When Megumi said to Sukuna, "The world is full of people besides myself. Once more, I think I'll live for others." And when Yuuji said to Sukuna, "Let's do it again. Not to curse someone, but to live with someone. Even if no one accepts it, I'm willing to go on living with you."

“I have nothing more to add.”
You could feel the tension in the air, thick and suffocating, as you stood across from Lewis in the lavish hotel room. Your patience was wearing thin, and his calm façade was pissing you off.
“You're insane if you think I’m just going to-” your words cut off when he abruptly stood up, eyes still staring intently at you.
Why did he even care where you spen the night? You would rather just book another hotel room than sleep on the sole bed while knowing your husband was a few feet away, sleeping on the couch, and not with you purposely.
“This is ridiculous,” you snapped when you found your voice again, your tone cutting through the silence. “I didn't sign up for this kind of treatment.”
Sure, that was a bit extreme. Given that he was always so polite, so prime, so perfect. God, was it a sin to expect him to lose it a bit? To not hold back when you clearly lost it whenever you were around him?
“And what kind of treatment is that, Y/N?” Lewis clenched his jaw, barely holding on to his… temper? “You cannot get another room to stay in, this is not-”
“I’m not sharing a room with you! I don’t give a fuck about what your investors think of us!” you retorted, throwing your arms above your head. “Thought this marriage was only for a business deal?!”
He took a step closer, his eyes darkening with frustration. “That's right. This is only, and only for the business deal. No more, no less.” Lewis’ eye twitched and you rejoiced internally at finally seeing a tiny part of him starting to crack.
You could feel your heart pounding in your chest, a mix of anger and something else— something you refused to acknowledge in his presence any further. “If that's all it is, then…”
Frankly, the words stung more than you wanted to admit to him and- yourself. You knew this marriage was arranged for the benefit of both your families' businesses, but hearing it out loud, especially from him, made it feel all the more real, and all the more painful.
Were you hoping for a different outcome? Not necessarily. It did hurt, though, when your ‘husband’ stepped onto any tiny flicker of hope you had with his ignorant comments. Why did he act like he didn’t fucking want you?
Because he really doesn't, your mind screamed, and as tears gathered in your eyes, you turned around to leave, but Lewis grabbed your arm, his grip firm but not painful, a desperate plea leaving his mouth. “Wait.”
You shook your head as he turned you around, hardening your gaze, your eyes challenging. His expression was a total contrast, softened with a hint of panic in his eyes. “I'm sorry. I didn't mean it like that. Please, don't go.”
“What?” You hesitated, feeling a twinge of satisfaction at his apology. But you weren't ready to let him off the hook so easily. “You can't keep saying things like that and expect everything to be fine, Lewis.”
Oh- what a sight it was, to see him close his eyes as he tried to get a check on his composure. “I know. I know, and I'm sorry. Just... stay.” He pulled you closer, his breath warm against your ear. “Please."
There was something in his voice, a vulnerability that you hadn't heard before. It made your resolve waver, and before you knew it, you were leaning into him, your bodies pressed together. His lips found yours in a desperate kiss, all the pent-up frustration and longing pouring out in that single moment and you were taken back to say the least.
“Why do you do this?” you murmured against his lips, your voice shaking. “Why push me away when you know you want this too?”
“Because it's easier to pretend this is just a business deal.” Lewis's grip on you tightened, kissing you again as he sent shivers down your spine with his fingers snaking towards your sensitive parts. “It's easier to keep my distance than to admit how much I- fucking want you.”
“O-oh,” was all you could muster up, nodding but not even listening to him, before the words processed, and you pulled back slightly to look into his eyes. “You are a pain to be married to.”
His eyes softened, and he nodded slowly. “I know. I just... I don't want to hurt you.”
“You won't,” you whispered, pressing your forehead against his, nails digging into the back of his arms to show him you didn’t care. “But tonight, I want you to.”
“Fuck,” he grinned, biting on your earlobe as his hands roamed over your body, pulling at your clothes, and you let him, your own hands busy with his shirt. The next few moments were a blur of hurried movements and breathless kisses until you were both naked, the cool air of the room bringing goosebumps, or maybe that was just- Lewis, and how his bare skin felt against you.
Before you could savor the moment a bit more, your husband pushed you back onto the bed, his eyes roaming over your body with an intensity that made you shiver. He shamefully checked you out as you did the same,“You’re fucking beautiful.”
Lewis sucked in a breath when you pushed your hair behind, gracing him with the sight of your nipples standing out, just waiting- begging him to put his mouth on them and suck them. You decided to let him be and ran your gaze down his body, clenching around thin air when your eyes found his cock.
Your husband smirked as he loosely stroked himself once- twice then fuck- a third time, knowing you were rubbing your thighs subtly to relieve some of the pressure. “You drive me crazy, you know that?” he murmured as he climbed on top of you, his lips finding your neck.
He started trailing kisses down to your collarbone and then lower, mouth open, teeth hurting you just right. “Hmph! Lew-” You choked when he sucked on your nipple, lapping it up and wetting it like a starved man.
“You. Are. Perfect.” Lewis whispered against your skin, taking turns biting each nipple as your breath got caught in your throat. “Fucking hell.” His voice thick with desire, driving you absolutely mad.
You moaned softly, your hands tangling in his hair. “Baby- shit- please” His thumb immediately found your wet hole as he massaged around it when you thrusted up a bit. “Making a fucking mess, you dirty gir-”
Before he could carry on, your hand fumbled down to gather some of your slick before you rubbed it against his length, your husband shuddering against you when he felt you cover him in your own juices.
He moved lower, back to kissing your neck as his knees gave out and his weight fell on your arms. You gasped as his finger flicked upwards, towards your bundle of nerves, he was finally giving you everything you ever wanted, his thumb working you with a skill that left you breathless.
“Lewis- I’m.. I…” You choked out, barely before you figured out what he was drawing on your clit, your hand loosening the grip you had on his twitching- leaking cock. L-E-W-I-S, he kept on drawing this pattern, rendering you absolutely helpless under him.
Your hands found his back, nails probably drawing blood, holding him in place as he brought you closer and closer to the edge. “Cum for me messy girl,” You heard him groan before he took your nipple in his mouth again.
“Fuck- Lew! Shit.” You craned your neck to look down at him, catching his other hand wrapped around his length. His angry tip leaking pre-cum that he was rubbing to stroke himself, his grip tight on his cock.
The thought of your juices mixing together on his cock had you cumming immediately with a staggered moan of his name, your body shuddering with pleasure, he was right there with you, his eyes never leaving your face, mesmerized.
Lewis moved back up your body, his lips finding yours again in a kiss that was both tender and demanding. You could feel him pressing against you, hard and ready, and you wrapped your arm around him, pulling him closer. “I’m here, baby. Such a fucking good girl for me.”
He entered you in one swift movement, a gasp escaping your lips at the sensation, he was so fucking big. Your husband stilled for a moment, his forehead resting against yours as you both caught your breath, obviously it had been too long since you both did it.
This was the moment when you realized that all those nights you spent worrying whether he had a mistress were utterly useless because the way your man looked seconds away from cumming just by being inside you for a single second?
“I've wanted this for so long,” he whispered, his voice trembling with emotion and the softness doing something very ugly to your heart. “I’m afraid it’ll end too soon.”
“Me too, Lewis. Me too.” You cupped his face in your hands, your thumbs brushing over his cheeks. Your husband’s cock twitched again and you gasped as your eyes rolled to the back of your head when he started to move.
It was slow at first, your soft walls wrapping against every single vein of his cock. “Fuck- I’m- hngh!” Lewis was so gone, eyes closed before he increased his pace. “Shit!” he hissed not believing he’s been missing out on this all this time just because he thought you wanted nothing to do with him.
“Never.. Oh my god- always everything! Lewis- wanted everything…” You trailed off but he got the gist of it. Still not realizing that he was not just thinking- he was saying everything out loud. His hands gripping your hips as he set a rhythm that had you screaming incoherently.
“You feel hah- so good,” he groaned, his lips brushing against your ear. “So perfect.”
You could feel yourself getting lost in the sensation, the way he filled you, fuck he really was so big, felt bigger than he looked and the way his body moved against yours, was so perfect. It wouldn’t be delirious to say you thought you both were made to fit each other.
“We are,” your husband dragged out, voice hoarse and breaking. It was suddenly almost too much, and yet not enough. You needed more, and you told him as much, your voice a desperate plea,“Faster, Lewis. Please.”
Your husband responded by increasing his pace, his thrusts becoming harder and faster, driving you closer to the edge once again. “My beautiful- ah- Y/N! My w- wife.”
You realized he was cumming when you felt his whole body go stiff and a chant of “ah, ah, ah, ah,” fell from his mouth, his cum filling you to the brim. He came so much that the next time he tried to thrust his over-used, over-sensitive cock a little, your poor hole was so utterly slippery that he fell out.
For a moment, you lay there, tangled together, your bodies slick with sweat. And then he pulled away, his eyes searching yours after he was panting a bit less than few seconds before.
“Y/N,” he said softly, his voice filled with something you couldn't quite place, you didn’t know how he still had his voice intact. “Did... Did you finish again?”
You shushed him before shaking your head, your hand reaching up to caress his cheek. “Not with you inside me.” He groaned at that as his hands squeezed your waist and his head fell right between your marked breasts. “I promise I last longer than this usually.”
His words made your heart beat faster, you made him like this, made him lost control, lost himself after he entered you like so absolutely that he just couldn’t help cumming despite wanting to last.
You tried to stop it but a chuckle escaped your mouth, which didn’t last long at all before he picked up your leg and in a second hooked it around his shoulder, leaning down to kiss your clit that was sensitive as hell, making you immediately gasp.
“I know just how to shut you up.”
And in that moment, as your hands tangled in the locks of his hair as you tried to ride his face, you knew this was something. Whatever this was, whatever it would become, you were in it together. No more ‘no more, no less,’ you guys were way beyond that at this point.

Draco wasn't the type of guy to dance. He never really learned and he couldn't say he cared for it. you tugged at his sleeve pouting and begging him to dance just once but he wasn't one to change his mind so he told you no again. You huffed standing to your feet turning to him as you said
"Fine, if you won't dance I'll find another guy who will happily let me grind against him" and with that you walked away.
Who did you think you were?
Clearly you forgot who you belonged to but Draco didn't grab you then he let you play out your little act knowing you'd regret it later.
His eyebrows were knitted and the look in his eyes meant warning but you didn't care grinding your ass against the guy as he enjoyed himself looking like a kid in a candy store as he held your waist smiling far too happy to be touching something that wasn't his.
You smirked, adding extra sway to your hips as you looked at him and he stared back before nodding and walking off. He could tell you looked surprised as he headed towards his room.
When the party music got low he knew it was just a matter of time before you showed up and as if you heard his thoughts you knocked the door timidly.
He gave nothing away as he opened it and he saw the look of fear in your eyes which only fueled the need to punish you and as the door closed your back hit it making you gasp.
"Draco what are you-"
"Don't play dumb little girl, you know what you did" he says, cutting you off as his hands cup your face, puckering your lips into a pout as his thumb brushes over the bottom one.
"You're gonna swallow like a good girl" he says before spitting into your mouth and you know better than to test him swallowing and he gives your cheek a firm pat.
"Too bad you were so bad I was going to make this fun but I guess I will do that next time, hmm?"
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The sound of your moaning, coupled with Draco’s brutal thrust, fuel his own desire, making it nearly impossible to resist your pleas for more as he slams his cock into your needy pussy. You're tears streaming down your cheeks as you cry for him to slow down, that you can't take anymore.
Your heart pounds in your chest as you feel him reaching places that make you see stars, your pussy weeping, coating his length in your juices.
His face rests in the crook of your neck, whispering sweet nothings with his heavy breaths, ignoring your overstimulation. Your hands explore his back, nails caressing the muscles as they flex with the motion of his body, sending shivers through him to where he almost caves with the feeling of your touch.
With a mix of possession and lust, he comes from your neck eyes pouring into yours, giving you that sweet feeling deep in your belly once again. As his hardened length hits the spongy spot deep inside you. He can't help but groan in pleasure as you tighten around him, your walls throbbing weakly.
"Fuck," he growls, his voice laced with need. "I love feeling you wrapped around me, losing myself inside you while you look like you can’t take it." He moans
“But I know you can cause you were made to take this cock” he finishes, his eyes filled with possession wrapping his hand around your throat slowing your air supply and you wonder if you're well as you moan at the pressure.
He knows you can take it, you fucking love it and he may seem far gone but he pays attention to the look in your eyes and shake of your body telling him you like this.
"You're fucking mine" he mutters and you nod telling him your his.
With a sense of urgency, his pace quickens if that’s even possible, the heat of your core radiating against his throbbing length causes him to twitch inside your pussy as you whine.
“That’s right, tell me how good it feels pretty girl” he says, taking note of the high pitch sounds leaving you. you look so pretty with your face twisted in pleasure and it makes him more feral with his pace because he just needs to be buried inside that pretty pussy of yours.
His hair is ruined, a strand hanging over his forehead glistening with sweat.
He brings his hand down between you, fingers finding your clit easily in between your messy folds as he rubs tight, frantic, circles, smirking when you scream louder arching your back.
A guttural moan escapes his lips as he feels your walls clench around him, welcoming him into your depths. He can't help but revel in the sensations that consume him. The feeling of your body against his, the sound of yours and his mingling breaths, it all adds to the intensity of your connection.
With each thrust, he seeks to bring you more pleasure, to make you moan and writhe beneath him.
Draco grips the sheet beside your head, ensuring that every stroke is one of bliss and ecstasy for you.
In this moment, there are only you two, lost in a world of raw passion, desire, and possession. As your bodies move together, Draco can't help but feel grateful for the privilege of sharing this intimate connection with you, knowing that he gets to fuck you like this, gets to see you fall over the edge, and fill you to the brim, marking your throbbing walls with his cum.
You're his and you're gonna feel it as he makes you scream his name like the good girl you are.
His good girl…

Dance of Desire
Leeroy's heart raced as he stood in the shadows of the university hallway, listening intently to Theresa's conversation with her friends. His feelings for her were undeniable, but he knew he had to step up his game if he wanted her to notice him. Then, he overheard Theresa talking about her dream to attend the exclusive high society ball. The ball seemed like the key to winning her heart. Feeling determined, Leeroy set out to secure tickets for the ball, but every attempt ended in disappointment. Just when he was starting to lose hope, Sander, the charismatic organizer of the ball, approached him.
Tumblr media
Leeroy's heart raced as he stood before Sander. Sweat trickled down his forehead, his nerves frayed from the weight of his desire for Theresa. "Please, Sander, I need those tickets. I have to win her heart," Leeroy pleaded, determination etched on his face. Sander, a mischievous glint in his eyes, leaned back in his chair. "Leeroy, love is not a game that can be won with tickets to a ball. Can you truly ignite a spark with a mere gift?" Sander's words hung heavy in the air, challenging Leeroy's resolve. "But I have to try," Leeroy insisted, desperation creeping into his voice. "I'll do anything to prove my love for her." A sly smile played on Sander's lips as he proposed a bet, his tone laced with tantalizing mischief. "I'll give you two tickets, Leeroy. If Theresa chooses you as her companion, they're yours. But if she doesn't, you belong to me." Leeroy hesitated for only a moment, his unwavering love for Theresa fueling his decision. "I accept," he declared, his voice tinged with determination. No matter the outcome, he couldn't bear the thought of living without Theresa's affection. As Sander handed Leeroy the coveted tickets, a mix of hope and anticipation swirled in Leeroy's chest. He clutched the tickets tightly, envisioning a future where Theresa was his. With a newfound determination, he sought out Theresa and presented her with the tickets, his eyes shining with anticipation.
Tumblr media
Theresa's face lit up with delight as she accepted the tickets, her gratitude palpable. "Leeroy, you're such a good friend. I owe you one," she beamed, oblivious to the storm brewing within Leeroy's heart. His hopes shattered as Theresa's words cut through him like a knife. "I'm going with Trevor," she announced casually, oblivious to the turmoil she had unleashed within Leeroy.
Tumblr media
A flood of disappointment washed over Leeroy.
Theresa noticed his crestfallen expression and explained that she wanted the night to be perfect with nice photos, hinting that Leeroy didn't quite fit the image she desired. Theresa's words stung, igniting a fire within him. "Not good enough," he echoed in his mind, a resolve hardening in his gaze. His excitement turning to shock and disappointment, Leeroy's heart sank. Deflated, Leeroy realized he had lost the bet. With a heavy heart, he sought out Sander to fulfill his end of the deal, berating himself for his foolishness. Accepting his fate, Leeroy braced himself for a life of servitude under Sander's thumb.
Leeroy trudged towards Sander's extravagant mansion, filled with a sense of resignation. The weight of his defeat was heavy on his shoulders as he contemplated the consequences of losing the bet.
He hesitated at the grand entrance, gazing up at the imposing structure that now represented his servitude. With a deep breath, he raised a trembling hand to knock on the ornate door.
Tumblr media
The door creaked open, revealing Sander's amused smirk as he lounged in a luxurious armchair. Leeroy's knuckles whitened as he suppressed a growl of frustration. "I'm here to... pay off my debt," he muttered, eyes cast downwards. Sander's laughter echoed in the marble foyer, a sound as sharp as breaking glass. "Ah, Leeroy, how noble of you to fulfill your end of the bargain." His voice dripped with mock sincerity as he motioned Leeroy closer. Leeroy gritted his teeth, forcing himself to stand tall as Sander tossed a tuxedo at him. "Put it on," Sander commanded, his tone laced with mischief. Leeroy's shoulders sagged as he changed into the oversized tuxedo. A sigh escaped him as he muttered to himself, "I knew it, now I'm his servant and I have to dress like that." Sander adjusted Leeroy's bow tie with a playful smirk, "There, now you almost look presentable. Let's see what a little makeover can do." Suddenly Leeroy felt a warmth spread through him that seemed to transform his body. When he caught sight of his reflection in the mirror, his jaw dropped in disbelief. The clothes hugged his newly sculpted frame, and his once messy blond hair now styled into a fashionable cut. Leeroy's blue eyes widened in shock as he realized he looked nothing like his former self.
Tumblr media
Sander clapped his hands in approval. "Impressive, isn't it? I told you there was potential within you, Leeroy." Leeroy's voice quivered with disbelief. "What did you do to me?" Sander chuckled. "Just a little transformative magic to bring out your true essence. You now have the appearance of a true gentleman." Leeroy tentatively touched his chiseled jawline, still trying to process the drastic change. "I... I don't know what to say."
Sander observed Leeroy's discomfort with amusement before speaking. "I hope you've learned something from this experience, Leeroy. Love can't be bought or won with gifts." Leeroy met Sander's gaze. "I understand now. I was foolish to think tickets could win someone's heart." Sander's expression softened slightly. "Indeed. But now, the night is young, and the ball awaits.”
Feeling a newfound sense of confidence pulsing through him, Leeroy followed Sander as they made their way to the grand ball. As they entered the dazzling ballroom, whispers and gasps followed in their wake. Leeroy couldn't help but notice the admiring glances from the girls around him, a stark contrast to his previous unnoticed existence.
Tumblr media
He spotted Theresa with Trevor across the room. Trevor’s handsome features drawing the attention of many. Theresa, radiant in a flowing gown, caught sight of Leeroy's transformation and approached him, a smile playing on her lips. "Leeroy, you look absolutely stunning. I'm glad you decided to come," Theresa purred, trying to flirt with him. Leeroy's heart fluttered at Theresa's words, but a flicker of resentment lingered in his eyes. Determination sparked in Leeroy as he decided to turn the tables on Theresa.
Leeroy maintained a cold facade, his contempt for Theresa evident in his icy blue eyes until his gaze landed on Trevor.
Tumblr media
"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Leeroy thought to himself, a mischievous glint in his eyes. He decided on a plan of revenge against Theresa. Approaching Trevor, Leeroy turned on his charm. With a suave smile, he engaged Trevor in conversation, charming him effortlessly with his newfound charisma. Trevor, captivated by Leeroy's magnetic presence, found himself drawn to him in a way he never expected. As the night wore on, Leeroy observed Theresa growing increasingly disheartened as Trevor's attention shifted towards him. Theresa's once brilliant smile faded, replaced by a sense of defeat. Later that evening, as the ball drew to a close, Theresa found herself alone, abandoned by Trevor's sudden departure with Leeroy. The chemistry between Trevor and Leeroy was undeniable, leading to a night of passion that left them both breathless.
Tumblr media
The news of Leeroy and Trevor's liaison spread like wildfire through the university halls. Laughter and whispers filled the air as people pointed fingers at Theresa, mocking her for supposedly turning straight men gay. Theresa's heart shattered into a million pieces as she heard the cruel taunts. Her self-confidence crumbled like a fragile pillar, and the weight of humiliation bore down on her shoulders. Days passed, and the once vibrant Theresa spiraled into a dark abyss of despair and alcohol. Her inner light dimmed, consumed by the shadows of shame and ridicule.
Sander sat down with Leeroy to reflect on the events of the ball. Just as Leeroy's phone buzzed with Theresa's call, he swiftly silenced it and turned to Sander. "That girl is nothing but trouble," Leeroy remarked, a hint of arrogance in his tone. "She could never match up to my standards." Sander grinned in satisfaction, realizing the extent of Leeroy's transformation. "You've truly embraced your new self, Leeroy. And poor Theresa never saw it coming." Leeroy's laughter echoed in the room as he basked in his newfound confidence.
Tumblr media
Sander observed Leeroy with a gleam of satisfaction. He had successfully molded Leeroy into an arrogant, callous figure, reveling in the chaos and manipulation he had orchestrated. Leeroy's transformation was complete, a far cry from the scrawny, overlooked student he once was. With a new facade of arrogance and entitlement, he had succumbed to Sander's web of influence, oblivious to the darkness that now tainted his soul.

Sabotage is a Girl’s Best Friend
Yelena Belova x F!R | Wanda x Natasha
Request (I lost it, but it was a simple / easy to remember- Jealous Yelena who sabotages every date R has until she’s caught) | WC: 3,959
Tumblr media
Yelena quirked a brow at you as you waltzed into her room, having slammed her door into the wall to emphasize your frustrations, you fell back onto her occupied bed and groaned, "That was the third failed date this month!"
"Maybe love isn't in your future Y/N Y/L/N."
"No, it is. I just think you're finding the duds."
Natasha looked down at you with a smirk, it was almost as if she knew something you didn't, but you knew there was no point asking. Because the redhead did know, but she would never say it to you for her little sister's sake.
——
She knows what it's like to have to learn how to be a human being again, to develop deep feelings like the ones Yelena so clearly has for you. It's not too far off from her agonizingly slow love story with Wanda. However, the witch was aware of her feelings the whole time.
You're oblivious. Painfully so. Watching you two together is entertainment for the couple.
Wanda's almost always ready to meddle, but the redhead always stops her. She knows that Yelena would hopelessly ruin things if forced into it too soon. Which would be a real shame, because Natasha was rooting for you wholly; Yelena was good at keeping you, the resident klutz, safe, and you softened Yelena's heart.
The blonde deserved to have someone she could be care free with, and that loved her.
Natasha knew you loved her, so, as soon as you left the room she began to harass her sister.
"Yelena, you can't keep doing this to her."
Yelena sighed, hands over her face in shame. "I have no other choice." Her shoulders shook as she held back a sob. "I can't lose her when I haven't even had a chance to have her yet."
"Then make a move," Nat urged, her hand tight as it squeezed her shoulder encouragingly. "I hate seeing her so dejected, you're going to give her a complex. Tell her the truth, then the both of you can have the happy ending you deserve."
Yelena scoffed, "Y/N deserves better Natalia."
"You are plenty enough Lena," Natasha sighed.
"Not for her." Yelena shook her head with a hoarse sob, and so the redhead pulled her into a tearful hug. "Y/N loves you just the same, and would be crushed to hear you say that."
You wiped away the tears, nodding towards the closed door in agreement as you heard them. A bittersweet smile overtook your face as you took determined steps towards your bedroom.
If she wouldn't make the damn move, then you would have to. Starting by catching her in the midst of sabotaging yet another date. One you'll have set up for the both of you after she hopefully confesses instead of running away.
Natasha left her sister's room half an hour later after she got Yelena to lay down as she sobbed. Putting the broken blonde to sleep, and letting the redhead make her way to your room fast. Part of her was relieved you'd eavesdropped, but the other part was ready to pummel you.
When she finally found you she was even more frustrated, ready to go off on you until you turned to her with a smile and reddened eyes.
"I was thinking I'd ask Tony to rent me the entire arcade," you murmured over the pen that was now in your mouth. Natasha smirked as she stared down at your long list of ideas.
"The Kraft Factory Tour, is that even a thing?"
You shrugged your shoulders and giggled, "I'm an Avenger, I'm sure they'd make it happen."
Your easy laughter made the redhead hopeful, but she still felt a protectiveness for Yelena. So, Natasha abruptly caught you by the chin, her eyes hardened as she peered into yours. You gave her time to figure out your intentions, and once she did you felt her finger tap your nose.
"You leave the date to me," she grinned, "It'll make Wanda so happy to help, and it gives you time to plan your monologue, make it good."
A week went by, giving the blonde false hope that you'd given up. Sadly she wasn't that lucky, so now Yelena paced the floor of the elevator as it slowly descended the many floors. How you kept finding people was truly of no shock to her. You were perfect, so much so that she knew that one day she'd lose you for good. To the one smart person who fought back, who saw through her bluff and to your worth.
It honestly upset her every time they ran out of the bathroom with their tails between their legs. Forfeiting a chance with you was a sin.
This time you were going to a rage room, it didn't seem like much of your thing, but she just assumed your partner (to never be) picked.
As the blonde exited the elevator she was in a hurry, which is why Tony should've known to steer clear of her path, but he stood in it.
"Belova, just the person I was looking for." She rolled her eyes, and attempted to walk by, but he mistakenly stopped her with a hand on her wrist. She spun their bodies and slammed him into a wall. "Speak your words, don't touch."
Tony stuttered, "W-we have a mission."
"I am off the clock," was her quick, dry reply before she left the building in a focused stride.
The brilliant idiot had cost her time, something she couldn't afford to lose any of while trying to stop you, once again, from falling in love. It was growing exhausting, your constant flow of dates never seemed to cease. They always gave her an uneasy feeling, but this time it was only heightened by the revelation that Sarah, your old mission partner from your shield days, had asked you out. The pre-established connection was anxiety inducing. What if she is the one?
That was preposterous... Yelena was the one.
Even if you didn't understand that yet, she knew that one day she'd have the courage to tell you. It was the only destiny she banked on.
Once she made it outside of the compound she wasted no time climbing onto her tricked out bike, weaving through traffic with ease as she raced to get to you. She parked a lot away then sprinted into the building to find you and the brunette with the pretty smile, and doe eyes wrapped up in a reminiscent embrace. Her heart sank, but she didn't let it stop her.
As if fate was on her side the woman excused herself from your chat, and headed off towards what she could only assume to be the restroom. It was the easiest rendezvous spot Yelena had come to find out with every date she'd foiled.
Yelena made her way there fast, her heart on the verge of exploding as she wondered if Sarah would finally be the one to fight back. Not that she'd win, the blonde hadn't taken things to the next level with her threats, but she was willing to do anything for your love.
"Listen up," she didn't waste time as she began her speech before the door even full opened. A frown overtook her face though when she waltzed in to find her sister's girlfriend on the counter instead, wearing a playful smirk.
"I'm listening Belova." Natasha took her sisters silent glaring as a warning, so she emerged from the shadows of the large stall and took the liberty of locking the door before the blonde could bolt. The clicking of metal made the blonde turn to shoot the glare her sister's way instead, it was basically heatless. Yelena was masking the hurt from the betrayal, she was beyond terrified that the plan set in motion here was to prevent her from stopping you.
"Move out of the way Natalia!" She growled, her fists flexed, and the redhead rolled her eyes. Yelena hated not being taken seriously so she resorted to slamming her into the door. "If she and Sarah leave here together I will never speak to you again. This isn't fair to do!"
"Yeah, you're right Lena, it isn't!" She scoffed and pushed her sister backwards. The blonde caught herself before falling to the ground and raised her fist, ready to deliver a punch that was halted by swirls of red tickling her skin.
"Let me go Wanda Maximoff, or so help me..."
Wanda cut her off, "If you two would stop the bickering then you'd know that's exactly why we're here. To help you to get your love."
Yelena narrowed her eyes at the smug smirk on her sister's face. Natasha knew just how to push her sister's buttons, but never in a way that would be truly damaging. It felt justified to her to scare the blonde, to show her that her childish behavior would fail her eventually.
"How will I get my love if you've trapped me?"
"Are you truly incapable of figuring it out?" Wanda groaned as she flitted around the space to prepare her station. "Y/N figured you out."
"N-no, I-I was so careful." Yelena's teeth pierced the skin of her lip as the anxiety began to consume her. "Who the hell told her?!"
Natasha pulled her into a hug, her hands ran down the younger girls back as she let her sob into the fabric overlaying her chest. Then as the sobbing ceased Natasha spoke: "You did."
"I did no such thing!" Yelena pulled back, her defenses even higher at the crazy insinuation. "Don't be crazy. I would never say anything."
"She heard us last week," Natasha fed her the obvious information, "I guess I didn't wait long enough for her to leave before I scolded you."
Yelena was once again ready to annihilate her sister, but Wanda yanked her into a chair, and magically bound her to the seat. "The point isn't to place blame, but it's instead to rejoice that the cats out of the bag, and to get you ready for the date. Save the simmering rage for the rooms full of priceless antiques." Wanda pouted at the thought of the old televisions being smashed to pieces, and for the first time the sisters were in sync with their eye rolls.
"Moya lyubov', are you serious?" Natasha couldn't stop from laughing. "Deadly." The look Wanda sent her lovers way stopped it.
"Seriously?" Yelena wasn't afraid of Wanda. "It's all just junk witchy. We're in the new ages. Like, did you know you could make mac and cheese in a cup now? How revolutionary."
Wanda slapped the both of them upside their heads with the flick of her red shaded hand. Wanda ignored their grumbles in protest as she pulled a stunning outfit from a garment bag. It was fancy enough for the dinner Wanda had booked later, but practical for the rage room you two wouldn't budge on. "Go change before the clock strikes 12 and your princess bails."
Yelena looked to Natasha, eyes wide as she processed the reality. Her fingers consequently turned white as she squeezed the hanger, and the redhead took a step forward so she could press her forehead to hers. "Y/N's waiting for you Yelena, she's not going to reject you."
"How do you figure? What if she only agreed to this so that she could yell at me?" Natasha chuckled softly, "Because, she asked her friend who is engaged to play the part tonight, and she picked this dingy place with you in mind."
Yelena fiddled with her hands as she was escorted to the massive gymnasium. "Breathe," Natasha whispered, then before she could she was briskly shoved into the lions den. It was a massive space, the biggest room they'd rented out to people actually, and she was enamored.
In the corner stood an attendant who was patiently waiting for her to meet him by a door. Her eyes flitted around the room to find a wide variety of things to break, along with weapons to use for the objective. If not for you waiting on her as well she would've kept her pace leisurely, but she quickly made her way over.
"Welcome ma'am," he greeted with a fake smile, she could empathize as that's how she approached most people at the compound.
"I am not old enough to be a ma'am," she said, her tone nothing short of menacing, and then her glowering expression fell into a smile at the sound of your distant laughter. She didn't even pay him anymore attention as she followed the sound to a room full of various white suits.
"Glad you'd graced me with your presence Belova, I was starting to think I was stood up."
Yelena smirked. "You are." You rolled your eyes, but contradicted your gesture with the casual slip of your hand into hers as the man walked in to give the both of you the spiel.
It was comical really, the barely legal boy-man was informing two highly trained Avengers how to be careful with their chosen weaponry. He'd been prepared to tell you about the ways in which you should hold a sledgehammer as you swing it when the blonde decided to tell him how she's broken many bones with them.
He left in a rush after that, and wished you both a good time. Yelena cackled as she put on the suit, meanwhile you only shook your head.
Once the two of you were alone, and the humor had faded the vibe suddenly became tense. So without a moment's hesitation you led the way back into the destruction zone and began to shatter things with a wooden baseball bat.
Yelena followed your lead, using the previously mentioned sledgehammer to destroy a line of white, old-timey washers and dryers. Both of your minds were running wild with worst case scenarios, and with each slam of your weapon into something that shattered they'd settle.
After about ten minutes of grunting and swinging it was you who finally broke the silence that Yelena found a bit too comforting. When the wood hitting the floor echoed through the space she gently set her weapon against the wall and slowly walked over to you.
You met her halfway, leaning onto a beaten up box-tv with your arms crossed. "Why did you never just tell me Lena? I-I would've waited."
"I didn't understand until it was too late," she admitted softly, you could hear the emotion she was desperately trying to suppress. "You went out with Darcy, and when it didn't work I was elated. Then there was Carol, who left the next day for space, but seeing her flirting was enough to make me want to throttle her."
"Everything there was just a fling. I wanted to ask you out, but every time love was brought up you cringed and mocked the concept. So, I started to try dating seriously considering it was my only remaining option. Then I just thought with every failed attempt that maybe I was the problem, just simply undesirable."
"No, don't say that, you're the most desirable!"
"I don't get it though Lena," you smiled sadly, "You could have anyone you want. Why me?"
Yelena frowned, something she'd never done with you stood in front of her before. Normally she couldn't help but to smile, but your words of self doubt wounded her greatly. In all the time she spent worrying she wasn't enough for you, she never considered you would be in the same boat as her. "Why not you Y/N?"
"Do you know how many gorgeous people would kill to date you Yelena? The line would be out the door, and yet you settle for me."
She shook her head and threw a hand in the air to hush you. "Don't do that. I do not ever settle. I win. This is no different. You are one of those gorgeous women, you are the most perfect."
You chuckled humorlessly, "I'm far from it."
"You are blind," the blonde snapped, she swung the bat and sent a few glass bottles into the wall before she dropped it and walked up to you with a few glass plates in her hand now.
"Comparing yourself to a world full of people who couldn't even catch my attention. They are all nothing when held up next to you." Yelena held up a gorgeous black plate adorned with fancy gold trimming, and beside it a boring white plate with faded floral printing. Then she smirked as the latter shattered into tiny pieces.
Yelena set the fancy dish to the side then she brought your hand to her lips for a sweet kiss. "In a world full of ugly, you are the beauty; If my line is out the door, then it's safe to say that yours has to be around the globe. Which makes sense with all the dates I've had to crash."
"You didn't have to," you teased with a short laugh to follow. "I would've said no if I knew you wanted me the same way I did you."
Yelena's mouth fell open, nothing but splutters left as her tongue practically fell limp. She was a trained spy, with Natasha at her side this whole time screaming of your reciprocation, but she still felt bamboozled at the revelation.
"I knew I loved you ever since I saw you at that charity drive," Yelena confessed with a shake in her tone that usually isn't there. "When you helped that legless toddler find her furrever friend in that little calico kitty that matched."
You narrowed your eyes playfully, "Yeah?"
Yelena nodded without hesitation, it was your genuine intention that had her fall into the pits of the unknown. At the time she took it to be envy, but then she saw you go on a date with Darcy and she quickly realized the truth as she met and befriended the green eyed monster.
"I win then," you challenged, "I loved you so much earlier than that." Yelena shook her head and groaned, "Please don't say at first sight, that's just illogical." You giggled, then pondered allowed, "What about second?"
Yelena tried to remember what day it could've been, but she was stumped. "You were new, and practically attached at Natasha's hip. If anyone even tried to get close you'd glare."
Yelena hummed, she didn't doubt you at all.
"Well, it was the middle of the night when I found you in the kitchen. You looked so sad, and for a moment I could feel this pull. Fate decided it best to let me slip only seconds later, and it was in the moment that you caught me, as I sorta fell for you, that I knew you were it."
"Oh," Yelena felt her entire body warm at the sweet origin story for your emerging story. "Yeah," you giggled before throwing yourself into her body, she initially stiffened, but in a blink she was pulling you even closer to her.
For a moment the room was silent, the two of you felt the serenity deep in your bones. Then, in true Yelena fashion she had to interrupt it. "By the way, I don't need people to kill for me, I can do it by myself, and for you of course."
"Oh goodness me baby, I will never tire of your humorous little quips." Yelena wanted to say she was being serious, her words weren't intended as a joke, but she decided to settle into the joy you felt, plus, her heart was too busy hammering at your chosen endearment.
Your session wasn't over yet, but there wasn't any anger left to latch onto, so you took her hand and escorted her to the changing room. Both of you helped the other out of the plastic suits, then on your way out you thanked the couple who helped you plan it all, and tossed the redhead her sister's keys. "Don't—."
"Don't crash the bike, I know... I can't believe you'd even say such a thing to me." Yelena went to rebuttal, but you pulled her away before the sisters could bicker—again.
The rest of the night was a dream, the two of you skipped out on the fancy dinner after only seeing food she'd never tried before. Yelena was a picky eater, and by that notion, if there were no chicken tenders on the menu (there weren't), then you could count her out.
She'd frowned initially, but gulped down her budding resentment for your sake. But you knew the girl like the back of your hand, so without a word you left a hundred on the table as a tip for the inconvenience, then grabbed her hand. "W-where are we going dorogoy?"
You spun around to face her with a bright smile after hearing the slip of a Russian pet name. It nearly sent the woman to her knees to have you that close, she wondered if you were like her own kryptonite. She didn't fully get the nerdy references Peter made, but she still tried.
"We are going to McDonald's." Yelena looked ecstatic for all of two seconds, then she pouted thinking she ruined the night. "I'm sorry."
"Yelena, this night belongs to us. Not Wanda, nor Natasha, it's about what we enjoy. You'd have likely barfed if I let you sacrifice your tastebuds for the sake of my own. Plus, I hate the ambiance of these sorts of restaurants."
Yelena nodded in understanding, the lack of lighting made it near impossible for her to even see the menu full of options she didn't favor. It made gawking at you near impossible as well.
"McDonald's is so much better, they have a play center, there's options for all, and most importantly I can actually see you smile."
"I can still eat here if you want Y/N," she tried, but to her delight you'd playfully shook your head and then caught her completely off guard. You'd leaned forward to peck her cheek, you felt as her lips turned as you lingered, then you both felt your stomach's swarming joyfully.
When you once again tried to walk away you were stopped by a hand on your wrist that seamlessly moved to your waist. Yelena held your gaze for a long moment, then as she found no hesitation from you she leaned forward and it was as if all of her worries disappeared.
Under the dimly lit streetlights in the barren parking lot the blonde felt her heart mend. As your lips perfectly slotted between her own, and your body melted beneath the pads of her fingertips it was as if the world rewarded her.
A lifetime of pain endured led her to this moment, with your body pressed against the door of your car. She reasoned it was all worth it for this kiss that signified a beginning.
One that everyone knew to be long overdue.
"You ready to go eat moya lyubov'?" Natasha whispered against the nosy witches cheek as she nuzzled against her affectionately from behind. "The dinner reservation expire soon."
Wanda watched as Yelena's hand began to wander, and suddenly the matchmaker trance was upended. "Let's go Natty bear, I want some caviar, this day has officially drained me."
Natasha bit back her snark in favor of not sleeping on the couch, her neck had yet to recover from the last time. She resided with silence, even if they both knew the only thing to be significantly drained tonight is her wallet...
At least the card she gave to Yelena was Tony's.

heyo bro, it's been a bit since i requested anything, so, first off:
how are you? hope you're doing well ^^
secondly, could i possibly request a drabble about julian and mc getting arrested for something and portia (and/or mazelinka) having to come bail them out?
have a good day, my bro :D
~ @dumbfxck00 no idea if this is the direction you wanted this to go in, friend, but I hope you like it! ~
"She's going to kill us, isn't she."
It's phrased like a question, but the doleful words coming from the lanky redhead shackled next to you in the stone cell sound a lot more like a factual statement. A very depressed, slightly melodramatic, decently self-pitying statement. You draw your knees up with a slight shiver in the damp air as you weigh your options.
"I could always try calling Asra -"
"God, no -"
"You're right."
"At least Pasha could forgive me. She's a good sister, after all," He lets out a long-suffering groan and hangs his head, "and what a failure of an older brother I've been."
"Hey," You scoot in closer with another shiver, mainly in an effort to comfort him but also in the hopes of getting a little more warmth.
Julian lifts his head at your movement. You watch all the confidence and charisma rush back into his bearing as he notices your plight, reaching his not-chained hand up to whip his coat around your shoulders as he scoots closer to you. You end up glued to his side with his legs over yours, face pressed to his chest, as he wraps you up in the heavy black cloth and tucks you in tight.
"Rather chilly in here, isn't it?" He gazes down at you fondly, his warm grey eyes only a few inches from your face. "This is morbidly romantic ... seeking each other's warmth in a prison cell ... brought closer by our love than the shackles that bind us ... despite the crimes I've hardened my heart with ..." His expression falls. "and here you are, an innocent ... suffering alongside me, a murderer ..."
You huff against his shirt. "You're not a murderer, Julian. And your heart is still plenty warm."
He perks up again. "You can feel it, can you?" He leans in closer, his mood lifting once again as he leans in for a kiss. "Can you feel how it beats for you, even chained as the criminal I am now?"
"ILYA I SWEAR TO ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY -"
Julian winces and jumps. You snuggle smugly into the coat as Portia comes storming down the corridor with a concerned looking Nadia behind her. Portia slams her hands against the iron bars, rattling them with a ferocity that, really, you can't blame her for at all.
"WHY ARE YOU IN HERE?! TELL ME TO MY FACE!!"
Your lover cowers, grief-stricken. "Your brother's a murderer, Pasha, I've taken a life -"
Portia turns her gaze on you and you give a deadpan response, ready to leave the cell and not willing to risk her wrath. "He accidentally dropped a kid's new goldfish into a canal when they asked him to hold it, and an eel ate it before he could jump in."
Julian winces, his voice coming out much smaller as Portia turns her unimpressed stare back at him. "I failed them ... I'm supposed to save lives, not lose them -"
Portia groans. "And how did that lead to you and MC in a cell?"
"A mistake!" His melodramatics kick up again, the chain rattling as he springs to his feet. "They're innocent, I swear! Do with me as a murderer deserves, but don't let them suffer on my behalf!"
You snuggle further into the coat and idly wonder if there's any way she'd invite you to dinner at the cottage if you cooperated sweetly enough. "He felt so bad he turned himself in to the nearest guards on a murder confession and asked to be arrested."
Portia's eyes go dull. "And you?"
Now you start to feel a little silly. "And I didn't want him to go alone."
Behind her, the Countess is quietly laughing into her hand. Portia reaches her hand out for the keys to the cell and opens it with a loud squeal before storming in and yanking for the chains attached to the wall.
"I can't believe you two. You're really perfect for each other, you know that? Two idiots competing to see who's smarter and tieing for third place." She reaches a hand out to help you to your feet, ignoring her brother's feeble protest as he's left to follow on his own. You give her and Nadia a grateful smile.
"Thanks for getting us out."
"I knew when I was informed that a certain 'Dr Devorak and company' were arrested that there must have been some mistake," Nadia hums, "I'm grateful to Portia for responding so promptly, or I would have been forced to contact your honorary grandmother."
Julian audibly gulps behind you. You make your best effort at looking penitent, but your stomach betrays you with a loud growl. Portia bursts into snorting giggles and turns away before you can apologize.
"I'm going to get dinner started. It's your choice if you stay behind."

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 — miles morales
— MasterList!
Tumblr media
𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬: Miles has been caught up with his Spider-Man duties and in result, has forgotten all about you. Will you guys be able to work it out?
𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦: Swearing? Angsty? Idk fr nothing really.
𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚: Miles Morales x female reader.
𝗔/𝗡: Hope you like it, feels kinda cringey to me…
All week you had been avoiding the Spider-man, Miles Morales. Your Boyfriend.
He never made time for you. And sure, you knew what it meant to be him, the obstacles he was hurtling daily, the responsibility. Of course, you knew. You were so understanding, so supportive that it hurt.
It wasn't until he started to forget important things. Like your birthday, anniversary’s, family dinners things like that is how you got here. He started pulling away and in turn, so did you. It took Miles a week to notice while the whole time it had been three months of that behavior from him.
One night while doing your homework, face buried deep in your textbook for Financial algebra. You got a text message from him. Your eyes double over in size as you read who the text was from, no way it was him. You unlocked your phone and it was him saying he was coming over with just a period at the end. No heart no emoji, no nothing.
But that stupid period.
You didn't let the message phase you, it wasn't the first time he said he would be coming over then he never showed. So you went back to your work. Completely erasing him from your mind.
An hour later you get a knock on your dorm door and roll your eyes back in your head, thinking it's your roommate and they forgot their key again.
You're surprised when you open your door to find your boyfriend drenched in rain, his clothes sticking to his skin. He looked up at you and your eyes locked for the first time in months you couldn't help but feel weak in the knees for him.
But you wouldn't dwell on that, he was not getting off the hook like that, no way. You harden your gaze at him and he just stares. His words got lost in his throat until, "Why are you avoiding me?" He asked in a small voice.
The answer you got was not what you wanted, was not what you expected. It just fueled your anger.
Scoffing and muttering a harsh ‘I can't believe you’ under your breath. You go to close the door in his face when his fast reflexes kick in and his foot stops it. You groan in frustration. "Miles just leave!" Turning away from the door letting it go, knowing Miles the way you do you know there was no way in stopping him from coming in.
"Y/N, you need to tell me what's wrong." You give him a look at his choice of words, "S-So I can fix it!" He then says frantically, panic overtaking his features. "No." Is all you say and Miles's jaw drops, you had never said no to him, at least not like that? Not with such malice and resentment. What had he done to you?
You sat down at your desk to get back to work, "Can you leave? I have homework." You sat down at your desk and looked back at him, like he was a stranger. And fuck, he would be lying if he said it didn't hurt him.
"No, Amor we need to—"
Not even giving him a chance to finish you jump out of your seat hands slamming down on your desk, "fine! I'll go then!" And off you went. Towards the door and slipping on your shoes not even caring about the rain enough to get a coat, you just needed to get away from him. This was too much all at once.
Miles watched you go. And it was as if something snapped in him as you closed the door. You were upset, yes, but that doesn't mean you had to act like this. You were being unreasonable and Miles felt like he was losing it. “She can’t be serious.” Rushing after you he slammed your door behind you and marched outside, you on his mind.
He pushed the building doors open and there he found you standing in the rain, cold and soaked. But that wasn't what caught his attention it was your hushed sobs barely noticeable. Good thing he had super hearing.
It was then that he felt his anger for you diminish into nothing but ash, it was like someone poured water over a lit candle. He was a fucking idiot. Whatever he did had you crying out in the cold rain.
And he hated himself for doing that to you.
Miles finally got out of his head and rushed up to you, your back was to him but he could still see you shivering under the dark sky and bright lights of new york. Miles wasn't sure what had you so upset, but he knew he wanted to be the one to comfort you.
He had this intense urge to grab you and hold you and tell you he loved you and that he’ll make sure everything will be okay.
He wishes he had a jacket to give you.
"This isn't going as planned." He worked up the courage to finally say behind you, he heard you sniff.
"What isn't going the way you planned?" You questioned wiping at your wet eyes a mixture of rain and your tears on the back of your hands.
"I'm so fucking sorry, Y/N." He breathed out. Sadness takes over his voice as he reached his hand out to wipe the tears falling from your precious face. Taking a step back you don’t let him comfort you.
The air around you guys was thick. It was heavy and it was hard to breathe. Closing your eyes you finally caved. "Miles you ignored me, for months." When the words left your lips he felt his heart stop. You turn to face him and the look on your face breaks his heart, finishing the job. You were so torn, so distraught over him, over something he did to you.
You whimper at the sight of him and a moment later your eyes burst like a flood. Miles has to hold back from crying himself once he hears the sorrow that's been hidden within you.
He’s never seen this side of you. The devastation must be too much that you can't hide it anymore he thought, because it was.
How could he ever forgive himself?
"Y/N, I love you so much please never doubt that. I'm so sorry." He stepped towards you and you shook your head putting a hand out in front of you to keep the distance.
Mumbling a ‘I can't’ closing your eyes. This whole thing has exhausted you, at this point you weren’t mad at him anymore. You were just tired. So tired. You were more disappointed than mad now.
You go to walk away with the shake of your head, just wanting to go back to the comfort of your room and sleep off the rest of the day, like you always did.
"I am really fucking in love with you."
When it’s those words that make you stop mid step. It takes you a while to process the words. What they mean, why he said them. It catches you off guard at first. You turn around to look him in the eyes, about to dismiss what he claimed. But the severity behind his words, the seriousness his eyes held, how raw and uncut his eyes looked. He looked down at you like you were the air he needed to breathe.
And in a way you were. He needed you.
No one had ever looked at you how Miles Morales was.
That was the first time he told you he loved you.
Swallowing the lump in your throat, your mouth going dry you shake your head eyes closing than opening, you couldn’t believe he said that, "W-What?" You finally let out. After standing there in the quite for so long.
He takes another step and this time you don't stop him. "I...I love you. And I know you're mad at me. And I know I don't deserve anything from you." Miles stopped. His eyes closed and he looked down at you with a look you couldn't read. "I put that distance between us to protect you. I'd rather let the world burn than put you in any danger." He finishes reaching for your hands.
And for some reason you believe him. You believe him because Miles Morales doesn’t lie to you. And because Miles Morales loves you. He loves you.
"I don't expect you to say anything. And I don't expect you to feel the same way. Believe me when I tell you I understand why you don't. You have the kindest heart, Y/N." He rambled on and on but you let him you wanted to know exactly how he felt, how he felt about you. You finally got what you wished for. Communication.
"You're more than anything I could've asked for, more than I'd ever deserve—" But it was that sentence that irked you, he can’t possibly be serious, right?
“You have no idea how much you mean to me!” You shouted out interrupting him. You weren’t going to let this slide is this how he thought of you? He put you on a pedestal that you didn’t deserve, that you didn’t ask for.
Squeezing his hand's, eyes shutting as you looked down to the side you finish what you’re trying to convey to him. "Whenever I was around you all I wanted to do was let go of everything. My responsibilities, my thoughts, my worries. I wanted to get lost in you in the best way possible..."
You trail off getting lost in thought but Miles pulls you back by the touch of his two fingers hooking under your chin, gently and guiding your face back to his. Upon opening your eyes dark brown ones stare right back at you with a love you can't find words to describe swarming through them.
"Please don't ever think you're undeserving of love, Miles. Because you're one of the strongest people I know."He lets out a long sigh just captivated by you, "I think of you so much it drives me crazy." And he did. He truly did.
His hands still holding yours pull you closer. His large hands circled your waist, his touch was warm despite the rain that soaked your clothing.
You instinctively wrapped your arms around his neck, attempting to bring his body even closer. And it was his lips that took your breath away. The way they crashed into your own with such a passionate force that you nearly fell over if it hadn't had been for his arms holding your smaller frame up. It was like a wave touching shore for the first time, a rush.
But this was different from your other kisses with the famous web-slinger, it felt real. Like all the barriers, all the obstacles that blocked you two were washed away. You weren't sure what your future would be like but you did know that you could see yourself with him. Living with him. Making memories. Loving him relentlessly.
The way he kissed you with such devotion but held your face so gently made your stomach flutter. He was amazing. In every possible way. Everything about Miles felt right.
Pulling away was the hard part.
Resting your forehead on his you catch your breath. "I just wanted to keep you safe." Miles starts, "I don't know what I would do if something were to happen to you." He never wanted to think like this, think about this. But this is what you need from him right now. If him talking about your safety was what it took to get you to stay than he would gladly do so.
He would do anything you asked him. Even if that meant destroying himself from the inside out just to see you smile, because to him at the end of the day anything was worth it if he got to see a smile on your face. Anything.
“You'll always be worth it to me. I think you're worth the world. Worth everything. I'd go to the end of the earth to make sure you're taken care of, Y/N.”
You attempted to look away but his grip tightens around your chin so you couldn't. "There are times where it's hard for me to look anywhere else but at you." Your beauty was something Miles could never put into words, no matter how many times he’s tried, how many times he thought about it.
“Eres hermosa mi amor.” But for now he’ll settle for this until he can find the right words to express just how deeply he’s enthralled by you.
"Miles..."
He stops you with his lips and you can't help but kiss back, completely smitten by Miles Morales. He ran his hands through your hair to hold the back of your neck, keeping you close. It was such a protective, soft gesture that made your heart flutter.
Pulling away this time proved to be a struggle when Miles's lips just kept chasing your own. It wasn't till you said, "I love you," That got him to stop.
"You're incredible, Y/N. Being here with you ... it feels more like a dream than reality. Good things don't usually happen to me, but somehow you did. And I'll be damned if I ever let you slip away again."
You give him that smile that he loves so much. And it’s then he only had one thought in his head.
You’re it for him.

IWTV rewatch
Season 1 episode 6 [Like Angels Put In Hell By God] - part 2/2
- [Louis] "It was an awkward time, but I loved Claudia with all my heart, and I loved Lestat with a wounded one." - better a broken heart than no heart at all, as my Doctor would say.
- Hey, looook, estranged Father and estranged Daughter finally agreeing on something! All for the sake of Daddy, yeah, but still.
- Okay, but if Antoinette is dead, that means no Antoine during Prince Lestat… Unless Lestat is lying again. Which would make things Awkward if they do adapt Prince Lestat and follow that plotline.
- Love Louis playing mediator between his husband and his daughter. Honestly seeing myself trying to mediate between my violently divorced parents and my siblings who have each chosen their side. Fun times all around.
- Love that they sleep in the same coffin, though. Healing!!
- Aaaaw, a Nicki mention! Love Claudia's proxy jealousy, all for the game and the hatred.
[Lestat] "Nicki passed on after he and I parted ways. Took me a century to try again." - you know what, I am now firmly in support of the timeline change. Love the fact that it took a century for Lestat to love again, instead of a decade like in the book. That's my kind of star-crossed doomed romance jam.
- Ah, yep, there it is, not very dead Antoinette. Good job, Lestat. That's definitely not going to come back and bite you in the neck. "There's no place for me other than New Orleans." - 'Stat, chéri, explain to me how you think this is all going to work out in your mind.
- [Louis] "What difference would it make?" - resignation is not a good look on you, Lou baby.
- [Louis] "The numbness remained, hardened somehow into a dissociative shell, a vessel of acceptance, tortured rationalisation." - and here comes the depression with the steel chair…
- Claudia my queen, you deserve so much better.
- [Louis] "Hey sis! You don't need me. You think you do, but you don't. You're smarter now. You see trouble coming a mile away." - excuse me while I sob my heart out. Yes I know how it goes, but please give me that one moment of hope and love before turning it back to hatred and despair.
- [Louis] "But it was 1939, and the only Negro allowed in first class was the porter, and the Negro passenger rode the rear. The Negro vampire made do with what was left, which was fine with her." - oh, hello social commentary. We haven't had much of that in the past couple of episodes. Which is a shame, the 30s are such a rich and ripe decade… But I guess vampire emotional drama takes precedence over sociology.
- [Louis] "'This is the part of my story, back in San Francisco, where you said, and I paraphrase, 'Give it to me. Make me a vampire now'.' [Daniel] 'In the eyes of a 20-year-old, you were wasting the gift.' [Louis] 'You're in your 20s, Rashid. What do you think?'"
More like 520s, but potatoes, tomatoes, I guess. Their little roleplay continues to entertain me when things become too heavy.
Also I just love the serenity of this scene. The sun shining through one window, the others veiled, and the muezzin's call in the background, that's the afternoon prayer, I think, given the slant of the sun rays , the last one before night. It's a such a perfect moment. And Daniel's feeling his meds kicking up, he's starting to go under, but still bitchy and sassy.
- [Daniel] "'And divorce. And die. Save it for the rent boy.' [Rashid/Armand] 'May I be excused, Mr du Lac?'" - I wonder what made Armand react like that; to be called a rent boy, or to be reminded of Daniel's fragility and the fact that he keeps rejecting the gift, maybe in an echo of their affair in the 70s and 80s? I will die on this hill, Devil's Minion did take place between the San Fran and the Dubai interviews, and Armand ran away because he got scared of losing Daniel and both didn't want to go through the giving of the gift. But anyway, look at his face there, he's gutted. In that very subtle Armand way.
- [Louis] "If I was to join Dante's wood of the Self-Murdered, it would be another night." - it's killing me that I have to say this, but Lou sweetie, maybe put down the books for a moment and seek some help. (Me at myself: oh, like you're doing, maybe? Shush, we're talking about Louis, not me)
- [Lestat] "Germany's invaded Poland"- and history inviting herself back in the narrative through the big door.
[Louis] "'Since when do you care about humanity?' [Lestat] 'Well, I don't. But to think our sister, impulsive tot that she is, was on her way to holiday in Europe. I'm so glad she decided the better of it.'"
Sometimes this show reminds you with a big slap to the face that one of its main genre is indeed horror, including psychological horror. Ooof, that shrill music as the camera pans to the rest of the living room and Claudia sitting there panicked and then Louis's terrified face… Chilling. Oh, and Lestat making his way in the train, some more horror for us. Fantastic. I love it so much. And the music here…
- You know what is one of the worst part? Lestat is not wrong. Claudia leaving would lead to Louis walking into the sun, and Lestat absolutely cannot have that.
- And here begins the murder planning… And hello, social commentary. The fact that Claudia's argument is that she and Louis are Lestat's "slaves", given their race and history… Oh, this is going deep. Very, very deep. Claudia's playing three dimensional chess while Lestat is still parading around.
- The way she corners him in that chess game. While she's having an absolutely mind blowing mental conversation with Louis… Brilliant. Chilling. Claudia my queen you deserve everything good in the universe and your parents don't deserve you at all. And Lestat losing his mind as she refuses to finish the game, because now he's finally understanding that he's about to lose it all…
- [Louis] "We were going to kill Lestat. We were going to kill Lestat." - love how Louis repeats that, as if it's the first time he's saying it out loud for what it is.
- Oooh, hello and welcome to the 70s! Just the music choice has me vibrating out of my skin.
Louis's hairdo in '73 is glorious. And also his game at picking up boys.
[Louis] "I have an accent?", says the King of languages and accents.
[Louis] "I have what you're looking for. High quality. Befitting a man of my tastes." - the fact that he could equally be talking about drugs, sex or a story… Lou babe, you've become dangerous.
[Daniel] "'Are you a narc?' [Louis] 'I'm a vampire.' [Daniel] 'I want to interview you.'"
And thus came into being the grand vampire revolution. At least in the books. Pretty sure if Louis had known what he was setting in motion with his picking up a reporter boy in a gay bar in San Fran, he'd have run all the way over to South America instead of going to that room in Divisadero.
- Man, Danny took one look at that gorgeous black guy saying he's a vampire and said "I wanna tap that in every way possible".
Oh hello there Rashid. Lmao. Love the fact that Armand still wears his brown contacts in Daniel's dream memory, because memory is a monster and Daniel doesn't even know what he's remembering.
- Sam Reid's voice is exquisite, I cannot wait to see what Daniel Hart is going to do with Rockstar Lestat…

His Ghostly Touch
Tumblr media
[Rick Grimes x Female!Reader]
Synopsis: “He was gone, but he was everywhere.”
WC: 988
Category: Angst, Hurt/No Comfort (Takes place during the 6 year time gap // GIF CREDITS: @andy-clutterbuck)
I wrote with a lot of commas this time to represent the emotion involved with this (angsty, I know), but now that I’m re-reading, I actually hate it and I’m too lazy to fix it🧍‍♀️
『••✎••』
You could still hear the way your name fell from his lips as he kissed his way down your neck. His warm hands sliding down over your skin, caressing every part of your body.
You'd always imagined it would be rough. A man like him, in a world like this, would surely be hardened. Yet, the way he made love to you that first time and every night after that was filled with an unbridled passion, a softness and longing that you'd never felt with any other man before.
Rick loved you. Not just with his words but with his body, his touch. It was in the way he smiled at you when you walked into the room. The way his gaze lingered on you when you talked, it was as if the entire world was melting away, and the only thing he could see was you.
He loved you.
And you loved him.
That was the worst part. Loving him was the hardest thing you ever had to do and not a day went by where you didn't think about him, miss him, cry over him. He was gone, and there was nothing you could do about it. He was gone, and yet you could still feel him. Everywhere. All around you. You could still hear his voice. Your name on his lips. That raspy tone that would make your knees go weak, his breath tickling your ear.
He was gone, but he was everywhere.
Rick was a good man. A strong man. But even strong men have their breaking point, and he was no exception. You should have seen it coming. The way he looked at you, his eyes dark and filled with pain. He tried so hard to hide it from you. He tried to be strong for you, for his family, for his people, but the truth was that he was tired. He was tired of fighting, tired of losing people, and tired of being in pain.
He carried so much on his back, so much responsibility. You knew it was weighing him down. You knew he needed someone to lean on, someone to share the burden with, and you wanted to be that person for him. You wanted to be his rock, his anchor, his solace. You wanted to take away his pain, to make him smile, to give him hope.
But you failed. You failed him. You let him down. You watched as the man you loved, the man you would die for, the man who was the center of your world, the man who made your heart sing, slipped away.
He smiled at you as he held the gun up, his finger on the trigger. He smiled at you, and you felt your heart shatter into a million pieces. You tried to reach him, to stop him, to save him, but both Carol and Michonne had held you back, their strong arms wrapped around your waist as you fought against them, tears streaming down your face. And then,
Rick had pulled the trigger.
You cried out, the sound of the bridge collapsing filling the air. You screamed his name, and Carol held on to you tighter, pulling you away from the explosion, away from the sight of your husband, your soulmate, your world, dying with the flames.
And then, he was gone.
You'd never felt pain like that before. It was as if your heart had been ripped out of your chest, as if your soul had been torn in two. You couldn't breathe, couldn't think, couldn't do anything but scream. And then you'd passed out, falling into the blackness of oblivion, your last thoughts of him.
Now, months later, you'd finally started to heal. But the pain was still there, a constant ache in your chest, an emptiness that could never be filled. You missed him. Every day, every minute, every second. But you knew he would want you to keep going, to keep fighting, to keep living.
That's what you did. You lived for him. For his memory, for his sacrifice. You carried on, doing what you could to help the community, to keep his family safe, to make his dream a reality. You were strong for him because that's what he would have wanted.
And now, here you were, lying in the bed that you had shared, the place that once held so many memories and so much love.
You could still feel him, smell his scent, see his smile. And for a moment, just a brief moment, you let yourself pretend that he was there with you. You closed your eyes and imagined his arms around you, his lips on yours, his body pressed against yours.
You let yourself pretend, if only for a moment, that he was still alive. That he was still there with you. And as the tears streamed down your face, as the ache in your chest grew, as the emptiness threatened to consume you, you whispered his name.
"Rick."
The tears flowed freely as you remembered him. The day you met, the way he looked at you, the way his fingers felt against your skin. The first time you kissed, the first time you made love. The way he made you laugh, the way he made you feel, the way he made your heart sing.
"Rick."
His name fell from your lips like a prayer, like a promise, like a plea. You clung to the memories of him, the pain of losing him, the love you had for him. It was too much. Too much to bear.
You let yourself fall apart, the grief overwhelming you, the loss tearing you apart. You sobbed, the tears coming faster and harder, your body shaking with the force of it.
And in the darkness, in the loneliness, in the grief, you whispered his name one last time before closing your eyes to finally rest.
"Rick."

Hope you don't mind elaborating on the other turns' YJH's relationship with SP and 3rd/1864th turn YJH? I genuinely enjoyed the other posts and wouldn't mind seeing more. ❤️
anon I will NEVER mind elaborating & I thank you for enabling my madness. I love talking about them sm <3
I guess I'll start off with 41&SP since I've been thinking about them and you didn't specify which one I should talk about. and. there's literally 1864 (?) different Yoo Joonghyuks. that's 1,736,316 combinations of pairings I could talk about. I'm never running out of content as long as I'm alive (well I'm not crazy enough to have headcanons for all of their relationships. yet. link to my YJH relationship chart).
this post has PARTS thats how long it got. under read more it goes
41's personality
oh 41, you miserable, miserable man. during the 41st regression, Yoo Joonghyuk had decided to harden his heart into cold, brutal practicality. he would use any means necessary to achieve his purpose, even if he had to sacrifice his companions. (he never called them that during this round, so it would hurt less when they died (didn't work)). he tried very hard to make himself an emotionless machine (see: him carelessly saying he doesn't give a shit, beyond losing tools he could use, when lee hyungsung and lee jihye die).
We get most of this characterization from the Disaster of Floods, 41st Shin Yoosung, who had a deeply messed up relationship with him that's its own post. she was the only one by his side till the very end and had to witness his cruelty, which traumatized her. and then he sent her to the past, abondened her in the labyrinth of the worlds- his ultimate unforgivable act. (quote 'The things done by the 41st round Yoo Joonghyuk were worse than murder.')
but as much as he tried, he couldn't become that heartless monster he showed to the world. (see: him promising Shin Yoosung they would go on a trip together after the scenarios were over. even at his worst, he couldn't help but try to comfort her.)
SP's thoughts on 41
41 and SP spend multiple scenes hanging out one-on-one so we have a lot to go off regarding their relationship. 41 is Secretive Plotter's second-in-command, the one who is closest to him and who spends the most time with him. For SP, this is because he finds 41 the most quote 'similar to himself' (in their ends justify the means, no matter how cruel approach) and thinks he's most likely to understand SP's actions. also since 41 is similar to him, and SP is the peak strongest smartest YJH, 41's opinion is automatically also worth more, right? girlmath (sp is arrogant).
SP relies on 41 as a trusted advisor and subordinate, let's him in on plans and asks for his opinion/advice sometimes, even if he doesn't necessarily take it. gives him commands and resposibilities and expects them to be done competently. even let's him see his vulnerable moments (do we remember the scene where SP woke up from a nightmare and 41 was there. that was to me what lemon candy moment is to doksoo fans).
SP cares for and is fond of and feels mildly possesive/protective over 41, but only the same amount as all the other regressions, nothing special about 41 in particular. SP think's every version of YJH belongs to him (see: n'gai forest's whole existence. see: 'return to me, [999]' see: 'return to me, the place you're supposed to be is here!' talking to 1863. see: 'That guy from the 1863rd should've been a part of me originally. Just like all of you.'). but he takes it for granted when that is true, because we only pine after what we don't have. like 3rd. (and 999.)
41's thoughts on SP
it's clear to me that 41 idolizes SP very much (in a 'he's me if I succeeded' way). when SP calls them similar and 41 says 'what an honor that is' he's not being sarcastic. he sees it as an honor that SP trusts him and thinks it would be better if he only trusted him, and not unreliable people like 999 (quote: [41] spoke with a voice containing a faint trace of rage. "It was a mistake to send him. Send me, instead. [999] is too soft.") and kdj (quote: "It's all because of that fool, Kim Dokja.") (this is partly jealousy. 'SP doesnt need anyone else when he has me' type of vibe.)
he takes his role as advisor very seriously. sees it as his job to point out the things SP doesn't catch or notice, question him, etc. sometimes feels frustrated when SP refuses to see reason (especially regarding 999)
Tumblr media
still he is too loyal to ever disobey and the final decisions are always Plotter's. 41 is only subservient to him. ('lowered his head slowly' in acquiescence and submission. 'if thats what you want' im insane)
Tumblr media
41 is very protective of SP. sees himself as a loyal knight, the only one capable of protecting his king. (probably literally calls SP 'my king' in his head...) very quick to jump to SP's defence at any point, absolutely hates people who disrespect him or betray him or dare to speak to him... sometimes goes too far and SP has to reprimand him/ make him back off.
Tumblr media
this is after kdj provokes SP. see how 41 immedietly jumps to defend him? and how SP calls 41 off with a single word, literally like a guard dog? SP dismisses his concerns regarding 999 in a similar way.
41 also, and I cannot stress this enough, constantly looks at SP with yearning goey eyes. half the scenes hes in he's just...staring. with love. at SP.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
41 too, is cringe and in love with someone who doesn't pay him any special attention. this is a yoo joonghyuk's natural state

3.58 Still scared
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I appreciated her asking, but the question blindsided me and I hesitated to answer. The issues that still haunted me were mine to work through, and I didn't want to burden her with them. The last thing I wanted to do was make her feel even the slightest bit of regret. But I couldn't lie to her and say everything was fine. No matter what I wanted or how I presented it, this burden would always inevitably end up at her feet. She had always handled me and my hesitations with grace, but I wished she didn't have to handle them at all.
"I'm going to be honest with you," I said, "but I don't want you to take it personally and think you did something wrong, okay?"
Tumblr media
"Of course. Okay."
I inhaled deeply and bared my soul.
"Being here with you gives me so much joy. I am where I want to be. These feelings I have for you...I've been trapped inside myself with them for a while. You forced me to reckon with them in a way that both scared me and freed me. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't have concerns."
She nodded slowly, and I feared she still took offense despite my warning.
"You think this is a mistake?" she asked.
Tumblr media
"No! Being with you is one of the best decisions I ever made, however scary and unexpected it was. But..."
I had shared many things about my life with Sophia, but I glossed over the painful parts in favor of keeping the mood light and not wanting her to feel sorry for me or whatever women did with men's drama. But I couldn't keep her in the dark forever.
"The thing is," I continued, "My parents are divorced. You know that. What you don't know is how it affected me. I didn't find out why they broke until I was well into my teenage days. I lived nearly my entire childhood wondering what happened and confused about why we couldn't be a family anymore, especially when my parents seemed to get along."
Tumblr media
"My mom cheated on my dad for literally no reason. She was in love with another man their entire relationship, even though she said she didn't realize she had feelings for him until right before she cheated. But anyway...I was so devastated by that. Like, I just couldn't picture it. My mom? She was so perfect and magical to me. I just couldn't imagine her hurting my dad like that...hurting me like that..."
Tumblr media
"And to be so flippant about it? Who decides to destroy their family like that??"
My face started getting hot, and I couldn't lose my cool, so I took a moment to calm down before continuing my sordid tale.
"Ever since then, bits of information about their relationship and past lives keep coming out here and there, and every time I think it can't get worse, it does. I feel like if this can happen to two people who were very happy and in love, what hope is there for me? I have zero reassurance that I can be happy with someone for the rest of my life."
I took another moment to breathe and reflect on everything I blurted out. If I didn't have Sophia and hadn't committed to being brave, I think my words could have hardened my heart. But I continued.
"My parents started dating, moved in together, and got married within a matter of days. One thing my dad said he would do differently was date longer. We've known each other way longer than my parents did, and even though it feels like we rushed into living together, I know that's not really the case. But I can't deny how familiar this feels. On one hand, I feel like we have a solid foundation and are well on our way to a long, fulfilling life together. But on the other hand, I feel like we're following in my parents' footsteps and are perfectly primed for repeating their mistakes."
"Wow," she said. "You never really told me about their situation. I figured it was just one of those things you didn't like talking about. I had no idea it was that bad."
Tumblr media
"Now you understand why it took me so long to ask you out. I wanted to call you so badly immediately after getting home from Mt. Komorebi, but...I just couldn't. This fear paralyzed me. I only recently decided to work toward fighting against it."
"I understand, Luca. Trust me," she said with a little extra something in her voice.
I turned back toward her with my eyebrow raised, but she turned away from me.
"I am all too familiar with what you're going through," she said.
"Yeah?"
She nodded.
"Let's just say...I've been where your dad is..."
The anger that attempted to arise in me earlier returned, and I wanted to know names and addresses. What kind of idiot cheats on a sweet angel like Sophia??
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know."
Tumblr media
"Yeah, thanks. I've had a lot of time to get over that, but like you, there are certain things I haven't been able to shake. And also like you, I'm working to grow past them. I asked you to live here because I know you're the man for me, and I am the woman for you. I love you, and I want you around. But...there is a tiny voice inside that tells me I need to keep you close so I can watch out for threats. I ignore it because I trust you, but it doesn't go away completely. So...yeah. I know what you're going through."
I completely missed the last part of what she said because my hearted pounded in my chest so loud I couldn't hear a thing when she admitted she loved me. SHE LOVED ME?!! The weight of her admission pressed down on me, filling me with a mix of exhilaration and terror. I wanted to reach out and hold her, to tell her how I felt and say it back, but the fear held me captive. I could share many things with Sophia with ease, but when it came down to exposing the deepest depths of my heart, I freaked out. The words got stuck in a huge knot in my throat. I swallowed a few times, trying to stuff down the fear that tried to choke me, but it prevailed.
"I...I want to say it back. I'm trying to... In my heart, I know that's what I feel, but..."
I longed for the words she deserved to hear to flow effortlessly from my lips, and it pained me to admit I wasn't ready. It hurt so bad I could feel the pressure of tears building up behind my eyes. But I couldn't cry in front of her. Not over this, especially after everything I'd just confessed to her. But she grabbed my hands and caressed them, giving me hope that one day I'd be okay enough to tell her exactly how valued she was.
"Hey...it's okay, Luca. Don't beat yourself up. I said it because I was ready, not because I wanted to hear you say it back. We don't have to be ready at the same time. I agreed with what you said about us rushing. It was a long time coming, but it was sudden no matter how you look at it. You need time to adjust, which was why I asked the question in the first place. Don't rush the process on account of me. When you're ready, you'll say it."
I don't know what I did to make the Watcher deem me worthy of such a woman, but I was eternally grateful.
"I'm glad you understand. You're a real gem and I..."
I tried to ignore her and force myself to say it, but it still wouldn't come out. Instead, I said, "I care about you deeper than I've ever cared about anyone."
Tumblr media
She smiled.
"I will take that and cherish it."
Need to catch up? See what you missed or start reading here!
When I moved in Luca, I checked her relationships, whims, etc. to see what I'd be working with. She had the fear of being cheated on! We're still getting to know her, but what do you think?

pls haruto maeda first time with a girl smut🙏
Ah, this is so long omg I hope you still like it 😭
☆18+ minors dni | smut | male idol x fem reader!
Imagine going to the same school as Haruto he's so popular and all of the girls love him although he's dated girls in the past the only thing he's ever done was kiss them until one day you got introduced as a new student. already having fanboys/ girls falling for you it's no surprise the man himself Haruto Maeda also fell hard
Time skip •
It's been a couple of months since you and Haruto have been dating how you both even started dating? Well during your first couple of days at school he did everything to get your attention which didn't take long you had already been eyeing him but what set it off was one day he accidentally spilled his milk on you while trying to impress you which oddly worked (?) since that day you two hung out none stop until he finally asked you out-
Skip forward to now with both of you cuddled up on his bed while having a heated make-out session. You broke the kiss for only a moment, trying to catch your breath, haruto's lips lingering just beneath yours before he was leaning in once again, kissing him a little harder, fingers running through the strands of his hair and Haruto hands slowly sneaking their way down your sides before his fingers slip just beneath the hem of your shirt.
His touch was hot and you were melting underneath it, your body lowering more now completely on top of him you start to slowly slide your hand down his chest leaving him with goosebumps until you finally reach the rim of his pants. You break the kiss once again and ask
"Is this okay?" Knowing, he isn't as experienced as you "Yes it is, please don't stop" he responds losing his igo and ready to risk everything for you.
You nod, leaning down to press a kiss on his lips, One of your hands was on his chest and you could feel how his heart was racing. Slipping your hand down his white sweat pants still making eye contact you begin to touch his already hardened member. As Haruto begins to make the prettiest whines that sweet voice of his making you go all sorts of wild and making you want to give him more You get off of him cutting the teasing short and pull his pants down along with his boxers getting a clear view of his hard red twitching member.
"f..fuck" he says as you slowly start stroking him watching his face carefully you bite your lip, hearing the pretty moans, as you feel yourself starting to get wet you start to speed up, watching as moans fall out of his mouth and his hips bucking to meet your strokes. he grips the sheets as he throws his head back as you suddenly stopped to put your lips against his tip.
Haruto opens his eyes looking down at you
as your tongue swirls around to lick up any precum from before with his dark eyes never leaving you
the loud noises bouncing off the walls as Haruto's low groans fill the atmosphere. the feeling of his dick hitting the back of your throat made it twitch in satisfaction, the gurgled noises of you choking on how thick and big he is bringing him closer to his release. enjoying the view of him becoming closer and closer to his orgasm you decided to remove one of your hands from his member to his balls playing with them as his moans get louder once again.
the overwhelming feeling you were bringing him made his hips buck up, his hands trying their best not to yank your head down all at once to make you go faster, noticing this you being to pick up the past bobbing your head up and down faster than before "I'm close, so close-" ruto says letting out another sloppy groan getting more desperate.
feeling his dick twitch in your mouth you stopped to open your mouth to catch as much of his seed as possible stroking him faster until finally, he lets out the biggest moan throwing his head back once again before quickly looking back down to see you swallow his white release as he watches the leftovers drip down from your cheeks to your chin and finally it drips down your neck. Both of you begin out of breath and sit there before finally deciding to take a warm bath together, the night ending with you cuddling up with each other as you ask how his first time was only for him to turn bright red again.
Sorry again this was so long 😞 It's my first time so it's not the best and excuse any mistakes I tried lol I hope this is what you wanted 🥺🫶🏼

vampire ei x reader
Tumblr media
Hey bro thanks for the request!!! I'm happy to share more thoughts on monsterfucking. It's a guilty pleasure…. 🤪
ao3 link
Content warnings: DEAD DOVE DO NOT EAT, dubcon/coerced sex, mentions of blood/gore, mentions of r*pe
-----
Vampires are said to be elusive and highly territorial. That being said, it's not unheard of for them to live in pairs or more. It's just an extremely rare case.
You gambled that every time you took a bounty to wipe out a vampire that had been terrorizing a small town. Vampire hunting had its own merits, if the ring of harvested fangs hanging on your belt is anything to go by. It earns you enough cold, hard cash to last months, and the gratitude of locals wherever you go.
And with merits come dangers. Taking on one is enough to leave you scratched up for the worst. A lone human can't handle two alone, even with the best equipment or the most experience. Even if you managed to finish one, the other would tear you to shreds in an instant, and the blood from their harvest would be enough to undo the damage you've caused.
This is the gamble you took. And like most games based on chance, you're bound to lose the more you roll.
The info broker hadn't mentioned a second one when he sent you the files. All the locals told you the same thing- long, purple hair and a single pair of violet eyes that crackled in the dark like thunder and lightning. Adorns a stoic, yet somber expression, based on what survivors were able to make out. Not that you could really understand their babbling much more than that. Most trailed off into a religious chant you couldn't quite discern, but one thing's for sure- this fight wouldn't be easy.
On the ground is the Raiden Shogun, and a heavy wooden stake that took all your strength and fight to run straight through her chest. The browning blood splattered on her coat was yours. Vampires didn't bleed. Freezing black mist exuded around her wound, something you could never get used to no matter how battle hardened you've grown to be.
On your side was a borrowed cross from the local church that had been bent out of use from her strength. Your crossbow has been battered as well, strings frayed and definitely in need of heavy maintenance.
Legs pinning both of her sides down, you huff, giving the stake another push to drive it in further for good measure before cold, sharp fingers curl around the back of your neck.
Your breath stops, condensate disappearing into the frosty air.
"Mm. That's it. Now, up." You could feel the way her fingers slowly drag against your skin, pressing . "Slowly."
You move in tandem with her force, like a leash pulling you up until your back straightens, heart sized in your throat and nerves frozen shut. You don't dare to object. You couldn't. Or you could just die fighting for your freedom.
It's an instinctual fight or flight response. In this case, flight immediately leads to fight, so for a moment, you revel in the adrenaline pumping through your vessels, pray to the lord for strength and protection and pull out a hidden cross in your inner coat in hopes to repel the grasp on your neck-
Only for it to get fruitlessly slapped away by the vampire that shouldn't even be alive below you. It lands hopelessly far from your reach, and your wrists throb in punishing pain from the sheer force of her hands.
When your eyes turn down, not daring to move your head with how tight the grip on your neck has gotten, the Raiden Shogun's eyes glare violet as she pulls the stake out with a pained hiss. The only sound you've heard from her since the fight began.
"I must say, quite capable of you, to be able to land such an ugly gash on my beauty. Many like you have pitifully died by her hands, without leaving so much as a scratch." The lady behind you speaks in such an eloquent manner unlike the feral, bloodthirsty beasts you've slain in the past. "Oh dear,"
You can feel her other hand loop around your waist, fiddling with the ring of fangs you've once proudly adorned like a trophy. In one swift movement, she plucks it from your belt. Now, it's nothing more than a warrant for your demise.
"How very obnoxious." She hums thoughtfully. "Teeth, dull. Those lowlifes don't deserve to be displayed on this chain. They can't even maintain their fangs properly. Unsightly."
The ring rattles, and from the corner of your eye, you watch in silence as she flicks it off to the side.
"Now, I believe you took something that belonged to the Shogun." She continues. Her nails, like claws, press even further, daring you to swallow down your fear.
Below, while you were still straddling her hips, the Raiden Shogun sat up, one hand pressed against her wound in futility, and the other snaking around the small of your back, pulling you in closer.
She closes in so suddenly that you don't have the time to squeeze your eyes shut to brace for the terror of being eaten alive.
White, searing hot pain flashes through your eyes and your hands- moving on their own, instinctually latching onto anything as an anchor to keep you floating off into the abyss. Somewhere in the crevices of your panic-addled mind, you know it's your neck she's punctured, but it's almost as if every point of your body collectively decided to share the same caliber of pain.
Breathing is impossible, your mouth heaves dryly, begging for air that doesn't come, and your nose is assaulted by the tangy malodor of your own blood.
You can't say for sure how long the terrible experience lasted for. It felt like it had been hours and mere seconds simultaneously, but when she finishes- and you know she does because she licks your wound- your hands immediately fly to your neck as an instinct to apply pressure, only to find it clean and fully clotted like the puncture had been healing for days.
But wait, why were you still conscious? Were you dead? You could be, for all that mattered.
"The merit of proper maintenance. It keeps our meals' mess to a minimum." The voice behind you pipes up again, though it's significantly foggier, like your ears had been clotted. "And as long as you're alive, our saliva will help clot the blood at increased speed. But, most don't to live to tell the tale."
Words, words, words. She sounded like the lecturers at those fancy institutes. You couldn't respond anyway, the lack of blood finally catching up as the stimulant effect of adrenaline wears out.
"Now, stand and we will return to my estate at once. I would like to get to know you better."
You were then hoisted to your feet, much to your brain's weak protest. The moment they let go to let you stand on your own, the world swayed and swung upside down and you felt your head collide with snow and frozen dirt. It did not hurt, or if it did, you weren't lucid enough to feel it anymore.
As the rest of your senses dulled, your eyes managed to catch the faintest detail, though it's hard to discern if it's the lack of oxygen that blurred the lines of reality or if it really was the truth- the two figures standing before you looked nearly identical.
-----
You hardly dreamed, but when you did, you imagined retirement to be a well earned paradise by the beach, all on your lonesome, and a humble wooden shack sitting on the treeline, facing the waves. Your toes would sink pleasantly into smooth, ash-like sand, waves rolling in tantalizing motions off in the distance. The air would be salty yet brings a refreshing change of pace, and the only bits of life accompanying you would be oceanside critters.
But the sad reality is, most vampire hunters don't live long enough to watch their children grow up, let alone hit retirement age. It's a dangerous and thankless, commission-based job taken on because of family tradition or by those only desperate enough for mora. Anyone suicidal enough to face vampires head on signed their life away for every bounty they take. You're no different.
Then why dream of something so far out of reach?
To you, it was better than falling into the hands of alcoholism and tobacco dependence like everyone else.
When you closed your eyes and took a deep breath, the terrible, cruel world would melt away. Firstly, it was the salty, cold seaside air that would fade into a pleasant, smokey firewood scent accompanied by what seemed to be mild floral perfume.
Secondly, opening your eyes proved to be difficult with how lethargic your muscles felt. You felt your heavy eyelids twitch, slowly cracking open to adjust to the dim light, and though you knew it was merely a fire crackling away, to your pounding headache addled head, it was a million suns assaulting your senses.
Thirdly, when you craned your neck, everything in your body screamed for reprieve. But one thing is for certain: the gut deep fear that registered not a second after.
The bite, it's the after effects that nearly sent you back into shock. And before that, you had lost a fight against not one, but two vampires. Was it two, now? It sure felt like it.
You tell yourself that this very moment was a dream, but what was the fading memory of an oceanside retirement before? And the cold fingers that wrapped cruelly around your neck? The searing hot torment coursing through your nerves was enough to prove that this is reality. And if that wasn't enough, the same voice of the women that gripped your neck moments before flooded your ears.
"I must admit, I almost feared that you would no longer wake." She said. Soft, embroidered lavender fabric filled your limited, sideways view as she stepped closer. You felt a cold hand rest briefly on your cheek, lifting as quickly as it came. "I am not experienced in human medical knowledge, but your skin turned nearly as pale and cold as mine from the outdoors. I didn't think you would recover so quickly."
So again, despite having cleared up with yourself that this was reality, new information presented before you had flipped everything you thought you knew, right upside down. Vampires don't save humans. Vampires don't care if humans recover quickly or not from the cold frosty air of the northeast. Vampires don't fear, and frankly, they don't speak with such eloquence. And you certainly should not be lying on a vampire's couch across a fireplace, layered by thick, heavy blankets warmed by your recovered body heat.
She could have very well left your dying corpse to freeze outside. A vampire of her caliber could have very well hunted for other game instead of waiting for a vampire hunter, armed with crosses and stakes, to recover from blood loss.
You reached from underneath the blankets to see if they had disarmed you, only to find that not only have they disposed of your equipment, but they also likely have disposed of your clothes along with it. Not even a scrap of undergarments to preserve your modesty. You can feel the way the blanket rubs embarrassingly against your bare skin.
Despite your throbbing headache, you sat up with nothing more than your life to lose, yet shamefully still holding the blanket up to your chest. "Were you always this talkative?"
The lady before you blinked in surprise, stoicism replaced by what you could only interpret as wonder. She tilted her head curiously.
Dread pools in your stomach at the silence she answered with. "... I mean, you didn't say a word when I tried to…" Your nerves got the better of you, but perhaps it would be unwise to bring up past affairs that didn't work in your favor.
Her face then twisted into amusement. "Ah, but of course. Who you confronted was not me, but the Shogun. She is not the talkative type at all. Neither am I, but at least I can still make for better company."
Is this your purpose for being sustained alive even when vampires are known to dispose of dried blood bags after their hunts? So whatever this imitation of the Raiden Shogun could talk your ear off as you inconspicuously eyed windows and doors for escape routes?
When you searched her eyes for answers, she, yet again, returned void. In fact, it almost felt unreal how human the Shogun look-alike seemed to be with her composed, gentle demeanor. Whereas the one you faced in a life-or-death fight- she bore no traces of humanity, only brutal, mechanical movements with the singular objective of efficiently ridding you of your existence.
"While some vampires come to be by birth, some were… infected, as I would put it." She began, suddenly, circling a low table to feed more logs into the fire. "My name is Ei, and I was once human. I enjoyed sweets, then. But as you might know, human food does not hold the same taste nor nutrients as it would to a vampire."
Questions swarm your head like incessant flies, but one keeps popping up. Your mouth opens before you can think, "Why are you telling me this?"
"Hush, allow me to continue, if you will. Firstly, I feel that it is vital to inform you that you are not the first. You are free to perceive this as a threat or as consolation, though I greatly suggest the latter, for your sake, and, perhaps rather selfishly, for mine."
No matter how much solace she expected to bring you with such foreboding warnings, the fact that you weren't the first for whatever sick game she was about to instill upon you, in combination with the fact that you have not once heard any tale of the Raiden Shogun's identical double feeling inclined to impose sick games onto hunters after their bounty, drove you even further into a pit of worry and desperation. Her phrasing wasn't important- it would never be, because vampires posed a natural threat to your survival from the get-go.
"Secondly, you shall not reject any of my advances. Not that you would want to, of course, and I recommend that you don't, from my experience. But on the off chance that you do, my dear Shogun does not care for trivial matters such as sweets. Your pleasure will not dictate the measures she will take to ensure your compliance."
It's almost as if she were purposefully baiting you into folding. You almost feel foolishly inclined to insist that she hurries along her long, disconcerting list of terms, but the rational- albeit cowardly- side of you firmly argues to stay silent and entertain her with no pleasure of watching you tremble like a petal.
She takes your silence for acceptance, it seemed. “As I had said, I greatly adored sweets. It has been rumored by others of my kind that human pleasures tend to sweeten the blood for the better.” Her eyes flicker over to you. “I have sampled a multitude of different flavors myself, each with varying levels of sweetness and purity. But you,"
She circles back, not unlike a shark smelling fresh blood in the water. "Your blood is unblemished by tobacco and alcohol. Those impurities have always tainted my marks, no matter how much sweetness I wring out of them."
You've stopped listening at this, cringing at the implications of her absurd statements. Treating your predecessors like gourmet meals just as humans did with livestock. Most hunters drank and smoked- those vices greased the wheels for them. You either indulged, or you would succumb to the stress and anxiety that came as a package deal.
She must've known. She's a vampire, after all, and their heightened senses must have turned you into a mouth watering meal, comparable to ripe fruit kept free of disease and pests.
Your thoughts run back to the last tavern  you drank at, that reeked of sweat and cheap beer. The alcohol was bitter and foul, so utterly indigestible that you gave the rest of your mug away to a drunk stranger and proceeded to rinse your mouth clean in the privacy of your own room. And before that, your mentor had offered a cigar after your first successful hunt, but the post-traumatic stress that poisoned your mind had you retching and regurgitating whatever lunch you had managed to stomach as soon as you inhaled. Even now, the consideration of downing a pint of beer or indulging in a smoke makes you shudder.
"So you're going to rape me?" You spit out, half considering her terms.
"That is putting it extremely. But I won't have to if you oblige. Perhaps I'll even spare you, if you behave." Her smile twists up sardonically.
"Would you let me go if my flavor is not up to your gourmet standards?"
"Hardly even a question. I would feed you to the Shogun. It would be up to her what she would want to do with you." Her honesty renders her fully transparent leaving no room for further inquiry. This is a waltz she knows well. You aren't sure if you should feel safe or terrorized by how casually she handled your interrogation.
"... Will you be gentle?"
For once, genuine surprise returns to replace her cold, distant resting expression.
"It's… I," Would it be better to keep this to yourself? Perhaps you could rouse pity if you were honest. "I've never been with anyone…"
"Not even yourself?"
You flushed at the implication of her rebuttal. Admittedly, you've tried before, in the safety of a rented room of a tavern. But judging from how little you've achieved by yourself, the safer answer would be no. "Look, if that's an issue, then just kill me right now and spare me the humiliation." You bite back. "It won't be pleasant for me regardless."
Ei leans over, fangs hovering just above the shell of your ear. "A rare purity of soul, body and mind. It seems I've struck gold." She whispered, sending cold, hollow chills down your clammy skin. "Do not fret, little lamb. I did hold a preference towards women before my time as a vampire. Your pleasure means all the more value to me."
If that was a lie, it did not matter to you.
-----
Ei reminded you of the noblewomen you've met in your time serving as a commissioned bounty hunter. They were regal, elegant and held their chin up high with unwavering confidence despite being overshadowed by their husband's status. To you, it seemed admirable, though you could never compare your social footing to theirs. Sometimes you wondered if they had always been the ones pulling the strings from the shadows.
But Ei- she was different. When she rose to full mast, her poster demanded attention and respect and you instantly knew she was the head of her own estate. Her height was overpowering and dizzying, and though her muscles were lithe, you had no issue accepting the fact that the vampire could fold you with ease.
When Ei peeled the sheets that held your warmth away, you did not dare to struggle, lest you incur her wrath. However, you did shiver from the sudden gust of cold air as your core temperature plummeted despite the warm fire nearby, almost immediately shriveling up like an insect. As soon as you curled in your limbs to protect your warmth (and modesty, though it was pointless, you knew), her strong, boney hands wrestled your legs open like a pliant play doll baring your holes for her to view at her pleasure.
And despite your bewilderment, she offered no words of solace, but only drank in the sight of your untouched pussy with animal hunger present in her eyes and an unfriendly, sinister smile. "Do not be afraid of me, my little lamb." She whispered, smelling the bitter musk of terror oozing from your glands. "It does you no favors to serve me such an unappealing meal." Her cold fingers trace around your untouched clit.
It's hard to teach yourself something you had no knowledge in. In your trade, every clever trick in the book you absorbed from observing your mentor, and if it didn't work, then you wouldn't live to tell the tale. Likewise, attempting to stimulate yourself without knowing what to do had gotten you nowhere, but when the Ei gathered up your slick and gently pressed into your pussy, it took you damn near everything not to combust on the spot.
"Poor thing, so desperate to seek the pleasure you could not find yourself." She stated cruelly, and it was like instinct, to allow such a monster to devour you whole. No one else's appendages, human or not, could ever provoke the same, blinding pleasure that spiked your core like fireworks. The expertly timed circles around your throbbing clit and the shallow dip of her fingers worked wonders on your rapidly deteriorating psyche.
It was not enough. It could not be enough because you could still see the rest of her pale, slender hand, resting just outside your greedy cunt when it should be buried deep by the innards of your burning flesh-
Sweaty hands immediately sought purchase on her forearm, hoping to pull her in for more. Cold, black mist seeped through your fingers, through her broken skin. "Careful now, you might be biting off more than you can chew." She warned you, but made no effort to pull away as you accepted more and more of her. Your stomach lurched, chest heaving to make up for it and throwing your head back as white flooded your vision.
Although your lips spasmed against the intrusion from overstimulation, your spine arched into her touch, hips greedily searching for more. Immediately, she forces down your entire body back into the plush comfort of the sofa. "What a pliant, little lamb you are. So willing to accept what most of your kind have struggled so valiantly against at first. Tell me, then, were you always this depraved?"
"Nu-ah! No, it's- I'm not…"
"Or, is it how I fuck this tight, little virgin cunt of yours?" Her wrists flick in tandem with your hips, easily matching your erratic pace. She must've felt the way you clenched up at her dirty words. Elegant, regal noblewomen wouldn't speak as such, but you supposed she was the lady of her own estate. And she was a different kind of beast. "You enjoy this, don't you, dirty vermin? Being stuffed full of me, put in your place. Nothing but a deviant that craves a vampire's touch."
You are not a deviant. You weren't succumbing to her pleasure because you wanted to. It was a matter of a prey's final, desperate attempt at survival, and your mind begged for that to be the case, but a further part of you had long conceded. Ei's touch numbed the bone deep ache, relaxing yet intense. You cried. You thrashed. Maybe you did none of that and took her fingers without trouble, or maybe she had to help you make it fit, but this moment was unbound to time and reality. It should be impossible, how well she worked into the crevices of your body and wrung you dry just as she promised.
Every word you tried to voice was caught in your throat as she diligently drilled in between your walls. The timing was too immaculate. She could have very well been reading your mind, and that wouldn't be the most absurd revelation you've had the pleasure of witnessing this evening.
"Little lamb, you should feel lucky that I am just as ravenous as you are." She damn near growled but you could only perceive the gentle rumble of her chest as she spoke. "That I did not expect of you to beg." Compared to your glazed, half lidded eyes and heavy breaths, Ei's movements did not seem the least bit influenced by exertion. The last of your sanity receded somewhere far into the back of your mind as her fingers pressed against a spot you could not have possibly imagined of finding.
"Come, now. Come for your master. Show me what a good, delectable treat you are for me, you little whore."
You didn't need your imagination to see the dominion she held over you. Getting fucked senseless by a vampire couldn't possibly feel this good, but it did. When you squeezed your eyes shut, you saw blackness but also blinding light. Whatever is left of your sanity fizzles away like beer foam and you wail (or maybe it was a soundless cry) because it was too much, too good, too overwhelming-
And something, perhaps her boney hands, gripped your jaw as you cried out, exposing your jugular, but did not feel agonizing when she bit down, reaping what she sowed. Your walls continued to spasm relentlessly around her fingers, leaving a slick mess all over her thigh and hand, knowing nothing but the sweltering ecstasy of being owned, filled and used so thoroughly that you could not possibly belong to anyone else but Ei.
When you crack open your eyes for a split second, Ei captured your lips. You didn't feel the sharp point of her fangs, and she did not open her mouth, but you could still taste the residue of your own blood. There was no sadism, no ownership to be claimed as she kissed you. It was just Ei- or rather, you knew, it was simply a human behind the embrace you sank into before sleep overtakes you.
-----
Warm porcelain pressed itself insistently against your lips when you stirred. Upon opening your eyes, you are met with a violet pair staring back earnestly. Obediently, you allow yourself to sip, careful not to choke. It tasted herbal, flowery.
"Paralytic?" You wondered out loud.
"Tea." The vampire answered curtly.
"Where did Ei go?" The Ei you've come to know despite having only spoken to her for a short while would have babbled on about the healing properties of the drink. "And why am I not dead?"
"Because Ei has more use of you alive than dead." The Shogun replied, settling the half empty cup on a tray next to you. "She went to deal with that incessant dog. Only she can handle Miko without trouble. I would advise you to steer clear of her."
"Werewolf?" You didn't miss the claw marks on the edge of the door of this room.
"Perceptive." The Shogun flashed a rare, small smile. "As expected of a seasoned hunter." She then moved to feel your pulse.
One two, one two. You felt it through her fingers, cold as ever. It's weak, your body dealing with the brunt of the effects, and the consequences are no less harsh on the headache you have to endure.
"Rest well. You are exerted. The tea has been steeped, you can use that to relax and recover." The Shogun stands up from your side and makes her way to the door. "Tomorrow I will take my fill. Do not expect me to be as generous as Ei."
She stopped at the entrance of the door, seeming to hesitate for a second. Then, more resolutely, she looked over her shoulder. "Like she said, I do not care much for sweets. However, you have piqued my interest."

Warning ⚠️: Suicide Attempt written in this chapter. If you or someone you know is going through this call emergency hotline immediately!
The mansion was eerily silent under the veil of night, its grandeur now shrouded in ghostly moonlight. Beka had grown increasingly restless during her weeks of confinement, feeling the mansion's walls tighten around her like a vice. Her resolve had hardened to escape, and she meticulously planned her attempt. Through careful observation, she had deduced the patterns of the staff and the predictable intervals at which Wrecker checked on her. This allowed her to map out their schedules and identify potential windows of opportunity.
As darkness deepened, she prepared herself for the delicate maneuver of slipping away. With stealth born of desperation, Beka navigated the opulent, shadow-drenched corridors. Her every step was measured and soundless, her senses heightened as she moved towards the side door leading to the garden—her perceived route to freedom. She had timed her movement to coincide with the end of a wrecker's routine check, calculating that the staff would be occupied with their own duties.
Reaching the door, she carefully turned the handle and eased it open, the hinges whispering slightly. But just as she was about to slip through, a noise interrupted her—footsteps echoing off the marble floors in the distance. Panic surged through her. She quickly pulled the door shut and flattened herself against the wall, her breaths shallow and rapid. She strained to hear the footsteps' source, her heart pounding as she waited for the sound to recede, every second stretching into eternity.
Echo's silhouette appeared in the dim light, his sharp eyes scanning the hallway. He was one of the more observant members of the family, and Beka knew she was risking discovery. She held her breath, hoping he would pass by, but Echo's gaze fell on her hiding spot. His expression remained impassive as he walked towards her. "You can come out I know it's you." Beka sighed making her presence heard now. "What are you doing?" he asked, his voice calm but with a hint of underlying tension.
Beka's heart sank. She had hoped to escape without being caught, but now she was faced with the reality of her situation. With a deep sigh, she stepped out from her hiding place, her resolve crumbling. "I'm trying to leave," she said, her voice breaking. "I just want to get out of here."
Echo's eyes narrowed slightly, but his expression remained controlled. "You know Hunter won't be pleased if you disappear. And I'm sure he'll be even less pleased if I have to hurt you to keep you here."
Beka's legs gave out, and she slumped against the wall, sliding down to sit on the floor with her knees drawn up to her chest. Her sobs started to shake her body as she tried to hold back the tears. The reality of her situation hit her hard, and the weight of her confinement seemed to crush her spirit.
Echo knelt down to her level, his expression softening slightly despite his usual stoic demeanor. "Why are you so desperate to leave?"
Beka looked up at him through tear-streaked eyes. "What do you think?" she choked out, her voice trembling. "I'm trapped in this place with no way out, and it feels like I'm losing myself."
Echo regarded her quietly for a moment, taking in her despair. He knew Hunter's plans were complicated, and while he didn't agree with Beka's escape attempt, he understood the frustration and helplessness she must feel.
"I know it's tough," Echo said, his voice gentler now. "But running away won't solve anything. It'll only make things worse."
Beka's sobs continued, her shoulders shaking as she buried her face in her knees. "I just want to breathe, to be free again. I'm tired of feeling like a prisoner."
Echo stood up, offering a hand to her. "Let's get you back to your room. It's not safe out here, and you need to rest."
Beka looked up at him, her tears still flowing but her gaze grateful. She accepted his help and stood with his assistance. Echo guided Beka to her room, where he ensured she was settled comfortably. He gave her a reassuring nod before leaving her to her thoughts.
Beka sat on the edge of her bed, the room now quiet and still. The night air outside was cool against her skin as she stared out the window, the stars twinkling in the vast expanse of the sky. The silence around her was a stark contrast to the chaos of her emotions.
As she looked up at the stars, she wondered if there would ever be a way out of this tangled web of relationships and restrictions. Beka woke up late, the sun already high in the sky. She stirred groggily, her mind still heavy with the events of the previous night. The luxurious room she was confined to seemed unusually silent, and the familiar morning routine of joining Hunter and his family for breakfast felt like a distant memory.
When Beka finally got out of bed and made her way to the dining room, the breakfast table was already cleared. The kitchen staff were finishing up their duties, and Hunter's puzzled expression greeted her as she walked in.
"Morning darling," Hunter said, his voice laced with curiosity and concern. "You usually join us for breakfast. Everything alright?"
Beka glanced at the clock on the wall and felt a pang of regret. "I must have overslept," she said, trying to sound nonchalant but knowing her excuse was weak. "I'm sorry."
Echo, who had been seated quietly at the table, watched the exchange with a thoughtful expression. He said nothing but seemed to gauge the situation, his eyes flicking toward Hunter and then back to Beka.
Hunter raised an eyebrow but chose not to press further, turning his attention back to his breakfast. "Alright. Just make sure you don't skip another meal. It's not good for you."
Beka nodded, her gaze dropping to the floor as she made her way out of the dining room with Wrecker not far behind. Echo decided to check on her. He left the table and headed towards her room.
When Echo arrived at Beka's room, he found the door slightly ajar. He looked at Wrecker who only shrugged. He knocked gently before entering, finding Beka still lying in bed, her body curled up under the covers. Her face was turned away, and the air around her seemed heavy with a sense of defeat. "Beka?" Echo's voice was soft, lacking his usual harshness. "You alright?"
Beka turned her head slowly, her eyes red and puffy from the tears she had shed earlier. "I'm fine," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Just... didn't feel like getting up."
Echo walked over and took a seat on the edge of the bed. He regarded her with a mixture of sympathy and concern. "It's not like you to miss breakfast. Is something bothering you?"
Beka sighed deeply, her gaze falling to the floor. "What do you think?"
Echo studied her quietly, understanding more than he let on. "You can talk to some of us, you know. We're not all hostile."
Beka looked up at him, doubt evident in her weary eyes. "Yeah, right. Crosshair would rather see me in a body bag. Tech couldn't give two shits less about me. Phee, I don't know—she's kind. Wrecker distrusts every step I take. Hunter keeps me in the dark. It's hard to see a way out right now."
"What about me?" Echo asked, his curiosity piqued.
"What about you?" Beka retorted.
"You never said what I am."
"I don't know. I see you as someone who cares but is afraid to show it," Beka explained.
Echo nodded and rose to his feet. "Hunter's worried about you. Maybe talking to him might help. But for now, try to get some rest." As Echo left the room, Beka laid back down, her thoughts swirling in a mix of confusion and frustration. The weight of her confinement felt heavier than ever, and the sense of being trapped in a life she hadn't chosen gnawed at her.
"Everything okay?" Wrecker asked as he approached Echo.
"Keep an eye on her. I'm afraid something bad might happen if you don't watch her," Echo explained.
"Got it," Wrecker acknowledged, his expression serious.
The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow over her face, but it did little to chase away the shadows of her distress. Echo strode purposefully toward Hunter's office, his frustration evident in every step. He knocked sharply before entering, his demeanor more urgent than usual.
Hunter glanced up from his desk, his expression shifting from casual curiosity to concern. "Echo, what's going on?"
Echo shut the door behind him with a decisive click and took a seat, his posture tense. "I need to talk to you about Beka."
Hunter raised an eyebrow. "What about her?"
Echo leaned forward, his eyes locking onto Hunter's with a serious intensity. "I went to check on her this morning. She's still in bed, looking utterly defeated. She missed breakfast, which isn't like her at all."
Hunter's face showed a flicker of concern. "That was unusual."
Echo's tone was sharp. "Yeah, and it's more than just missing a meal. She's in a really bad state mentally. And that's on us. Or rather, on you. I need to ask—are you keeping her here for her safety, or because you missed her so much that you've lost sight of what's best for her?"
Hunter's brow furrowed. "What are you talking about?"
Echo's frustration boiled over. "I'm talking about whether you're truly considering Beka's well-being or if this is about your own desire to have her back in your life. Because right now, she's struggling—she's trapped in a situation she didn't choose and it's pushing her into a dangerous mental state. You need to be honest with yourself about why you're keeping her here."
Hunter's eyes widened, taken aback by Echo's intensity. "Of course, I want what's best for her. I've been focused on keeping her safe and managing the fallout from the fire. I thought..."
Echo cut him off. "You thought what? That keeping her here, under constant surveillance, was the best way to help her? She needs more than just physical safety. She needs to understand her situation and feel like she has some control over her life."
Hunter sighed heavily, running a hand through his hair. "I didn't realize it had gotten this bad. I've been so wrapped up in the logistics that I lost sight of her emotional state."
Echo's gaze softened slightly, but his frustration remained. "I know you care about her, Hunter. But you need to get your priorities straight. Beka needs to feel heard and understood. If you're keeping her here just because you missed her, it's not fair to her or anyone else."
Hunter looked troubled, his mind racing. "You're right. I need to be more transparent with her about why she's here and what her options are. I've been so focused on protecting her that I forgot to address her needs."
Echo nodded his expression a mix of relief and frustration. "That's a start. She needs to know where she stands and that she's not just a pawn in your plans."
Hunter stood up, determination replacing his initial surprise. "I'll talk to her today. I owe her that much."
"Yeah, you need to." As Echo left the office, he felt a cautious hope that Hunter would address the situation with the honesty and empathy Beka needed.
Hunter made his way to Beka's room, Wrecker still standing in front of the door. "She, okay?" Hunter asked.
"She's been quiet," Wrecker responded.
Hunter knocked on the door. "Darling, it's me. Listen, I'd like to talk if you have the time." No response. "Beka, I know you're mad, please talk to me." He turned the knob to the door, but when he pushed, it hit up against something. Alarmed, he started slamming his body into the door. "Beka?!"
"Move!" Wrecker ordered. He moved Hunter aside and threw his weight against the door, forcing it open with a crash. What they saw left them utterly mortified. Beka was hanging from the ceiling, a makeshift noose around her neck. Her face was pale her eyes a dark purple her lips turning blue.
"Oh, maker." Hunter's breath caught in his throat as he rushed forward, quickly lifting her to relieve the pressure while Wrecker cut the rope. They gently lowered her to the floor, and Hunter immediately began checking for signs of life. "Call Jesse at the hospital and someone call the medics!" Hunter ordered.
"Yes sir." One of the servants said hastily.
"She's not breathing!" Hunter shouted, panic rising in his voice.
As they worked desperately to revive her, Tech, Echo, Phee, and Omega arrived, drawn by the commotion.
Phee, seeing the distressing scene, quickly took Omega by the shoulders, turning her away. "Come on, sweetie, let's go somewhere else," she said softly, leading the young girl away from the heart-wrenching sight.
Hunter continued to perform CPR, his emotions a mix of fear, guilt, and determination. "Stay with me, darling. Please, stay with me." He continued to perform CPR, each compression and breath filled with desperation. "I'm so sorry darling."
"Hunter switch with me!" Tech ordered. Hunter did so as Tech continued chest compressions and switched to mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. After what felt like an eternity, Beka gasped, coughing violently as her body struggled for air.
"She's breathing!" Hunter exclaimed, his voice trembling with relief.
Wrecker and Tech quickly moved to assist, making Beka comfortable on the floor. Hunter cradled her head in his hands, his eyes searching her face for any sign of consciousness.
Echo grabbing what Beka used for a noose, "She used a bedsheet."
"Beka, can you hear me? It's Hunter. Please, stay with us."
Beka's eyes fluttered open, unfocused and glassy. She tried to speak, but a silent and faint, "What?"
"It's okay, you're going to be okay," Hunter reassured her, tears of relief streaming down his face.
The medical team arrived moments later, swiftly taking over and stabilizing Beka for transport. As they prepared to move her, Hunter stayed by her side, holding her hand tightly.
"How long was she not breathing?" the medics asked urgently as they continued their assessments.
Tech, who had been monitoring the situation closely, responded quickly. "Approximately four to five minutes," he estimated, his voice steady despite the tension.
"Hang in there, Beka," Hunter whispered. "We're here for you. We're not going anywhere."
Phee returned, having left Omega with Crosshair. She placed a comforting hand on Hunter's shoulder. "She's going to be alright. You got to her in time."
Hunter nodded, his grip on Beka's hand unwavering.
"We're moving her sir." The medic warned. As the medics carried Beka out, Hunter followed closely, his brothers and Phee right behind him.
Days later, Beka was transferred to a private psychiatric hospital for a comprehensive evaluation and treatment. The atmosphere was calm but clinical, a stark contrast to the chaos they had experienced.
Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Echo, and Phee waited anxiously in the lounge area as Beka was taken into a private room. Their friend, Jesse, a skilled doctor specializing in psychiatric care, was assigned to her case. Jesse entered the room, his demeanor calm and professional, yet tinged with personal concern.
"Miss Hardt," Jesse began softly, taking a seat across from her. "I'm here to help you. We're all worried about you, and we want to understand how you're feeling."
Beka, her eyes still showing signs of the ordeal, nodded slightly. "I... I don't know where to start," she whispered.
Jesse gave her a reassuring smile. "That's okay. We'll take it one step at a time. Can you tell me what led up to that night?"
As Beka began to speak, her voice halting and uncertain, Jesse listened intently, asking gentle, probing questions to help her articulate her feelings and experiences. He noted her responses carefully, understanding the depth of her pain and the complexity of her emotions.
After a thorough evaluation, Jesse concluded the session with a compassionate yet firm tone. "Beka, it's clear you've been carrying a heavy burden for a long time. We're going to work together to help you through this. You're not alone." Beka nodded again, tears welling up in her eyes. He reached out, giving her hand a comforting squeeze. "One step at a time, Beka." Jesse exited the room, joining Hunter and the others in the lounge.
Hunter immediately stood up, his face etched with concern. "How is she?"
Jesse sighed, but his expression was hopeful. "She's been through a lot, but she's willing to talk and seek help. It's a positive first step. We're going to start her on a treatment plan and provide the support she needs."
Hunter nodded, relief evident in his eyes. "Thank you, Jesse. I owe you."
Jesse shook his head. "You don't owe me anything. Your parents funded a lot of my research. Consider this paying my debt off to them. It's going to take time, but with all of us supporting her, she has a strong chance of recovery."
As Jesse walked away to finalize Beka's treatment plan, the group settled into the lounge, the weight of recent events pressing heavily on their shoulders. Echo, who had been unusually silent, finally spoke up, his voice laden with guilt.
"It's my fault," Echo said, his eyes fixed on the floor. "I should have stayed with Beka that night. I knew she was struggling, I should have seen the signs. I should have sat with her and made sure she was okay."
Hunter turned to Echo, his expression softening with understanding. "Echo, this isn't your fault."
Echo shook his head, his eyes filled with regret. "I just feel like I failed."
Hunter moved closer, placing a reassuring hand on Echo's shoulder. "You didn't fail, Echo. We're all here for her now. That's what matters. She's getting the help she needs, and I'm going to support her every step of the way."
Wrecker, who had been uncharacteristically quiet, suddenly spoke up, his voice filled with self-reproach. "I feel responsible too. I was guarding her door, but I didn't check on her when she went quiet. I should have known something was wrong."
Hunter looked at Wrecker, his expression firm yet compassionate. "Wrecker, you were doing your job. You couldn't have known what was happening inside. This isn't on you either."
Wrecker's shoulders slumped, but he nodded slowly. "I just can't shake the feeling that I should have done more."
Hunter sighed, his gaze sweeping over his brothers and Phee. "We all feel that way, but we can't change what happened, I can be there for her from here on out."

9 Ship Songs 2.0
Some time ago I was tagged on this one, and by that time I have had no enough songs for any of my beloved ships.
Now that my brain is spinning Lann and Katya like a rotisserie chicken, I am finally able to list nine songs for them at least lol
(And I just followed the shuffling order of Spotify. Check on their playlist here)
Be There (Seafret)
You've got me surrounded
It feels like I'm drowning
And I don't want to come up for air
I lost everything
I threw myself in and you took me when no one was there
Well you can take what you need, take the air that I breathe
And I'll give away all that I own
Whatever I lose, is put back by you in a way that you'll never know...
Sunlight (Hozier)
I would shun the light, share in evening's cool and quiet
Who would trade that hum of night?
For sunlight, sunlight, sunlight
But whose heart would not take flight?
Betray the moon as acolyte
On first and fierce affirming sight
Of sunlight, sunlight, sunlight
I had been lost to you, sunlight
And flew like a moth to you, sunlight, oh, sunlight
Oh, your love is sunlight
Oh, your love is sunlight
But it is sunlight...
Honeylight (Amber Run)
There's nothing to it
You just exist
Then you die
I'm under no illusion
That things get better
But I'II try
'Cause you know it goes down like honey (honey)
So open wide, open wide
You don't have to say you're sorry (sorry)
You only tried, you only tried
It comes in waves, it's red like rust
And in the stream you see the dust
I would like to bathe in honey (honey)
In honey light, in honey light...
Creep (Radiohead)
When you were here before
Couldn't look you in the eye
You're just like an angel
Your skin makes me cry
You float like a feather
In a beautiful world
I wish I was special
You're so fuckin' special
But I'm a creep
I'm a weirdo
What the hell am I doin' here?
I don't belong here...
Hello My Old Heart (The Oh Hellos)
Hello, my old heart
How have you been?
Are you still there inside my chest?
I've been so worried
You've been so still
Barely beating at all
Oh, don't leave me here alone
Don't tell me that we've grown
For having loved a little while
Oh, whoa, I don't wanna be alone
I wanna find a home
And I wanna share it with you...
War (Poets of the Fall)
Do you remember standing on a broken field
White crippled wings beating the sky
The harbingers of war with their nature revealed
And our chances flowing by
If I can let the memory heal
I will remember you with me on that field
When I thought that I fought this war alone
You were there by my side on the frontline
When I thought that I fought without a cause
You gave me a reason to try...
Colours (Billy Raffour ft JJ Wilde)
It's the smartest thing I ever did
Opening my heart to let you in
You taught me that despite the evidence
I'm still worth a damn, you'd still take the risk
Oh, stay with me, don't ever leave
Where I was broken, you made a home in
Where I had nothing, you gave it all
Where I was hardened, you grew a garden
Your love, it hollers down my halls
I've got your colours on my walls...
Golden (Harry Styles)
Golden, golden, golden
As I open my eyes
Hold it, focus, hoping
Take me back to the light
I know you were way too bright for me
I'm hopeless, broken
So you wait for me in the sky
Browns my skin just right
You're so golden
You're so golden
I'm out of my head
And I know that you're scared
Because hearts get broken...
Sirens (Pearl Jam)
Hear the sirens, hear the sirens
Hear the sirens, hear the circus so profound
I hear the sirens more and more in this here town
Let me catch my breath to breathe then reach across the bend
Just to know we're safe, I am a grateful man
The slightest bit of light and I can see you clear
Oh, had to take your hand, and feel your breath
For fear this someday will be over
I pull you close, so much to lose
Knowing that, nothing lasts forever
I didn't care, before you were here
I danced in laughter, with the ever after
But all things change, let this remain...

Rumors
There are many rumors about Captain Turner. One sticks out among the rest because it shows that there are only a few things in the world that can turn her cold heart.
There are rumors that speculate around Captain Nancy Turner, like there are among many great leaders during World War II. Many rumors that come from different sources, many rumors that sound exasperated but upon a good night of drinking, the legend confirms them herself, much to the shock of her men. They can't blame her though, because she has lost so much. She lost men, she lost her brother, she almost lost a beloved soldier. The experiences of war hardened Nancy more than when she first signed up, her emotions locked up in a tower that she wants to toss the key to, but knows it's unwise. A good leader needs emotions, to understand their subordinates. Nancy isn't completely cold and stern, despite what the rumors say.
Perhaps one rumor was during the end stages of the Pacific Theater, where the 7th Infantry Platoon fought in the Battle of Okinawa alongside other units and the Marines. It was the toughest battle, the one that would either pass or block the US from continuing Pacific operations. It was the next turning point in the war and after advancing forward after being bombarded by the Japanese, they managed to set up a communication center and captured at least 20 POWs. Half of them had made it their goal to kill the medic of 1st Platoon, Robert Zussman. Nancy didn't like that, and as the POWs stood in front of a young soldier carrying a flamethrower, Nancy gave a command.
"Burn those fuckers," she grunted out and the soldier chuckled, but before anything can happen, Zussman grabbed Nancy and gave her a pleading look.
"Don't do this, Nance" He whispers, and the Captain gives him a look, before turning her gaze back to the POWs. She gestures for the soldier to stand down before looking back at Zussman and standing taller.
"Why not? They tried killing you, or hell, tried capturing you to kill you." Her words are sharp, showing her anger and the soldiers lingering nearby flinch back, afraid of her wrath. It's her reputation, it's the rumors. While respected, she was feared.
"Because they are doing what they were told. Captain, let them live. I'm not too hurt, I'm okay." His eyes were puppy like, too young and naive and hopeful. It struck something in Nancy, who sighs and nods.
"Tie their hands up, take them to the platoon commander. Not a single scratch or you'll regret pissing me off." She barks out and the soldier quickly nods and salutes her.
"Yes ma'am!" She watches as the POWs are marched away and turns to Zussman, tilting her head to the side.
"Follow me," she starts walking off to the cliff side, grabbing her cigarette pouch out of her right breast pocket and taking one out, her movements fast and clean as she lights her cigarette and inhales the tobacco, then exhales slowly, staring out at the ocean. "You're a goddamn great soldier, Robbie. You got a big heart, too big for this war...for this world. If only there were more people like you out there, we wouldn't be here fighting wars. Maybe humanity would be better."
"Thank you, ma'am." Zussman says softly from beside her and Nancy lets a small grin trace her lips, turning towards the young soldier patting his back. She starts to walk away, only to stop and turn to look at him, her smile gone and her eyes hard.
"I can't promise that if the next person that tries hurting you won't be killed. I lost you once, Robbie. I won't live with myself if I lose you again." She walks away without another word, going immediately over to Pierson, who gives her a concerned look.
"You okay? Some corporals said they saw you looking pissed off."
Nancy huffs, taking another hit of her cigarette. "Let some Japs we captured live. Zussman is way too good for this world. We don't deserve him." She pauses, looking serious.
"Will, when this war is over, and if the three of us live to see it end, I want you to come back home with me. To Cambridge."
Pierson nods, smiling softly at her. "Of course, Nance."
"And I want Zussman to come back with us. Until he's ready to face the world again. Barely 2 months on bedrest and he jumps up and joins us. I don't think he's healed from the trauma, mentally y'know." Nancy looks into Pierson's eyes, searching for anything that can make her withdraw her order, but Pierson is just still smiling down at her.
"That's fine with me, I'm worried for the kid too. As much as I love his determination, we don't know what exactly happened to him back there. And now here, our medics are being targeted? If not us, we send him to Frank, Drew, or Ronald." Pierson looks like he wants to say more, and Nancy knows what he wants to say, because goddamn Joseph would have been the best to handle Zussman if he were to spiral. He was caring like that, he'd always acted like a father to his men because he devoted his life to the Army, barely giving him the time to be a free young man. Even then, with time off, he worked and checked in on his guys like an amazing leader.
Nancy grabs ahold of Pierson's hand, intertwining their fingers together as she stares at him. "Promise me that if I don't make it, you will still go to Cambridge with Rob."
Pierson leans down and kisses the back of her hand, their signature promise. "I promise. Would you promise me the same?"
Nancy kisses the back of his hand, marking her promise. "I will."
They stay like that, taking in the comfort the other provided, afraid deep down for what else they can encounter. The battle isn't over yet, they just reached one of a hundred objectives. And even when they get another victory, it's hopping to another island and repeating the same thing. War sucked, war was unfair, war hardened people.
But to their amazement, war has yet to taint Robert Zussman, a soldier with a big heart that the world just doesn't deserve.
And the rumor is that Nancy Turner isn't completely heartless, not to her men and sometimes not to her enemy. Some would argue that no sergeant could change the Captain's mind and she let the soldier burn the Japs. Others would say that it was just a mystery that would never be solved because after that, Nancy started to fall back onto humanity's path. Robert Zussman truly is an angel.
