i need to learn to bake something new as everyone at work already knows i'm bringing them some carrot cake on friday....

#as some of u may have heard several times this month or any time the number 22 is mentioned its my bday on friday #so im baking something to bring to work #and i can bake more than just carrot cake #i think ive brought brownies to work more often than carrot cake. and ive also dabbled in chocolate chip oat cookies #and mokkapalat.#and yet #i saw my boss today and she jokingly was like ''haha i guess we'll be getting some carrot cake on our big planning meeting on friday''#which. hold on just to preface this i actually like my boss and she has my best interests in mind and shes v nice.#anyways i didnt even tell her id be baking smh. i mean i always bake something for work when theres a special occassion but still #and howd she guess it was carrot cake. ok probably bc thats my fave but still #i know i have a complaining tone in here but i think its funny and silly #i know i'm a predictable person but sometimes it manifests in weird ways #i did not know my carrot cake baking was THAT predictable #oh. i was thinking of going to the liquor store on fri bc its a tradition of mine and they have a new #cant remember if it was white or red but anyways some type of new seasonal flavor of wine glögg #i think regular glögg is superior but man can you imagine a red wine glögg with carrot cake #cozy spices...#especially since my carrot cake recipe is very winter-y as it has cinnamon and clove in it #i usually love lighting candles and getting cozy on the sofa as soon as the days get short #but i havent done that yet this year #can u imagine. little lights and candles on. red wine glögg and carrot cake. sitting on the sofa under a blanket.#watching something on the tv.#would love to read but its not ideal in candlelight #i usually like having a big light on bc i like to see but it's nice being in a dimly lit room when its dark anyways #leevi talks

being a comic charles xavier fan is like being in the trenches like yeah we know he sucks! idk why they demonize people who like morally grey/villainous characters and sometimes they judge him based off of stuff that was retconned long ago that stemmed from harmful stereotypes about disabled people at the time 💀

i think my favorite part of the Comic Charles Enjoyer experience is sometimes seeing people act as though he personally went into their house and shot their dog or something

My designs aren't really specific breeds per se, but Holzmann is certainly inspired by Oriental Shorthairs. They just feel very him

#the kingmaker histories #klaus holzmann #margot engels #my art #primarily my designs aren't specific breeds because i find breed standards so limiting in terms of colors proportions and personalities #(though cat breed personalities are Very vague compared to dogs)#too many colors stuck within certain breeds. so many limitations in facial feature and body and coat type combinations #since cat breeds have only existed in the last ~200 years the number of breeds and their diversity is verrry limited #dog breeds are wayy more interesting and meaningful. the sheer quantity of them and their extensive diversity and variety of mixed breeds #means there's plenty of options. though i havent done my research about them (esp. with personalities)#so you won't see an anthro dog AU from me unfortunately...#tho absolutely my designs are Based on certain breeds. idk the breed standard so maybe he's off in some way but from an amateur perspective #telsie might as well be a purebred british shorthair (factoring out being an alien lol)#and colette was originally based on oriental longhairs but i normified her sooo hard in the head department IDEK what she's closest to now #that concludes the first part of my tag essay. second part:#(danny don't read any further! there's spoilers!)#MARGOT. i wanted to draw her but wasn't really sure how she'd look... so this is just a first pass (and of course catified)#(yes i sketched out her human face first to figure out how to catify it no you may not see it) (yet?)#i decided to hc for now that she did get herself fleshcrafted to look less like holzmann. that seems like a reasonable assumption #so yeah her og cat facial features fur texture etc. were a lot more similar to holzmann #as for her pattern: she's a black mackerel tabby sepia here #(rare phenotype but some australian mists are similar if you want an irl ref. they aren't mackerel tho)#i imagine originally she was a black mackerel tabby and white. and had blue eyes #(probably with more white on her than holzmann. it's quite unlikely for him to have blue eyes with such little white spotting on his face)#but yea this all may be subject to change if we get a canon hair/eye color for her #damn holzmann... why are you so ears!!! 😂#(he could be earsier. i showed restraint)

The king and queen are visiting Paiporta and they receive them with mud xd two men have spoken to the king and told him to do something, but we all know that he is going to go to his palace and cross his arms because It's literally the only thing he can do. Is this what had to happen for people to realize that asking the king for help is nonsense? He has no power, he is only there to parade around. They have kicked out volunteers from the site to let the king and his escorts (police and military) pass, which is the first time they have touched that ground and they are going to do NOTHING. The president is doing the same. The president of Valencia is doing the same.

#this is never before seen stuff by the way. the monarchy was restituted in 1975 after the dictatorship and celebrated for it #and the president of valencia is basically the higher power here as the state of alarm he declared makes it so the national government #cant help. he has all the jurisdiction and all the responsibility. and yes he is from a right wing party. a lot of people are blaming the #president of the country (left wing) but legally he can't do anything bc of what i said before. its so frustrating just one man being #stubborn (and cruel) has cost so many lives and inflict so much suffering. not only after and during the incident but BEFORE as he didnt #raise the alarm so people thought they were safe and went outside to get move their cars or similar.#there have been so many people found on cars inside parkings.... and they are not done yet.#they havent updated the dead or missing numbers but the last number of missing people was 2000. all these people could be dead #they could be currently dying as the king and queen parade around the streets blocking people wanting to actually help. shameful #translated the main post on google bc i just could write it in english #i feel like a medieval peasant talking about th king and queen like this. what are we doing. year 2024.#talking tag #valencia
