Hello friend! I'm sure we would get along. I get along with most people, and even if we didn't, I always try to rebuild rapport with people that I have conflicts with because it is important for keeping the peace and strengthening the community.

I don't have any problem interacting with minors or younger folks. I think it is important for everybody to be friends with people both younger and older than them.

I too am not good at The Social, so I would understand if your interaction is erratic. That is very common on social media and I am guilty of it myself.

Being friends might seem like a big scary thing but it doesn't have to be. I'm just an ordinary person and I would be glad to be friends with you! I like making new friends.

I understand if you don't want to reveal your identity yet, so if you want, you can instead choose an emoji you like to be your anon tag so we can interact and be friends that way, but you get to be safe and hidden still.

I WAS ALREADY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF EVERY OPTION I COULD FOR OUT-OF-BATTLE SUPPORT BUFFS. I was doing the meal time, I was doing the sparring, I was buying stuff from the pawn shop whenever I had some spare funds (which is not often, this game has been as stingy with me as BotW/TotK) to pass out, and I am getting nowhere. It's especially difficult because trying to boost supports that don't involve Alear could only be done with the meals and maybe sparring if you were lucky and happened to get a sparring partner that supports with the character you picked (and I was not lucky that often). So if there's more stuff that can be done out at the Somniel to raise supports I would be very excited to see it maybe I can make some progress when I get back to it.

(Also do you know how upset I was when I realized Sommie wasn't following me anymore. I have absolutely no idea what I did because I always go pet Sommie and give Sommie a treat when I visit and I visit after every battle. I have no idea how I crashed our friendship but I am ashamed and that is the big reason why I have not touched the game for a while.)

Apparently it is unpopular to like every Oddworld game? Like, I adore both Exoddus and Soulstorm - they're literally first and second place for me. But you'd never guess, sometimes, seeing some chat, that you don't have to pick one. Even more so for Oddysee and NnT since those are narratively almost identical - I like them both for different things! They're both lovely games, just in different ways! And also while Munch may be at the bottom of my list, I still enjoy playing and watching playthroughs of it. It occupies kind of a Mortal Kombat Mythologies-style niche for me - I recognize that it has severe flaws as a game for a multitude of reasons - rushed development in an unfamiliar engine, a platform switch partway through development, etc... - but it introduces characters and concepts I adore. I'm so glad we got Fuzzles here first instead of in Stranger's Wrath. I'm so grateful we got Gabbits and Vykkers and a look at native Mudokon weaponry, and the spirituality-linked feather growth lore. I love the dynamic music and the introduction of varied gamespeak lines/responses, and I loved the character switching! But to some people wanting elements from it to return, to say nothing of Munch himself, is stupid and worthy of ridicule?

Like, dislike what you dislike, that's fine. Why do you have to be a jerk to people who like it though? Why does it have to be a weird generational thing? Can we talk about it like people who both like the overarching thing that is Oddworld, without the condescension? I know it can happen, I had a civil conversation about Soulstorm vs. Exoddus myself, and we came to the conclusion we were simply looking for totally different things in our games, and that was okay, totally fair!

I want it all to be like that. I love all of Oddworld. Why is that wrong?

LOL! Well, I don't think it's actually called rigged betting, that was just the first thing that came to mind to describe it! I think it's more commonly referred to as match fixing and can apply to any type of sport.

But basically, you got someone who takes bets on sports games/matches (aka a bookie) and then they (or whoever they work for) essentially bribe the athlete involved to throw the match and lose on purpose. It's a real thing that happens! Obviously it's against the rules and it's likely illegal in a lot of places. But uh my knowledge of it is very surface level, so I'm not sure how much of an issue it is?

However, I do think that fixing boxing matches is a thing so it just seemed like something Mammon might be tempted to do if he was the boxer being bribed, you know?

There's just something about boxer!Mammon anyway, but to add that little bit of extra danger... I just think it'd be a compelling situation!! So much potential...

Oh yeah, I know how it is with work taking up all the energy and making it hard to create things. I just manage to get some writing done despite the full time job because I think I'd die if I didn't lol. At the very least, all of my mental problems would become 10x worse.

OH HO so Dia already knows how to drive presumably??? But it would be soooo funny if MC taught him lol!! I think teaching any of the demons how to drive would be funny, but Diavolo is so genuine and earnest, I think he'd be a good student.

Ah yes, my favourite parts of the equine body. Paster and... *looks at the smudged writing on hand* boob. At least this one looks purely decorative and the being actually looks like a horse. But don't worry, it gets worse.

If we completely ignore the hipopotamus musculature of this one, there's still a lot of things that don't make sense in this one, like a tail that ends in a series of bone spikes and a complete lack of molars. You could make a cool pokemon on the basis of this, but it's not even in the realm of being an actual anatomy help.

I'm firmly convinced this is not a horse, this is something that really, really wants you to think it is a horse. The more you look, the more things look... wrong. The more details turn out to be shifted, bones crammed in to fill in the familiar form, its shape merely implied so that the human mind fills the gap. Of course the text seems like gibberish, because its anatomy is incomprehensible. it's either a parasite or a monster and in each case, it's an eldtrich body horror. I'm kind of angry at how well this joke writes itself.
