FANFIC IDEA: (Jujutsu Kaisen x Hazbin Hotel) Heaven is so aggressively biased against Jujutsu Society, especially the Seraphim in particular, seeing the jujutsu sorcerers and curse users just as despicable and selfish as the sinners (but Nanami, Haibara, Geto, Junpei, Tsumiki and Toji are seen as the victims of jujutsu society) that they automatically go straight to hell. Knowing that sinners can now be redeemed, Charlie (or an OC of yours as potential guardian angel to a sorcerer) sets out on a mission to right this wrong so that the souls of jujutsu sorcerers are judged fairly.
If using / building off of this idea, please be sure to credit me ❤️

Guys I love and miss Gojo so much. I'll be having a good day and remember that he is in fact gone. Also I can't remember where I heard this, but I remember someone saying there was an official tweet or like statement, where they said that Gojo might come back but in a way we won't like. So now I'm sitting here making theories? Idek if its true, but if it gives me a thing to do so here I am. I don't my little Sukuna to die either, but if Choso dies to him Istg. I might start treating him the same way I did with Mahito when he killed Junpei (Rip Junpei, gone WAY too soon. Still grieving because he was a good character, and he didn't deserve what he went through. Like this poor kid trusted Mahito, and they literally ENDED off his mom, but Junpei had to find out personally. Then manipulated him into "getting revenge" on someone who didn't do it. ONLY TO HAVE HIS SOUL MANIPULATED TO BREAK DOWN YUUJI? The pain I felt at Junpeis "help me" was so immense. Sometimes I hope he'll come back, he had the WORST of it istg 😭 Bullied? Watching his mother die? Manipulated by a gross ass cursed spirit? Then dying in front of his only good friend?? It's actually insane. Ily Junpei </3, I miss him sm. Cause he honestly was a good character.. 😕
Anyways, what I'm saying is, it'll be different if Choso perished than when Gojo died. Just because Gojo was a really OP character, and it was necessary for Yuujis character, he needs to be the one to end off Sukuna, cause like yk? Sukuna caused him so much torment, lmaoo (it isn't funny but I'll preten). Like ig it would be necessary for Choso too, but it's just.. I mean he kind of JUST started to become a part in the actual story. So it'll be too tragic, and I'll sob, then never return to Jjk ever again. 😕
I'd also sob if and when Sukuna died too, because I grow a fondness of everyone. (I miss you Nanami.), I also grew a fondness of Toji. Which I didn't think I'd do when I first got into Jjk, but he redeemed himself with Megumi. I mean.. Sorta? Idk I just defend all the characters atp. Besides Mahito, he needed to fucking go. 😭 His wails are still in my head, as a reminder that he can't hurt anymore mfs. (I'm still HEAVILY grieving Nanami.) Anyways, sorry for the 2nd rant 😔
-👽 (Ignore this baesy)
i get so many like gojo theories on how he will come back on my twitter and ngl??? SOME OF THEM COOKED LIKE OKAYYYY WHY DOES IT MAKE SM SENSE???? but then i rmbr gege doesnt care that much LMFOAOAOAOAO gege wants this manga OVER WITH!!!!
sukuna can go do a backflip off a cliff for all i care fr. choso dies and i’m deleting my whole tumblr if i can’t be happy no one can.
nah cause junpei’s death was crazy not even bc of what u said but bc of how they make his ass look so important and integrated into yuji’s friend group ONLY FOR HIM TO DIE LIKE THAT LIKE OMG THATS SO SICK???? STOP PLAYING WITH ME
toji is just sexy idk that’s his only appeal to me like okayyyyy dilfff😍😍😍😍🤞🤞🤞🤞 stares at my toji oneshot idea….
ANYWAY STOP APOLOGIZING FOR UR RANTS THEY R ENTERTAINING 🫶🫶🫶🫶

she's done!! what a nice game. i do really want to play p3 portable at some point too, i bounced off of it a few times as a kid after playing persona 4 but now i'd really like to experience the original if for no other reason than i think the older atlus kinda sickly-looking anime style lends itself way better to this subject matter than the (albeit gorgeous) shiny clean style they go with nowadays.
ummm idk here's a couple thoughts i had while playing that i never posted about: i was EXTREMELY annoyed by Junpei for hmm, 80% of the game? his nasty attitude towards women, annoying sense of humor, like, most of the time i dont super care for the male-friend-default-party-member in these games but ESPECIALLY Junpei i felt like had no redeeming qualities. when he started interacting with Chidori i started warming up to him, but my hate definitely culminated when he had his big blow-up scene and says everything that happened was my fault. i literally stopped talking to him lmao like when i got back to the dorm every day i would exhaust everyone's dialogue and just ignore him. that only lasted a couple days though before he does his big apology. i felt like he actually felt bad and was trying to be less of a shit. and his efforts with Chidori felt super genuine and heartfelt in a way he didnt show when he interacted with women before.
Shinji hurts my heart so bad. his death and the way the characters feel the effects of it is so brutal and so much more heartwrenching and real than anything in 4 or 5 that i can think of. god when you and Mitsuru go to his room and find his re-enrollment form........ owie owww ow my heartttt.

Now heard me out.
The Nobody Dies AU is a pretty good name and such. But there’s one missing fact. Our Lord and savior Geto still dies in the AU. Thus the name of the AU doesn’t match!
Therefore, I petition for a new name. How about “The Struggles of the Weak” AU?
Yeah?
Since the main characters in your JJK fanfics are characters that are considered weak, or tend to overcome weaknesses itself (e.g. Michi, Junpei, Mai).
So it would be a perfect fit for all your fics!
Oh wait... Shoko isn’t really weak tho.
Hold on!
You can argue that since Three’s Company focus on Sigma and Delta, there’s a case that both of them struggle against the Jujutsu World and are too weak to fight against it!
Ha! See! I make great arguments!
Plz don’t take this ask too seriously, I just thought the name “The Struggles of the Weak” is pretty cool for the AU
Our Lord and Savior Geto may have died for our sins, but that doesn't mean there's no way he can come back or be alive at the end of the AU.
I can't say anything more though, that's spoilers.
That is a cool name!
A big inspiration for writing the AU was to focus on the more minor characters in Jujutsu Kaisen, the ones who do not get stronger, who get worse, and show them in a more sympathetic light. The idea actually started with Junpei. More or less my concept of Junpei's foiling with Yuji is that they both are idealists but Yuji is the type of person that can beat up any bully that ever tried to mess with him, but Junpei is not strong enough and gets beaten up instead.
Isn't it understandable then that Yuji who was strong enough to protect himself is able to keep his ideals and his positive attitude, whereas Junpei who was weak and beaten down becomes more of a disappointed idealist and spirals into negativity.
The characters I chose to focus on were characters who either died or were punished mercilessly by the narrative of Jujutsu Kaisen, for being weak. Junpei is shown sympathy despite turning into a curse user and attacking his class, but in the end he isn't saved and dies before he has the chance to redeem himself. That's part of the tragedy of the Jujutsu World, but you know that's what fanfic is for.
Basically the whole point of the AU is to deconstruct the ideas that "Strong = Good" and "Weak = Immoral", and show people much more complicated to be defined by that binary. After all, if Yuji did not have super strength and had to endure being beaten and then burned like Junpei did, then would he endure it better than Junpei had? A lot of what makes people weak or strong is often situational rather than some kind of internal quality. There's also a strength in weakness too, there's worth in enduring even if that's not all you can do and you don't have it within yourself to conquer your situation or fix your problems all on your own. One thing I wanted to demonstrate with Junpei is that despite how disappointed he is with people, the idealist inside of him still remains which shows in the way he treats Mimiko and Nanako. He is someone who much like Yuji wants to reach out and help others, but circumstances have not allowed him too and he can't really change those circumstances without outside help. And Yuji may have super strength, but he has also been helped by the people around him time and time again.
The fic continued and I decided to focus on Mai especially after she gave that dumb speech to Maki on her death that was more or like "You're never going to get stronger because I don't want to be strong" and then the fic 'Werewolf' was born out of my desire to show that Mai may not be able to punch people as well as Maki, she may whine and make excuses and blame others but she has her own strengths too. A person as weak as Mai struggling and needing help isn't any different from Maki, there's no weak or strong twin they're just both people with their own weaknesses and strengths. After all Maki is strong physically but you could make the argument she's weak emotionally, she's not even capable of having a basic conversation with Mai or showing her feelings because that means exposing herself to that vulnerability.
I think Shoko is weak in the fact she has no vulnerability at all, so therefore she forms no attachment to people. She's basically invulnerable with her RCT and yet she never gets close to people at all, and never tries to form deep and meaningful relationships and stays on the outside of things instead.
That's a good point about Sigma and Delta though, the real tragedy of Three's Company is that Sigma and Delta never really stood a chance to win because they sent the three strongest students after them to hunt them down. It's not really the individual choices of any single person involved in that story, but rather not a single one of them was really strong enough to change the world. Shoko, Gojo, and Geto all in part sympathize with the kids but they don't go against their orders and still bring them in. Sigma and Delta only want to live in peace, but they just don't have the strength to make that happen. Sigma loses not because he's wrong or immoral, he's just weaker than Gojo. Gojo at that point also is in his first year and isn't particularly concerned about doing the right thing he is just finishing the mission. Which is why more or less the story epilogue ends on Shoko and Gojo visiting Geto's grave, because after not saving Sigma and Delta, the next person that both of them were too weak to save was their own friend.
There's strength in weakness, and weakness in strength, that's basically the message I wanted to get across for the whole AU.
I might still keep the name nobody dies AU, because the AU was inspired by the fact I did not like Nanako, Mimiko and Junpei's death and found them unnecessary, and the bigger goal of the AU is to give screen time to characters like Mai who died before they ever had a chance to shine.

Bunny yeah I’m still do but I’m just saying I’m still didn decided that yet
UB: Yeah, 'cause there is a chance he can be redeemed. But we'll have to see.
Junpei: Yeah, but like... Why would you wanna kill him anyway? Isn't that a bit far?

The way they have never revelead the reasons why both Izumi and Junpei have decided to hop on the Trailmon doesn’t really hurt me, because it can open a lot of speculation for my mind.
While Izumi has hinted how she just wanted to try something new by accepting the phone’s message, Junpei has always been even more casual about it, pretending his reason is the same as Izumi’s but never actually confessing the true reason why he is there.
My headcanons take me to believing Junpei didn’t really have that great relationship with his parents, his family or, maybe, a member of its in particular. It’s funny to recall Chinese fans from Teiba Baidu’s encyclopedia claiming Junpei’s original profile was supposed to be a little deeper about his family, eventually explaining how his father was supposed to be the strict president of some electric company and Junpei’s loneliness was supposed to depend on the perception he thought his classmates had about him -the one of a spoiled-rotten, unpleasant rich kid-. True or not, the funny fact about this is that it can still fit a lot in Junpei’s backstory, because ,after all, do we know why he has never managed to make true friends in the first place? The reason why he has relied on his magical tricks to make friends? Either it’s the fatphobic route or Junpei has grown in an environment that isn’t just the best.
And I can see that, because why often underlining in official bios he comes from a rich family? We don’t know anything about Izumi’s, there was no reason for us to know that since Junpei never mentions his family. But what if the rich family information is supposed to give us a hint about his behaviour (especially at the beginning)? His spoiled, unpleasant, egocentric yet very lacking of self-esteem attitude?
I headcanon Junpei wanted to escape from his family environment but didn’t consciously perceive that wish of his. He just felt a need, an impulse he probably couldn’t even interpret as a kid and hopped on that train, and this could also explain the reason why he’s the first one wanting to come back home, repeating it in episode 3 too, where he says, <<I just don’t want to stay in this world>>. He looks so serious there??? Izumi is the one mocking him because she thinks it’s all a matter of envy towards Takuya and Tomoki (which surely lingers in Junpei’s heart at that point), but it’s just so bizzarre how he’s so firm while saying that. I’m just so convinced he acted without thinking at first under that inner desire of escapism of his. If I think back about what Izumi said about him in the very first drama, this hc of mine gets even more strength. Izumi tells Junpei she had a very bad consideration of him at first, but she quickly changed her opinion because she understood Junpei is a person who seems to very direct, but in truth he also hides how he feels in his heart. In my opinion, Junpei has got a lot going on with his private life but just represses his emotions a lot, even becoming blind about what happens around him. Remember the Volcanomon episode, where he initially denies he’s a lonely kid? Afterwards, thoughts and memories come hunting him and opening his eyes about a reality he wouldn’t have probably seen without that input. Soooooo, if he lived in an environment pressing him a lot, he wouldn’t really pay attention to that, ending up suppressing how uncomfortable he feels, his pain. He seems to get a lucid view about his reality only when others push him to do so, getting a better grasp about his feelings. If I stick to my headcanon about him wanting to escape from his family, the only input was Ophanimon’s message, not something that could make him think about what he wanted, but surely sonething that could make his inner side surface a bit and take over.
Wishful thinking: Junpei could have had a lot of potential, backstory-wise, if things had gone in a different way. I mean, Junpei and Izumi are the “only kids” of the group. If the writers had chosen to show us their families, their issues would have surely rotated around their parents since they don’t have sibilings, and I love thinking Izumi can be seen as someone having issues with her mother , Junpei mostly with his father, and their loneliness could have really created a perfect union with their backgrounds.
Izumi’s mother could have worried about her daughter not being that social like she used to in Italy and could have eventually bursted in some arguments with Izumi about her behaviour, lacking tact kike her daughter often does.
On the contrary, Junpei’s loneliness could have derived from his father for real, maybe on a complex level because, like I said, Junpei lacks TON of self-esteem and I cannot not see a man from a rich family constantly complaining about his son not getting high grades (in official bios Junpei often introduces himself as someone having very bad grades but having a wide knowledge about lot of random stuff), dressing in such a weird way, focusing on magical tricks. These all are things devastating your child from tender age and projecting on their behaviour as they grow up. Even if you are a president of an important company not being at home that much and seeing your son just once or twice a season.
Lastly but not leastly, even if I know most endings don’t really want to tell us anything about the characters’ background, I find it so weird everyone has such generic scenes in the first Frontier Ed, but at the same time there’s Junpei who has got the most ambiguous scene featuring him reading something and getting so pensive about it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s so weird???? The others are just expressing their loneliness, standing or sitting somewhere. Then there’s him who’s reading that thing. A school report maybe? Too big to be a letter and, honestly, why should some parent send his son a letter in 2001 when Junpei had a phone?
I just….Want to sink in the ocean due to how many headcanons I can think about when it comes to Junpei (and Izumi).

yuuji’s wounds in shibuya
it occurred to me today that during the shibuya arc, the wounds that yuuji receives and the location he receives them in are actually pretty significant.
i’m putting it here so nobody asks me about it: nobara also receives significant wounds, but that’s been a running theme tied to what i assume will be a character arc focused on personal appearance as a female jujutsu sorcerer. throughout the story she continually receives wounds to the face, which was excellent foreshadowing for her (probably) near death experience in shibuya, and will serve as setup for future arcs.
Tumblr media
i. just a scratch
in their fight against awasake, yuuji receives a gash to the side. when megumi runs over to see if he’s okay, yuuji responds that it’s “just a scratch.” it doesn’t seem to be debilitating, so he’s probably right, but what’s important to note is the continuation of the theme of hiding pain from each other.
ii. crack
not once, but twice yuuji receives a wound in the exact same place: across his face. once from choso, and once from mahito. that can’t be chalked up to coincidence.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
the orientation is reversed, showing how yuuji’s position is reversed but fundamentally, the same.
when fighting choso, he’s fighting someone taking revenge for the murder of his brothers -- yuuji’s murder. morally, it’s the same as yuuji trying to kill mahito in revenge for junpei’s (and nanami’s) death. when fighting mahito, he has to kill transfigured humans, and later admits that he isn’t so different from mahito after all.
the arrow placement in the second panel here further points out the hypocrisy in yuuji’s conviction -- he has been playing with people’s lives, too. not just through sukuna’s rampage, but also by his own hands. choso and the transfigured humans stick out as prime examples, but there’s also the indirect deaths caused by his consumption of sukuna’s finger.
the “crack” that appears across his face, in both instances, represents the cracks evident in his conviction, but the wound also splits his face. i don’t have to remind you that the “ryomen” in “ryomen sukuna” means “two-faced.” well before he started resembling sukuna in his fight vs mahito, gege was already showing their similarities.
yuuji isn’t exactly doing okay right now. he’s running on adrenaline and cognitive dissonance. simultaneously, he believes that he is a murderer who deserves nothing less than death, and that he needs to save as many people as possible to redeem himself. these are conflicting ideals that he’s trying desperately to consolidate, and it’s splitting him in two.
Tumblr media
iii. liver
this is a turning point in yuuji vs choso, shifting the fight firmly in choso’s favor. shortly afterwards, yuuji accepts his impending death and chooses to sacrifice himself to ensure that choso falls here, to save his friends and gojo.
he fails.
the liver is the site of blood filtration in the body. when blood passes through, toxins are flushed out and it leaves the liver in a purified state. itadori’s injury to the liver is the moment when he clears all distractions from his mind and decides that he will die here fighting choso.
additionally, the liver has a few interesting symbolic meanings. in greek mythology, it was thought to be the source of passion and emotion, specifically anger and wrath. it is the source of bile in the body; the theory of four humors attributes yellow bile to the liver, and with it a short temper and tendency towards anger.
in this fight, choso is fighting out of a desire for revenge and immense rage. it’s only fitting that his fatal attack strikes yuuji’s liver, the symbolic source of anger in the body.
Tumblr media
iv. baring his teeth
to bare one’s teeth means to indicate one’s hostility in a threatening way. the term comes from the way wolves bare their teeth when doing the same.
oh? wolves? where have we seen that before?
Tumblr media
this is the moment when yuuji’s overwhelming hostility translates to stalking mahito like prey. and mahito? mahito is terrified. yuuji has asserted his dominance and doesn’t even need to run after mahito, taking a leisurely pace as he moves to kill his enemy.
it’s significant that the skin on his cheek is what’s damaged, revealing what’s underneath. it suggests that this is only revealing a side of yuuji that’s been here all along, rather than a sudden development. it’s also mahito who pushed him this far, being the one to tear his cheek open.
in this intimately personal moment, where it’s just yuuji and mahito, yuuji’s innermost thoughts and impulses are shown without a second skin to cover them up. he’s laid bare, and it’s not just his teeth that are exposed.
this, of course, is immediately ruined by kamo’s arrival.
Tumblr media
v. blood on his hands
in contrast to the injuries that revealed more and more of his innermost self during his fight with mahito, kamo’s -- and kyoto tech’s -- arrival is accompanied by injuries all over his body, completely covering him in blood. every other injury he has sustained is obscured by it, overshadowing it in significance.
this is significant, because “covered in blood” is exactly how yuuji appears to outside observers. up until now, the only people he’s come across since his breakdown were close friends and mortal enemies, people who know his true self. but now, with the arrival of the proverbial puppet master and members of the greater jujutsu world, yuuji is covered in blood.
i’ve said it a few times before, but it’s important to note that nobody, nobody has been made fully aware of sukuna’s rampage. kusakabe openly stated his desire to see yuuji executed after seeing that sukuna took over his body and destroyed some buildings. yuuji told todo that sukuna killed a lot of people, but didn’t elaborate on the point, and todo didn’t really seem to grasp the magnitude of what happened.
nobody knows. but yuuji does. he knows and he hates that nobody else does.
now suddenly in the presence of people who, for the moment, are protecting him and putting trust in him, yuuji is probably only seeing the blood on his hands. and if they’re made aware of what he’s done, the others will only see the blood on his hands, too. he is, figuratively and literally, covered in blood, and not just his own.
with choso’s appearance and extremely loud declaration of relation to yuuji, further explanation of the situation will undoubtedly be demanded from him, and he’s probably going to confess to what he did with no reason to hide it. the kyoto forces might end up splitting between those protecting yuuji and those trying to take him out now while he’s wounded.
but that’s only a speculation. for now, all i can do is sit back and marvel at gege’s writing and art, and how it can be interpreted in so many ways even with only 134 chapters at the time of writing this.

Still can't get over this.
I don't know, maybe three to four episodes? I am not that sure, but as jjk introduced me to Junpei, I thought of him as a very dark, deep character yet a person who just wanted to escape the pedestal he were in. The way he said that if he could have a button that could kill everyone that disliked him (don't know if that's the right dialogue but it is somehow close on what I remember it) he would probably go and press it, it's sounds so horrible yet sad at the same time. Come on, it's not even fair... how pain could really change a single person. What if Junpei just really wants to go to school normally without being bullied, have dinner while conversing with his mother... Not cigarette marks on his forehead or an isekaid-levi as a teacher that can't even stand for his student? I look at the single frame (time-to-time) where I can see Junpei whole-heartedly smile... F it... He's the one we failed to protect... It's the future that we failed to see... Nobara, Fushiguro, Yuuji and Junpei.
Tumblr media
Now I just realized it was a dang mistake rewatching the previous episodes after watching the latest one. Fck. My insides are crying rn. I just need to get this out of my system, I was still hoping that what if he were given a chance to redeem himself, would he be free from the hollow darkness he was in? Or death was the only option.

Hii!!!! its me again (dont look at me accidentally unfollowing u pls thnx) anyways i rlly hated the way mai was handled on the story like yeah i get it she's supposed to be a very tragic character but unlike junpei she has no redeeming qualities at all other than being well implied as gay, saving maki's ass, and admittedly had a pretty face , other than that she has nothing at all?? and it makes me boil w anger bc wtf and htf are we supposed to sympathize w her, w what she had been thro, w what has happened to her? and i hate it bc gege wants us to cry about the zenin twins and i do cry for them but i feel like it's mainly towards maki and not mai bc she's not likable at all and aggghhhhhh i hate it i hate it >:(( anyways pls dont mind me rambling had a bad day w my sci teacher wbu?
i dont mind!!!! i just had a pretty uneventful day at work, and we can plan to steal ur sci teacher's cat as revenge anytime u want to <3
i would have to disagree with you on mai here! i definitely feel a lot for mai, but i do understand why most jjk readers wouldn't take well to her - in shounen manga, where most characters are usually hell bent on getting stronger no matter the cost, mai just sticks out like a sore thumbs. she doesn't want to get stronger! and she's mean, and she's selfish, and she's mean and selfish to the fandom favorites, maki, yuuji and nobara.
but i think mai's character is just realistic. dealing with curses is horrendous and terrifying (i mean look at mahito? nasty mf, and he's not even the worst one), being put in life or death situations every few days or so would burn anyone out, so it makes sense that mai never wanted to be a sorcerer. and mai didn't really choose this life. or maybe you could say that she does, she left the zenin clan for jujutsu school after all.
but i would say that she didn't really do it for herself, she did it because of maki AND for maki.
the "because" part is obvious: mai didnt want to be left behind. in zenin clan where women are treated like subhuman, i would bet that in childhood, mai and maki were the only ones who made each other feel like maybe being alive wasnt that suffocating. maki because no matter how bullied she was by naoya and other assholes, she still had someone to protect, someone who looked up to her; mai because she had maki, and as long as maki was here all pain and humiliation are survivable. but if maki left, the zenin clan no longer had the only person that mai could call family. she had no reason to stay; so she did the only thing she could do: trailing after maki, even if maki didnt look back anymore.
the "for" part is only obvious after jjk 149: because maki wants to get stronger, mai HAS to get stronger too.
Tumblr media
in jujutsu world, twins can only get stronger if they get stronger together, so because mai didnt want to hinder maki, she went to jujutsu high and tried (for a short while) to get stronger too, for maki's sake. at least thats how i interpret it.
so imagine being her, having to go down a path that you hate, trailing after a person who, in her point of view, left her behind, going miles and miles engaging yourself in danger and sweat and tiring exercises just so you dont hinder your sister, who probably doesnt even calL!! i would grow a little bitter too!!
so what i want to say is, she's mean and selfish, but its understandable given her background. i too hate grind culture. so i would say that she's a pretty solid character, and thats why i like her.

way of kings, Satsuki’s moving castle (👀), Daiki’s basketball (👀👀), oh no he’s hot, and unstoppable force/immovable object pls
ah hihi! ty for the ask!! <3 this got very long so i am putting it under a cut
the way of kings
this is basically just a knb stormlight au lmaooo. i actually dont have much yet its just a vague outline and the main character placements. i also have to work out a LOT of stuff bc. heralds. i’ll list the placements i have for now!!
kaladin - hyuuga OR aomine i really cannot decide smh. EDIT HOLY SHIT MIDORIMA IS THE PERFECT KALADIN
adolin - kise bc you cant tell me that ‘“fight me!” adolin said’ isn’t PEAK kise energy
shallan - .......izuki. puns? puns. also yay for shared insecurity complexes and refusal to address their own mental health
dalinar - kasamatsucchi <3 he has the eyebrows and the blue uniform don’t @ me
jasnah - uhh araki, solely because i didn’t wanna change au!jasnah’s gender. otherwise 100% would have been midorima
sadeas - imayoshit :) everyone flip off the manipulative bastard
renarin - kurokooooo!! okay but the idea of a person construed as weak finding their own way in the world is really similar b/w these two
sylphrena - momoi <333 syl rlly do have momoi energy tbh
i do have a couple more placements BUT idk where ur at in the series and it could be a potential spoiler so i’m gonna shut up now. tagging @serenesavagery bc i think she’d like this ily saori
satsuki’s moving castle
ok here’s an AU i actually have shit planned out for (and some chapters written) lmaooo it’s a momoi/riko howl AU!! riko = sophie + momoi = howl is rlly fun to write lol. also aomine is calcifer bc let’s be real that tiny fire demon was basically just demon!aomine. the chapter titles in this one are gold tbh i’m really proud of them -- examples are, “Do YOU Want A Charming Stranger To Sweep You Off Your Feet? [Not Clickbait]” and “Riko Aida Presents - Being Old Sucks, Part 1/? (Also, There's A Demon But That’s Not Important)”.
tiny snippet:
Riko could feel the stirrings of heat in her cheeks as Satsuki pressed against her, arm laying on her hand.
“Let me,” she said sweetly. Dazed, Riko did so, moving aside so Satsuki had better access to the food.
“Hand me a couple of eggs and some more bacon, please,” Satsuki instructed. Riko complied, doing her best to keep her composure. This was the wicked wizard Satsuki, not just any pretty girl - she had to be on her guard.
Satsuki cooked much the same way Riko did, planting a few doubts in the now-aged girl’s mind. Eggshells in the eggs, blackened bacon… perhaps her cooking really was bad.
Then again, from what she’d seen of Junpei, he did have a tendency to exaggerate.
“no its totally not gay for a girl to cook over your shoulder what do you mean” - aida riko, circa 1920 (approx. when this is set bc it follows the ghibli movie)
daiki’s basketball
yes its an aomine-kuroko roleswap yes i like torturing myself because it comes w/the bonus of inflicting this upon my readers. it’s my first multichapter, and like ewbts it’s also half posted and then i realised how shittily i’d written it so i started rewriting smh. the only redeemable bit about v1 is the summary bc it’s good for my summary standards:
tetsu had changed. tetsu was no longer his partner. but daiki saw that same spark in kagami, and even if he wasn’t one for sappy romantic stuff like tetsu, maybe this time… maybe this time the light he picked would stay with him.
im not crying you are
a small snippet:
“Well, you like painting. Maybe paint a basketball on the school wall or something?” Satsuki suggested absently, still looking at the giant chocolate fountain. It couldn’t hurt to go in and try it, right?
“Thanks, Satsuki.” Daiki’s voice had a sudden spark to it, and Satsuki’s eyes shot wide as she realised what she’d said.
“No - Dai, wait! You can’t-” But he’d already cut the call.
Oh, God save Satsuki Momoi.
(yes. he did actually. paint the fucking school wall. god save momoi indeed)
oh no he’s hot
this is an older idea but one i still love tbh! i have to work around the setting bc i wanna set it in not-america 😂 i have a summary written up which describes it well so i will plug it:
Everything was in place. Zuko would have adopted Izumi by this time tomorrow; would have met the demands of his company; would be a father, the best one that he could. He had to admit he was a little more than excited - it’s not every day that you get to be a father, and especially not to a firecracker like Izumi. Now, if only Izumi’s social worker weren’t this attractive… and if only he weren’t the same man that Zuko had been absolutely, abominably horrible to the previous week.
its a zukka modern AU in which zuko is running his dad’s company after ousting ozai, and the board pressures him to get an heir. ace gay bean zuko decides he’ll adopt instead. also azula/katara subplot with katara being an intern at azula’s hospital (NOT in charge of azula tho bc that can lead to some weird power dynamics). highkey slowburn romance tbh. zukka hate each other for only a bit, but the friendzoning is unreal lmao
immovable object meets unstoppable force
this is a set of legend of korra rewrite oneshots! basically im trying to fix all the colorism, sexism and other issues + give a better rep to korrasami bc lbr we deserved more development. also side character rights <3
i actually have posted one fic of it here so i suppose this counts as a snippet? its pema/lin hahaha yay for lesbians
--
thank you so much for this ask i just really ran away with it i get excited talking about my projects and wow now i have fuel for daiki’s basketball again so that might just be the one i finish soonest <3

Femoral Meeting - C10
One day after school, Ryuji stumbled as his broken leg was acting up, and because of that, he met one of Gekkoukan High’s former athletes. Kazushi Miyamoto.
FFN I AO3
Prologue I C1 I C2 I C3 I C4 I C5 I C6 I C7 I C8 I C9
------
After the dinner between his benefactors’ friends, he suddenly found himself with Yukari, Junpei, Ken, Fuuka, a blond girl in a suit and tie and a white haired man in a police uniform.
The group Ryuji was with were inside the same office he was in earlier. His doctor’s office.
“I thank you all for coming.” Mitsuru stated as she walked inside the office. “Sakamoto, the new faces you see are Aigis and Police officer Akihiko Sanada.”
“Nice to meet you kid.” Akihiko greeted.
“It is nice to meet you.” Aigis bowed in respect.
“Even if you arrest me.” Ryuji glared. “I’m not telling shit.” He snarled, suddenly defiant to everyone in the room.
Everyone else in the room looked at each other, confused at the younger boy’s exclamation.
“Calm down.” Ken tried to diffuse the situation. “What are you talking about Sakamoto?” He questioned. “No one’s arresting anyone here.”
“Oh right.” Yukari perked up. “I think the way Mitsuru-senpai demanded how the change of hearts occurred gave him the wrong conclusion.” She explained. “I mean it was kinda similar to how Fuuka was recruited to become part of our group back then.” She continued. “So I thought nothing of it.”
“To be fair, the higher ups at the National Police Agency have been hounding Mitsuru and I for answers of causes of the mental and psychotic shutdowns.” Akihiko piped in. “They just want to save their asses and not get caught up in the crossfire that was Shido’s confession.” He finished.
“Don’t forget the change of hearts the Phantom Thieves were involved in.” Aigis supplied.
“So you guys, adults, thought that hounding a kid, abused by an adult, is going to make him talk?” Ken questioned.
“You’re an adult yourself Amada.” Junpei countered.
“I believe that having a police officer in our group also enforced the idea that he is being arrested.” Aigis supplied. “Considering his status as a Phantom Thief.” She continued.
“I suppose when you put it that way.” Mitsuru began. “It was a bit forceful of us to demand answers from you.” She admitted to their guest. “Which lead to him making the wrong conclusions.”
“Let me clear things up for him.” Ken volunteered.
“Everyone, let’s leave things to Amada.” Mitsuru ordered. “We will reconvene once he’s finished clearing things up.” She finished as she prompted for everyone to leave.
“Wait, what’s happening?” Ryuji asked. “What is going on?” He glared at Ken.
“Don’t mind them.” Ken started. “They’re going to their prior commitments.” He explained. “For what it’s worth they just don’t know the first thing to do with kids like you.”
“Kids like me.” Ryuji repeated. “What about you then?” Ryuji’s eyes narrowed at the Akechi-look alike.
Maybe Futaba was right, this guy was really Akechi. If her hunch was right, he doesn’t know if he’s prepared for the things that Akechi’s going to do to him.
Granted, Akechi wasn’t the person responsible for torturing Ren while in captivity.
He only killed him.
“I was a lot like you once.” Ken started. “I didn’t trust any adult, or anyone older than me for that matter.” He continued. “After a rogue Persona killed my mother, and the police mocked what I saw, I lost faith in them.” He admitted.
Maybe this wasn’t Goro Akechi at all. Maybe this was simply Ken Amada, like he claimed to be from the beginning. After all Akechi did say that his mother died because she killed herself. Amada’s mother on the other hand was killed.
Wait did he say a rogue Persona?
“I lived my life consumed by revenge until Akihiko-senpai and the others made me see the error of my ways.” Ken added to his earlier admission.
“What does that have to do with me?” Ryuji asked, calming down from his recent outburst.
“It was something Mitsuru-senpai was indirectly part of.” Ken continued with his story.
“I still don’t see how this connects to me.” Ryuji interrupted.
“My point is that Mitsuru-senpai can be trusted.” Ken answered. “She can be a bit forceful but you can trust her.” He continued. “You’re not being arrested.” He informed the young boy. “We just want to know how the stealing of hearts occur.”
“If I’m not being arrested,” Ryuji trailed off. “Then what was up with the men in black that were questioning about my days before that green surroundings thing happened?” He questioned. “It’s what made me and my friends conclude that I was being arrested.”
“That…” Ken trailed off. “We’re going to open that up with them.”
------
Mitsuru and the others reconvened inside the office of Ryuji’s doctor. They were all seated in the same place as before. The person named Akihiko was only wearing a sleeveless tank top and holding some kind of drink while the person named Junpei was in the process of removing his blue baseball jersey.
The group had a new addition was with them. A female dressed as a maid from a maid café.
“Sakamoto, this is Kikuno Saikawa.” Mitsuru introduced.
“It is nice to finally meet you in person Sakamoto-sama.” Kikuno greeted as she bowed.
“Y-yeah.” Ryuji was caught off guard at the address. “S-same to you.”
“Amada has told me that you and your comrades concluded that you were going to be arrested because of the inquiries about you made a few days prior.” Mitsuru stated.
Ryuji merely nodded at the statement.
“Kikuno?” Mitsuru looked at her maid, prompting her for an answer.
“A few operatives had heard that you had a conversation with Sakamoto-sama and promptly investigated.” Kikuno answered. “Before they could launch the investigation, however, Sanada-sama’s office received a call from a concerned citizen about someone not getting the justice they deserve.” She continued. “And a few moments later, Sakamoto-sama’s mother called Sanada-sama’s office and wanted to file a case.” She added.
“Who were those that launched the investigations Kikuno?” Mitsuru asked.
“I believe they were also the ones responsible to follow Ren Amamiya back to his hometown, following his release.” Kikuno answered.
“Wait, Ren’s involved in this too?!” Ryuji’s exclaimed.
“He was your leader no?” Mitsuru asked.
Ryuji fell silent at this inquiry. He can’t say anything or he’ll get Ren in trouble again.
“Kikuno, please continue.” Mitsuru prompted her maid to continue with her report.
“I believe they wanted to redeem themselves after failing at the task that was assigned to them.” Kikuno complied. “They weren’t able to follow Amamiya-sama’s trip due to a single missing part of the car they were using.” She finished.
“Thank you Kikuno.” Mitsuru smiled at her maid.
“By your leave Kirijo-sama.” Kikuno bowed.
“You may continue your duties Kikuno.” Mitsuru dismissed her employee as she looked at the youngest boy in the room.
“I should apologize for the misunderstanding my employees caused.” Mitsuru apologized “I am pretty sure my demands for information weren’t any help to dissuade you from the conclusion you and your comrades drew.” She bowed as she finished her sentence.
Ryuji was at a loss for words. He didn’t expect a big shot like Kirijo would apologize to him, let alone bow before him.
“We would really appreciate if you could shed some light on how these changes of heart occur.” Yukari spoke up.
“I imagine he’s going to need his team’s approval to disclose anything.” Ken offered.
“Why does he need that?” Junpei questioned. “The Shadow Operatives is sanctioned by the government isn’t it?” He continued.
“I see.” Mitsuru nodded.” I think I see why you are reluctant.” She nodded.
“What do you mean senpai?” Junpei asked. “Why does he need the approval of his friends when the government is asking them for information?” He continued. “Wouldn’t that count as treason if he won’t say anything about it?” He added.” This is a matter of National Security.” He finished.
“You misunderstand Iori.” Mitsuru spoke up. “You forget that some politicians still blame the Phantom Thieves of Hearts for the evolved cases of the Apathy Syndrome.” She continued. “Any information about the other members could put them behind bars.”
“I see.” Fuuka perked up. “Masayoshi Shido is still viewed by his allies to have been a victim of the Phantom Thieves.” She stated as she typed on the laptop she brought. “Most of them are still saying that the disgraced politician was a victim and Japan lost a capable Prime Minister.”
“The hell!” Ryuji reacted to Fuuka’s statement. “He forced his son to induce both Mental and Psychotic Shutdowns across Tokyo.” He growled. “He ain’t innocent in all this shit!”
Ryuji’s eyes soon widened at the realization of his words. He just revealed more information to these people.
“I see.” Mitsuru responded. “Just as we feared.” She sighed.
“Forgive me for intruding.” Makoto’s voice was suddenly heard.” I had Alibaba bug Skull’s phone to eavesdrop on the conversation.” She admitted. “I’m the Phantom Thieves’ Queen.” She introduced herself.”
“Queen.” Ryuji started. “Sorry for not keeping my mouth shut.” He apologized.
The members of the Shadow Operatives looked at each other at the sudden interruption. The spying and the eavesdropping. They also took note that Sakamoto didn’t react negatively to the interruption.
“No Skull.” Makoto dismissed the apology. “Oracle has told me about how you three reacted to Amada-san’s appearance at school.” She continued. “I am pretty sure Kirijo-san’s organization has already connected Akechi to our cause.”
“You are right Queen.” Mitsuru nodded as Ryuji placed his phone on a nearby table. “We concluded that the missing Goro Akechi was likely a Persona user and a member of the Phantom Thieves.” She finished.
“He was a member at a certain point.” Makoto confirmed. “But we claim no connection to his deeds for the Mental and Psychotic shutdowns that has proliferated Tokyo in the last year.” She added “We intervened so that we can distance ourselves to the deeds Masayoshi Shido had ordered Goro Akechi do.” She finished.
“Can you confirm Sakamoto’s statement?” Akihiko voiced his question.
“Yes, we can confirm Skull’s statement that Goro Akechi is indeed Masayoshi Shido’s son.” Makoto stated. “Including the deaths caused by Akechi like Shujin’s principal Kobayakawa, Okumura Food’s CEO, among others.” She finished.
“This is Alibaba.” Futaba’s distorted voice was heard next. “You promised Oracle, Panther and Skull that you’d explain how and why the green surroundings with coffins happened.” She demanded.
“The speaker is right Mitsuru-senpai.” Fuuka voiced out meekly.
“Save the explanations for later.” Makoto interrupted. “I’d like to request for Skull’s release.” She demanded.
“You can’t do that!” Junpei exclaimed!” This is official business.”
“You misunderstood, while we lack the ability to change hearts, we can still use legal means.” Makoto started. “I could have all of you sued for warrantless arrest and kidnapping.” She threatened.
“You got balls for threatening Mitsuru like that Queen.” Akihiko commented. “Even the National Police Agency won’t dare cross her.”
“She is after all, the Imperious Queen of Executions.” Aigis piped in.
“Queen is right.” Mitsuru voiced out as she stood up. “The Shadow Operatives are walking on thin ice as it is.” She continued.” With Minazuki’s escape a few years earlier, we can’t have a legal battle in our midst.” She added. “I do hope you would share any information you have with us Queen.” She finished as she gave Ryuji a stack of papers.
“Are you sure Mitsuru-san?” Aigis questioned. “Is it right for them to know of the Dark Hour?”
“It’s alright Aigis.” Mitsuru nodded.” If they hadn’t experienced the phenomenon, I would have preferred to keep this a secret from them.” She explained as she placed a small set of papers beside Ryuji’s phone. “Queen.” She turned her focus unto Ryuji’s phone once more. “I gave Sakamoto a detailed explanation about the Dark Hour.” She added.
“Dark Hour?” Ryuji and Makoto questioned in unison.
“The phenomenon where you saw coffins standing.” Yukari supplied.
“That and how they came to be.” Mitsuru continued her train of thought.
“We thank you for complying with our request.” Makoto voiced her appreciation.
“You basically blackmailed us into releasing your friend.” Junpei bitterly commented. “We were doing official work here.”
“I understand that Iori-san.” Makoto responded. “However, I was not about to leave Skull to be eaten in a Lion’s den.”
“Magnifique!” Mitsuru praised. “You’d make a fine addition to our organization Queen.”
“I am flattered.” Queen acknowledged the praise. “I just want Skull released from your custody.”
“I understand.” Mitsuru nodded. “Now for the next agenda.” Mitsuru voiced out. “Iori?”
“Next agenda?” Ryuji, Makoto asked in unison, quite alarmed.
“Don’t worry.” Mitsuru assured. “This won’t take long.”
“I told you before Mitsuru-senpai.” Junpei stood up and went towards Ryuji. “I don’t know how to control Chidorita’s ability.”
“What about the times when the kids you’re training were injured?” Yukari asked. “Didn’t you heal their bones and scrapes?”
“They just come out spontaneously when I fuss over them.” Junpei admitted. “And I wouldn’t say I healed them completely.” He corrected. “It’s more like they’re being healed up until basic first aid can do the trick.”
“What do you mean Iori?” Mitsuru asked.
“Say a kid I was coaching got a nasty scrape on his knee.” Junpei answered with an example.” I rush in and look at the wound, by the time one of my hands are close proximity to the boy’s wound.” He continued as he hovered his hands over his own knee. “Chidori’s ability kicks in and heals the boy’s injuries up until the bleeding stops.” He added. “But the wound is still there, but not as serious as it was before.” He ended his explanation.
Junpei knelt before Ryuji and hovered his right hand over the knee of the youngest in the group. He closed his eyes as if in concentration but nothing happened.
Ryuji just looked at them with a confused expression. The conversation shifted from one topic to another with a few words. He then realized that they were attempting to use their Persona abilities to heal his leg injury.
“Why don’t you try summoning your Persona?” Akihiko suggested.
“Akihiko-san is correct.” Aigis agreed.” Maybe summoning your Persona can help you better control Chidori-san’s ability.”
“I agree.’ Yukari nodded.
“Well Iori?” Mitsuru prompted.
“If you say so.” Junpei sighed. “But I can’t promise anything.”
Junpei then got a silver gun from behind him and pointed it on his head.
“What the eff!” Ryuji yelled! “You don’t gotta kill yourself for not being able to heal my leg!”
“Skull! What’s happening?!” Makoto demanded.
“They made some guy heal my leg with his Persona and now he’s pointing a gun to his head!” Ryuji answered, still in panic mode.
“Calm down.” Ken voiced out as she clasped the young boy’s shoulders. “He’s not committing suicide, if that’s what you’re thinking.”
“The hell?!” Ryuji snarled.” What part of that is he not committing suicide?!” He yelled his question as he pointed at Junpei.
“Trismigistus!” Junpei announced as he pulled the trigger.
“What the hell?!” Ryuji yelled. ”That’s how you summon your Personas?!”
A figure in reed and gold appeared behind Junpei and seemed to glow golden light.
“With enough practice, we can summon them without the aid of our evokers.” Akihiko supplied.
“Stay still kid.” Junpei ordered.
Ryuji obeyed the command as Junpei once again hovered his hand over his right leg. A soothing feeling flooded his senses as the older man’s hands glowed a golden light.
It didn’t take long for the glowing to stop and the older man to sit on the floor as his Persona faded from view.
“Before anything else.” Junpei spoke up.” I don’t know if I healed you or anything kid, so don’t get your hopes up.” He cautioned as he stood up and stored his evoker back inside his pant pocket.
“It was worth a try Junpei.” Akihiko nodded.
“Hey.” Ryuji tried to put some weight on his leg. “This feels great.” He exclaimed in glee.
“Hey, hey.” Junpei tried to get the boy’s attention. “Don’t go straining your leg kid.” He cautioned. “There’s no guarantee that I completely healed your bad leg.” He explained.
“A-aah o-ow.” Ryuji flinched as he sat back down.
“See!” Junpei exclaimed.
“Skull!” Makoto’s panicked voice.
“I’m fine!” Ryuji managed to voice out in between his whimpers. “It’s fine.”
“That didn’t sound fine to us.” Futaba’s Alibaba voice responded.
“It’s alright.” Ryuji managed to wheeze out. “I had that one coming.” He explained in between his breaths. “Nothing’s probably broken.”
“Call for the doctor immediately.” Mitsuru ordered.
“On it.” Yukari nodded as she fished for her phone and dialed the doctor’s number. “Hello sensei.” She started the phone conversation. “Could you hurry back to your office?” She asked. “It’s about Sakamoto.” She explained. “He says it’s nothing major.” She continued. “We can never be too sure.” She supplied. “Thank you sensei.”
“What did the doctor say Yukari-chan?” Fuuka questioned.
“He says he’ll be here in a minute.” Yukari answered as she stored her phone back inside her purse.

Hello, friend.
Gojo and Michikatsu do interact in my fics, it's in the very first one Exponential decay. This fic not only goes into flashbacks of Gojo's childhood, but also shows Gojo and Michi interacting as teenagers both in Jujutsu High. The whole fic is basically centered around Gojo and his emotions post Riko Amanai's death, and his awakening of the limitless but told mainly from Michi's perspective as an outsider rather than Gojo themselves.
The third fic in the series is Butterfly Curve, the junpei and Mahito arc rewritten so Junpei lives at the end. Michikatsu does show up in this one to interact with Junpei one year after their interactions in Exponential Growth. The fic is mainly told from the perspective of Nanami, Yuji, Junpei and sometimes Mahito, with Michi just acting as a tertiary character. He only really interacts with Nanami and Junpei, but if you're interested in Junpei surviving and getting a chance to redeem himself you can check it out.

As for Chidoris revival tho. I look at it in a similar way you looked at Nanakos. The reason both work imo is because of how they were written. The Chidori that we knew basically IS dead and whats left is someone with no memories. I also think they worked Junpeis development well with this scenario too. Imo Shinjiros wasn't written well and kinda ruined Akihiko and Ken's development.(The handful in P5 also dont work imo because they werent written well. And they tried it too many times in a row)
I mean I don’t mind Chidori, it’s a little silly but it works it’s explained, but I just think there’s a double standard with Shinji.
I think Chidori, Shinji, and Nanako work just fine. As their’s still loss and the characters still feel it.
Akihiko and Ken’s aren’t hurt (imo, Aki’s scene is more heartbreaking in the hospital because Shinji is lying there), they act like he’s dead because to them he’s basically a corpse they were able to get to a machine to keep alive. Hindsight is 20/20 for us, we know he wakes up, but for them it’s the matter of letting him pretend to be alive or just let him go (only issue with saving Shinji is that they don’t explore this, but that’s not what people bring up as an issue sooooo.....8U). The reason they still act as if he’s gone is because the doctor literally says that there was no chance of him waking up:
Tumblr media
Atlus didn’t really need to change their dialogue much, and since the meaning is still their (because technically he’s basically dead in both routes) so no those two are fine.
The issue would be more is how Shinji’s arc is effected, possibly with the theme of death. I would say he’s technically death part of the Death arcana, he’s not able to survive on his own, and is in a death like sleep for the rest of the game (and their is loss/catalyst among the characters because of this change too), there’s also the fact he probs will die not long after waking up (since he apparently was dying before). But, I also think his arc (tho not expanded on a lot cause Atlus didn’t want to change P3P too much), later changes, thanks to the FeMC, to the other meaning for the Death Arcana. Rebirth and new beginnings. He was able to protect Ken and show him the right path, you could say that he redeemed himself for both ken and himself by doing this. Him waking up is a him with a new fate now, Ken doesn’t want to kill him and he can possibly find new meaning in life.
Yeah he doesn’t experience the same death of personality/change as Chidori, but he still experience change around him. So it fits just fine with the theme.
