I'm crying cuz I just realized what if Zane is regretting sacrificing himself so much now that he's lost Pixel and New dragon's rising and now know how it feels to grieve such a loss I would say this is how he felt during Nia's death but he kind of switched off his emotions for that so-

I mean yeah there was an entire episode dedicated to not battling up and ignoring such feelings (with the best soundtrack to come out of Ninjago that isn't The weekend whip) but still for most of the season he does not feel the loss like he is now
