one of my friends didn't like the story i wrote and with the kind of stuff i write i need to get used to it but i wasnt expecting it and so it kind of hurt and kind of has been hurting for the last month

#very strange #i mean i get that this story is a little loud with the symbolism #and the like #allegory #but like??? that's okay in art #i dont have to cater to everyone's ideas of what my art should look like #but in my head i have to #instead i need to like #print off the story #be proud and be finished #not worry about how tipsy this woman is #and just. own it? own that i wrote a good story? own that i wrote something i like? and not let other people get to me?#and like im not super subtle with it #but the point of the story isnt that its subtle #its that there's more things going on than just the basic allegory about sinners being forgiven by God #i dont know. i love this story so much #i just dont write like some people want me to write #i think that's okay #im struggling #sometimes basic truths can be accessible #and there can be other things you have to dig for #and there's so much going on in this story #like just because one person didnt like it #its still good #augh #human existence is tiring at times #imposter syndrome is a bitch

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)

the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)

all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)
