ranking prsk characters by how physically fit they are

very athletic — could prob carry the other members of their unit and/or beat them in a fight:

honami (canonically has muscles)

haruka (idol training, plays basketball)

airi (idol training & im pretty sure she fought other kids when she was young)

an (plays basketball)

akito (plays soccer AND can run really fast even with tsukasa on his shoulders)

tsukasa (probably has to do all kinds of stunts for their shows)

emu (canonically does backflips n shit idk)

mafuyu (canonically good at sports)

pretty athletic — good reflexes, you can rely on them if you need help lifting heavy objects:

ichika (band practice, performs on the street)

saki (band practice & plays tennis, BUT also has a weak constitution so she might not be up for heavy lifting)

shiho (band practice & subs for bands at the live house she works at)

minori (idol training)

shizuku (idol training)

non-athletic — average first-world citizen physical condition:

kohane (bookworm hamster)

toya (doesn’t play sports)

nene (gamer, doesn’t like sports)

rui (can lift equipment but that’s prob the limit of his strength)

ena (artist who spends most of her time indoors)

mizuki (not very strong, but canonically pretty fast, they were right behind akito during the kamiyama race)

absolutely unfit — would die first in the zombie apocalypse:

kanade (barely leaves the house, although she does manage to play sports in the spojoy park event)

I'm rewatching s1 again and I think it's so fucking funny how much every other doctor except nine absolutely hates guns. nine is SO excited to shoot that goddamn dalek. he is READY he is DOWN he is soooo for it. he points a gun at rose tyler and doesn't even think about it until she scolds him for it.

and then in bad wolf where he's incredibly comfortable about holding that big ass blaster. never gets onto jack about parading around with them either. just does not bat an eye. in fact he is threatening people with it, even if it is a farce.

the others would NEVER lol

#admittedly I haven't watched thirteen yet but I am assuming she's the same as the rest #and I know about the end of time specials shush I know I watched them #but ten does not have the same casualness. like. at all. in the slightest #I mean it's not that nine LIKES guns. that's not what I'm saying #it's just his attitude and how he treats them compared to every regeneration after him #plus he's so unbothered by having guns pointed at him as well #which I know most aren't too bothered either but he is completely uncaring. finds it a little amusing even #maybe I'm misremembering the rest a little bit since s1 is the only one I've come back to over and over again #but I think this is pretty accurate #and I UNDERSTAND why his attitude is different but I still think it's funny #ninth doctor #doctor who #so I uh just now remembered this but twelve LITERALLY shot a guy. so. maybe HE would #big differences there I suppose with twelve are into the dalek and how he treats danny and other examples I'm sure I forgot #so I still don't think I'm wrong but yeah twelve certainly bends it a bit

The amount of research and dedication is really amazing!! about ludovica's gf, do you mind if I come in with my vision as well? I think she'd be a really fluffy dog, maybe with curly hair. so my mind went to the portuguese water dog; but then i thought of two versions: long hair and short hair. so i drew both (tried my best to make her look like a lady and not a grandpa haha)

#I'm so sorry this ask is almost a year old at this point and I'm only now responding to it auh #but I keep thinking about this version of the mystery girlfriend habitually I think this is the first headcanon design anyone came up with #I absolutely adore that she's a fluffy curly dog it's such a bold and distinct choice #I don't have any ocs with this specific fur type so it would be a new and interesting challenge trying to get used to drawing her #and I totally get the struggle about the unintentional grandpa look heh it's the same thing with wirehaired dogs #the portuguese water dog is a fitting breed to pick considering the setting imo #I previously tried to make a lagotto romagnolo version of her but the curly face fur was really muddling her expressions #the white eyebrows are a clever move they're pretty and make her face so much more readable than a solid black would #the white streaks on her ears are a wonderful detail too they kind of remind me of frankenstein's bride haha #and I appreciate the fact you drew her in a period accurate dress! the rosy pink goes really nicely with her stark black and white fur #the sketches are so sweet their chemistry comes through so clearly #thank you so much for putting this much thought and effort into her! again I'm sorry I kept you waiting #I truly hope you didn't think I disliked your concept although I wouldn't blame you at all if that's the impression you got #I think I have another ask of yours somewhere in my inbox I'll try to find it #gift art #pouletpourrisoldblog #Ludovica #own characters #I'll come back to give the gf her own tag once I've decided on the name

I think what is most striking about siwolism being driven off the site is specifically how the black usamericans leading the harassment campaign treat the crime of genocide.

Namely, that they either wholly ignored siwolism's claim that the Korean war constituted a genocide (pretty solid claim, which I agree with) or outright denied that it was such.

What makes this interesting to me is how those same bloggers, and many of their followers, are strong supporters of black genocide histiographic theory. It's part of why they ran Nicole ratliker off the site. She criticized that narrative and said police brutality in the modern usa does not constitute a genocide.

Which, if you think police brutality or systemic anti black racism in general is genocide but ignore or excuse the participate of black usamerican soldiers in the Korean war genocide, you hold such wildly dissonant views that pretty much nothing you say should be taken seriously.

#which is one of the many reasons i think the black genocide framework is pretty much useless now #it was useful at the period it developed in (jim crow era civil rights activism)#but even then it wasnt particularly accurate to the term genocide #but from there it took on an almost conspiratorial view #especially wrt the use of black soldiers in vietnam and imprisonment rates #as examples of genocide

and if I said that dennis’ insistence on being the breadwinner/provider despite literally being a pampered princess who dgaf about traditional roles of masculinity in every other regard (aside from ego) is because his mom only stayed with/chose frank for his wealth and dennis is highly aware that he’s difficult to love and unable to show his emotions openly so he has to be contributing something to the relationship materially in order to feel like he’s worth staying for… and mac grew up with parents who were extremely ambivalent to him and eachother so he has to overcompensate by proving his worth at every given moment and seeking praise/validation from people (and religious icons) who will never demonstrate the same amount of dedication to him but he has no idea how else to desperately keep himself close to those he loves other than by eroding himself into something they’ll approve of… dear god they’re both exactly what the other needs — someone who can’t and won’t leave them even if they try — and they don’t even see it…

#dennis thinks he’s losing his edge and mac thinks he’s perfect anyway #mac feels like no one in his life has ever needed him enough to stay but dennis can’t stay away #IM ILLLLLL about these men from the world’s stupidest sitcom #sorry if this got a little freudian I don’t LITERALLY mean it in the sense that mac/dennis are seeking something that reminds them of their #parents (gross) (although pretty character accurate to the SINNED system)#but rather that our childhoods teach us what we should expect and look out for in life #and it never really leaves us #this all stemmed from me contemplating MADMTTS and how it would’ve made way more sense for mac (high energy adhd) to be out in the world #and dennis (bpd anger issues) to be indoors free from the triggers of the world #but they INSISTED on mac being housewife dennis being breadwinner #same as their little battle over supposed roles/dynamics as hugh honey/vic vinegar/brian lefevre etc #you are two queer men why on earth do you care about sticking to heterosexual gender roles #but it was never about the gender roles it was about what they self-assign their value to…#mac and dennis #mac mcdonald #dennis reynolds #iasip #it’s always sunny in philadelphia #its always sunny #macdennis #macden

One thing I like about Apollo in Hades 2 is that he is usually polite, especially respectful towards his elders, but if they provoke him he will get back at them. But in a subtle manner, and only after a few seconds will you realise that he was throwing shade.

I'm paraphrasing here but here are two examples:

Hera: you are just like Zeus (derogatory)

Apollo: did you just compare me to your husband ? How awfully kind of you :)

Poseidon: haha Apollo has finally decided to join the war because he couldn't withstand the pressure from his dear mortals anymore

Apollo: it's because I want to help you, uncle! since I know that you guys cannot handle this situation on your own :)
