the reason george didn’t get a penalty is because he slowed down like a tenth of what oscar did. oscar slowed down way too much with more than a 50psi break power, which means he intentionally breaker hard, that too in wet conditions compared to george’s.

oscar admitted it himself that he had been doing this for the last few laps: hitting the breaks and slowing down way too much, it’s just this time he nearly made max ram into him and got caught himself.
