the barbatos one might be controversial but hear me out. i think that any account he'd run in association to his work would be dry as hell. but a personal, deeply private account? funny as FUCK. i think this man wouldn't post very often but when he does, it is quite literally some of the funniest shit you've ever seen. he's ancient, too, so i think he'd be persistent. just years of logging on to tell elon musk to k*ll himself (whiCH I AM NOT ENDORSING @ THE GOV IM JUST MAKING A JOKE OKAY WE'RE ALL LAUGHING HERE) in new and creative ways

mammon would probably post a lot about his shenanigans and that to me is worth tuning in to. i think his social media would consist of him posting about a new scheme/plan part of the way through (when things are most exciting) and then updating hours/days later with an "update: lucifer caught me and made me wear a dunce hat for a week straight" or something like that

satan would post the most normally in this category but i think he'd have some genuinely interesting stuff. he'd probably use a photo-based platform like instagram (technically devilgram but y'know what i mean) and his content would fall into two categories: cat pics and the most amazing, exclusive events you've ever seen. he'll post a photo dump of cats he feeds one week and then next is him at some gorgeous exclusive hot springs on a free trip one of his connections invited him on.

asmo posts a lot about himself, but like. c'mon. he's so pretty. and he also just posts a lot of pretty aesthetic influencer photos so it's nice to see him on your feed. he posts a lot, too, so your feed never quite runs dry when he's your mutual. he's also the type to hype your photos up in the comments like you're the only other person on the platform. lots of heart emojis and flirtatious comments on very mundane posts

simeon would be fun to follow in the way that old people are fun to follow on social media. long, sweet captions on his weekly post (that someone helped him post), cute but off-center selfies with the things he cares about, funny grandpa comments on your photos-- ex. "nice photo mc... 👍" without realizing how funny that comes off

luke is just cute and posts cute things. lots of stray animals, pretty sunsets, and cute baked goods. he's even got a few rare photos of barbatos on there looking slightly relaxed. levi made luke's accounts private when he first set them up bc he's been on too many weird corners of the internet to let that innocent angel be corrupted.

speaking of levi, he'd post a LOT about his dorky (affectionate) interests. he's one of the few that would post every day on multiple platforms. there's a pretty small chance you care about each and every thing he posts but regardless, it's nice to see him so enthused and happy.

mutuals bc i'd feel bad unfollowing: belphie, lucifer, diavolo, mephisto

belphie's accounts have all been inactive for YEARS, but if you unfollow him he does get offended. he found out asmo unfollowed him at some point and started an argument about it.

lucifer's social media is also rarely active, but anything he posts is usually at least a little important, so if you unfollow he'll know and get on you about missing it.

diavolo's account is quite literally all royal bullshit and official devildom information, but seeing as he doesn't have personal social media, he still values his friends following him. if you unfollow, his feelings will be hurt, but he'll stay quiet about it.

mephisto's account literally just posts the same lame shit that the RAD newspaper account does, word-for-word and post-for-post. unfollowing either of these accounts comes off as a slight from the feeble human that doesn't care about the devildom. his complaining is always so loud.

beel posts exclusively about food. he doesn't run a food-themed account, that's literally all he finds interesting enough to post. he rates all of his meals after he finishes, too. fun, but not my type of content.

The ones who help w/ the process:

Satan goes the whole nine yards. Conditioning, rinsing, detangling, shampoo, rinse, and style. If braids, ofc blow dry then style but if not? Then he does everything to keep her curls intact. Usually sections the hair so it's easier on her. On days where he's pissed but it's also wash day, it soothes him. Seeing her smile as he shampoos her hair, the fact she trusts him with her hair. You know this demon did research, like heavy research.

Beel would help with the detangle but feels bad seeing her wince when he has to brush it out, so he helps with washing and lets her detangle but always reminds her to section it off so it's easier. Also helps with styling but there are quite a few snack breaks where she ends up doing it herself for a bit before he gets back to it. Belphie is usually there, seemingly knocked out, and will say something out of the blue like. "If you keep it sectioned off then it's easier." or "Beel she's fine, the braids are supposed to be tight." If im thinking black-hispanic twins? then they've got her set, no research needed. though Beel is still Beel, so Belphie does the detangling instead.

Levi would be able to help with a lace front and you can't tell me otherwise. It's the cosplay. I know this demon don't play when it comes to cosplay. Now if we're talking blasian levi, i feel like he could do the whole process w/o research but would have to slip into a hairstylist persona. Same goes for Levi as is, but once he does, seeing you trust him is enough to put his confidence through the rough. "Me? Really? You want a filthy, loser, shut-in, otaku like me to do your hair?" trust me he's good at it, would need to do some research to figure out styles and how but he's p good.

Asmo would do it no questions asked and fully eager too. Already has a list of styles ready, just needs you to pick though he definitely has his favorite.

Mammon is my silly mfer. my goofy ahh nigga. so he's here to keep her sane through the process, to keep her from doing the 'i remember you was conflicted' kendrick scream. ESPECIALLY when it's any hairstyle that has many parts/sections, like (god forbid) micro braids. Oh yes and although he is my black man, i like to think he only knows how to do his hair. Gotta keep up the appearance, after all his face card makes dollars so he doesn't have to make sense/cents. You'd let him comb through, detangle, your shit once and he immediately puts the brush down when you shout about the ouch because he fucked up the order.

Lucifer would literally pay someone to get it done for her and if they ever fucked up the process? May Lord Diavolo help the poor lesser demon, or human. Honestly I feel like he'd make a big deal out of it and even travel to the human world with her, especially if it made her more comfortable.

Belphie could do her hair... he just doesn't want to. He loves to touch whenever it's just out and mutter about how soft it is when it's washed then dried, but he is not dealing with that mass of hair. Hell even if im talking black-hispanic belphie?? he still wouldn't. He has Asmo do his hair for him, and as sloth why tf would he? So his purpose is to say something to encourage and reassure Beel, pull her out of dreams when Beel needs a break from styling or hold conversation with her to keep her awake while doing hair.

Their favorite hairstyles... and why! ☝🏾🤓:

Asmo loves french curl braids. They're very pretty, long, come in many colors and combinations, the curl!!! like, come on now. Versatile too because of how long it is, there's multiple ways to put it up and wear it. A second favorite is box braids but curling the ends when sealing them. Because it's just as pretty and versatile but sometimes shorter than the french curls.

Mammon likes loves fulani braids, bantu knots, jaded braids, triangle box braids, knot less braids, yarn braids and whenever she styles her fro into a shape. He love, love, love, loves seeing you being expressive with your hair. Second to that is whenever she wears a style that matches his. (yes actual black hairstyles, yes im talking about fan art.)

Beel doesn't have much of an opinion, she looks pretty no matter what in his eyes. However there are styles he thinks are cool or add to her cuteness like: afro, bantu knots, jaded braids, bubble braids, goddess braids

Belphie also doesn't have a preference, protective style or just out he loves it... BUT he likes it when it's easier for her to put a bonnet on or just lay down so he's biased to: twists, braids, faux locs, and box braids

Levi likes twists of all kinds and snake braids, or as i like to call it zig zag cornrows. He also likes whenever you just wear a wig/weave/sew-in because he has a hand in making it look like your actual hair, again cosplay lace front skills to the rescue. But also because he enjoys the ease of taking it off, depending on installment, and switching it out. Loves you being able to cosplay at the drop of a hat or embodying his favorite visual novel girls. "She gon' be black today." her and blasian levi say in unison.

Satan loves anything that shows off her natural hair. Not like adding hair ruins it for him, he loves her in any style but adores seeing it with little manipulation. With that said, afro or poof(s). Find it endearing and thinks she's adorable whenever she fashions the fro or twin poofs into cat ears. He also loves it when she does that with her box braids but just adores the floof.

Lucifer wouldn't say he has a preference but it's just known he loves elegance so: goddess braids, box braids with curls, french curl braids, micro braids, sew-in, lemonade braids, and nubian twists. Because he's pride, he loves to show her off and regardless of the style? whenever he decides to take her out and show her off he's gonna make sure she looks stunning.

It depends on the text, but Nephilim were typically described as people of great being which some versions in Hebrew the words were translated literally, which is where the interpretation of them being giants comes from. But more universally became considered just known as just people with great abilities, which was rooted in angelic ancestry.

Theres little in detail, but they are most typically considered humans whom were rhe result of fallen angels having children with humans. Which in mc's case is being descendant of Lilith after she fell, and her lover.

Its likely only angels and demons have the ability to sense mc might have something else within them only now that their angelic abilities were awoken in season 1. Beacuse otherwise theres no indication anyone thinks they aren't human in any other way and still clearly have normal human weaknesses.

So technically they aren't fully human in the strictest of senses. But they are still human in all ways physical. Just a magic that exists within themm

Small tangent but I once had a pastor tell me that the lines "and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them" aren't speaking physically and is just describing the angelic abilities posessed by those born to fallen angels. That they probably weren't any different then us, they just had abilities which we perceived as so great they metaphorically seemed giant to us.

(UH SPOILERS FOR ANYONE ELSE READING. and this isn't edited or anything, i'm just regurgitating my thoughts- sorry in advance for the stupidly long essay, rise-my-angel)

Oooh, yes that makes sense. can't be too literal with that stuff yk. I thought they're were literal giants... whoops >_<

Yes! MC really does have some great abilities in the game! they aren't supposed to have anywhere near the power Solomon has, but they're getting so good that they're probably going to surpass him! the greatest sorcerer in all of history! (i remember Lucifer commenting that when MC gets stronger than Solomon, they have to beat Solomon up for him so that he can stop pestering him to make a pact lol)

They also have some multirealm-destroying capabilities if i remember, such as literally causing the devildom, human world and celestial realm to break apart simply because of the fact they're a human that has angelic ancestry and has formed pacts with 7 of the most powerful demons in the devildom. that's some crazy power.

True, because to other humans, solomon included, they're a normal human. tbh, they ARE a human. but there's something MORE to them that only the non-humans can sense because of the magic within them. they're 100% human otherwise, but there's just one part of their DNA that's giving them their great magic power. and that's probably the only tangible aspect of angelic traits that they inherit. also, when MC uses their magic, the screen goes all white. meanwhile, with the demons, it's either green (satan), blue (leviathan), teal (barabtos) and everything else. Sooo, MC's magic is angelic confirmed??

But that's really funny. because I remember Simeon approaching MC in season 2, basically saying that they'd "make a good angel". i never ever thought much of that other than it being an "oh my, MC here is such a morally upright person that a literal angel is telling them that they'd make a good angel." But now i'm wondering if human beings who have some angelic DNA are more likely to become angels lol. there's not any evidence in game that that's the case, but that's just a funny thought.

There's also Belphie's comment in season 1, chapter 17. If you choose the option to say that you forgive him for manipulating and attacking you he says something along the lines of "really...? wow, you really do have the blood of angels running through you." This isn't evidence, just wanted to point it out. However, if you choose the "my MC is 100% kind and forgiving" route in the game, it might suggest that your kindness is partly inherited from the angelic parts of you. (not to say that you're only kind because of your angelic heritage, because you have to nurture kindness too, it's not all an "i'm kind because it's my nature" issue. you can choose for your MC to be less kind and forgiving, after all. with me, I'm a mixed bag lol. i didn't choose the option to forgive Belphie immediately in chapter 17 on my initial playthrough)

That's true with human beings. someone can be just like us, but because they did something extraordinary, we think they're larger than life and even revere them sometimes (*cough* people with celebrities and influencers). so image someone has great angelic powers? back then and even now, you'd have people thinking that you're a demigod even though you're completely human!

Dragon IK AU:

Im glad that you like the idea, it has been brewing in my head for a good while now. About Bailu, you dont need to know about her, what i meant is Bailu’s design is what i imagine Ik would look like with visible dragon traits. Just search up Bailu in google and see her design, it would somewhat fit Ik.

Now i originally imagine her to be a small bby dragon when she goes full dragon but i like the idea of Ik being able to be a BIG and little dragon because it would hilarious. Like the small human you’re trying to kill is suddenly a huge ass dragon, easily beat you up, then after beating you up, become a small little baby dragon. (Also do you know that small dragon zhongli merch plush? Yeah that’s small bby dragon Ik)

Now that you mention her powers that comes with being a chinese dragon, i feel like Levi would be the most helpful on trying to understand it. I dont think i mention this but Ik doesnt know she was half human and half dragon at all. All her life, she thought she was fully human, now she is actually a dragon with all these cool powers. But not everything comes easy the first time. Ik might have some crisis with the revelation she is a dragon (maybe??? I mean being an actual dragon that your home country worship isnt a small revelation). With Levi’s connection to the sea and such and also having Lotan, Levi can help Ik control her powers and Lotan can help with her getting used to her new form since hydra and chinese dragon are somewhat similar. (Also about the wish granting magic idea, maybe it’s best that Ik doesnt have that because Mammon would definitely use it to get more grimm or pay off his debts)

And about the god thing, wouldnt that make Ik a demigod? She’s half human from Zhao and half dragon from her mom, that’s essentially what a demigod is right? But tbh, i just see it like a half adeptus thing with Ganyu and Yanfei. Also the celestial realm… idk how they would feel with a demigod(?) being in devildom but what i do know it wouldnt be a pleasant one

ah, gotcha! i'm always a sucker for this specific kind of dragon horn, so definitely a fan of this design (though not sure how to feel about the fact that bailu apparently isn't a child and just looks like that)

i think levi would definitely be ik's main guide for figuring out her new dragon abilities! they'd go out on a trip to the sea and just spend ages playing around with the water (though ik's control isn't great, so sometimes she'll accidentally start summoning a tsunami and levi has to jump in to get things under control)

i definitely wouldn't use the god aspect of chinese in a literal sense, but the celestial realm hearing of a 'functional demigod' appearing in the devildom would probably be cause for alarm. unlike the angel hybrid au though, they've got no claim to her custody despite the divine heritage, so i guess they'd just have to stew in it until they think of something...

as for the brothers, levi of course is super hyped!! mammon is similarly so ("hell yeah we can go flying together now!!!"), while satan is reassessing his animal tier list because ik's little dragon form might actually be even cuter than a cat. asmo's delighted by both big and little forms, because the former is magnificent and he loves getting to help shine her scales, and of course the latter is adorable

belphie probably tries to get ik to conjure up storms so that they'll cancel school. he basically uses her little dragon form as a hot water bottle, and meanwhile beel likes getting flown about when she's in Big form because he's normally the one doing the carrying, so this is a breath of fresh air!

lucifer's probably the only one who even considers the celestial realm's thoughts on this, but ultimately he's like "who gives a shit what they think" and starts a little diary to keep track of ik's growth (which he's very proud of)

When Stormy Weather Hits

Lucifer - its time to bask in the warmth of the fireplace, sipping bitter coffee and listening to the haunting melody of a cursed record. With you tucked under his chin and sitting in his lap, his world is as still and perfect as he needs it.

Mammon - the first rumble of thunder means the two of you are BOOKING it to the nearest sheltered area. His jacket becomes your umbrella until you get inside somewhere. He holds your face gently to make sure you really are ok, those are not teardrops.

Levi - LOVES the rain, water is everywhere!!! And people are running inside!! Its the perfect time to go play outside- his child like joy emerges in the confort of the backyard of the HoL, the sea serpant in him joyously stomping and jumping in muddy puddles, imploring you to join him until your both so exhauseted, you can barely stand...so its time to watch a movie :D

Satan - has used his books and blankets to create a fort. He likes to block out the noise as much as he can - the thunder evokes memories that make him upset, but the rain is alright. Fairy lights provide enough light for him to read to you, or vice versa in your cozy fort. Absolutely has hot chocolate.

Asmo - if hes just at home? Time for a photoshoot. Might be angsty, might be fluffy, might be horror- but he needs you to take pictures of him please- or one of his siblings to take photos of the both of you. Anywhere else though? Humidity needs to fuck off, its not fair to his hair!!

Beel - he loves the rain. Its grounding for him. So much so that he just goes outside and lies down on the grass and just...exists for a little while.

Belphie - also loves the rain. Its a good excuse for convincing you to join him all cozy and warm in bed- does it work?

Diavolo - reflecting by the lake. Literally and figuratively. Looking into the water, how every drop alters his reflection, he wonders how many minuscule choices it takes for it to be as noticeable as the dimpled lake, as opposed to its usual glassiness.

Barb - in his gardens. He allows this time for himself to literally watch the flowes grow- it is therapeutic and calming to know his work is paying off, in that it will continue to grow with or without him.

Mephistopheles - in the stables, doing his best to keep his horses calm. This in turn, keeps him calm. Sometimes he sits at the back of the stalls and plays guitar and sings to them.

Simeon + Luke - its Simeon who hates storms. The thunder reminds him of the war, and even more recent, when his um..higher ups get angry. Luke noticed that the storms make Simeon uneasy, so he plays board games with him, then has tea and cookies.

Raphael - he just sits and broods in his room. Sits on the edge of his bed, his chin resting on his folded hands. Thinking.

Solomon - he flops on you with the "Im bored" excuse, mostly to be a shit bc the boi can do like...anything he wants. But he enjoys your company nonetheless, and might learn something from ya!

Thirteen - she hates the rain also, her hair shows it. But she put on multiple part plays by herself for the candles she watches over...again she was fuckinng lonely for a long time, dont judge my wife.

such a cute and wholesome film! i think he'd be hooked

a little strange as well? i've watched it a few times and never quite understood what was going on

but honestly i don't really think you have to! stunning film (like all of them) and a really cute story

there's definitely themes of family and home there, and i think beel would relate to that

and the ramen that sosuke's mum makes? ugh i want it! he would definitely appreciate the yummy food

BELPHEGOR - My Neighbour Totoro

cosy film! very warm and nice, perfect to fall asleep to.

belphie would definitely be jealous of mei when she got to lie on totoro. i know i was >:(

the catbus! oh my gosh he'd love the catbus.

this film also has themes of family and togetherness, and i think belphie would like that as he's struggled with it in the past.

DIAVOLO - The Cat Returns

diavolo LOVES cats. you cannot change my mind. don't even try

i just love the idea of this fucking massive demon prince being absolutely stoked at the funny little cats in suits

it's got such a weird story but honestly that just makes it even better

this film is so nostalgic for me cause it was one of the first i watched when i was about 7 and it holds a special place in my heart:')

BARBATOS

i'm sorry barbatos lovers, he simply does not have the time to have a favourite ghibli film

however, if you ask him to sit down and watch one with you he will happily oblige when he has a free evening!

he's intelligent enough to be able to give thoughts on the characters, themes and film as a whole

he will especially like the nice, easy ones like totoro or kiki's delivery service - films like that let him relax for a couple hours :)

SIMEON - Grave of the Fireflies

i hc that simeon really likes sad movies, and this film absolutely broke me.

i'm serious (for once) - the most heart wrenching film i have ever seen, and i've watched a good few

he's strange though - he'll be sitting through the saddest scene ever, like someone's just died, and he will not shed a single tear. fuckin weirdo

what can i say, the angel likes emotional pain. idk why. go to therapy instead maybe

however, i would quite like to cry on simeon's beautiful shoulders for him to comfort me<3

SOLOMON - Spirited Away

he's just a bit weird honestly, and so is this film

don't get me wrong, i love it, amazing movie

but it's just... strange?

like, her parents turn into pigs, a witch steals her name and then some dude with cool hair comes and gives her food

there's definitely more to it than that but those are the key points in my head

but yeah. solomon's weird, therefore this film fits him.

My idea for this request shall be head cannons of the Brothers reacting to an Mc that’s just over everything. Threats from other demons (including the brothers) don’t phase her. She’ll either have a blank expression or say something like:

Since MC’s died before, she’s just not concerned about her life anymore and would say concerning things like:

hello!! i’m doing alright, got a bit of a cold but it’s relatively mild ^^

this is an interesting premise!! jotted down some ideas under the cut ^^

xiao’s based in chinese culture so the kind of demons he conquers aren't quite the same as the theological demons that the om demons are based on, so he wouldn’t automatically sense and attack them or anything, but he’s still very cautious (levi thinks he’s the coolest because he’s like a badass anime character complete with tragic backstory in real life)

knowing who supposedly ‘fathered’ the om brothers, they’d probably be very unsettled by having a god among them, so if any of the archons ended up being the transfer, they’d be best off keeping their godhood a secret until they’re more familiar with everyone

asmo and lisa would be best pals. two pretty best friends. they have like little gossip sessions over tea and asmo helps lisa make excuses for skipping work in return for her providing cool electro lighting for his photos

lisa would also get along with satan - she's a librarian and he loves reading, and he can understand why she's so strict about books being returned on time. that aside he also respects how clever she is

xingqiu, however, would NOT get along with satan, despite the two both being bookworms. they'd get into heated debates over their books and would absolutely brawl over it

(xingqiu pulls a sword out of nowhere and suggests they 'take this outside like gentlemen' while satan just straight up flings a chair at him)

satan would also immediately take diona under his wing if she was the transfer student. he just adopts her as his kid and can and would beat up anyone who looks at her funny (would also be 100% willing to help take down the wine industry with her)

mammon and zhongli have a mutual lack of money and mammon keeps attempting to drag zhongli into money-making schemes while the gentleman is completely oblivious to what he's up to

childe keeps challenging beel to battles because he's got the physique of a good fighter and childe wants to know if he could realistically beat up someone that beefy without his vision

xiangling is intimidated by the sheer amount of tall men at first but soon enough settles right in and is fascinated by devildom cuisine. beel never wants her to leave because she is literally incapable of making anything that doesn't taste good to him

luke and barbara become best friends (simeon jokingly comments that they look like a set of twins). they cook and bake together and barbara teaches luke some of her simpler dance routines and they just have a lot of fun

yanfei is capable of talking circles around lucifer and diavolo for hours so she never gets into trouble for anything. satan enjoys listening to her law lectures because he finds the subject genuinely fascinating, while belphie’s mainly interested in getting her to help him prank lucifer without consequence

venti keeps thinking he’s being addressed whenever someone talks to barbatos and he jumps out of his skin whenever it happens because no one down here is supposed to know that he’s a god (they all just think he’s some very young-looking music nerd)

When MC explains that a picture of her in the RAD Catalog still ended up being there even though she made it clear she was against it

“Oh, MC- you look good in every photo, I wouldn’t be upset about it”

Assures her it’s not a big deal and then invites her to come take a nap with him

Will mean mug the f*ck out of anyone who assumes MC is Mexican, because he finds extremely disrespectful (as it is)

At first took MC as disrespectful, but learned it was only when she felt she was being disrespected (then by all means, go off)

Surprisingly, Diavolo speaks Spanish, but he still kind of struggles to keep up

He’s just laughing the whole time too, like MC isn’t furious

Later, MC calmly explains just some random student pissed her off again

“Who is this student you say? Do I need to have a chat with them as the Demon Lord of The Devildom? :)?”

Dia actually admires how passionate MC is about her home country, agrees that it’s disrespectful to mislabel someone

Because he can, Dia starts to learn about Colombian culture and throwing parties just for MC

Starts saying shit like “politas pa la rumba!” (I’ll buy beers for everyone¿) just to sound cool to MC

Barbatos💟

Barb doesn’t understand how someone could be so beautiful but so hostile sometimes, overall doesn’t really mind though

Is surprised that such things could conde from MC, kind of chuckles thinking about it

He figured he should try and step in to calm the situation

“Is there anything I can do to ease you, MC?”

It ended up being that Diavolo was completely ignoring her and brushing her aside when he never did that with Solomon

Asks if she’d like him to talk to Dia about it, since he may approach it better than she will

Barb will quietly correct anybody who believes her to be Mexican, just so MC won’t have to deal with their arrogance herself

Takes his free time and makes dishes from Colombia, or Colombian themed cookies or cupcakes to make MC happy :)

Is trying to teach MC better ways to respond to idiots, more Angelic ways

When MC blows up for the first time in front of him, the literal shock she sent him into omfg

*GASP* “MC?! WHY ARE YOU SAYING SUCH VILE THINGS?”

Like, HELLOOO? SHE DARES TO SAY SUCH THINGS IN AN ANGELS PRESENCE?

Helps to calm her down after showing distaste for her words

“You’re lips are to beautiful to speak such sinful things”

Will go on to give MC a long but kind lecture about why exploding like that is bad for her Aura and whatever

Will politely make it known that someone was wrong for assuming MC is Mexican, does get a bit irritated though

He now goes up to MC when she’s getting upset, to remind her to breathe and comfort her with a deep hug :)

“See? It’s ok MC~ just breathe in and out for me, ok? :)”

Will piss MC off on purpose just to see her pop off, he LOVES it

Literally her #1 cheerleader when she blows up, adding on to what she’s upset about

“Period MC” “No way she said that! What a fugly b*tch” “Right, she’s just a hater”

Hypes her up all the time, even when she’s obviously in the wrong

Sol needs ALL the tea, pulls up like “who we talking shit about?”

Will get on someone’s ass just because, now think about when someone mislabels MC😳💥

Gives MC a sense of pride hearing him say “Cagué” when he messes up a potion, he obviously picked that up from her

Luke⛅️

Gets kinda (really) scared when MC becomes a little aggressive

Actually bursts out crying because he was scared MC was mas at him

MC traumatized this kid so bad, he ran to Simeon like he was getting chased be some demons

“M-m-mom is really m-mad and *sobs* I’m s-scared *sobs more*”

MC IMMEDIATELY feels super bad because she scared away his soul

Simeon, having talked to her about it already, mouthed “Apologize now.” In a very not polite manner, kinda scaring MC too🚫🧢

Has MC apologizing PROFUSELY, trying to explain it wasn’t Luke’s fault

Once he calms down, they go to bake cookies like usual, except this time he’s sniffing the whole time :( 💔

I was excited for this lesson and then they were immediately like Mandatory Sports Thing and my heart dropped.

It was nice that they finally introduced us to the new characters except I don't like Thirteen 😭. I wanted to like her so bad!! She just reminds me of my primary school bullies. Its good that the new characters aren't immediately fawning over MC, don't get me wrong, but I fully would've cried during that meeting tbh. I am feeling a bit better about her design after seeing her with other characters surprisingly??

Anyway.. The trial is to get Thirteen and Raph to work together on the scavenger hunt?? MC's trial... Yknow the one who actually helped improve Satan and Lucifer's relationship? Who spent the entire first season mending the brothers relationships to each other? Their trial is to smooth out a relationship???

And then!! They went ahead and made the object of their scavenger hunt something that Thirteen has no problem doing?? At that point MC just needs to convince Raph to participate, and ensure that they can agree on a plan.

And maybe I'm dumb but Solomon's grimoire? Is that a reference to the Key of Solomon? Or Barbatos' grimoire which was given to Solomon? The wording makes me suspect the former, but also has that been set up in the main story at all?? Was I not paying attention and missed it?? And if a demon's grimoire can control them, what does a sorcerer's grimoire do?

Also what's with the way Asmo and Satan and Beel were acting?? On one hand the writers remembered that Satan has more to him than just cats, but on the other hand Asmo and Beel were just shoved into their own stereotypes??

Uhh all that to say it could've been worse I guess?? Though this lesson felt really short to me for some reason.

You're telling me I gotta relive memories of motherfucking intramurals with this arc????? When I said something about one of the trials being related to building/proving better relations with the denizens of the Devildom, this is absolutely NOT what I meant at all!!

And gosh, I'm so sorry she reminds you of such awful times :(( I liked her when she started cooperating and all but that initial meeting gave me mixed feelings. Personally I understand why she's pissed at MC because Solomon gushes about them (and she fucking hates Solomon) AND they broke into her home AND messed with her candles, plus Solomon did steal something from her while in there... But trying to kill MC right off the bat??? At least Belphie gave MC some time to catch on and ponder about how dangerous and untrustworthy he is sdfhkjghsdfg

Though re: her design, being able to see the style differences in HD on my phone up close has actually made me dislike seeing her + Raph's sprite even MORE dkshdfg Sorry, I just... I have such a huge issue with differences in style like that (not just with the overabundance of color on her but just the way her sprite is drawn too >.>;;)

THEN YES THE ACTUAL TRIAL!! My head was in my hands and I honest to god just... had to stop playing for a while and go do something else because I was SO full of salt and vinegar. Like??? Diavolo, was it not enough that canon MC was instantly willing to help Belphie patch things up with his brothers the day after he killed MC?? Was the fact that MC was able to get Satan to calm down some about his hatred of Lucifer not enough? Or helping you and Belphie get along? I'm so??? Literally the main thing MC's had to do is helping the brothers get along??? Like heck, MC helped Luke grow out of his indiscriminate hate for demons like come onnnnnnnnnn

And dw nonnie I got so lost during that part too... I could've sworn it said 'the grimoire in Solomon's possession' but then they started talking like it meant Solomon's personal grimoire which I have no idea if it's a real thing? How is it that for all the exposition they love giving us, they don't give us exposition that THAT? Unless this is something that's been messed up in translation? My best guess is also the Key of Solomon because absolutely nothing has been said about humans having a grimoire beyond Beel acknowledging the Nightmare app on the DDD as being a super basic one aaaaall the way back during the time Lucifer nearly killed him and Luke voer Luke touching their grimoire. So I suppose it's a grimoire that, instead of controlling Solomon, would grant some level of control over the demons he has a pact with? Could've done with some exposition there for once, game... All the times you make MC look so stupid with giving us no choice but to ask for exposition when the explanation can be surmised from the name of what they're asking about, yet the one time I actually want an explanation I get none??

AND YEAH wtf I swear, personality and intelligence is something that no character gets to keep because they lose it the instant the plot needs the conflict extended or conflict lessened... Because Satan, Asmo, and Beel together in one team? That's a powerhouse right there. Satan the intelligent strategist, Asmo who can easily charm anyone into helping them out, Beel the muscle??? Give them brain cells and they'll be a formidable foe, but alas... We can't give MC too hard of a time :/

(Can you tell I'm particularly salty about this? Like don't get me wrong, thank you for the actual food, finally, but I'm still left like... Sour. The meeting of MC, Thirteen, Raph, Lucifer, and Sol in the student council room was SO good because we got little bombs of info and implied realizations with how they interacted. You mean to say Sol had more students than the one apprentice he had a nasty falling out with? And they supposedly always turn out to be awful? And Raph's likely only seen Lucifer now and is thoroughly surprised by how normal he is?

Also I can't be the only one who thinks that Solomon did more than just giving the reaper bad food to piss her off like. Pulling out a weapon and yelling at him to stay back right on sight??? Maybe the fact that she's never been able to win a single game against him in the thousand years they've known each other has freaked her out or something)

This lesson felt short too, but I think this time it's because a fair amount of stuff actually happened but didn't get to go far since it's all setup for next chapter? Also some of the little chapters were legitimately just too short, which I hate because they're proven several times that they can easily make them much longer.

Not gonna lie, he was kinda offended by this

Like, you have HIM, the avatar of Pride, first born and one of the most powerful demons...and he has to be in the same position as his brothers?!

After the initial shock he would have actually be kind of okay with the idea of "sharing." After all, that way they all won't need to be fighthing for who gets Mc, instead all of them get Mc.

This man legit set up a schedule for who and when gets to spend time with you.

Which didn't last 3 days because...c'mon on, he wanted more than just a day with Mc!

Mammon:

Excuse you?! You wanted him, The Great Mammon, avatar of GREED to SHARE?!

It takes some convincing, but o ce he sees that the dynamic between y'all doesn't change much he doesn't mind it as much when you get lovey with his brothers.

He did discover that if he gets pouty it will get him a kiss on the cheek.

Tho, he is constantly butting in when you want to have 1 on 1 with the other brothers.

He actually walked in on you and Asmodeus making out, and refused to leave until he got a kiss of his own. (Of course he got the kiss, you can't resist any of those adorable demons)

Levi:

"Of course, why would you love only me when it's clear I'm just a worthless Otaku? Im sure you don't even actually want me-" he gets cut off by a kiss.

Being the avatar of envy, and it all mixing with his insecurities, it wasn't surprising that he was the most time that took to understand you loved him just as much as the others and not less.

But, after he got it, he found it pleasant to be able to just hang with you as a "date" without needing to stress over his next move with basically his brothers were also doing moves on you.

Actually, the fact that he had his brothers around to waiting to spend time with you made him a bit more daring.

He didn't want to waste any of the time you spent with him so he used it to the fullest now!

Satan:

Next to Asmodeus, he was one of the best one who took it! This was an ideal solution for all of them to have the person they loved without having any fights!

Tho, he hated the fact that this meant he had to "share" with Lucifer.

"Why did you had add him to the mix? He is just going to want you all do himself..."

Satan knows how much his brothers can be, so when you go to him he knows you are looking for something less chaotic than usual and he just smiles and takes you on cute lil dates which always end up with the others butting in.

Sometimes he just hides with you in his room to get some peace, sometimes he just shares a look with you when his brothers are being annoying.

Asmodeus:

This boy wouldn't even bat an eye at this. He would just chuckle, look at you and say "As long as you know I'm the cutest one I'm okay!"

He actually helps his brothers plan small dates with you!

He sometimes gets a little jelaous when you compliment any of the others but he knows you still love him lots

One of his fave things to do with you when you get alone time is cuddle

Which always gets interrupted, ALWAYS, by either Leviathan of Mammon looking for you.

Beel and Belphie:

Well...considering they have a literal chatroom called “Sandwish attic club” you know those two took it well.

Heck, Beel actually got really happy when he found out you had feelings for all of them. He loves you and he loves his family a lot, so the idea that all of them can be just as happy as he is with you made him happy!

Belphie on the other hand...he had no problems “sharing” with Beel, or even Satan and Levi. But c’mon...Asmodeus, Mammon and Lucifer? He wasnt that excited about it.

But as long as he didnt see you kissing them while he was around it was more than okay.

The two have a system. Which all the brothers are aware of and wont interrupt. It consist of Beel taking you out to eat with him, and bringing them back so they can nap with Belphie.

Sometimes the others try to sneak you away from them but it doesn't work most of the time. If they are lucky tho, Satan and Levi would be in the room doing their own thing and just enjoying the  peace.

Aighty! This was fun to write and imagining what the boys might do to try and sabotages the others “Mc time”. Hope this is what you wanted anon! Stay safe people!!

okay so, im about to go ham because i truly stand strong in my shoujo fantasy.

In my opinion, im pretty sure (like 89%) lucifer tells us that whenever mammon breaks off a relationship with someone, they go broke completely after. so hes had previous relationships before, as for the rest of the boys, im pretty sure lucifer has, but nothing serious, he wont let anyone in, MC is literally the only person who has pushed past his walls and seen him for more than pride. satan, 100% he has never had a relationship, levi, has had a couple of fwbs and other relationships but they always fizzle out, never lasting. asmo has never had a serious relationship, always just flings. belphie never had a serious relationship and same with beel. i truly believe MC is their first true loves, i know what youre thinking "theyve been alive for so long, theres no way someone couldnt have been special to them" but the thing is, theyre so different with MC; their entire dynamic and relationships changed with MC, MC saw them for more than their sin and got to know them to their very core, while yes the other relationships never lasted, thats not to say the boys didnt love them; but just not in the way they love MC. i believe MC to be a true love, not just a love, the difference for me is all of the boys would gladly give up chasing MC once she finds herself happy with another brother, instead of forcing them to choose yk? the "as long as youre happy, it kills me everytime i look at you smile at him, but i love you too much to let you be miserable with me" and i dont think any of them have experienced. also, with the whole "new relationship" thing, the honey moon phase, while yes every couple has it, i feel like with MC it would just, last. not to say they wouldnt have fights; ofc they would, but its different with MC, everyday the brothers would wake up and chose the option to love and fall in love all over again, speaking further on that, i dont think any of them would truly get over MC. and i mean that; (i dont think MC is going to die, obey me devs have something planned LOL, plus theyre super powerful, like the other anon said i dont think theyd be able to really function without them, even if they do "get over" mcs death at some point.) after MC dies i feel like the family dynamic wouldnt be the same, the brothers would get quieter and would never truly forget about it? and every relationship would fail because theyre not MC (you dont have to agree but i love reverse harems), like i 100% hc that after MC chooses another brother or after they die, mammon would try and try to find new flings, even after its been decades mammon finds someone whos super similar to MC, their look, personality, etc, but one wrong move and theyre out. (say MC doesnt like pickles, but the replacement for MC does, he would immediately start crying and call mc a stupid human who he shouldnt have fallen for.) anyways in conclusion, i truly dont think MC would ever die canonically in the obey me game, the devs are sneaky (love you devs), but even if they would, i really feel like they would never get truly over it. some part of me truly believes that the brothers would go back to being distant, how they were before. they would sit at the table and eat in silence, asmo would begin partying ten times harder (since we already know he uses his ego to cover up his major insecurity of people not liking him and how he feels about himself) and the brothers would become even more indugled in their sin. also, for every relationship they would have, they would just compare them to MC, and yeah but I cannot see MC dying. the other stuff about what the brothers would be like after MC dies could also be applied to when MC chooses her s/o. i think the brothers would be super fucking hurt, that was their first love, their first understanding who walked out and chose someone who wasnt them. anyways thats all, you dont have to reply i just felt like i needed to get this off of my chest, also im gonna be pretty frequent on your blog ( i love ur writing ) so im gonna call myself cake anon! have a great day! - cake anon

Hello Cake! iluuu! Thanks for this, i really love getting every ones take on these things! And there is defs a lot that i agree with here. 

I agree with the Mammon part. Out of all of the brothers, i feel he is probably the easiest to get emotionally attached in a relationship, so i see him as the one with the most previous relationships. Asmo coming in second, but his being mostly flings or poly/open relationships. I’m sure Mammon has had some serious ones as well as many flings, where Asmo’s have never been overly serious and certainly never long lasting. I’m also sure Luci has had a few, some more serious than others, but he wouldn’t get overly attached emotionally. I’m sure he’d be too busy with Diavolo since arriving, being the workaholic he is. I’m sure not many partners would be willing to deal with that level of non-commitment and emotional unavailability from him.Levi I feel like all his relationships never left that awkward early stage, and his only ‘serious’ relationships would have been strictly online, maybe a couple meetups that made him nope right out of it. Satan, again, has probably just gone on some casual dates but didn’t have much interest in actually dating rather than gaining connections. i feel like Beel is the most likely candidate to have had healthy previous relationships. He is pretty well balanced emotionally and has a good outlook on love and family values. I’m sure he’s had a few serious relationships and has dated his share of people. Belphie gives me vibes of had one or two previous serious relationships that did not end well at all and now he’s a salty sob over it lmao. 

I still don’t feel like MC is necessarily their first true love, but maybe the first different kind of love for them. MC has reached them in ways no one else has, they don’t try to change anything, they fit in well with the whole family, they understand their sins etc. I have loved a few different people in my life, and each one was such a different experience for me. The first guy i loved, i consider to be my first true love. However, it didn’t work. And then i met the man I eventually married, he wasn’t my first true love, but it was a better kind of love, yk? 

And uugghh you ripped my heart out with how the brothers would feel if MC chose a different brother!!!! Because they all would be so heartbroken it’s not them, but they really truly just want mc to be happy and cared for, and they know their brother would keep them safe and provide well. 

A few asks ago, i mentioned that the brothers would move on eventually. I think there is a big difference in moving on and getting over that I maybe didn’t articulate very well. If MC were to die or choose someone else, they would move on eventually, but they might not ever really get over it. My heart hurts just thinking about how they would feel trying to move on. Like you mentioned, the empty, quiet dinner tables, lackluster parties and festivals, it would be like they lost their best friend. (i giggled picturing your mammon scenario with the pickle because that’s exactly how he’d react to something so small lmaooo)

I also agree that i don’t think the devs will kill mc off (again), that just seems like a really crappy way to end the game!! I’m curious to see how they would make different routes go if you can only romance one of them end game, vs you being able to have them all? I wonder if we’d get a choice in the whole becoming immortal thing or not?
