes a lot of sense? yes, andrew wasn't exactly subtle about it by a certain point (see: baltimore reunion) but also, neil has literally been pavloved to reject romantic relationships. one of the ways he "justifies" his nothingship with andrew is by assuring himself that andrew is only physically attracted to him. and the other justification is that he sees andrew as intertwined with the idea of his survival, because of the deal they have. keeping andrew close and being in a relationship with him is directly related to his own safety and survival. because neil's lowk manipulated his own thinking to associate andrew implicitly with survival, suddenly their relationship is a lot more prioritised in neil's mind and narration, because it pertains to priority no. 2, survival. i truly, truly believe neil's refusal or inability to see andrew's actual feelings for him is deliberate. he doesn't want to notice that andrew actually is in love with him because that is area he isn't familiar with and he doesn't want to hurt andrew when he dies. but because he obviously does want to continue this little "nothing" with andrew, and because he associates andrew with survival, he's unwilling to let go of him. so he just refuses to notice and remains deliberately oblivious to andrew's feelings for him. it's all very psychological.
final argument: people like to make fun of neil for not realising his own feelings for andrew but listen. he does realise. he never says that he doesn't feel anything for andrew. he never denies being in love with or attracted to andrew, not even in his own head. he registers, literally in trk, after his conversation with nicky, that he sees andrew differently and could be developing feelings for him, but he literally forcibly pushes the thoughts away because they would distract him from priority no. 1 (exy) and priority no. 2 (survival). he also notices in the back half of tkm that their nothingship has taken on new weight and means more than just "nothing" but he avoids acknowledging it with andrew even when he's aware of it in his own mind. so yeah. neil isn't in a state of denial. like at all.
also, neil does notice things when they pertain to his priorities. like, he picked up on jeanee the same way kevin did. he noticed literally in trk the way jean reacted differently to renee, but he only chose to acknowledge and mention it out loud when he could use it to his advantage. and it did work out in everyone's favour, because he brought it up with kevin, kevin gave renee jean's number, and that's how jean was able to escape the nest and survive the year. so, lbr, neil isn't as clueless and out-of-it as the fandom likes to make him. he can be very perceptive and socially aware when it pertains to his narrow-minded priorities.
ok at the end of the day, i can acknowledge: it is not that deep. if ppl want to make neil super oblivious and clueless and socially inept, it's not rlly a big deal. i just personally hate when they dumb neil down when he is honestly such a smart and perceptive character and his intelligence is actually such a huge part of the series. so anyway. i hope u enjoyed this essay, it's been a while so it's a little rough.

Obsessed - Part 10 - Epilogue (Azriel x Reader)
Summary:Â A decade, a wedding, and two kids later, Azriel is still obsessed.
Warnings: Fluff.

****
A decade later
âThis spot, right here, was where I spoke to your mama for the first time.â Azriel declared after stopping at some random part of the airport with their twins in his arms.Â
What?Â
âOhh.â The children cooed with far too much energy for early morning travel. Their father seemed rather proud of their reaction.Â
Y/n suspected something was off when her husband proposed a trip the week before to the country where sheâd studied for her exchange program but what the actual fuck was this?
All of it started when their kids asked him about how heâd met their mother.Â
As a matter of fact, she really did not remember why she agreed to this trip but Azriel had somehow seduced her into saying yes and the next thing she knew, the family had reached the airport.
Y/n remained somewhere between embarrassment and mortification as he continued to narrate to his children the story of how hopelessly heâd fallen in love with their mother while skipping the inappropriate parts of his thoughts.Â
She sighed.
Maybe, she could take a breather and visit the university, meet her professors and a few friends.Â
She followed Azriel into a restaurant where as soon as they entered, a few men stood up from a table and made way for the family to sit.Â
âThis is where I had my first meal with your mama. I was sitting on this very chair and for some reason, your mama is not sitting on the same chair she was all those years ago.â And she simply smiled before deciding their food because her family were engrossed in their own world to read the menu.
All those years ago, huh?Â
Time had flown by so soon and somehow so slowly.Â
And a thirty-nine year old Azriel certainly looked fine. So damn fine carrying the kids with the sleeves of his black shirt folded up to the forearms and revealing his tattoos. Y/n was half tempted to drag him to the nearest restroom and kneel for him.Â
The meal was a light one. She watched them quietly while Azriel narrated the legendary romance of their mama and papa to their children.Â
âMama.â The little boy, Aether, called. âWhen did you fall in love with papa?â
âIn an apartment.â She smiled at the memories from their apartments and let them take her back in time.
When Azriel confessed how heâd arranged for them to meet by finding out her travel information, she was simply surprised.Â
But then he revealed how heâd bought an entire building and arranged for them to be neighbours just so he could have an excuse to see her and talk to her.Â
Her husband smiled knowingly at her as he continued to coddle and feed their children.Â
And then came the time to board the flight.Â
Outside the aircraft, Azriel stood with their kids as he commanded their attention. âNow, this is the plane in which I sat next to your mama for the first time. It was our first time travelling together.â
Y/n sighed. Who gave this man so much money anyway? Because heâd tracked down that particular aircraft and bought it ten years ago. It had been revamped into a private jet for the family.Â
They boarded the plane and Y/n had absolutely nothing to do. The only thing she had to do was order food for them all at that restaurant earlier. Azriel had taken care of everything else.Â
The plane was divided into three parts; the cockpit for the pilots, the area for the cabin crew and the bodyguards, and the area for the family, with the latter separated by doors.Â
Their baby girl, Nora, was now yawning. Soon enough, Aether yawned and Y/n led them to the large bed where she tucked them and closed the window. Once theyâd fallen asleep, she returned to her husband and settled on his lap.Â
âSleep, Y/n.â His hand cradled her body gently and firmly. And as she drifted away to sleep, she recalled how life had continued after their reconciliation.
It was a mess and they wanted it. They wanted to navigate it. She'd taken her time to confess her feelings about her past and so had he. And for the first time, they were raw and broken in each other's arms.
She snuggled against him, inhaling his scent. This was her husband. The father of her children. A man so devoted to her and intent on treating her right and she wondered if she was ever doing enough for him.
And just when she thought she could cry from it all, her husband pressed a kiss to her forehead and began humming a tune.
****Â
Azriel was a composed person. Always taking time to enjoy everything. Never in a hurry because he always planned everything like that.Â
Heâd taken Y/n out on dates where they could simply enjoy the food and the place without having to rush anything at all.Â
When they were married, he was over the moon. Obviously.
The billion-dollar empire did not run on its own but he was far too eager to go home to Y/n.
After a long period of an obsession bordering on unhealthy, she was finally his wife. And they had two children. Aether had his black curly hair and smile while Nora had his eyes but the rest of them were all his sweet wife.Â
Wife.Â
Azriel looked at the building as the car neared it. When it stopped, he gently woke up his wife and the family was in the apartment she lived in.Â
âThis was mamaâs apartment.â
âWhatâs an apartment?â Azriel proceeded to explain the word by giving the twins a tour of the place.Â
****
Dinner was yet another affair as Azriel took it upon himself to tour the city, taking them to every single place theyâd ever been to. âThis is where we did our grocery shopping.â
âSo this is how I can get a girlfriend.â The little boy mused.Â
âMaybe.â The father grinned. Their son mirrored his expression and their daughter was now curious.Â
âMama.â Nora looked up at Y/n. âIf I want to marry someone, will I have to wait for a boy to do all this for me?â
Azriel froze.Â
His little girl?Â
Marrying?Â
Marrying?
What a horrifying thought.Â
He immediately took out his phone and texted his assistant to increase the security around his daughter lest some random lizard abduct her from him.Â
âWell. .â Y/n began. âMaybe youâll meet someone who does something else but which would make you feel special.â My god, what was his wife saying? There was no need for their daughter to meet anyone like that.Â
âBut papa makes me feel special. So why would I meet someone else?â Bless his daughter, such a lovely soul.Â
âOf course, my little sweet.â Yes. Papa was all that his little girl needed. There was no need for any snakes to slither into her life.Â
****
A few weeks later
It was a normal day and a normal lunch. Azriel and Y/n held a child each and walked over to the table where Nesta was waiting with Cassian.Â
A few years ago, when the ladies had discovered that their partners were old childhood friends, it was decided that there was no reason why they couldnât dine together every now and then.Â
Nesta and Cassian had recently gotten married in a hurry. One random morning, Y/n had been video called to be told that they were going somewhere and the courthouse was on the way, so they decided to marry. Needless to say, Y/n screamed at her friend before congratulating her.Â
Conversation floated around the table. The children were coddled. Food was passed around and laughter erupted.Â
âCassian!â A voice yelled.Â
The man looked up to see another one of his friends and smiled broadly. He raised a hand in greeting. âRhys!â
Nesta looked up and saw her brother-in-law holding her nephew, Nyxâs hand while Feyre was busy looking at the pastries a few steps away from them. Once Rhys walked over to his wife and sheâd also seen them, it was automatically decided that theyâd be dining together.Â
More seats were added and adults were catching up. Meanwhile, the twins looked at Nyx in fascination primarily because theyâd never seen him before.Â
Nyx, only a few months older than them at the age of six, reached out for Noraâs cheek. Once heâd ascertained that it was soft, he pulled it hard.Â
The girl squealed in pain, tears brimming her eyes. She immediately turned to her brother who was already glaring at the boy.Â
Y/n came and began pacifying her daughter while her son stayed close but Azriel was struck at the horror of the situation.Â
âKeep your son a mile away from my daughter.â And thus began, Azrielâs paranoia that the reptile whoâd steal his precious daughter would be none other than Nyx.

Author's Note: Thank you for accompanying me on this journey. Writing Obsessed has been a wonderful experience.
Thank you @findingstephanie @div94 for helping me. They were my beta readers for Obsessed and have helped me immensely.
I hope all of us meet people who will not only be obsessed with us but also be obsessed with treating us right.
P.S. I might write an Azriel x Reader/OC x Eris fic soon.

saw this video earlier of this guy (i'm guessing soon to be dad) testing out baby names by pretending to call his kid for dinner and my immediate thoughts were just about how abby coded it was đ like i can perfectly imagine reader waddling into the kitchen because abby keeps shouting out random names and⌠is she slamming something?
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡âŕźşđŠâđŞŕźťâ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
âabs?â your face contorts with pure confusion as you enter the kitchen space to your shared home, finally somewhat getting an idea of what abby was up to. there she is, opening and closing the oven on repeat and mildly shouting out random girl names.
âyea- why arenât you sat down?â cutting off her own sentence, she leaves the oven hung open to hurry to your side, her strong arms immediately wrapping around your waist (as best as possible). abby had become very attentive over the past few weeks, if you donât spend 90% of the day (the other 10% is for peeing) sat down then she has failed in her mission to be the best wife imaginable!
quirking a brow up at her, you lean ever so slightly to the side and nod your head in the direction of your open stove, âi wanted to know what you were doingâ you say innocently, your eyes meeting once more for a split second before sheâs pressing soft kisses to your forehead.
âjusâ testing out names, thought it might be easier if i tried them out for realâ as she speaks she thinks sheâs being slick by ushering you back into the living room, but the honest truth is that you just wanted her to take care of you. i mean, youâre carrying her baby, itâs the least you deserve is it not?
her big hands take a firm (yet gentle) grip on your arm as she slowly and carefully lowers you down onto the sofa, taking a seat beside you once youâve stopped fidgeting and are sitting comfortably. âabby you know you couldâve just.. asked me? i have a name in mind anyways.â
âoh yeah?â abby turns to fully face you now, one of her knees coming up to rest just beside your thigh.
âhow does nora sound? i just- i know how much she meant to you and thought-â your ears perk up at the sound of the woman next to you sniffling, your head immediately snapping towards her with a look of intense concern written across your face.
âitâs perfectâ is all she can manage, voice wobbling ever so slightly as her hand reaches out to gently caress the top of your stomach. the two of you remain that way for a while, her soft sniffles echoing through the room with your hand now lay atop her own.
well, that is of course until abby tests if the name is really perfect the proper way. you hear the oven door creak open and slam a few times, followed by the shouts of various renditions of ânoraâ + âdinnerâs readyâ and finally sheâs reached her verdict.
âyep! perfect!â

CAN U DO JUDE BELLINGHAM FLUFF LIKE TOOTH ROTTING FLUFF... LIKE uh having a family with him and its all sweet
Pink Dress
Masterlist
đđđđđđđ â Your daughter takes after you, something that Jude both hates and loves.
đđđđđđđ â Husband!Jude Bellingham x Wife!you
đđđđ
đđđđđ â 1.2k
Warnings! FLUFF, cute kid, domestic fluff, sweetness, baby fever, dilfjude, he's such a good dad.
Jude had always loved that your daughter had taken your sassy side.
After all it was the thing that made him fall in love with you.
But right now, he was at his wit's end. The spirited retorts that once charmed him now echoed through the house like tiny thunderclaps. Your daughter, standing defiantly with her hands on her hips, mirrored the very stance you used to take when you challenged him.
The same fiery determination in her eyes, the same spark that had drawn him to you so many years ago.
He took a deep breath, and he knelt down to her level. "I'm sorry babygirl, but we have to hurry." Clearly, that was not the right thing to say.
Her lips pursed in that familiar way, a mini-him staring back at him with an unyielding resolve. "But Daddy, I not wanna wear the blue dwess. I wanna wear the pink one!" she insisted, her stubborness rivaling yours.
Why did the women in his life love to go against him.
Jude glanced at the clock, knowing they were already running late. He softened his tone, trying to channel the patience you always seemed to have in abundance. "I know you do, and the pink one is lovely. But remember, mommy picked out the blue dress for picture day. We don't have time to change now."
Tears welled up in her eyes, and for a moment, his heart ached at the sight. He could never say no to his little girl. Something she knew. And used to her advantage.
He pulled her into a gentle hug, her small frame trembling slightly. "Okay, okay," he whispered, stroking her hair. "How about this? After picture day, we'll have a special Daddy-Daughter day, and you can wear your favorite pink dress then. We can go to the park, get some ice cream, whatever you want. Deal?"
Nora sniffled, considering his offer. "Pwomise?" Her tiny voice was filled with hope, and Jude could see the wavering resolve in her eyes. He smiled and wiped away her tears with his thumb. "I promise, sweetheart. Pink dress, ice cream, and the park. Just the two of us."
She nodded slowly, her lips curving into a small smile. "Otay, Daddy."
Jude stood up, lifting her effortlessly placing her on his hip before giving her a big kiss on the cheek. "Let's go show Mommy how beautiful you look in your blue dress, huh?"
Her giggle was music to his ears, and as they made their way to the bedroom.
Jude felt a wave of relief wash over him. The crisis had been averted, and his little girl was smiling again. He would kill to keep that smile on her face. Forever.
He gently pushed the door open, and there you were, laying in bed with Klara laying on your chest. Jude felt his heart swell at the sight. She was fast asleep, her tiny hand clutching your shirt. And you looked as beautiful as ever.
Even though it had only been a few days since the baby had arrived, you seemed to radiate an otherworldly glow. Just like the goddess he knew you were. God, he was a lucky bastard.
Jude tiptoed into the room, not wanting to disturb the peaceful scene. You looked up at him with tired but loving eyes, and he could see the exhaustion etched into your face. Yet, there was an unmistakable serenity there too, a contentment that mirrored his own.
"Look who's ready for picture day," he whispered, turning slightly so you could see Nora perched on his hip, now beaming in her blue dress. You smiled, amusement swimming in your eyes. You knew how much of a hellion your daughter could be and you were thankful to Jude for volunteering to tame her. The cute adorable little beast.
"Well, don't you look absolutely stunning, my little princess," you cooed softly, careful not to wake the baby. Your daughter preened at the compliment, any earlier resistance forgotten in the face of your praise.
Jude carefully set her down and she immediately ran over to you, climbing onto the bed with the kind of energy only a young child possessed. She carefully snuggled up next to you, and you wrapped an arm around her, holding both your children close.
"Ready for your big day?" you asked her, brushing a stray curl away from her face. She nodded enthusiastically, her earlier tears now just a distant memory.
"Yeah!" she chirped, her excitement bubbling over. "Daddy said after pictures we can have a Daddy-Daughter day!"
You glanced at Jude, raising an eyebrow in amusement. "Did he now? That sounds like a wonderful idea." The softie. This is how it went everytime.
Jude chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck as he shrugged. "What can I say? She's got me wrapped around her little finger." That she did.
You laughed softly, the sound a soothing balm to his soul. "I know the feeling," you said, looking down at Klara who was still peacefully asleep. The love the both of you had for your daughters was something that sometimes scared you. The way you would do anything for them. Anything.
He watched as you gently kissed the top of Nora's head, and sighed. Jude knew then and therre that he couldn't have picked a better mom for his precious little girls. You were everything he ever wanted, ever dreamed of. You've given him everything and he vowed everyday to reciprocate that.
He loves doing life with you.
Nora snuggled closer to you, her tiny fingers playing with the edge of your shirt. "Mommy, can you come too? To the park and ice cream?"
Your eyes met Jude's, a silent conversation passing between you. You knew how much he cherished these special moments alone with Nora, needed them.
What with his career taking up a lot of his time sometimes. He had often shared his fears with you. Fears of missing out on their lives. But you were always there to reassure him.
"I think Daddy and Nora should have their special day," you said softly, smoothing down her curls. "But maybe we can all go together another time. What do you think?"
Nora seemed to ponder this for a moment before nodding. "Okay, Mommy. We can do that."
Jude smiled, feeling a sense of contentment wash over him. "It's a deal then," he said, giving you a grateful look. "And maybe tonight, after picture day and our little adventure, we can all have dinner together. Just the four of us."
You nodded, your eyes shining with love and happiness. "I'd like that very much. Now you guys better get going so you're not late. I want good pictures." You squinted playfully at the two, causing Jude to get into a soldire stance.
"Ma'am! Yes ma'am!" Jude teased, saluting with a grin. Nora giggled, mimicking his salute with an exaggerated seriousness that melted into laughter. You chuckled softly, shaking your head at their antics.
With a final glance at Klara, still peacefully asleep in your arms, Jude gently scooped up Nora and headed for the door. She squealed in delight, waving enthusiastically at you as they made their way out of the room. You waved back, your heart swelling with love for your little tribe.
You were the luckiest woman in the world.
No one could convince you otherwise.

Jauneâs Type
âSo, Fearless Leader.â Nora said to Jaune.
âYeah, Nora?â He said, reading his book.
âWhat type of do girls do you like?â
âType of girls?â
âOr men? I donât judge. Just donât be a bigot about it.â
âNora, no. Iâm straight.â
âOh, okay! So which type of girls do you like?â
âWell, Iâm into older women.â
âOh like Velvet and Coco.â
âWay older.â
âReally? Whyâs that?â
Thatâs when Jaune closed his book, and turns to his energetic teammate/friend.
âBecause older women tends to be more mature, more experienced, and can handle more than just simple tasks. I love women that can be by my side both physically and emotionally. I want women, not little girls like Weiss, and Ruby.â
âI feel like you just offended both of them.â
âMy point stands, Nora.â
ââŚYou can just admit that youâre into girls that can Ara ara you.â
âI told you that in confidence!â
Unbeknownst to them, they were being recorded.
âSo Jaune loves that type of women, huh?â Glynda Goodwitch heard through her Scroll, and texted her group.
âLadies. We have a blonde cutie to seduce.â
ââââââââââ
Winter look at the message, and smiled.
âSorry, sister. But Iâm stealing your man. Heâs into older mature women anyway. Mother, pack your bags! Weâre going to Beacon!â
âI saw the message! Give me 5 minutes!â
ââââââââââ
âSorry, Ruby. Mamaâs going to âtalkâ to your friend~.â
ââââââââââ
âVernal, get your weapons. Weâre going to Vale.â
ââââââââââ
âEmerald! Neo! We have a new mission!â (I imagine Emerald is in her early 20s, as well as Neo and Cinder.)
âDoes it involves Jaune?â
âYes.â
âOh fuck yes.â
Neo pulls a sign. âFinally! We get to fuck a stud!â
ââââââââââ
âHarriet! We got a message!â
âI saw! And Iâm not getting sloppy seconds, Elm! Weâre going to Beacon!â
ââââââââââ
âKali.â
âSienna.â
They both look at their scrolls.
âIâll disband the White Fang if you let me share.â
âDeal.â They both shook hands.
ââââââââââ
âSorry, Oz. But I found a new stud~.â Salem smirked.
ââââââââââ
ââŚWhy do I feel like Iâm about to get fucked, both in a good and bad way?â
âYouâre just imagining things.â
âMr. Arc. Please head to the headmistressâs office.â Came from Ms Goodwitchâs voice announcing megaphone.
ââŚYou were saying Nora?â
Nora shrugged.

iâm right over here, why canât you see me? (2)
// when ellieâs reaction to you and abby hooking up isnât quite what you expected, she leads you right into abbyâs open arms. //
[warnings: jealousy, pining, angst, slight arguing, angry!ellie, illusions to one-sided feelings, simp!abby, fuckgirl!ellie, sexual implications]

xxxxxxxxx
this is pt.2 (pt.1 can be found here)
abby was always taught to be the bigger person. her father consistently reminded her that no matter how people treat her, she should always be the bigger person. thatâs most of the reason why sheâs so reserved and non-confrontational. when she first started university, she knew she didnât quite fit in. unlike a vast majority of students around here, she wasnât here for the âcollegeâ experience. she was just here to play soccer and get her degree in engineering. she also noticed you from the first day of freshman year, but she was way too shy to say hi to you. abbyâs never really been good at flirting or starting conversation with new people. she often feels too awkward, or too intimidated to say anything.
manny took a liking to her right away; the school got his rooming situation mixed up, and thatâs how he ended up being abbyâs roommate. it was strange at first for her; she was wary about having a guy as a roommate. but she quickly learned manny was a cool guy. he was funny, and hung up pictures of him and his dad right away. abby could relate, as she was very close to her dad as well.
manny slowly seemed to get abby out of her shell, and would invite her to various functions and parties. but he quickly learned if it didnât have anything to do with soccer, abby wasnât really interested. even the girls who threw themselves at the dark haired blonde, would get shot down without abby even realizing she was rejecting them. you were ironically the first person abby found herself interested in. hell, after the party yesterday, abby was almost certain she was enthralled by you.
after walking you back to your dorm, you gave abby your number and hugged her tightly. abby walked all the way back to her shared room with a dorky grin on her face. she could still smell your girly perfume, and all she could think about was your pretty smile. a part of her wondered if youâd cave and call ellie, but when you texted her after she had gotten out of the shower, she knew you didnât.
y/n (1:34 a.m): i canât wait to see how she reacts tomorrow, thanks for helping me haha
y/n (1:35 a.m): and thank you for keeping me company tonight, i really liked getting to know you abby đ¤
the smile that tugged at her lips after reading your message was nearly unrecognizable. as she walked out of the bathroom with her eyes and thumbs on her phone screen, manny raises a brow in slight suspicion at the peculiar sight.
abby (1:42 a.m): i really liked getting to know you too, i hope we can get to know each other better :) i was serious about teaching you how to ride a horse lol
âthatâs a face iâve never seen before.â manny states observingly, causing abby to look away from her phone, over at her roommate who was flashing her an intrigued smile. a blush coats her freckled covered cheeks as she thinks about you and your smile. âyou remember that girl from my womenâs history class? y/n?â abby reminds her best friend, who throws his head back and lets out a bark of a laugh. âabby you jugadora (player)! i knew youâd get laid eventually.â he taunts causing the jock to roll her eyes. âi didnât âget laidâ, gross ass. i finally said more than five words to her. i got her number too.â abby smirks, and mischief glints in mannyâs eyes. âso nora dragging you to that party was a good thing then?â he half taunts and abbyâs phone chimes, signaling that youâve texted her again; her face gets hot, and manny chuckles.
y/n (1:44 a.m): iâll be waiting for you to set something up when weâre not tipsy then ;)
abby (1:46a.m): i donât think youâll be waiting for very long <3 goodnigjt y/n, sleep tight
y/n (1:47 a.m): goodnight abby đ¤
when you wake up the next morning, your head is throbbing, and thoughts of last night begin to flood your mind. suddenly you remember all about abbyâs plan to make ellie jealous. you reach over for your phone and see you have a string of missed calls, and five texts from ellie. your heart thumps as you open the text thread with the brunette.
ellie (2:20 a.m): you home??
ellie (6:34 a.m): why didnât you call me last night?
ellie (6:35 a.m): did you make it back to your room safely??
ellie (9:35 a.m): you going to class today?
ellie (11:47 a.m) did you really hookup with anderson last night? itâs all that nora chick and her friend are talking about rn.
your cheeks heat up as you read the last message; word certainly seems to move fast around here. before you can even think about a response to ellieâs various messages, your gaze wanders to the time. your eyes widen as you gasp, realizing you slept nearly half the day away; it was already 2:30 p.m and nobody except for abby knew you were alive. you scurry off your bed, and just as your about to grab your clothes and stuff to shower, dina comes barging into your shared dorm. âdude, is it true!? did you hookup with the captain of the soccer team last night!?â dina sounds excited, and your cheeks turn a dark shade of pink, causing her to gasp.
âyou did! holy shit, y/n⌠i didnât think you had it in you.â she comments, sounding a bit impressed. âwhat? you didnât think i had enough rizz to pull abby anderson?â you question half jokingly, causing the raven haired girl to laugh loudly. âoh no, iâm well aware you can pull whoever you want, i just didnât think youâd move on from ellie so fast! i didnât even come home last night, i spent the night listening to ellie rant about you and abby hunky anderson.â dina teases you mercilessly, doing nothing to ease the way your face is burning.
the raven haired girls eyes then widen, shining with pure amusement. âdid you two do it in here? on your bed!?â she cackles before whistling, âwho are you?â dina asks half jokingly as she begins to walk over to her side of the room, reaching for her biology textbook. âyouâre leaving again?â you ask out loud, and dina nods, turning her head and flashing you a roguish smile. âyup, iâm studying with jesse till five.â she admits, and you raise your brows, offering her a disbelieving expression. âstudying or fucking?â you ask her, poking fun at the slightly taller girl. she rolls her eyes, but looks away from you in order to keep you from seeing the way her face changes in color. âunlike you, i am considerate of jesseâs roommate. we wait until heâs at work.â dinaâs response causes you to laugh, shaking your head in amusement.
âwhatever. iâm going to shower, and change into pajamas. maybe iâll make myself a cup soup and watch reruns of buffy all evening.â you tell her, and dina snorts. âmaybe you could call anderson to join you. iâm sure sheâll be up for round two.â dinaâs voice is sardonic but dripping with lightheartedness. âwho says we didnât already have round two?â you inquire challengingly, causing dina to gasp as she reaches for a pillow on her bed, tossing it right at you. you laugh loudly, as you make your way towards the door with your pajamas and toothbrush in hands. right as you open the door to rush out, you come face to face with ellie who had been debating with herself on whether to knock or not.
her eyebrows meet her hairline as she sees you, your mascara from last night a mess, and your hairs a mess. thereâs a wave of hot, red anger that surges throughout the brunette as she realizes youâve been so busy with abby anderson, you havenât been able to answer any of her messages, or even been able to wash your face. her eyes flicker over to your bed thatâs a mess, and suddenly unwanted images of abby fucking you on your bed flood her mind.
âitâs nice to see youâre alive.â ellie grumbles a bit dramatically as she pushes her way into the room, causing dina to turn around and look at you. âyou knew i was okay. i was with abby.â you respond, and the mere mention of the other girl seems to set ellie off. âno i didnât know that y/n! i donât know a fucking thing about abby! she couldâve been a weirdo who only wanted to take advantage of youââ you cut ellie off before she can say something stupid, âbut she wasnât! abby and i are both two consenting adults who hooked up, just like everyone else around here!â you snap a bit harshly, and the words feel like a slap to the face for ellie. âso the rumors are true? you and anderson hooked up last night?â ellieâs voice sounds hurt, and you canât even recognize the expression thatâs etched onto her features.
âuh, jesseâs waiting for me, so iâll let you guys talk.â dina declares a bit awkwardly, she can feel the tension in the room, but she decides to stay out of it and walk away. before she walks out, the raven haired girl flashes you a look of reassurance. when she shuts the door behind her, you and ellie are left alone. you shake your head, âwhy do you sound so angry about it? you hookup with girls all the time!â you counterpoint, and ellie shakes her head. âbut i never ditch you to do it!â she hisses, while you respond with an eye roll. âyes you do! ellie, you ditched me last night for angela! you do it at every party with different girls, but the one time i do it, itâs a problem?â you ask, crossing your arms over your chest.
âi was worried about you! i donât care about your meaningless, shitty hookup with anderson.â ellie spits rudely, and you let out an angry laugh of disbelief. âshitty? why do you think i was asleep all day? it was amazing.â you nearly grimace as you realize you sound like youâre trying too hard to convince ellie. âbesides, abby already asked me on a date. she wants to go horseback riding.â you lie right through your teeth, and ellie lets out a chuckle. âyeah? that sounds like complete bullshit.â she calls you on your bluff, and you raise a brow, âwhat sounds like bullshit? that someone could actually want something more than a hookup with me?â you ask challengingly, causing ellieâs annoyed expression to falter. âno, y/n, thatâs not what i meantâŚâ she trails off, her voice lowering slightly.
âthen what did you mean? because to me it sounds like you think all abby or anyone could ever want me for is a hookup.â you reply dryly, but ellie can detect the slight hurt in your tone. she shakes her head again, âno that isnâtâ itâs not you! itâs abby! girls like her arenât actually interested in dating anyone. i mean, half the cheerleading team said she sleeps with girls and never talks to them again!â ellie points out, and you furrow your eyebrows. âsince when do you listen to rumors?â you demand, making her run her fingers through her hair in frustration. âyou canât seriously be thinking about going out with her, are you?â
her question causes you to frown, âyes i am. and unless you can give me an actual reason on why i shouldnât, then we have nothing left to fight about.â your voice is strangely stern, and something in ellieâs stomach drops because of it. âiâm going to go shower⌠just like was before you barged in here.â you know you sound meaner than usual, but you canât help it. ellie was supposed to be showing you how sexy she was when she was jealous, not what a jerk she was. you didnât even mean to lie about your date with abby; it had just slipped out. ellie had a way of pushing your buttons, and in a way you knew the more you talked about abby, the more you were pushing hers. you walk out of your room, shutting the door behind you and leaving ellie alone. she canât help but glance over at the messy, undid bed that was taunting her. ellie hates thinking about you and abby together, but she still canât figure out why. dina was right, the brunette might just be the most oblivious person on the planet.
youâre not as upset after getting clean. a warm shower and a fresh set of pajamas always makes you feel better. when you get back to your room, ellie is no longer there, but there's a twinge of guilt that runs through your veins. you push it as far away from your thoughts as you can. you know you shouldn't feel bad; after all, ellie has been raving about how "pretty" and "hot" angela is for the last four weeks! you shouldn't feel the slightest bit guilty for making her jealous with abby.
as your mind thinks about the honey blonde girl, a small, inevitable smile makes it's way onto your lips. though the smile falls fast when you realize you're going to have to ask abby to help you again. this time it was your own doing; you angrily lied to ellie and told her you had a date with abby. in a way it made you feel a bit pathetic, faking a date. the cruel voice in your head was telling you that ellie was right; you couldn't get a date with someone like abby... not an actual date at least. but ellie didn't really know that. as far as she knew, you were going to be riding off into the sunset with abby after your date.
ellie doesnât text you throughout the rest of the evening or night. a part of you feels a bit bad for lying to her, but the other part of you knows you only did it because she was acting stupid. the next morning you wake up and get ready for your classes; feeling way better than you did yesterday. abby sees you walking to your second class, which happens to be womenâs history with her. she canât stop herself from approaching you, regardless of the butterflies fluttering in her stomach.
ây/n.â she greets you with that soft accent, that causes an unfamiliar warmth to course throughout your body. âabigail.â you respond back, unable to contain the smile on your face. âhow did things go with williams yesterday?â she asks curiously, and your smile falls at the mention of your best friend. ânot good? was my plan a bust?â she questions cautiously, rubbing the back of her neck nervously. you sigh, âi donât know. i mean, she was really mad yesterday when she came to my room. she heard people saying we hooked up, and she said all you wanted was to hookup and never talk to me againâŚâ you trail off, and abby opens her mouth to disagree, but you go on before she can get a word out.
âi kinda got really mad when she said that and i mightâve lied to her about us having a date.â you blush in pure embarrassment, and abby lets out a laugh. âoh jeez, i donât even wanna picture how angry she got when you told her that.â abbyâs voice is light, yet thereâs a slight seriousness in her tone; she remembers the way ellie was glaring at her the other night. you shake your head, a small frown etching itself onto your face. abby canât figure out how you look so pretty all the time; even when youâre upset. âyeah she was pretty mad⌠but who cares? sheâs just acting like a jerk! i mean, to be jealous is one thing but she doesnât have to be an asshole about it. sheâs supposed to be my best friend. realistically sheâs supposed to be happy for me.â you mutter, causing the blonde to raise her brows in amusement.
âsheâs your best friend whoâs in love with you. the more time you spend with me, the angrier sheâs gonna get.â abby points out with a slight mumble, and you sigh, âif ellie is as in love with me as you and dina say she is, then she wouldâve said something yesterday. but she didnât. i honestly think ellie just isnât into me like that.â you sound genuinely sad as you come to terms with this, and the dismal expression on your face causes something to tug at abbyâs heartstrings. she doesnât like seeing you sad.
âsheâs just stubborn. she needs more of a push. i mean you said she got upset when you told her we have a date.â abby tries, as you both stand outside of the classroom, continuing the conversation. âyeah, but sheâs ellie, she literally has anger issues. maybe she was just mad that i promised to call, and i didnât.â you explain, and abby shrugs. âthen lets go on a date. letâs see how ellie reacts to it.â the taller girl throws the idea out there, causing you to freeze. you look at her, âyou wanna take me on a âdateâ, just so i can see how ellie reacts?â your voice has suspicion laced throughout it, as abby nods. âwhy do you wanna help me so badly?â you interrogate slightly, obviously not trusting the blonde.
she laughs at the way your eyes are narrowed, and she canât help but find every expression of yours absolutely adorable. âbecause i like you. youâre the coolest person iâve met around here aside from nora and manny. iâll help you get the girl if thatâs what you want. iâm a great wingman.â she winks at you, and you roll your eyes playfully, that genuine smile that causes abbyâs heart to palpitate returns. âyouâre also a very sweet person.â you add onto her boast; this causes the back of her neck to heat up, as she looks down at her boots and smiles. you wrap your arms around her and hug her tightly, just like you did the other night.
and just like the first time you hugged her, abbyâs mind begins to race as the smell of your perfume takes over her senses. she hugs you back, and when you pull away you have this mischievous grin on your face. âi guess weâve officially got a date then, anderson.â you half joke, as you lead abby into the classroom. abbyâs sure her face is as red as a tomato, and sheâs much too busy thinking about how soft you are and how good you smell to think of a good response. instead, all abby can do is follow you like a puppy to your seat. she sits down next to you, and throughout the entire class, she doesnât pay attention once.
after the class ends she realizes she hasnât taken a single note, and has no idea what the assignment topic for tonight is. every thought she seemed to have, circled back to you. the worst of it was, you were probably thinking about ellie while she was thinking about you nonstop.
after class, she groans to herself as she realizes she has no idea what the assignment topic for tonight is. she was too busy stealing glances at you, and thinking about your âdateâ.
âgod, what the hell did i get myself into?â
abby thinks to herself as she walks into her shared dorm. she throws herself onto her bed, her thoughts never leaving you.
meanwhile ellie slams the door behind her as she storms into her room. she canât help but feel more upset than ever. she saw you and abby walking to class today, and it caused an ugly green wave of jealousy to wash over her. for a moment she actually wanted to go up to abby and punch her right in front of you, though ellie knew youâd never forgive her for that. but ellie also couldnât just sit around and watch you fall for abby fucking anderson.
suddenly, she pauses in the middle of pacing as an idea hits her; like a lightbulb lighting up over her head. ellie knows what she has to do; sheâs going to ruin your date with abby, and she has a million different ideas on how to do it.
xxxxxxx

Trade Offer
Nora:Jaune, honest answer. Would you ever let someone try pegging or back door stuff?
Jaune:*mid burger bite*âŚ..Never a dull moment with you.
Nora:Well?
Jaune:SiiiiiiiiiiggggghhhhâŚ.
Yang:I felt that in my soul.
Jaune:If the love of my life genuinely had a deep desire to try it, then I would be willing to attempt it.
Nora:Thatâs a lot of terms and conditions.
Yang:Being in love is a lot!? Iâm with him on this one.
Jaune:I donât have a desire to explore that, so yeah. They have to be passionate about it and the love of my life.
Nora:So begging would get me nowhere.
Jaune:Hey, so this is sounding less like a curious question and thatâs unsettling.
Nora:âŚ*drops to knees* It could be a bonding experience. Think about it, you know I care about your well being.
Yang:As Jauneâs personal wingman and keeper of his sanity, Iâm gonna need you to stand up miss.
Nora:If youâre his wingman then will you take the bullet?
Yang:No!
Jaune:Wouldnât that just be anal at that point? *rubs chin* Wait, is it just called pegging for dudes?
Yang:Thatâs what youâre hung up about?
Nora:*pouting* So no dice? Man, I already have everything I needed to.
Jaune:So this was never just a question!?
Blake:*walks in* Hey guys. Why does Jaune look like heâs in another crisis?
Yang:Nora tried asking if she could pegg him.
Blake:âŚ.*turns around*âŚ..*turns back around* Alright, Iâm ready for this conversation. What!?
Nora:I just think it would be really cool if I got to use my new items in a safe and trusting environment with an amazing friend!
Blake:I think I get why Weiss said we all canât be trusted with credit cards. Way to be prepared though. I admire wishful thinking.
Nora:Yang wonât help me either.
Yang:Donât call it âhelpâ when itâs so much more. Leave my butt out of this.
Nora:It might make it bigger?
Jaune:Pfft!
Yang:*looks at him*
Jaune:Nora, that wasnât funny.
Nora:Yall suck. Iâm serious about this.
Blake:âŚFuck it, Iâll do it.
JYN:Huh
Blake:What? I got nothing to lose. If you want to explore that badly then I guess Iâll step in. Just give me a week to prep.
Nora:Seriously!? Okay! Th-
Blake:On one condition. I get a turn. *holds hand out* Deal?
Nora:*red* W-What?
Jaune:And there it is.
Yang:You thought you were about to out freak a hidden freak? Thereâs always a price to pay.
Jaune:Be careful. Deals like this are dangerous.
Blake:You two are making me sound like a conman. Nora is curious; so am I. If she really wants to try then this is a no brainer.
Nora:âŚ*slowly grabs hand*
Blake:Shake it.
Nora does, only for Blake to pull her in close and whisper something that turns the girl bright red before releasing her. Blake casually goes on about her day.
Blake:See ya in seven days.
Nora:âŚ
Jaune:What did she say?
Nora:⌠âGood girl.â
Yang:Oh youâre fucked, literally. Blake is braver and bolder than us all!
Nora:*walking away* Iâm going to come up with a battle plan. Bye guys.
Jaune:Man, I canât believe Nora dies in seven days.
Yang:Out of curiosity, if there was a person who could convince you-
Jaune:Velvet.
Yang:Absolutely fair.
Jaune:You?
Yang:Nobody. Itâs weird.
Jaune:In theory, my semblance would ease any discomfort.
Yang:âŚ*red* And?! That changes nothing!
Jaune:I was just saying.
Yang:You were being sneaky! Iâm not falling for it. This conversation is over. Youâre safe, Iâm safe. We can both be safe. You lost a teammate but thatâs alright. No need to even things out!
Jaune:Relax! It was a random thought. *continues eating*
Yang:âŚWould my butt get bigger?
Jaune:This could not be your motivation.
Yang:Listen! I have dreams too!
Jaune:Your demons are winning.

âË° Title: Never Knew I Needed
âË°Paring: Idol! Yoongi x Introvert! ReaderÂ
âË° Rating: PG - 16
âË° Summary: Yoongi had his life planned out for himself. Studio. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. He always knew what he needed to do or what needed to be done but it all changed on a Tuesday morning with a girl who clumsily knocked into him.Â
âË°Genre: Fluff, romance, strangers to lovers, reader keeps to herself, florist reader, some steamy scenes but nothing too crazy in this one
âË° Playlist: Never Knew I Needed - Ne-Yo
Yoongi let out a loud groan. Apparently his music file was corrupted which means his hard work was nowhere to be seen.
I just hope theyâll get here.âÂ
âY/N, is really good at being on time.

"PUT THAT DOWN, TOUGH GIRL" (1)
The hunter had met her in prison. They shared a cell. For some reason they were put together in the same cell, breaking the rules of the complex: not to mix men with women.
Sergei didn't know why, until one day early the guards opened the door to his cell and dragged her out. At that moment the girl's eyes lit up in a deep green tone. Then everything clicked. They had been locked together because BOTH had the same abilities.
Without thinking twice, Sergei launched himself at the guards, using all his strength to tear them to pieces. She stared at him for a few moments, before following him. The alarms of the place began to sound loudly, reporting that some prisoners were escaping.
They escaped from there, and after talking to her, she agreed to stay with him. She needed someone to teach her to control her powers.
And who would do it better than someone who had the same abilities? She promised him that she would only stay as long as it took him to learn to control them. In the end she never left his side.
Life with Sergei was quiet most of the time, except when they had to kill a couple of poachers and end some animal trafficking ring.
In their free time they both hunted together.
The Hunter and the Viper, that's what they called them
During the first days of his training, Sergei explained to her how he had obtained his "abilities" so to speak. He told her how his bastard father had left him at the mercy of a lion that almost killed him. He told her about the moments afterward, the constant feeling that he was going to die. Thanks to Calypso and his grandmother's potion, he didn't.
Nora's story was quite similar, only instead of with a lion, it was with a viper, hence her nickname. Like Kraven, she had a highly developed sense of smell, sight, and hearing, the only difference being that she could throw poison and he couldn't.
That's why the darts they made to use as weapons were made with their poison. Depending on the dose, they could kill you or make you feel very bad without actually dying. They used both, especially the former.
So, that's how she ended up there, in the Hunter's "house", so to speak, in the middle of Russia.
She approached the wall where she had the weapons and held a crossbow in her hands. She felt his powerful presence behind her, but she didn't turn around.
"Put that down, krutaya devchonka," she called to him.
A shiver ran down his spine. He knew perfectly well how much it affected him that she spoke in her native language, since his voice was hoarser, guttural, masculine, and fucking sexy. She felt him approach her, pressed his chest against her back and gently took the bow from her hands, leaving it in its place.
-It's a prototype - he murmured in her ear - it's not ready yet - he said, beginning to leave soft kisses on her neck - but you are, right?
She tilted her head to give him better access to her neck, while he inhaled her scent, like a dog sniffing its owner. His hands anchored themselves on her waist, pushing her back possessively, the outline of his cock guessed under his pants.
A gasp escaped Nora's lips, making the hunter smile. She could feel the gesture on her skin. Sergei's curly hair tickled her, as did his scruffy beard.
-Sergei⌠-he whispered, resting his head against her shoulder- pleaseâŚ
-Patience prekrasnyy âhe murmured against her ear- always so eager and hungry for me âhe praised, starting to slowly remove her shirt- You want my cock, don't you? âhe asked, she nodded firmly, unable to concentrate on anything other than his presence behind her and his hoarse voice in her ear- show me where you want it
Nora took his hand and placed it on her lower belly without a moment's hesitation. A growl came from Sergei's lips, who rested his chin on her shoulder for a few moments.
-Here âhe whispered, feeling that if he didn't touch her he would explode at any moment- please, I need you âhe begged- it hurtsâŚ
-I know, darling âhe murmured- How about we remedy it uh? I'll help you relieve your pain
Let me know if you want part 2 đ

Learn to lock the door!
Blake: *Enters Jaune's room* Hey Jaune, have you seen my... book?
Jaune is naked, with his cock deep inside a girl on all fours who looks just like Blake. But seconds later she transforms back into Emerald.
Jaune: We can explain.
Blake: *Horny* Fuck that, I'm in.
Moments later
Ruby: Hey Jaune have you seen... Blake?
Blake is on top of Jaune, balls deep, while Emerald is putting on her clothes so she can leave.
Jaune: Is not what it looks like!
Ruby: I don't care what it looks like, I'm in!
Moments later
Weiss: Hey Jaune, did you...
Ruby is fucked from behind by Jaune while he holds her by the neck with a bit of pressure. While Blake is fully dressed putting on her shoes.
Jaune: *red* Blake is a bad influence!!
Weiss: I'm next.
Moments later
Yang: Jaune, did you eat myâŚ!
Jaune has Weiss in a Mating Press and hitting her little pussy hard like a piĂąata with his big cock. Ruby, on the other side, is dressed, recording what is happening.
Jaune: Your sister dared me to do it!!!
Yang: And I have another one for you~
Moments later
Pyrrha: Jaune, it's time for our tra- Eh?!!
Yang is on all fours while Jaune fucks her from behind while he pulls her hair. In the corner of the bed, Weiss is putting on makeup again to look presentable.
Jaune: She is came to me first!
Yang: *Giggles* Yes I did~
Pyrrha: Your form is wrong, let me help you.
Moments later
Nora: Jaune, have you seen- HOLY MOLLY!!!
Pyrrha has Jaune lying on his back and pressed against the bed without him being able to move, while she bounces on his cock like an animal in heat. On the other side Yang is sitting on a couch, watching what's happening while she touches herself.
Jaune: Help! My pelvis can't take it anymore!
Nora: Oh I give you a hand~
Moments later
Neon: What's up with the noise? Are you guys having a par-TYYYYY!!!!! *Shock*
Nora has Jaune against the wall while she fucks him using her big ass. Jaune can only hold onto her hips. Pyrrha, on the other side, is brushing her hair.
Jaune: This is not a party!!
Neon: *Takes a pic on her phone* It is now~
Moments later
Reese: Neon, are you here? What do you- HOLY SHIT!!
Jaune is sitting on the bed with his back leaning against the wall while Neon moves her hips slowly and sensually while they fuck. Nora is still naked talking to someone on her phone.
Jaune: Reese, what are you doing here?!!
Reese: *Smug* Duh, I came for the party~
Moments later
Arslan: *Ready to fight* Reese, I'm here! Why do you need... *Wide eye* Backup?
Reese is on her tiptoes leaning against the wall while Jaune fucks her intensely. Neon meanwhile is taking selfies with them two in the back.
Jaune: Wait, this is 100% completely consensual!
Arslan: In that case, I also consent.
Moments later
Velvet: Jaune? Nora told me to come see y-y-y-WHY?!! *Angry*
Arslan is hanging onto Jaune with her arms around his neck and her legs hanging in Jaune's arms, supporting her ass while he fucks her. Reese, meanwhile, is on a video call with someone showing how Arslan is getting fucked.
Jaune: Velvet?! Why are you angry?!
Velvet: I gave ya all the bloody signs 'n ya fucked her?! That Dick is mine!
Moments later
Coco: Hey Jaune, is Velvet here? She said she was going- HOLY FUCK!!!
Velvet is being bred with her legs hooked around Jaune, who is on top of her fucking her like there is no tomorrow with cum coming out of her. Arslan meanwhile is putting her bandages on her arms and hands.
Jaune: It was her idea! I swear!
Coco: Whatever her idea is, I want it too~
Moments later
May: Jaune? Nora told me to come her of- *GASP!!!* I-I-I!
Coco looks a mess, her makeup ruined, her hair messy, all thanks to Jaune. He is fucking her with her on top of him, close to his body, while his cock is hitting her insides in all the right places, giving her great pleasure. Taking this opportunity, Velvet uses her camera to take photos of all of Coco's lewd expressions.
Jaune: Wait! Please don't scream!
May: *Red* I WON'T LOSE!!
Moments later
Penny: *Smiling* Hello friend Jaune! I came here to get fuck!
May is bouncing on Jaune's lap while he sucks on the nipples of her huge tits. Coco, meanwhile, is taking some selfies, liking the new look.
Jaune: You what?!!
Penny: *She removes her clothes* I'm sex ready!!!
Moments later
Ciel: Penny, I know you are here! General Ironwood is calling- WHAT THE FUCK?!!
Penny is on all fours with her hand pressed against the bed while Jaune puts all his weight to fuck her from behind. Meanwhile, May is sleeping next to them in the bed covered with a sheet.
Jaune: Please don't tell Ironwood!
Ciel: If you convince me, maybe I won't do it~ *She licks her lips*
Moments later
Glynda: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!
Ciel is curled up with a pillow while lying on her side with her ass on the edge of the bed where Jaune is fucking her hard. Penny is currently on a video call with Ruby talking about her recent experience.
Jaune: *Panic* Prof. Goodwitch! It's not what it looks like?!
Jaune saying her name made the two girls panic as well.
Glynda: You girls get dressed and go to your rooms immediately!
The two girls do what they are told and run out of the room.
Glynda: And your Mr. ArcâŚ
Jaune: *Worry* YES!!
*Click* Suddenly the sound of the door being locked is heard.
Jaune: Prof. Goodwitch?
Glynda: Now you're all mine~đ
